Who wants to start talking about it? Because I thought it was an absolutely great time. We wanted to share what the experience... It was good because everybody was spread out.
You know what I'm saying? Everybody was spread out. You had all of the different sections. Africa, from what I saw, they was man. They was getting it in.
South America was getting it in. Everybody was in the spirit. It was definitely wonderful. And for those of y'all that's out there, and y'all not rehearsing the Righteous Acts, how are you going to fare if you make it out of this and you go to the wilderness?
You're going to be the first ones murmuring and complaining, oh, they ain't got water, and they don't have a tent. I got to make a whole booth out of palm leaves. How am I going to do that? Come on now. Rehearse the Righteous Acts.
Be in the wilderness. Be without electricity for a while. Be in the elements.
Get bit by mosquitoes. You know what I'm saying? Suffer the cold nights.
Do all of these different things to help build your spirit and your body up for what's to come. Facts. Facts. What I enjoyed was the interaction because when we're in the park, we're not in the park, just Israel.
We have a lot of the heathen in the park with us. And they always taking pictures, watching, watching, watching, and they come by your site every day. And, hi, how you doing, buddy?
And all that. But what I really enjoyed was hearing them say that the Most High is standing you on your feet right before their eyes. They mentioned how well-behaved the children were. They mentioned how organized we were.
They mentioned how they couldn't believe how... we could get so many people on the same page and and you know the peaceful situation that they saw so that was so enjoyable to me you know every morning with a different one come by there and their mobile homes and all that and they were commenting on how well that we perform before their very eyes so that was to me was just super uplifting oh i got to enjoy um It was an opportunity, a great honor. It was two men that they never caught any fish. They literally did not know how to fish.
So I found it thoroughly enjoyable to actually show them the concept of fishing and then actually visually watch those two men catch. I mean, granted, they weren't big fish. But to these brothers, they caught a leviathan. They thought they caught like a whale or something.
Little fish were like that big, but they caught a fish. So now they understand. the concept of it, just to see that sheer joy in their eyes when they actually learn how to do something, apply what they learned, and they were successful in doing it. So I thoroughly enjoyed that experience. All praises.
My favorite thing about Tabernacles, I got a chance to spend a couple opening days with the brothers and sisters in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. And what I appreciate is, and then I went to Arizona for a couple of days as well. The thing that I enjoy most, believe it or not, is sitting around the fire. You sit around the fire and it's something about when the brothers, we sit around the fire. and we get to talk.
Some of it is, many of it is scriptures, some of it is how do we strategize, how we can move our cities and our nation forward. And I got a chance to sit with Bishop Yawasap and spend some time with Bishop Kanai and a conversation that I had with Bishop Yawasap was very uplifting and about how we as men, we have to do our part to move the nation forward. It's not just about, okay, yes, you have your local office. Yes, you may be a head of security, head of kitchen, you might be a steward in a different office, but you have your part that you can help push the nation of Israel forward.
And so you should always want to do more. And there's something that John F. Kennedy said that I remember hearing when I was a kid all the time. And the saying goes, ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.
And if you just take that, because it's a selfless statement. If you say, ask not what Israel can do for me, but what can I do for my country, my nation, my Israelite nation. And we all have to strive. And one of the things that we can do is to make the ministry blameless. So as we're hated more and more, you brothers make sure you walk on the straight and narrow.
The things before you do something, ask yourself, could the ministry be blamed for my actions? So I hope that we see that because we have a big job to do and... We're doing some big things in IUIC. All right, big things. Hey, to add on to that, like Officer Michael was saying, I fished for the first time since I was seven.
So the last time I went fishing was with my grandfather, and I never went fishing since he died. And this Tabernacles was the first time that I went fishing since that time. now the worms robbed me i mean not the worms but the the doggone fish robbed me the dog looked the little brim that was getting me man they were nibbling at my at my at my worm and i almost caught one of them a couple times and uh but all praises you know the brother uh zedaya he caught one he caught a few you know what i'm saying and uh yeah show that yeah he he got he got his monster he got his fish you know what i'm saying Shout out to Bat Rouge, Officer Ioana. He hooked Micah.

So, hey, and when we sit around, like Cat was saying, we sit around, you know, we getting to know each other. We talking with one another. And we're getting interpersonal.
You know what I'm saying? Brothers can express themselves. They can say things that they battle and they can ask questions about scriptures. They can, we can go over certain things.
We can talk about. how to build your finances, how to get your credit right, how to let go of grudges, how not to have an evil eye, like all of these different things that plague us as a people. We talk about these things around the fire, and it's young men, it's old men, it's middle-aged men, it's teenagers, the up-and-coming prophets, you know what I mean?
Those that are willing and able to... come around for self-improvement and growth, that's what these circles are for. And our sisters do the same thing. And that was so impressive to me. Again, there was no one out there bucking up or anything like that.
And all you would hear, which would be our logo on our shirt, was I got that. Instead of just do it, every time you ask someone or you see someone, I got it, I got it, I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it. So it just really, really overwhelming. To have been out there again, this is year after year, you can see the Most High increasing his flock.
And we all on the righteous page, we're all doing the same thing. And I just look at it, especially down here. The first tabernacles that I kept was in a place. I don't even want to say the name. Don't do it.
We traumatized. We are traumatized by this place for two reasons, Cap. Two reasons.
I heard about your mosquitoes. Cap, the mosquitoes were so big, it's like they had landing lights. Damn.
You know what I'm saying? Like, they got fingers and stuff. Like, you can feel them. Like, this mosquito would just, you would feel pressure on your shoulder as they landed on you.
And that and the doggone raccoons. So, I'm going to tell you a little story. So, we're about to eat some food, you know.
We had s'mores that was about to get ready for the kids and stuff like that. So, we had a bag of marshmallows and stuff like that on the table. So, we're like, all right, y'all.
Let's face Jerusalem. Let's send up the prayers. So, we're sending up the prayers. As soon as we get done, everybody stop at the same time, and we look, and there's a little pile of marshmallows on the table, and there's a trail of marshmallows leading into the woods. While we were sending our prayers, the raccoons jumped on the table, opened the bag, and ran with it of marshmallows.
The vegan marshmallows. Damn. The good ones. You know what I'm saying? If you ever experienced them raccoons...
That's something else. They have no fear. We had the trailer with the coolers on them. They told us.
They opened up your cooler. Yes, sir. Yes, sir.

You've got Lebanon, Syria, and also later on today, Turkey has many hundreds, if not millions of Islamic citizens, even though they are Turkish. They still consider themselves part of the Islamic greater community. So Turkey's up north.

When you look at, there we go. So Israel would have to literally shoot over Jordan, parts of Syria. all of Iraq to get to Iran. And now what Iran's doing is saying, look, if you're going to allow Israel to shoot over them, then any American bases that are in Iraq, Syria, any of the places, we're going to shoot them down.
Because they have, what we're going to find later on, they have hypersonic missiles that can go almost 5,000 miles an hour. And with mid-range missiles, they can take out Israel. So that means they can hit anywhere in that Persian Gulf.
And so what the Arabs are realizing is, wait a minute, if they attack Tehran and Iran, Iran has got missiles that could cripple us because they're going to hit the American bases in our countries. So these Arabs, this goes back to second Ezra's, they realize at the end of the day, none of them like Israel, none of them. And they're realizing that, you know what, it's not worth a dollar in taking bribes and taking gifts and letting our brothers die by the tens of thousands. So this is what you're seeing. This happened this week, y'all.

So with animals that herd together, right, Esau, all of them have one characteristic. They're evil. They have a relentless quest for power and war, all of them.
And that's why the Israelis do the same thing as the United States does. They're the same flock. They're the same race. They're the race of Esau.
And now the Arabs. have the same spirit too. That's why they believe in jihad.

The book of Genesis chapter 16 verse 11. And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bury son, and shalt call his name Ishmael. So when you read the history, you realize that although Hagar was cast out, the child was still ultimately given a blessing. Why?
And that shows you that, listen, it's prophecy. Ishmael has a role in the Bible. From the beginning all the way to the end, Ishmael plays a very big role. He's not the chosen one, but his part in the Bible is absolutely crucial.
Read on. Because the Lord hath heard thy affliction, and he will be a wild man. He's going to be what?
He will be a wild man. Read on. His hand will be against every man.
And if you look at Arabs across the world, when they move to Australia, when they move to Europe and England, they always have a problem. They're against all the nations and to the point where some of them are against their own brothers, but Read on. And every man's hand against him, and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.
And that's where they're at. They're in the Middle East. If you look at them, the vast majority, there are some in England and Japan. They're scattered all over.
They have different sections of Arabs. But the bulk majority of Arabs all live in the greater Persian Gulf Middle East area. So this is how prophetically we know that this is talking about. the Arabs or the sons and the princes of Ishmael.
So remember what we read. Now watch this video. This is going on and if you think that this is not talking about Ishmael, watch. Play that.
Let's do this. Let's play it first once without reading it and then we'll go back and let Officer Micah read it. I want you to see that these are all men, and they're all men, and they have uniform on. And they're all, one guy is singing.
They're all together in the same spirit. Their arms are flailing forward. And he's talking about, like I said, it's a war song. It's building them up. And really, ultimately, they're ready to die for their cause.

We are literally servants here. But when I hear stuff like this, it lets me know that the Bible is true because these are the Ishmaelites, and they're riling up right now against... the least of the flock. The prophetic times are now. So yeah, you're going to be depressed, whatever.
We're going to shake it off. We have to keep pushing this truth forward. Read Jihad.
Jihad, a struggle or fight against the enemies of Islam. Who are the enemies of Islam? Is it the Sudanese Africans? They're not beefing with them.

We're not pro-Iran or Saudi Arabian or Palestinian. We are the Israelites.
We pro-God, and we're just bringing out the point. This is going on right now. And like Captain Matt, we're showing you the least of the flock is going to draw them out. Ishmael is a wild man. How much wild?

Cap, what a lot of people don't understand is the way that they speak to their character, the way their mentality is, they are living, the purpose of them living is so their death will have meaning. What can you really take away from that person? That's when the white man, what he doesn't understand is this. Militarily superior, we know that.

Thank you. So the world painfully is now witnessing two major wars that are, in the opinion of many, existentially dangerous. The first of these wars has been raging in Ukraine and in some small parts of Western Russia for close to three years. Western governments assert the war began in 2022 when Russia's army invaded Ukraine, but others would argue, including yours truly, that it probably actually began in 2014 with the overthrow of the government of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
And the second of these wars, of course, is happening in West Asia and is led by Israel with the full backing of the West. That war appears to be at a tipping point into a full-blown regional war with potentially catastrophic consequences for the region and beyond. Now, since your primary expertise is economics, I wanted first to ask you for your economic assessment of Israel. Broadly speaking, how has the war in West Asia impacted Israel's economy? What is its current condition today?
And do you believe that Israel has the capacity to sustain a multi-front war for much longer? Thank you. First, Israel cannot sustain this war for even a day without full U.S. backing, both militarily and financially. So this is, to a large extent, a U.S. war.
When Netanyahu says at the podium of the United Nations that the long arm of Israel extends across the Middle East, he's talking about the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. military. There's a lot of bravado, but Israel depends completely on the U.S. and the U.S. also uses Israel as Israel uses the U.S. in these wars. The effect of the war itself is, of course, devastating to the Israeli economy, which has been twice downgraded in its credit rating.
Now it's at the level just. a barely investment grade. It will be further downgrade. What that means in the ranking of Israel as a so-called white country, it's losing its economic credibility internationally. Despite the tens of billions of dollars of annual military and civil budgeting, they are losing credit rating and they are losing credibility as a as a credit.
their credit status, which is in Esau's world is big time. Note that. So they may seem like they're doing all this great stuff. The citizens are scared. The economy is imploding.
And this is a white professor who's an economist, a doctor saying is what, what, why does he, why can't he report objectively? This is what you're not going to hear in the mainstream news. They want us to believe that Israel is strong.
Nothing. No. They can get breached at any time. The Iron Dome does not work against hypersonic missiles. And their credit rating has dropped multiple levels to the point where they're not even considered almost creditworthy at this point.

And what he's going to go into is it's not about losing weight. Because muscle weighs more than fat. It's about losing fat and keeping it off. He talks about metabolic health.
And when I'm done, he uses a lot of big words. And you'll be like, what the hell is he talking about? But I'm going to summarize it at the end.
Because what he's saying is heavy. Read. Relevant.
Unless you're a cyclist or some athlete for whom the actual scale means something. But for people like us, you want to lose fat, not weight. And then when you say you want to lose fat, what does that mean in English?
Well, do you want fewer fat cells or do you want each fat cell to be smaller? Those are totally different questions. If you want fewer fat cells, have liposuction.
But we know that that doesn't fix you metabolically. So if you want fewer, if you want to be less fat, you have to have smaller fat cells. Now, a fat cell conceptually has two inputs and one output. So now I say, let's reframe the question. You've got a room with 100 people in it.
You want fewer people in the room. What has to happen? Pause. He said fat has two inputs, meaning you can store it two ways, but you only can burn it in one way.
That's very important because a lot of brothers do not understand if you do not get into ketosis, it is very hard to lose weight and sustain it long term. He's going to talk about a hormone, a very important hormone that I've tried to do my best to convey to you over the years. Play.
Or people have to leave the room, then enter the room. So similarly, if you have a fat cell and you want it to be less fat, you've got to get more fat out of it than enters it. And the fat that exits the cell exits via a process called lipolysis. And the inputs to a fat cell are something called de novo lipogenesis, which is turning carbohydrates into fat, and re-esterification, which is turning fat like in a free fatty acid into a triglyceride back into a fat cell.
Each of those three doors is controlled by hormones. And so... The purpose of nutrition or fasting or exercise or drugs or hormones or all these things is to manipulate those hormones in the direction of what I call negative fat flux or what would be referred to in the literature as fat balance, negative fat balance.
And the hormones that drive that are many, insulin, hormone sensitive lipase, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol being the five most important in my opinion. Maybe someone will disagree with that, but I think those are the five that rule the roost. And so, you know.
How do you manipulate those? Well, insulin seems to be the most important of the five. Stop.
This is the whole point. Insulin is, and he's right, is the most important one. Why? Because diabetes 2 is when your body creates too much insulin, too many spikes, called insulin resistant.
Then you become pre-diabetic and then you get diabetes 2. It's 100% preventable and even if you get it, you can reverse it. Because when you eat one meal a day and you eat low carbohydrates, Your insulin becomes sensitive again, and you can shed the stupid net form that half of you black men have been taking called net form. And where the hell the name is stupid drug is.
You don't need to be diabetic, too. You don't need to be. It's a friggin farce. It's a man made modern last 60 years. So what he's saying is about controlling insulin.
How do you do that? The less times a day you eat, the less spikes you get. You can control it.
Now you don't stop taking your diabetes 2 medication until you get weaned off by your doctor. I'm not a doctor, but we know many men personally who have reversed diabetes 2 and there are thousands and thousands and thousands throughout the world who continue to do it year by year by year. So, metabolic health is controlling your hormones.
The number one is insulin. How do you stop insulin resistance? Stop eating so often and stop eating all the freaking carbohydrates and sugars. Everyone that does it loses the weight and they get metabolically healthy and they can get off the dumb medication.
And there's statins and a high blood pressure, stupid medications, which a lot of you brothers are going to get on when you begin to have your strokes and heart attacks because you just don't damn listen. Play on. Almost done.
And there's no better way to lower insulin than to not eat. So the first thing that happened to that dude who went 382 days without anything but water. Pause early in the show. The world record for it was a big giant lard back was like 500 some odd pounds.
He fasted for 382 days consecutively. All he did take was water and powdered minerals and vitamins. So no caloric uptake, no food. He got his fat was what his fat when he was in such in deep ketosis, his fat was his calories.
His calories were supported by mineral power like a dust and rock dust mineral that you can take in vitamins. He did not eat for 382 days and he lost well over 250 pounds. I don't know the exact number.
The point is that's an extreme example. You lard asses don't have to do that, but you can eat one time a day. If you eat one time a day and have water and non-caloric drinks and then have a meal that's healthy with whole foods and low carbohydrates, you can fix your hormone called insulin and you can become metabolically healthy As a result of that and a byproduct, all your fat will be lit into ketosis.
But your brothers just don't get it, man. They want to depend on Esau and his stupid-ass Babylonian method of eating and medication. Play on.
Almost done. He basically had very low insulin levels. In fact, once he got into raging ketosis, which he got in. Now, get the next one.

Get on either run or get on some exercise bike and just pedal like someone's chasing you with a string full of poison. And so there's a pretty straightforward formula where when you've been asleep all night, your fuel reserves, like you've got fuel in your fat. But you got fuel in your fat, you got fuel in your muscles that can be burned and you got fuel in your... So real quick, and this is the part where people think that when you get up, you have to eat breakfast.
That is a lie. When you, even if you ate the night before, you have... glycogen, which is glucose stored as glycogen in your muscles and in your liver.
You have plenty of energy. You don't need to eat. You can drink water and work out in a fasted state. Get it? Breakfast, break your fast.
You don't have to eat breakfast. So the whole notion is start off by skipping white man's breakfast time. Get up at eight in the morning, try to push it to 12. That's what I had to learn to do. I push it to 12. I get it.
Then I push it to two. I get it. Now I push it to five or six at night all day long, black coffee, water.
If I get hungry, some Himalayan pink salt. At the end of the day, I eat my food. It's worked for almost eight years. If I can do it, anybody could do it. It's just mind control.
So what he's saying is these doctors throughout all, Esau is saying the reason why the obesity levels are like this is because you eat too often. You can't eat three to four times. And one Oreo cookie that's 100 calories is a meal because it spikes your frigging insulin. We got to stop, Israel. This is why we have the green, yellow, and red system.
This is you brothers have to learn. Forget about the fact you're going to be restricted from certain things. You should want to.
Fix your metabolic health. As a result, reset your hormones to the right level so you can A, lose the fat, and B, avoid strokes, avoid heart attacks, and avoid diabetes too, lard ass. Play on. It's called glycogen.
And when you wake up early, all of that is as low as it's going to be because you haven't been eating anything. Gotcha. And so if you exercise then, your body starts dropping into your body fat stores quicker.

Read it again. Health and good state of body are above all gold. Health and a health. Your health comes from your diet and your practice, the regimentation you have daily.

And I'm not talking about a guy with steroids can juice himself up. and look physically strong, but metabolically he's all jacked up, got to take high blood pressure medication, and then he dies at 48 years old because he had all kinds of things. Metabolically he was all wrong.
You got to have good health to get the strong body that we want. Read on. A strong body above infinite wealth.
So infinite wealth is, again, you're Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Zuckerberg, Warren Buffett. Those guys are chumps. You're talking about. King Solomon wealth.
You're talking about the Saudi, the Saudi trillionaire wealth. Think about that and then multiply that by a hundred. God says that your body, your health is better than anything you can.
Bugattis, Maserati, mansions with 12 bathrooms. He said, the Lord said it's better than all of that. Private jets, gold toilets.
He said, forget about that, man. We got to realize, as Israelite men, we have to realize that. If you have diabetes too, if you're pre-diabetic, if you have insulin resistant, shame on you if you still have it. You can lose it. You can destroy it.
If you're on high blood pressure medication, with the help of this way of eating, you can get your doctor to wean you off the medication under his supervision and get off all that. Why? Because if Esau can do it, we're better than Esau.
