about a month ago I launched a service called rape by fresh where I would rape people on their looks and build them a personalized looksmaxing Plan called aesthetic blueprints it wasn't a huge launch the only advertisement I did for it was briefly mentioning it for 10 seconds in one of my videos initially I thought I would get perhaps 5 to 10 sales and it would be a good experience where I could learn more about the needs of my audience while learning to give more personalized advice what I didn't expect was for over a hundred of you to buy These Blueprints and for me to spend the next month and hundreds of hours grinding them out to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement I had to raise the price multiple times just to stop the flood of sales the initial ETA I gave for these plans was 1 to 3 days but it ended up taking me an embarrassing amount of time to deliver any orders at all as seen on some of these reviews The Experience was a huge grind but it gave me inv invaluable experience and insights into my audience and their needs I want to use this video to give you some tips on creating your own aesthetic blueprint because I believe a personalized approach is by far the best way to get results with that said here's what I've learned after spending a month and hundreds of hours making blueprints for others number one you need a strong Foundation if you're overweight and are carrying a lot of body fat it's kind of pointless to focus on building a perfect wardrobe or finding the perfect hairstyle there's a hierarchy in the looks maxing ladder and I think the foundation of it all is being at an acceptable body fat that actually lets your features shy and I don't mean that you need to be at 7% body fat and see every striation in your body which brings me to my next Point people are built different some guys believe it or not look better a little husky with a layer of fat over their muscles AKA be Mode God bro your voice is crazy what the some guys have certain facial features we're going too low in body fat actually makes them look worse a common example of this is the orbital bones that reveal really deep dark circles if you get too skinny now don't take this as an excuse to eat junk food and get fat but be cognizant of what body fat level makes you look and feel healthy number three balance is everything you need to learn to balance out your features here's a very common example that I saw hairline thinning is pretty common for a lot of guys if your hairline is thinning you want to balance L it out which means going for a hairstyle that is more of a fringe rather than something brushed up or parted if you have a big nose and you let your hair cover your forehead it shortens your face and makes your nose look a lot bigger which creates an imbalance simple things like learning how to balance around your features will make a big difference in the way you look number four the ideal physique one really common thing I saw from guys that obviously worked out was that they put very little effort into balancing out out their physiques we all naturally understand that if 10 people hit the gym for one year and they do the exact same training routine and have the exact same diet they aren't going to look exactly the same some people's chest and arms will be bigger because genetically that's the strong point some people's legs will blow up because that part of their body responds the best to training after a year or so of working out you should notice some body parts looking smaller than the others the obvious thing to do is to change your training routine and add more work to your weak points so you can bring them into line with the rest of your body it feels like a lot of people blindly follow training routines without thinking to personalize it for their own physique number five touch some grass your lifestyle reflects on your face a lot more than you might think within a few seconds I started recognizing which guys spend way too much time inside of their houses all day just gaming the biggest giveaways were having very pale skin dark under eyes usually from a weird sleeping schedule and a messed up posture with forward rolled shoulders and a forward neck from spending way too much time on the computer this is really underappreciated but evaluate your lifestyle and how you're spending most of your daily time and think about how it will reflect on your face and body number six make a vision board I'm a very visual person so every single blueprint I made had a vision board this is just a page full of images that can represent different parts of the looks maxing plan it could be images of the hairstyle that I think would look best on the person or or images of different lifestyle habits that I think they should focus more on like weightlifting or meal planning or it could just simply be pictures of guys that I think looks similar to them that they should take inspiration from taking a bit of time to browse Pinterest and Google images and just putting together a visual Board of how you envision your new lifestyle and look is incredibly helpful and I highly recommend it when making your own blueprint number seven track everything if you want to take your looks maxing seriously and see true progress you need to be tracking everything if you want to lose weight and gain muscle track your calories to make sure you're hitting your caloric and macronutrient goals if you're not seeing gains in the gym track your lifts to make sure you're progressively overloading your muscles if you're not seeing any results with your skincare routine stop using everything and add one partic back at a time and track the changes in your skin a lot of the guys I did blueprints for said they had been working out for years but when I looked at their results they looked like someone who had been working out for about 3 months some guys had dry sensitive skin but had been using skincare products made for oily skin for months and it only made their skin worse you can save months to years of spinning your wheels making no progress if you just put some effort into tracking I thought this was so important that halfway through making blueprints as a token of my appreciation for their patience I created a notion template to track all aspects of looks maxing and gave it to all the blueprint buyers for free I'll put a link to the template if you're interested in buying it number eight eight get fresh eyes we see ourselves every day so it could be really hard to objectively judge our own look sometimes and put together a solid plan for improvement that's what I think is the biggest advantage of getting a total stranger to do your blueprint they're going to be a lot less inclined to sugarcoat what they see but if you have some really honest family and friends it can be very enlightening to ask them about what they think of how you look right now number nine the future of aesthetic blueprints as of now the website and service for the aesthetic blueprints is still live on by fresh.com I'm not sure how long I'll continue doing them just because it eats up so much of my time but if it gets flooded again I will be raising the price one of the biggest positives to come out of this experience is that I built some really cool tools to help me streamline the process I'm also working on an app for iOS that will make the process of making your own blueprint much easier but don't expect this to be out for a very long time I really do believe once you know the basics of look maxing the next step is to personalize the advice and that's where we're heading with our content with that said these were the biggest tips and advice I have for anyone trying to make their own looks maxing blueprint good luck and make sure to follow the channel and join the Discord I'll put the links below
