Anointed or a lot of people showed up to see the the the the event therefore they are anointed or it's a misund it was anointed oh God was there well just because people were there doesn't mean God was MH but it's a concept that we have to address Even in our preaching you know so oh he's so anointed is he anointed is she anointed or is he gifted how do we draw the line what does this look like I'm throwing it out there people want to know we want to know what is the maybe let's start there what is the anointing we need to Define it let's define it what is our def great Nate I'm looking at Bishop G and green the anointing let's define it I think it's a lot more simpler than people make it yeah it's the backing of almighty God okay when you stand to do what he's called you to do it's it's God's hand using you as his glove why are you laughing Who's Laughing you your mind your mind no I thought about OJ simp I know you did know it don't fit I thought about the rubber gloves and went and when they get rid of the test you but it's it's God using you for his own Glory yeah I I think that we need and it's Heaven backing you I think we need to do I I would more so like to talk about what the anointing does in simple forms uh scripture speaks of two types of anointing it talks about the anointing that destroy yolks and remove burdens the anointing is destructive and then uh when we talk about uh when it says that the anointing was upon them and and the Yoke was destroyed that's actually speaking of what's in you and not on you absolutely uh it talks about how the anointing was was on on the neck and the neck grew so fat that the broke so the the Yoke wasn't broken because of something on it the Yoke was broken because of what was within and so I think that the anointing is destructive it it destroy yolks it removes burdens it it brings about change and I think that we need to speak to that in Clarity because so many people think some just because someone sings well preaches well um performs well that there anointed the real question is does the anointing change or that person in their singing whether it was good or bad was your mind changed was there a level of conviction something broken yes and a lot of what we've called the anointing was really just focus yeah it's it's that wasn't always oil sometime that was just someone who was focused in their craft they mastered knowing how to do what they do so to the point that they get a response out of you yeah there's a major difference we still heard it that was annoying first of all give me props for M the right M though you and I waited I held it in until the cameras were over there you didn't have to uncover me like that I was annoyed I was annoyed that moment I didn't want the people to think that you SC me yeah I get they looking at they know okay go ahead yeah I I think the ano love at this table a no love with this table the anointing is also a sign of consecration uh to be set apart to be distinct to be holy unto a purpose so it is more than just the Thrills and the the feels that we get when we do when God empowers to do something so it's also a placement to be what God the bumps on your arm to let you know that he's near does that mean that that moment wasn't anointed I agree and I mean and I love what you said CL cuz that that speaks to David and Saul MH Saul was anointed for a spot Saul got out of order the anointing that went on David and as soon as and I'm going say not soon after David got anointed that anointing was needed in the palace so God put an evil spirit on Saul that called for the anointing that was on David to put the oil back in the palace that played the evil spirit off of Saul but David was still serving in that Palace for about for over 30 years uh until you know uh Saul had died um the anointing is for purpose David was anointed to be king the oil came off of Saul though Saul still sat in that seat and the anointing to fulfill that seat was on David anointing comes with an assignment which suggests if you're anointed but out of place there is no there's no flow in your oil which further suggests that I don't have to lie Cheaters still to get to the Palace absolutely if the anointing on my life is going to take me somewhere my job is to keep breathing yeah yeah that's good when God anoints you mhm note this when David was anointed note it he was sent back to the pasture yeah he didn't go immediately to the palace and I think there's something to be said about that just because God has anointed you greatly doesn't always mean that it's your time Y and I'm going say this not only not only did he not go immediately to the Palace he didn't get the se he was anointed for right away no it was Years cuz God was developing him God was developing him so the lack of environmental change does not mean you're being stifled look right at me young preacher old preacher whoever if you are connected to somebody that is committed to your not yet it does not mean that they are a Saul absolutely David did not go to the Palace right away just like you may not have been past the mic right away can we stop making people more powerful than God come I'm being held back right how if God has come on designed a spa do we not realize the God will move Heaven and Earth come on to execute his will nobody can hold you back that's I think that that's an idea and the concept that we abuse if God wanted me there come here Jonah if God wants me in Thena he will raise up a fish to make sure to escort me there mute the enzymes in that fish's belly to keep me from being digested just to get me where I need to because Mark what I love about that is when the fish spits him out he ends up at yeah which tells me that fish had to have caught up time what the boat couldn't do absolutely the fish the storm put him right where he needed to be yeah so if you decide not to go where your oil has called you God will cause a storm to push you there yeah U but I I I and I think that that you said something CL I want to go back to it we have to be careful um trying to or or better yet being jealous of someone in a spot that they've been anointed for but you have not come on that's why you got to appreciate God for where you are you got to get clarity for where you are because just because you're mad at God because you're not Nate green or Brandon clack or Mark Moore it doesn't mean that God's going to push you that God has called you to be who you are cuz we don't need another Nate green we don't need another Brandon CL need another uh uh Mark more God has an assignment for your life and you got to you got to live in the posture of a yes yeah so that he doesn't cause a storm to put you where you need to be and so that you can get there in peace but trust me your your anointing will pull you to purpose be and be you cuz you don't want the Warfare that comes with my oil or my grace I want to correct something and because I'm kind of tired of hearing it and it it sounds good in church and I'm sure you all have heard it but there's always this preaching point if you want my anointing you got to suffer to get this now I think that makes the anointing unattractive to a lot of people because it would suggest the that the only way for me to get oil is that I got to go through MH but the last time I checked you don't crush an olive to put oil in it yeah you crush an olive to get oil from it wow so we don't suffer to get an anointing if anything you suffer because of the anointing of the anointing that's already in you God already wired you with this that's right so your Warfare is because of what you already have absolutely which suggests that the oil must know my name it didn't fall on iLab it didn't fall on the other brothers you don't have to feel like I'm being overlooked and pushed aside cuz I'm not getting my opportunity whatever is on you at some point that thing is going to grab a hold of you and you're going to be what God called you to be but you know what activates it what activates it is when you get under the right hand yeah wow yeah you got to get under your Samuel under the right hand and in alignment yeah with your right hand absolutely you got to get under the right hand you got to be in alignment um it it was cuz what I love that Story 1 Samuel 16 is so powerful of my but even if you look at Saul uh Saul was anointed from a vial David was anointed from a horn which means it that Saul's oil the the top had to be removed David's oil that that wax either had to be melted or that horn had to be broken and the horn represents something had to die yeah yes that's that's the biggest s from that that horn yes a life had to end absolutely for this to be produced but here's here's the wrestle though I'm not even going to knock the vial because Samuel told Saul if you would have just obeyed you wouldn't have had to leave the place where God put you on the same Throne that David's going to so I don't want the these our audience to feel like I'm after the horn when The Vow could have sustained him too if he would have been obedient but I think that the vow represents man opinion oh wow because sa means the ask for one yeah it represents the vow the vow represents man's opinion the horn represents God's choice so a lot of times that's why you got to be careful let men push you into oil that you haven't necessarily been designed for God kind of gave Saul as a request of the people because God was saying I was your king okay Jacobs then you had a king of heaven so you know what I'll give you what you want Saul had the look Saul had the stature sa had everything Saul had everything that the people thought they wanted and then God flipped it and gave them something that he designed David was not as tall you understand David was Ruddy David was almost the text almost gives you the the sense that David was too cute to be king but way but I still don't feel sorry for him what I'm saying is he had seen the Bible says that he had seen Jesus disappear from damn danger before let's Go's go he has a Deb to settle because he's a remove a sense of accountability that should be placed upon anyone who has been walking with the Lord that's what I'm trying to say I'm saying that Judas never took upon on himself to repent where where as uh um Peter did you understand Peter pet but again they both had a Cho they they had a decision and God allowed it to be that way to make the point Jesus even said at that table he said now one of y'all is GNA betray me yeah he knew what he was doing is his decision influenced by how he was born no everybody's decision influenced by how they were born so then are you expressing the emphasis on being born again but you're saying it as if he had no choice yes but what what can't we can't be born again to after Calvary you're no you're saying to soon no I agree with what you just said but you're saying is you're saying this as if he had no choice I ain't stuttering I know what I'm talking about know my you are saying this as if he had no choice but to betray Jesus all of them Choice I'm saying that I believe that the I believe that the assignment to betray Jesus was given to Judas but I believe that Judas had it in him he he had time to repent but he did not just like Jesus told Peter I mean yeah Jesus told Peter says Simon Simon Satan desires to sift you as weed but I pray for you they both they both betrayed Jesus in some way shape or form the difference is the difference between Peter and Judas is that Peter got it right agree Judas did not that doesn't take away assignment given to Judas to betray I'm not questioning his assignment I guess I'm questioning I can understand betrayal would have happened either way I'm with my point it didn't have to be Judas it could have been any of the other disciples it had to happen all of them had the potential to make the mistake if Judas was born the son of predition he was given that assignment we all born the sons of pedition I think that's the that's the distinction do we give him an excuse because of the circumstances around his arrival that's the dangerous part to me I hear you that's I he that you know because in24 somebody that's a get out of jail I was born to be a liive right right right I was born to be a fighter but you got to repent that's what I'm going what I'm saying is I'm saying we can't take away the fact that this is Judas assignment the difference is instead of Judas repenting he hung himself I asked the question in the beginning what separates Peter and Judas what separates is that Peter repented sounds like repentance Jud did not but Judas still had the assignment as Peter did Peter Satan desires to sift you as weed you going to betray me too you're going to deny me three times is what he told Peter oh Peter didn't have to do it but Jesus told him that he would he said and 12 leaves it open he says in John 17:12 this is Jesus talking while I was with them referring to his disciples in the world I kept them in thy name those that thou gavest me I have kept and none of them is lost but thus he didn't say but Judas the son he said but the son of predition that the scripture might be fulfilled again Judas is the son of predition could have been you just contradicted yourself did not contradict myself because he does not say Judas he [Music] identifies the son but the son could have been anyone who allowed that Spirit to enter in it didn't have to be Judas look it up who who is Bor so come on no no I won't let you do that don't contradict the Bible how am I contradicting because the Bible clearly says Judas was born the son of pred he says I if you give me the scripture I will recant and I will say Jacobs all right he was born with the assignment I guess what I'm saying is why are we stuck why are we stuck on the born part because all of us are born the son born in shapen in iniquity that's that's only what I'm saying all of us all of us were born with a sin nature with a capacity to be Judas but the capacity to be Saul with the capacity to be someone who would make the wrong choice you got to make sure you just seal up all of your cracks so that the wrong Spirit doesn't come in that's right see see your spirit is bad no no no no
