what's up everyone Tina here and in this video I'm very excited to share with you that you can now set up WhatsApp delivery statuses within workflows as well as missed call WhatsApp back inside of workflows this comes in really handy if you're sending out a marketing campaign and not all of your contacts have left their WhatsApp number and your opin forms so you can now set up an if else condition to filter if the WhatsApp message has been delivered or not if it hasn't been delivered you can decide if you want to send an SMS instead cuz some people have different phone numbers compared to their WhatsApp number or if you want to send out an email instead or maybe both this of course will increase the eyeballs on your messages which means more money in your pocket let me show you how you can set this up all right first want to click on automation on the left click create new workflow and click select the receipt then you'll see all of our workflow recipes here you can see two new ones the WhatsApp delivery status one as well as the missed call WhatsApp back all right let's set up the WhatsApp delivery status first click select and you can see the workflow has already been named as WhatsApp delivery status then in this scenario we just want to send a WhatsApp message to somebody who booked an appointment so as the trigger we have said customer booked appointment you could then go ahead and filter in terms of like which calendar you could be very specific for demonstration purposes let's just leave it as is then as the first action you will set up the WhatsApp message which is click the plus sign you would type WhatsApp and then you would select that since it's already selected we just going to click on WhatsApp right here and then this box will pop up in this drop down menu here you can select from the templates which you have set up prior under settings WhatsApp and then templates okay okay so this is prerequisite for you to be able to use this new feature you have to have WhatsApp number that is verified by meta and you have to have setup templates that are also verified by meter okay then you can get into this workflow here and set it up okay after we've selected our template you can see here we have this turned on wait for WhatsApp message delivery status okay this simply means that the contact will be held inside this WhatsApp step until meter returns these status back to the system okay so let's hit save action then next as The Logical condition we have set up three steps number one the WhatsApp delivery was successful okay which means the workflow ends for this contact and they're being removed from the workflow if you wanted to see how many people actually went through successfully you can just set a weight step put 99,999 here is the days I like to do that because I like to see my numbers here I like to see how many people are stuck in this workflow before leaving it then we have step two is the WhatsApp deliver is unsuccessful then step three the WhatsApp delivery status has failed in case the WhatsApp delivery is unsuccessful we have decided to send an SMS click on SMS and here you can see already pre-crafted content for you if you don't like it you can go in and change it to your likings okay then if the WhatsApp delivery status has failed you want to send an email click on email and here you can also see pre-crafted content again I would highly encourage you to go in there and edit it to your likings to your brand voice put your name and so on and so forth so clicking on condition explaining to you how that works so here we have the three branches right WhatsApp delivery successful unsuccessful and delivery status failed completely under the condition you want to click the drop- down menu for now it's already pre-selected but just so you know and then you want to select valid WhatsApp if it's true meaning if the delivery was successful then they're being added to this Branch right and the same for the unsuccessful one you select valid WhatsApp and then here you select false okay meaning if the deliver is unsuccessful which means it goes into this branch and people will be finally into the third option if the delivery status has completely failed now in case you're wondering how to set up a condition you simply click the plus sign here then you type if and you would select an if else condition right here and you will see this window popping up what you just saw a minute ago so this is it already for the WhatsApp delivery status let's hit save let's go back to workflows again let's create workflow and select the receipt and let's talk about the Miss call WhatsApp back okay click select so in the past we only had missed call text back now if somebody called you on your company WhatsApp number you can also send a message if you missed that call that again makes the customer feel seen and heard right so always keep in mind the company who replies the fastest to a lead to a prospect has a higher chance to close the deal okay so as a trigger we've selected call stages in the filter we select the call Direction and it's incoming and then the call status is busy cancelled voicemail or no answer okay so that's what you need to set for the trigger hit save trigger then you want to add a slight DeLay So WhatsApp doesn't feel like it's just the bot sending that message right to set up the slight delay you click the plus and you type weight in the search bar and you would select the weight action so click on the weight action and in the drop down menu you would select time delay here you can determine how long you would like to wait until the system sends out this message let's click save action then you can also sign this as a task to one of your users within the system to add this action you just click the plus sign type a sign in the search bar and select the sign to user option click on the action click the drop down menus under user and you can select any of your users hit save action then you want to send a WhatsApp message right you click the plus sign to find the action you just type WhatsApp click on WhatsApp action then this window will appear it's the same as in the previous workflow you click the drop down menu here and you select your template again you have to have set up the template prior to be able to do this alternatively we have already created a template for you which is this number here you can go ahead into your settings under WhatsApp and change the name of it if you like but you can see the text down here this is the content the person who just called you will receive and again you want to have this wait for WhatsApp message delivery status toggled on because now we get out of here for a minute we have the logical condition set up again okay in this case again we have three options number one the WhatsApp message has been sent which is great number two the WhatsApp message has failed and number three the WhatsApp message was unsuccessful if you want to set up a condition you click the plus sign you type if lse in the search bar and select this action if else now in this case we send an internal notification to one of our users here's a kind of reminder for yourself or for your staff whom you signed this task to or who will receive this notification hey you've got a Miss call from this person please reach out to them as soon as possible before the lead gets called we want to redirect this to conversations you can select here what you want but conversations make sense in this case and then down here you can assign us to any user inside of your system next up the WhatsApp failed if the WhatsApp has failed we want to do the same thing as in the other workflow we want to send an SMS okay to add an SMS you just click the plus sign here type SMS in the search bar and you see the first action popping up send SMS oh here for the internal notifications you just click plus and type notifications here send internal notifications right and then last but not least if the WhatsApp was unsuccessful we also want to send an SMS and an internal notifications for both options as well these internal notifications are so important and they also will pop up on your phone by the way if you have downloaded the lead connector app on your phone so you can always make sure that you're going to be really really fast and replying to your prospects let's sit safe CU I want to show you one last thing if you click on settings on the bottom left you go to WhatsApp and you click on WhatsApp so in case your WhatsApp payment has failed you can now retry the payment on your own by simply clicking this retry button once you click on the retry invoice button right here you will then have to confirm once more and the screen will look like this then you confirm payment once more and either you're good to go or maybe MAA has rejected your payment in case MAA has rejected your business account the screen will look like this and you will have to get in touch with maer and follow their verifications instructions and that's it already this is how you set up our new WhatsApp
