you could sell anything to anyone in this world the second step in the four ways of selling anything to anyone in this world is to share stories of impact this is where you embrace the customer and you give them the confidence and you let them know that hey i have solved a similar problem for someone in the past and this was the benefit that person experienced by using this product or service that i'm offering to you hey i have fulfilled the need or a desire of somebody else in the past who is a testimony for you to understand that this product and this service has the power to fulfill your needs and desires as well so that's the second step you got to embrace the customer and let them know that you have the capability of solving the similar needs similar problems similar desires because you've been there and done that for others in the past that's your second step in the process of learning how to sell anything to anyone in the world the third step is where you give them an assurance this is where you let the customer know that they are not buying the product or a service they are buying you they are buying the trust that they have in you and you will not let them down one of the biggest fears of customers is will i be sold something that i don't need at a high price and for you to address that fear so that they move closer to making that decision to purchase is give a personal assurance that you will take care of them that you will protect their interests that you will be there for them you will deliver what you are promising and you got to fulfill that promise you can fool a person only once if you fool a person on once you are the bigger fool because you are fooling yourself for a lifetime assure them that you will protect their interest that is what will move them from the confidence in the product to the confidence in you and that will give them the ability to make that decision so step number one understand study the psychology of the customer step number two showcase the impact you have created with that product or service on other people who have the same needs same desire same problem same pain points as this customer step number three give them a personal assurance that they are buying the relationship they are not just buying the product and you will not let them down and step number four in selling anything to anyone in this world is to challenge them to be a decision maker and not a procrastinator once they understand that you understand their needs their desires their problems their pain points their fears their fantasies and once they understand that this product or service has the ability to fulfill their needs desires problems and pain points and once they buy that relationship your assurance that you will not let them down then the only step left for them is to decide to make the decision and buy that product or service and this is where you need to challenge them as a friend saying hey don't give me
