All right, what is up YouTube? Today we are talking more about Five Amino 1MQ. I did a video about this I guess several months back when I first started my cut and I wanted to give you guys an update on my results uh during my cut and how I will be using it moving forward into the next show this year. Before we get into Five Amino 1MQ, guys, I do want to stress that I'm not a doctor. This is not medical advice. I'm not recommending you to use 5 amino 1MQ or any other supplements that I talk about on this channel. This is just based off of my own experience um and off of my own results. And that is pretty much it. And uh always consult with your doctor before you consider taking anything. Always consult with your doctor. And without further ado, let's move on. Now uh five amino 1MQ very popular uh peptide so to speak um in the market today. Okay, this this is making waves on the internet. It's making waves in the bodybuilding community. Does it work? The simple answer is yes. I'm going to tell you how it works. So it blocks an enzyme called NNMT nicotenomide inmethyl transferes. That's what it stands for. The blocking of NMT leads to an increased concentration of NAD+, also known as nicotine ducleotide. Hopefully I'm pronouncing this correctly. As the levels of NAD+ rises, so does cellular metabolism and cellular metabolism. This is what we want because this is essentially our body utilizing body fat for energy. Other benefits includes reduces blood cholesterol levels. This is great for uh people who uh are obese or trying to avoid being obese. Let's go back to the utilizing body fat for significant energy. My mistake while on 5 me 1 MQ is that I was on zero carbs for most of the prep. And that was a huge mistake on my part because if you're taking fat burners like five amino 1MQ that is going to utilize fat stores for store energy but then you're not feeding your body significant carbs to do the workload that that you are putting on it. You are going to burn that body fat but also you are going to burn muscle as well. And that was the mistake that I that I did uh was was that I wasn't feeding uh my body enough glucose turned into glycogen the for stored energy in the muscle cells in order to do the output that I needed to do in the gym. Uh I got extremely weak, guys. I got to the point where I could barely squat 135, which that is not good. I think that this was the weakest I've ever was in all of my bodybuilding preps. And it was because I was trying to chase shredded glutes. And you guys know from the last video, if you seen the last video, I don't even think it's possible for me to get my glutes as shredded as some of the other competitors. So, I was playing a game that that I was going to lose. Um, I need to Yes, we we we you need a certain level of conditioning, but you also got to know what your genetics are. And my genetics is not for to for me to have the best glutes. So, I have to come in order for me to have a shot at winning a show, I have to come with size and I have plenty of it, but I depleted all of it during my prep or a good good chunk of it. Um, and so that's a mistake that I made, but I will correct moving forward. So, I took my carbohydrates up to 500 gram of carbs. My proteins at my body weight, which my current body weight is at 227, it dropped down to 226 surprisingly. eating more carbs now. The weight is dropping more uh back down. Um and then my fats is anywhere between 70 gram to 100 grams per day. And then as the show gets closer, uh I'm looking at San Antonio Pro right now. So that's eight weeks out from now. As the show gets closer, what I'm going to do is I'm going to taper down the carbs. uh no less than 250 g and then I will have high days where I will go back to 500 600 g of carbohydrates. Um and that is my game plan and we will see how it goes. Of course, this is all experimental. I could still be wrong about this, but just looking at the science and how five amino works by utilizing any body fat that you have for energy, it makes sense that you would need more carbohydrates, especially the more muscle that you have in order to do the workload workload that is required. Uh you use your legs utilizes glucose the most out of all the muscle groups. And when you're dieting for the show, you're doing stair mass or you're doing cardio in the morning, then you're lifting weights, then you're doing more cardio afterwards. You're you're utilizing your legs a lot. So, the first thing to go when you are not implementing enough carbs will be your legs because you're you're using them so much during prep. you have to feed you have to feed it the carbs as required in order to keep that muscle mass and and also in order to keep the uh performance high as well and uh my legs significantly got smaller at the Chicago pro. So I got to work to get that size back. Um now five aminoq I took this both in capsule form and I took this in injectable form. capsule form works well. You do need to have the MIGs at a certain level and we'll talk more about that on Patreon because I can't really go into that on here. Um, and then I also did the injectable. I got the Injectable from Chimera Kims. And the Injectable in my opinion is a lot more potent and it's a lot more powerful and it's a lot more quicker. I would say within a few days that's when I started to see my quads starting to feather. I got more conditioning. I got more harder using the five amino 1MQ. Uh it did give me a little boost in my performance just a little bit, but that's mainly because I wasn't incorporating enough carbs. If I had carbs in my diet, I'm sure five amino would have boosted my my performance, my overall performance way higher than than what it was doing at the time. So, I'm going to be feeding my body more and I'm going to put this back into my regimen uh within the next week or two. Um, and I will be doing if I can get the injectable again, I would definitely be doing the injectable uh as well. And I'll go more in depth on the injectable format on my Patreon account along with the dosage and all that for you guys as well. So, take a look out for that video. Uh, but I want to know from you, have you tried five amino? I do want to to stress that five meal one Q and all fat burners are not magic. You do have to diet hard, guys. You do have to train hard. So, I'm not saying that, hey, you got to eat carbs. When I say you got to eat carbs, I don't mean pizza donuts. Maybe once a week or something like that for a cheat meal, but I don't mean pizza donuts on a day-to-day basis. I'm talking about carbs mostly from whole foods where it's very little to no fat within these carbohydrates that you are incorporating. That's what I mean by that.
