I'm Jerwin Silibay and I'm here to encourage you to do sports. Are you tired of being fat? Are you tired of being unhealthy? Or are you tired of having such a low self-confidence? Then my friends, you lack sports in your life.

Oh, what is sports you ask? Sports is an activity that involves physical exertion and skills. You can compete against one another or form a team and battle each other. You can do sports for glory. and win or you can do sports for pure fun.

There are different kinds of sports that are fun and competitive. Sports like basketball, football, tennis, badminton and many more. The fun of playing sports depends on the player and that player is you. So make sure to choose the sport that you enjoy the most. Oh what?

You're now saying that sports is only for fun and nonetheless? Well no. Sports is also a form of good exercise.

So doing sports increases your body's health and maybe one day you'll get that body you've been dreaming of having of. Thank you for listening. Hello everyone and today I'm going to read a very important speech from the teleprompter. Out of all the quotes from pro athletes, the quote that hits me the hardest was the one made by one of the greatest boxers in the industry, Rocky Marciano.

Before the quote, a little known fact about him is that during his championship reign, he held a 49-0 record before his retirement. That is almost impossible to achieve. Going back to the quote, he states that I have always adhered to two principles. First is to train hard and get in the best possible physical condition.

The second is to forget all about the other fellow until you face him in the ring and the bell sounds for the fight. This expresses that training yourself to the utmost extent might just lead to a big success. I mean, come on, there are no shortcuts when it comes to sports, so nothing will happen when you keep lazing around.

Even notable athletes like LeBron James, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Serena Williams are still training up to this day. Another possible interpretation of that quote is that when you're in a game, do not think about others'opinion. You must play using your own style and just have fun.

This is the reason why certain players develop their signature moves in the game like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's Skyhook, Muhammad Ali's The Rope A Dope, and LeBron James'Chase Down Block. To conclude, just remember, I am doing this to convince you that both sports and life itself are much the same. Each has stages of development which leads to your true potential as a person.
