20 grams (2 tablespoons)
Preparation Steps
Boil Green Thai Tea
Pour 500 ml water in a pot.
Boil until foam forms in the middle (do not stir).
Turn off stove after boiling.
Close pot for 2 minutes to allow aroma and taste to develop.
Strain the Tea
After 2 minutes, open the lid and strain into a measuring cup (yields 320 ml).

Mix:
20 grams cheese cream powder with 100 ml cold full cream UHT milk.
Beat with hand mixer until thick and expanded.
Final Assembly
Fill glasses (16 oz and 18 oz) with ice cubes.
Pour Green Thai tea concoction into each glass.
Add cream cheese topping to 16 oz and 18 oz glasses.
