hi everyone this is Mr no today I will show you one app which is very useful it's called Miracle mind from sadguru so this is an app which has been launched recently by uh sguru to promote better mental health so this is the app so let me show you from the beginning okay so when you launch app this is how it comes up so what the app says is that if you spend 7 Minutes every day you can have better meditation so it will teach you how to meditate then if you come to this section wisdom you have various things tune in to sadguru Mystic breeze so here artificial intelligence is used to answer various question questions so you can ask various questions to sadguru so what does they have done I think is that they have trained using sadguru's knowledge base which has been accumulated over um many years and used to train this uh model a model and based on that it answers various questions so if I say let's answer one of these question I mean ask this one of the question here how should one choose a career okay so for this it has been answer has been given you are all seniors I'm okay I thought I'm a senior citizen these days but I'm still not feeling that way well see what is your idea or what is the basis on which you should choose your career are you thinking in terms of which will pay you maximum which will give you maximum Prestige which will get you this which will get you that it's a wrong way to go each of us each one of us have different levels of competence attitude aptitude so the important thing is what is my aptitude will I do better or do that better that's one aspect another very important aspect is what is most needed in the world today we must do that our actions are always and must be relevant to the times in which we exist in the situations in which we exist so that is the answer that has been given so let's ask another question so you can get audio of that also as senior school students all of us here like most of us are confused as to what career paths we should go into like how do we decide in which field we should so the similar question has been asked in some venue so you can see the actual um recording from that also that the reason I'm not doing it so let me go to meditation and show you how you can do the meditation that is the primary purpose of it so this how it starts we will make use of the thought and breath consciously to move into meditation as your thought and your breathing is always there with you let's work with what we have meditation not as a passive process but as a dynamic and exuberant empowerment of life to become meditative you have to move or understand a few fundamental realities of your own existence your body is an accumulation of the food that you have consumed or it's just a piece of this planet the question is only if you get it now you will become meditative or one day we may get it from the magots but it's a bit too late what we call is our mind is a heap of information and Impressions that we have taken in whatever we accumulate it can belong to us but it can never become us so the body is yours the mind is yours but it cannot be you these are two instruments of life that you have gathered but that is not not you and you can effectively use this in miraculous ways only if you have this little distance between you and the body between you and the mind here we shall start with the simplest step towards meditativeness a minimum of 7 minutes a day you definitely can do this sit in a comfortable posture if you wish you can rest rest your back but ensure your head is not rested place your palms upon your thighs facing upward with your face slightly upturned eyes closed and keep a mild Focus between your eyebrows now inhale and exhale slowly slightly deeper than normal with each inhale inhalation you take this thought I am not the body the inhalation should last the whole duration of the thought with each exhalation take this thought I am not even the mind the exhalation should last the whole duration of that thought do this for a minimum of 7 minutes if you wish to meditate longer you can continue at specific intervals of 7 12 15 18 and 21 minutes there shall be a bell to guide you with the timing if you wish to continue meditating you can ignore the bell and stay there as long as you wish when you feel like opening your eyes allow yourself 20 to 30 seconds then slowly open your eyes we will now go through this together please close your eyes keep your face slightly upturned and maintain a gentle Focus between your eyebrows with each inhalation take this thought I am not the body with exhalation I am not even the mind I am not the body I am not even the mind I am not the body I am not even the man so here if you see there is a timer uh till 7 minutes so sadguru's guided conversation will guide you in the meditation process so after 7 it will give you a bell then after that if you want to stop you can stop or
