the first AMF watch was a prettyy good option under 5K but it wasn't perfect the design looked like any other Smartwatch in this price range there were a few features missing now this is here the new cmf watch Pro 2 and this brings some big changes a lot of new features this kind of stands out under 5K but does this fix everything you know what let's not waste any more time this is rupes you're watching silicons time to hit that subscribe button time to hit that Bell icon and time to check out [Music] this so this is the new The cmf Watch 2 Pro by nothing and the design is a big big change from the first one this one isn't as forgettable as the first one I mean this looks nothing like the other smart watches in this price range the size is more apt and that's not just due to the round di the big factor here is this round aluminium dial AK the bezel which in typical cmf phone one fashion is swappable I mean I love the look of this one the one with the flat design I think it gives the watch a very modern and bold look and I think it looks even better in the dark gray version but all you need to do is rotate it like this and now you can remove it and now you can just use this more rounded curved bezel option and attach it like this I like the snap sound it makes and there's this red marker here on both the watch and the ring for correct orientation and you know what this is so cool because this does change the look of the Smartwatch and this rounded bezel is also available in light gray and dark gray and these actually come in a bezin strap set that will be sold separately at 750 rupees and I like the changing the strap is easy too and I like the different strap options they have the usual Buckle style and this gray silicone and this is pretty good quality then there's an orange and a blue strap both are leather strap that also look nice see good looks is a big factor in SmartWatches and I like how the CM Watch 2 Pro looks don't doubts about that I mean be it for the aluminum bezel and dial the cmf logo on it the crown with this Red Dot and the fact that you can customize the looks pretty easily is very cool plus this is very comfortable to wear it's not too thick not too Hefty at around 40 G this has the ip68 rating so it should be fine with water and it's got the speaker and mic here for calls I also like the display here I mean most SmartWatches under 5K have amulet panels and this amulet panel too has good specs but one new feature here is auto brightness support which is super essential and this is something that was missing from the previous seam of what so good addition and not just the specs this display is sharp the colors look good it's responsive to touch it's smooth and it's decently brighter you can see things outdoors there's also race to wake which is responsive this has double tap to wake which also works well and this has aod along with the smart enable option which basically detects the watch on your wrist and turns off aod when you're not wearing it so this display is good packs in all the features but there's one small thing so here's what I'm talking about there's the aluminium bezel and there's a bezel inside the bezel you don't see this with the black watch faces and the black UI but I accidentally noticed this when I turn on the torch and yeah deal breaker no can't unse it yes look all this is fine but what made the first CF watch very popular was the user experience I me it was a regular OS with no apps or anything but it was welld designed smooth to use but I remember a few quirks the tiles wouldn't open up any app or show you more details when scrolling the contact syncing was an issue fine my was a bit of a hit and miss now the good thing is the CMA Watch 2 Pro watch Pro 2 fixes all of these issues while making what was good better first of all what's the biggest takeaway of a budget Smartwatch it has to be cheap ass watch faces that's where this kind of stands out the Watch 2 pro has these animated watch faces that are welld designed with a whole nothing like style and they look glassy even the aod options are very cool and the watch faces are customized well you can change the colors in some watch faces you can change the functions in some and when I was testing things the watch faces though good we're kind of limited in number but I checked with nothing and they did mention that they plan to bring 80 plus watch faces by the time this launches and 100 plus watch faces by the end of this month so he is hoping anyway it's not just about the new watch faces you actually get better tiles now which are now widgets and you actually get four widget Pages for example this one has activity and weather combined and now you can actually tap on these to see more details and even scroll for more this one has the heart rate sleep tracking and blood oxygen details this one has recent calls contacts and the dialer and the cool part is these can be customized in the app so you can actually have widget that you find useful this is great I mean I did ask nothing if they plan on bringing this new better UI on the older cmf watch but I haven't gotten answer yet another new feature here is straight from the Apple watch but I'm not complaining it's these gestures that you get in the Apple watch basically Bally you can rotate your wrist like this and answer calls it really does not show the time duration of the calls you don't know if it works but it works trust me you can also use the shake gesture to do it and these gestures are customizable so you can also use them to change tracks even open certain apps and yeah if you're wondering about calling the speaker is fairly loud surprisingly so and the mic works decently for quick calls com back to the UI you still get the Quick Settings from the top you have the notifications from the bottom which are still mostly non-actionable but you can reply to messages with these preset replies and yeah you can set them in the app you get the app list from the crown and you get all the health and fitness apps you get the essential apps like stopwatch timer alarms calculator and you also get find my phone which works well I also like how the camera remote app instantly launches the camera on the phone and one thing I almost missed is that this Crown is rotatable is that even a word so you can scroll using this with some really sweet haptics and yes you can change the haptics to standard if you don't like strong crisp vibrations so all the new features in this UI are great but what Remains The Highlight is that the UI here is welld designed design clean no weird colors or icons and the fact that it's so smooth beat while scrolling the app launching everything is crisp and I've been using this as my daily driver for a week now I mean even after using a lot of high-end smart watches I can still say that this is something I can use as my daily driver and that's not flexing that's just something yeah it's good now let's talk about the fitness features so this has the usual sensors and this has Bluetooth 5.3 and there's GPS built in now you get all the usual monitoring there's heart rate monitoring which I found found to be fairly accurate when compared versus the Apple watch same with the blood oxygen monitoring there's also a sleep tracking which has been accurate too although I do feel that you get the details but a little more insight especially in the app would have been more useful there's also stress monitoring and menstrual cycle tracking for women apart from this you get the activity app for your usual step tracking calories burn Etc activity score which lets you keep track of how active you've been in the last 7 days you also get all the workout options and you can have your favorites on the watch with a ton of more options in the app and it has most of the workout options but one thing I found missing is swimming I mean the watch does have ip68 so that's kind of strange anyway this has workout detection which actually works and one thing I really found cool is before you start a workout it lets you warm up and even shows you these warm up exercises yeah pretty cool now as for the workouts you get the time duration the music controls here and you get all this data once the workout is complete and yeah iph found things will be pretty accurate the watch pairs by the CMM watch app which is available for Android and iOS and it's clean and nice pretty straightforward we have also let to customize all the features of the watch like I showed you and the options to turn on 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring Auto stress monitoring water reminders standup reminders and yeah fine my watch is also here as for the battery life this actually has a smaller battery a 3 and 5 MH but this also has a smaller screen anyway this is rated to last 11 days on typical use and 9 days on heavy usage now I'm not sure what heavy usage means but I've been using this with aod on double tap to wake on 24/7 heart rate monitoring on and this lasted me for for 5 days which is okay as for the charging this has the usual magnetic charger that takes the wash to 100% in around 1 hour 30 minutes now to conclude things the cmf watch Pro 2 has launched in India at 49 for the Silicon strap variant and 5499 for the leather strap variant and I think this is a very good upgrade for the first cmf watch now let me make it clear that this two has a few qus I talked about like no swimming workout still no actionable notifications but this basically fixes all the problems we had with the first cmf watch while making what was good better yes the looks are subjective but if you ask me this does look premium and the whole customizability Factor just makes this stand out in this price segment plus the display is better now with auto brightness the UI remains a big highlight while being more customizable now there's new features like gestures and all the bugs seem to have been ironed out so yes a solid Smartwatch at 5K anyway I want to know from you guys what do you guys think of the new cmf watch Pro 2
