  • Combine breathing exercises with heat/cold sensations.
    • Hold a hot cup and then recreate the warmth without the cup.

Roller Coaster Exercise

  • Purpose: Quickly alter brain biorhythms
    • Perform intense physical activity for 4-6 minutes (running, push-ups, etc.)
    • Immediately switch to a calm position and stop internal dialogue
    • Goal: Move from high beta brain activity to low alpha activity
    • Benefits: Improved control over bio rhythms, vision, and psychic ability access.

Concentration Exercise

  • Goal: Enhance focus on specific body parts
    • Sit comfortably and relax, focusing on a single body part for 30 seconds
    • Switch focus to different body parts after 30 seconds
    • Develop ability to concentrate fully on one point and switch consciously.
