Student Clearance System Login Notes

Login Process

  • Open the provided link to access the login screen.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click on Sign In.

Dashboard

  • After logging in, you will see the main dashboard.
  • Displayed statistics include three types of student status:
    • Pending
    • Cleared
    • Hold Cases
  • Your department name will be shown on the right side.

Student Management

Accessing Student List

  • Click on Students from the left menu to view the students list.
  • The list contains:
    • Name
    • Registration Number
    • Email
    • Department
    • Status

Changing Student Status

Change Status to Hold

  1. At the end of each row, click on the Action tab.
  2. Select Change Status.
  3. Choose Hold from the options (Cleared, Pending, Hold).
  4. Add remarks and update the status.
  5. Confirm the change when prompted.
  6. A popup will confirm that the student status has been updated successfully.

Change Status to Cleared

  1. Click on the Action tab at the end of the row.
  2. Select Change Status.
  3. Choose Cleared.
  4. Add new remarks and update the status.
  5. Note: Once changed to cleared, the status cannot be reverted.
  6. Confirm the change when prompted.
  7. A popup will confirm that the student status has been updated successfully.

Searching for Students

  • Go to Students to find the list.
  • Use the Search Bar to:
    • Enter a student's registration number for complete information.
    • Search by keywords (e.g., "cleared") to find specific student details.
    • Search by student name or email for targeted results.

Printing Student Status

  • Click on Action, then View.
  • Press the Print button to print all statuses (Pending, Hold, Cleared) for each department.

Changing Password

  1. Click on your Username.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  4. Update the password.

Logging Out

  • Click on your Username and select Logout.
