What's up guys, in this short tutorial, I will show you how to fade your audio clip in or out using Adobe Audition. This should be quite an easy tutorial, everything you need will be listed in the description below. After recording your voice or importing an audio file in your multitrack session, you should be able to see this audio line which is going through your audio.
You can simply click on a point to create the timestamp on your volume line. When dragging the left side of this reference point down, you should see the audio line bent down. This indicates that the music will fade in from the left to the right, as the volume line goes up over time.
Use the same logic to fade your audio out by creating a new point in your volume line towards the end and drag the end of the line to the bottom to fade out the audio. In case you're unhappy with your fade, you can still change the position of your points later on. I hope this helped you out, leave a comment if you have any questions and see you in the next one.
