I don't know about you but getting my first $10,000 felt incredibly hard and I think I'm not alone to this day this remains one of the hardest Milestones to hit when you start off but today I'm hoping to make it a little bit easier for you imagine the world where you pick up sub Steam and you get to your first $100 online and then $1,000 then $10,000 and eventually beyond that it may sound like a dream but this channel this channel this one this one and this one got to their first $10,000 in less than a month so I spent a lot of time analyzing what these channels did to actually make $10,000 in the first 30 days and when I applied it to one of my channels these are the results that I was able to get and today I want to share what I've actually learned my name is Dave Nick and the step number one of this formula is picking the 10K Niche now first of all there's many different ways to get to your first $10,000 online but today we will be focusing on faceless YouTube automation those are channels where you are making money but not showing your face you're getting views but not recording anything with a camera because for example this channel that is started made about $99,000 in the last 365 days but in the last or during its lifetime did $162,000 from Mod revenue and this one did $300,000 from Mod revenue and in the last 28 days did $4,000 from Mod Revenue in the last 90 days it did about $14,000 from our revenue and then this channel later around made about $3,000 from our Revenue so the usual advice when it comes to picking your Niche is to just go with something that is currently popular or something that you're passionate about but if your goal is to make $10,000 as fast as possible then you can't really play it safe and do what everyone else is doing you have to do something different you have to pick the 10K Niche so what do I mean by that well you want to combine educational content with topics that are extremely relevant to people on a daily basis like relationships health and money because sure you can get a lot of views if you post funny viral cats but it's only going to be watched by an audience that is just looking for quick entertainment and our goal is to make as much money with as little views as possible so for example this faceless Channel over here is quite honestly not getting a lot of views like they get like 4,000 views over the span of two weeks but they have this digital product that they sell through school and we can see that this digital product is $50 a month and they have about 3177 members if you do the math that's over $1,000 and we can check this Revenue because this is a very transparent platform you can just go to the school games over here and you can go to the leaderboard section and you can see the monthly leaderboard and we can kind of find this guy over here so let's see it tells us that this account over here is making $14,000 per month from the revenue of this school community so he he was on the 18th spot in May so if you change the category here to May last month he made $14,000 in one single month with this small faceless Channel and that doesn't count in the ad Revenue affiliate links brand deals and everything else step number two most people waste way too much time money and effort trying to get monetized and getting approved for the partner program so they can finally make money from the views that they're getting on their videos so now what you can do is you can go to dfy dave.com monetization and you can get instantly monetized so that way you don't have to wait for 12 months to meet the monetization requirements and then apply but you can just get monetized and then every single video that you publish is going to be earning money from ad Revenue depending on the views that you get step number three understanding your audience is extremely important so I would really go through this Avatar checklist so what you want to do is you want to ask yourself first of all who are you and what kind of channel are you going to be starting step number two who are they like who are you targeting and like really really think about who they are like what is their personality how do they spend their time what keeps them up at night because all of these questions are going to help you create better content to that Target Avatar and why should they watch your channel and not all the other ones that already exist like what makes your channel better step number four now you want to set up your channel properly so you would basically just go over to YouTube go to settings click and create a new channel give it a name right over here let's say for example I'm going to create an AI love coach for instance and I'm going to understand that there are terms of service and privacy policy click create I would then create a logo with ch GPT so there's the logo creator GPT inside of the store and I'm going to combine the different features like for example the great god of love who is Aeros I'm going to go back and I'm just going to tell Chad GPT that I have a YouTube channel and I will give it the name of the YouTube channel and I will tell it like what it is all about and I'm going to tell it that I really need a vibrant logo in this case I don't want to make it too serious like previously I did make some serious logos for a different Channel but in this case because this is going to be the AI love coach I just wanted to be somewhat complex so I'm going to leave it at 3: and then I'm going to enter some colors let's I'm just going to go with red and gold and you could also enter like custom colors if you want and I just want a single logo I don't need more than one you can of course generate multiple ones if you want to choose in between but I'm just going to go with one I will then simply take this logo that was generated by chat GPT I will just take a screenshot and then crop the logo I then go back to my YouTube channel click on edit a profile picture and I will not only upload this as a profile picture but once I upload it there I will also add a watermark throughout the entire video throughout every single video that they upload I want to have this Watermark and I'm going to select entire video and once I do that I will just publish and now we have the name we have the actual Channel and we have the profile picture and we have a watermark step number five now you want to find the right affiliate offer to promote because it's going to be extremely hard to get your first $10,000 in one month if you just rely on that Revenue but if you add different offers to promote then you can get there a lot faster so what you can do is you can go to different blog articles to talk about best relationship or affiliate offers in your Niche and then just find a one ones and sign up for those affiliate offers it usually even tells you like how much you get paid per click and how much you get paid per sale you could also go to a platform like digistore 24.com this is like a marketplace with a bunch of offers and another one would be clickbank.com both are absolutely free and worldwide available step number six now I'm going to share something with you that I've never shared before and this is the style of videos that you will be posting and in what order you want to post them for best results possible and to actually get to your first 10K as fast as possible so I have these content buckets over here and what that essentially means is that I will rotate four different types of videos so I have Discovery videos which I go one Discovery one Discovery one community and one sales video discovery video is when you don't promote anything you just create video for Discovery to get your channel discovered it's a full value video very well edited very very valuable talking to a new member of the audience so you don't you address everyone you don't address your existing audience and then you make two videos where you don't promotee anything you only use that to grow your channel then you will create one Community video which is something that would be more for people that already follow your channel and that already know what the channel is all about and then at the end you have the actual sales video where you promote the offer so in my case I create two Discovery videos where I just provide value so my audience grows my channel grows then I create one Community video which can even be here's how I did XYZ here's my story here's a Q&A here's something more personal so that that's like building the community and building the core audience and lastly we have the actual sales video now these can be rotated in different video Styles they can be in the tools and apps and software style so for shape whatever then having the actual speech explainer video and testimonials so those are like different video styles that you can rotate in between these different buckets step number seven you also want to give away something for free you don't want to sell right away but you don't want to build either an email list or a community where you can have all of those people from your YouTube channel so you can either go to like free plr downloads.com and you can find different books that you can give away for free in exchange for collecting someone's email or you can build a free community so that's what I personally did and I already built my community like 11,000 members here on school which is pretty crazy so now if someone watched one of my videos and they sign up for my free community even if they don't watch any other video on my channel I can still talk to that person in my free community and that's extremely valuable because for example in the tools category we have different affiliate links for all of these different offers for example we have a link to vid IQ and you can see that if I log into my vid IQ account and I go for example to the affiliate Center of viq you can check my commissions from just this one single tool that I promoted in the community and last month we did over $1,000 in sales with it step number eight what a lot of people don't even know is that you don't have to sell to make money from your YouTube channel with different offers besides the ad Revenue because there are a lot of different CPA offers and CPA stands for cost per action which means that you can get paid with someone completes a certain action which in most of the cases means them answering their email address and for example there's this free app called tap mob that I've been mostly using to find different offers where I invite people to sign up and I get paid for example hey install this free app to achieve XY at for example this free app will allow you to track your calories way easier you can sign up to it for completely free and when people install it I get paid like $5 per free sign up which is pretty crazy and this is the app that I've mostly used for my YouTube channels step number nine the way that most of these channels actually got to their first $10,000 was not for mod Revenue because for example this channel over here has 14,000 subscribers only posted nine videos just from nine videos and their first video got 184,000 views and that was like 4 months ago it's a completely faceless Channel and this channel over here only has nine videos as well and their first video has 100,000 video views and this channel over here only has 14 videos but their first video got 1.4 million views and immediately second video got 19 million views and the Way That these channels actually made money and got to their first $10,000 in 30 days was through brand deals and sponsorships so you can essentially use this email template you can reach out to different companies so what I recommend is post like one really high quality video get some views on it and then use that as a selling Port you can say hey we can get x amount of views in these videos would you like to be promoted in one of the next ones that we publish on the channel and then you can basically use this template and just change the variables in the brackets step number 10 is to just keep providing value and not give up because for me personally it took me 3 years to actually get some insane results with faceless YouTube Automation and to actually get all of these different channels that are sometimes getting hundreds of millions of views it takes time but it can pay off quite well
