hi guys welcome back to our tutorial for kids kuberia.fun we teach kids how to solve a Rubik's Cube and different puzzles and today I'm gonna teach you how to solve a mastermorphics it's one of my favorite puzzles it's very interesting shape mode three by three let's get started [Music] Master morphics looks like a pyramid but it's not master morphics is a three by three Cube shape mode so we will apply the same steps and algorithms that we applied for Rubik's Cube 3x3 just friendly reminder all our video Lesson and simple schemes you can find on our website kubera.fun the Rubik's Cube Center is over here the Master morphic Center is over here master morphics and Rubik's Cube are both have three horizontal layers top middle bottom and three vertical layers right one middle one and the left one they both have the same structure but different shapes look at the cross Center the top Edge the bottom Edge The Edge on the right The Edge on the left it has two type of Corners the flat one with one color and Corners with three colors you can easy to twist it if all of these edges imagine with the center piece top to the left to the next Edge top to the right to the next Edge right side up to the next Edge right side down to the next Edge [Music] our goal at this step is to solve the cross of the first layer let's find the yellow blue Center piece now I'm gonna solve this yellow Edge right side down we have the yellow Edge that needs to be flip right side down to the next Edge turn the front side clockwise one time and now turn the bottom to the left now our yellow Edge was flipped and solved let's solve the next yellow Edge is over here we move the right side down and this yellow Edge is over here in the correct spot [Music] foreign [Music] the corners of the first layer first I will solve this top right corner it's going to be blue and flat the necessary Corners we solve from the top layer to the bottom layer hold the cube the first layer is on the bottom let's find the flat blue corner on the top layer I'm rotating the top layer here it is this corner we should put is over here the corner that needs to be solved always should be on the top right we will put it on the bottom layer let's apply the right hand algorithm one two three for this blue flat corner is solved so let's solve this corner we should solve here other yellow and blue corner hold the cube the first layer is on the bottom let's find the yellow blue corner on the top layer here it is we will put it on the bottom we should do the right hand algorithm until this corner is done one two three four one more time one two three four one more time one two three four this corner is solved [Music] this is our first soft layer let's take a look at the centers of the middle layer these two centers should have the yellow color because there is a yellow side let's rotate two bottom layers and find two yellow centers this one is yellow and this one is yellow as well let's check the next side the side is blue and these centers have the blue color all centers of the middle layer are on its place and we just need to flip some of them we have to flip this center hold the cube the first layer is on the top the correct connection between this yellow Edge and this Center we will resolve on the bottom layer send this yellow Edge on the bottom layer turn the front side clockwise two times one two in this case the top of the yellow Edge is on the right please remember about it now we should put it to the back side turn the bottom to the right two times one two now the yellow Edge is on the back side now let's rotate the center the yellow part is on the bottom and the top of the center is on the right this Center is ready to meet the yellow Edge Let's back the yellow Edge turn the bottom layer to the left two times one two now the edge is fit for this Center let's send it to the top turn the front side clockwise two times one two we've just flipped and solved the center of the middle layer [Music] thank you at this step we solve the edges of the middle layer hold the cube the first soft layer is on the bottom the edges that need to be solved are over here the necessary edges we will find on the top layer we should solve this green Edge on this green side this green Edge is supposed to be soft is over here we need to figure out where should be this Edge before algorithm let's see what happens if we place this Edge to the left from this position let's check The Edge will not fit for this Center let's return it now let's check what happened if we placed this Edge to the right from this position let's check the algorithm placing the edge to the right will correctly solve this green Edge it means this green Edge we will place to the right it's a basic algorithm placing the edge to the right the algorithm placing the edge to the right always begins from the right hand algorithm one two three four rotate the cube and fix the next Center and let's apply the left hand algorithm six seven eight nine the green Edge is solved let's find and solve the blue edge on this blue side here it is let's try it from this position placing the edge to the right it doesn't fit this Center get it back now let's check what happened if we put this Edge from this position placing the edge to the left it will be correctly solved so let's do the algorithm placing the edge to the left we should begin from the left hand algorithm keep the center and let's do the algorithm one two three four rotate the cube and keep the next center now right hand algorithm six seven eight nine and this blue H is correctly solved [Music] this step we prepare the edges in order to solve the last cross at the step six if you attended our lesson we solved the yellow cross at step 5. it was pretty clear because if all yellow edges on the top the step is done in this puzzle it will be not so clear but I will try to explain you all the details first we should put this Center on the correct spot the green side should have the green part the red one should have the red part of this Center so the center is ready now we have to solve the first Edge for example here we need to solve the green Edge between these green centers let's figure out what does the algorithm from step 5. the left Edge never affected and doesn't change its position this green Edge will move to this spot over here upside down this red Edge will move to this spot upside down and this red Edge just move to the next spot over here as you can see the algorithm from step 5 will give us the first correct green Edge on its place let's do the algorithm one keep the center to three four five six we've got the first correct green Edge now we have to check all edges they should be ready for placing in their spots the checkup number one we need to check the edges form for example this Edge is located correctly between two centers let's check the second green Edge on its place this Edge is fit on its place as well now let's check the red one this red Edge is on its place let's put on this spot the second red Edge this one is fit for this sport as well the first check passed successfully let's move to the checkup number two we have to understand what happened when we apply the algorithm from step 6. if I apply the algorithm from Step 6 from this position these two green edges take this place let's check how they will be placed you can see that they will not be solved correctly as you can see the algorithm from Step 6 will not solve the cross on the last layer it means at this spot we should have other green Edge let's put this spot the second green Edge the algorithm 5 can do it let's figure out what happened if we do the algorithm from this position the left Edge doesn't change the green h will take this spot and upside down let's do the algorithm one two three four five 6 now we have the second green Edge on its place now we should do the checkup number one as you can see we should rotate this Edge because it doesn't fit for this green spot we applied the algorithm 5 from this position let's do the algorithm five one two three four five 6. let's do the checkup number one this Edge is done let's check the second green Edge on the green side this Edge is correct now let's check the red edges let's predict if this red Edge will take this spot so the second one will take this spot both of them will be correctly solved in this case the checkup number one is successfully passed return the center on its place now we have to do the checkup number two we should understand what happened after algorithm 6. the algorithm 6 we should do from the position when one of the soft Edge is in front of you this H will take this spot if we do the algorithm one more time it will take this spot let's put it there it will be solved correctly this red edge of the first algorithm will be here of the second time it will be here let's put it here it will be correctly solved as well this green Edge doesn't change this green edge of the first algorithm will be here after second time it will be here let's put it there it will be correctly solved as well I did two checkups and it means the step 5 is done and now we are ready to move to the step 6. [Music] hold the cube one correct Edge is in front of you and apply the algorithm hold the center one two three four five six seven eight we have to do the algorithm one more time and this green Edge will move on the green side and these red edges will take these correct spots let's do the algorithm one more time one two three four five six seven eight the cross on the last layer is solved [Music] at this step we should get all corners on the correct spots and then on the step 8 we flip them we can faced with the next stages we have no correct Corners at all do the algorithm and get one correct corner do the algorithm one more time and get all correct Corners in my case I have no correct Corners at all what does it mean a correct corner for example there are yellow green and red sides and here we should have the yellow green and red color at this spot we should have the flat green Corner in this case we should put any corner on its place I prefer to use the flat corners for this purpose I'm going to put this flat green corner on the green side hold the cube this corner should be on the top right one two three four five six seven eight return our green red Center and check the corners obviously these three corners are not correct let's check this one the corner has red yellow and green and place between red yellow and green sides now we have one correct corner hold the cube this correct corner should be on the top right and apply the algorithm one more time one two three four five six seven eight we still have incorrect Corners let's do the algorithm until all our Corners are correct one two three four five six seven eight let's check the corners these flat Corners are solved this red green is between red and green side and this red green blue is located between red green and blue sides all Corners are correct and the step is done foreign [Music] at this step we just apply the dislike algorithm for every corner that needs to be flipped hold the cube the last layer is in front of you the corner that needs to be solved should be on the top right let's do the algorithm until this corner is solved one two three four one two three four this corner is solved now turn the front side clockwise we don't need to flip this corner we can skip it turn the front side clockwise one more time now we should apply the dislike algorithm for this corner one two three four one two three four one two three four one two three four pretty often you can face with the situation the corner is solved but the puzzle is broken in this case turn the front side clockwise and apply the algorithm for the flat corner until the puzzle is solved one two three four one two three four the puzzle is correct rotate the last layer and we just solved a mastermorphic [Music] thank you foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause]
