All right, let's go ahead and get started with today's lesson. Let me pull this. Uh, can everyone see the screen? Yep, you can see the screen. All right. So, we're going to start off with Tuesday training. There's grandma. And don't get too nervous about grandma. She just wants to make sure everybody understands the rules. And here are the rules. We are in training Tuesday. Training happens Monday through Friday at 10:00 Eastern Standard Time in the evening. The purpose of this training is to learn about LSSC, gain that business knowledge, master the business skills, learn how to use bonhat, know what LSSC stands for, obviously, and you also want to help yourself and your friends make some passive income. Now, those of you who attend training, you are required to do five days of consecutive training. You'll get $50 plus five points. Along with that, your the person who referred you will also get paid. they'll get $20 in five points. The managers will then review your learning progress and if you fail to master any of the LSSC basic skills, which I've mentioned earlier, uh within 15 days, which is three weeks of joining, you will be terminated. The cooperation and your money will be refunded. So, if you can't understand how to turn on a scooter or know what LSSC stands for or even as simple as checking bond daily, there's something something there's a disconnect, right? So, you really do need to go. You're not putting forth the effort. So, I'm not mad at them with that. Here's the proper format for submitting your summary. After each class, you are required to submit a summary. A summary, not a dissertation, not a book report. A summary. Just give me five bullet points. Your name is going to be at the top of the page. The day, day, 105, 205, 305. Your account number, which is the last four digits of your telephone number. And then who was your instructor? Was it instructor uh Eric? Was it professor Rosa? Who was your instructor? We have quite a few instructors, right? But there's only one professor, Eric. E R I C. No K. We're going to take that K. We're going to kick it over to key points. Just five key points, guys. And those of you who are graduating, you are required to do a video. Hello, my name is the city and state you're from. I don't need the account number because I can see you. I can identify who you are. Who was your instructor? Summarize what you've learned. And I know you can't see this corner because YouTube blocks this area, but summarize what you have learned for the whole week. Summarize what you've learned for the whole week. And then these are the two most important things, right? What's one point that I said to you that you will never forget? One point that I've mentioned to you that you will never forget. And then finally, what are you determined to do? You guys skip over these two. These are very important points. What will you never forget? And and and what are you determined to do? Right? What are how are you going to end this? Now, keep in mind, guys, I don't want to see a sad video. You can always come back and visit, right? But I don't want to see I am so happy to take this class. I really enjoyed Professor E uh Eric with a K. No, it's without a K. And you just don't smile. So, I want you to smile. I want you to be happy. You're about to make a buttload of money, if I can say that right. Can I say that? Of money. Maybe I should just censor myself. You're about to make a load of money. There you go. So, be happy about it. And you're done with training. Now you're on your own. The training wheels will come off. You can now flow with it. You can talk intelligently about the business. So, we're going to go diving deep into LSSC, the individual grading system. Now, this is the part that most people are not not fond of, but just like any business, you you have writeups and you have uh rules and regulations. LSSC is no different. We're going to take a note of your personal rating and this directly affects your income. Everyone starts off with 70 points. That is your normal income. So, if your score drops under 70, diverse things happen. And at that point, when your score drops below 61 to 69, you get 80% of your money. 60 to 30, 60%. And then when it drops below 30, well, that's just like you're not doing this class. You're going to be terminated. They're going to refund your money and you are going to be expelled from the company because it takes a lot not to to get down that far. So not participating uh actively being inactive the spreading negativity in the team will also lowering morale right we want to be positive this is a fun project it really is um you get points for actively participating and helping team members and you get the opposite if you don't right we want to be on the same team we want to make sure we are key players uh higher scores can receive cash mobile phones cards and even a store example if for example you drop below, let's say you're making $1,000 a day, you drop below 70 points down to 6169, you're only getting 20% of your income now. So, you're only getting $800 a day. It's kind of like if you're in a ride share business and you start skipping all the rides that you want, you don't want to go. They don't give you the better rides. So, now you're only getting 80% of your money because, you know, they're giving you less um less of uh the the referrals. So, you got to take the good and you got to take the bad, right? So with LSSC, you have we all start off on the same level. It doesn't matter how much money you came in with LSSC, we all start on off on the same level. Now, what am I talking about? Professor Eric, I am so confused right now. You're not making any sense to me. Well, let's log into the LSSC app real quick. Go ahead and log into the LSSC app and let's take a look at what I am talking about. So, when we log into the LSSC app, you'll see right here when you hit the my button, we'll zoom in right here. Um, and it says right here, my rating is 70. Everyone, go ahead and log into the account and see if you can find that. All right, once you find that score, everyone give me a thumbs up. All right. Good. Good. Good. And it's good to have two devices. If you have a tablet or a laptop, it's best to use uh one the larger one with the larger screen for the training and the other one you're going to use for um examples like that. Okay, good. Everyone sees it. So, when that score drops below 70, now you're only getting a portion of your money. And that's not good. We don't want that. We want all of our money. This is why we're in here. But the question is, how do you miss out on that income? How does your score drop? Well, I'm glad you asked. I will tell you. Thank you, John, for asking. So, score deductions. You lose 10 points when your device hasn't been turned on for 5 days. Well, that makes sense. You're not coming to work. You lose 10 points for disobeying the management arrangements of your superiors. If you're if you're That's insubordination. If you're not listening to your managers and they're doing something or asking you something that's not um against any violation of the rules, then you're going to lose 10 points. Like if your manager says, "Hey, look um you need to stop putting letters in the chat." And you keep putting the letters in the chat. Well, you deserve to lose 10 points because you're not listening. You lose five points if you're not responding to your messenger, your messenger, your manager's messages within 48 hours. And that includes the people right above you. Your inviter is also your manager, but this is directed to the regional manager. We are a part of a team. There is a hierarchy. The person who invited you is now above you. You are their subordinate. So, they know just about 10 seconds more than you know about the business. Point uh two points are can be removed if you haven't logged into bond chat for more than three days. and 10 points can be lost if no attendance um have if you've missed consecutive meetings um the the the monthly meetings or the weekend meetings. So there's a mandatory meeting on Monday and there's two mandatory meetings on Saturday and Sunday and then you lose 10 points if you never partic participate in any publicity and sharing of the company. There's parties and gatherings and and banquetss all the time. Like like look at this. Th this is my this is my calendar that's like posted on my on my desktop. These are all the events that are happening all around LSSC. So let's zoom in because you probably can't see this because you're using your cell phone. But look at this. Dallas Dallas has a 200 person seminar. Wait, where are we? This the ETH. All right. So we have something going on in Canada, Toronto. We have Ohio. We have Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Atlanta, California, Calgary, Minnesota, Kentucky, Canada, Montreal. Montreal again has something else going on the following day. And then they have Florida, Florida, Florida, Pennsylvania, Houston, Texas, Massachusetts, Alabama, Iowa, Colorado, Jersey, Philadelphia, North Carolina, Canada. And that's just like six days. That's just like six days. So, there's no excuse for you not showing your face, wearing your LSSC badge, and saying hello to people that you've never met before. Yes, your anxiety will be through the roof, but it is fun. It is really fun. The banquetss, man, the banquetss, the food, the people, the energy, the scooters. You get to ride the scooters, guys. Get involved. Look at all of this. This is uh July 15th, July 20th. N the all of these dates. We're hoping to see the New Jersey uh office open in um in July. Definitely the August um is going to be the August 1st is the is the top tier right now because that's the annual management bonus distribution. If you become a captain before August 1st, they're going to give you $5,000 just to be a level one captain. You're also going to get $2,100 for just becoming a captain. you're going to get um $100 for uh being promoted and then you're going to get your residual income of of $240 for the month. So, there's a lot happening. So, guys, get to it. Hit the ground running. Go ahead and start talking to people about LSSC. Build a team if you want. If not, just press the button and just stay with your static income and that's all you'll ever make. But if you build a team, which is not difficult because someone shared this with you, you can share it with them. allow them to have the same privileges that you do. All right, moving on. I know. So, if you can lose points, I Well, guess what? The opposite is gaining points. You get three points if you successfully invite a friend to LSSC. You get five points for successfully organizing an offline training meeting with 30 or more participants. Get this guys, an offline training. Here's the translation in Professor Eric's language. Take them out to eat. You get five points for taking someone out to eat and teaching them about LSSC. So do a dinner. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is the weekend dinner like extravaganza, right? So, take people out to eat, introduce them to LSSC, get them to register and sign up for LSSC, and you're going to get five points. You do this. We have a team under me that will do this every single weekend. And they bring their own team, so they have a training class right after they have a meal. Brilliant. Brilliant. They're They're probably about two clicks away from a car. Um, 10 points. Dag, I messed that up. 10 points if um if you invite a 100 people or more. Five points if your L1 becomes a L1 manager. What does that mean? Right? What what does that mean? Well, that means if you get anytime you invite someone directly under you, they become your L1, your level one person. They're your first person on your on your level. If you get five of those people, then they become manager or you become manager and they become your L your L1 trainees. You get 10 points if you provide a useful suggestion for the company development. And if any of you ever get those 10 points for providing something useful, let me know. I want to see how that works. I have provided so many things useful. I I I think they owe me like 400 points plus five points if you report those who spread negativity um among the LSSC members, right? Rumors. So basically, you get five points to snitch. And you know what they say about snitches, right? Snitches get five points. Five points if you complete five days of training for the first time and learn the basic information of LSSC and five points if you supervise someone through training. So, get this, right? You here you are with 70 points. You start off with 70 points. You invite someone. You get three points. So, now you're at 73. They finish training. They get five points for that. Now, you already have eight points for doing it yourself. So, now you're almost at like 90 something points because you just duplicated the process. You do that over and over again and you accumulate points. Isn't that awesome? No. Because you don't know what points are for. LSSC is a team effort. LSSC rewards those who contribute. If you're inactive, your score drops and you may lose your opportunity. So, help your team stay engaged and grow with LSSC. So, this is what I want you guys to do. So, if you take the initiative, the team will move forward. If you share once, it may ignite a person's transformation. How on fire do you get when you see someone else understand and get LSSC? You just kind of like, wow, this is you they they motivate you. You get motivated and it just it it just it just keeps happening. And then you invite somebody else and they get motivated. Look, this is great. I love this company. And you're like, yeah, yeah, this company is great. Yeah, I forgot, you know, and it just keeps happening over and over again. I didn't take my medication today, so I'm a little hyper. It's the ADHD. I'm sorry. Waiting and watching will not bring results. Only by participating, taking action, and copying can you really get on the fast track of income, growth, and team expansion. Make sense? Okay, let's move on. Actively participating in the training of new participants and partners is the first step towards success. So guys, think about this, right? If you don't understand a word that I'm saying or you're only catching every other word, there is a little sprocket down here somewhere. I know I talk a mile a minute, but hopefully with you doing that, you will not just catch every other word, you'll actually understand what I'm saying in full. We're going to just create our own device, our own way of doing things. We're going to hire people to market for us, and we're not going to buy advertising like that. We may buy a little bit of advertising, but for the most part, we're going to get all of them to do all the work for us. And people are like, "What? What are you talking about? I'm going to buy a fake car and drive down the street with my fake money." LSSC promises to help you make money and change your life. But the pre the premise is that you must truly understand the platform, system, rules, and operating methods. What is the purpose of partner training? It is to help you avoid detours and quickly master the method of making money so that you can get started and see results as soon as possible. Um, if you're unwilling to participate to even in the most basic training, what are you good for? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Let me read this here. No matter how good the company's resources are or how excellent the project is, it will not help you succeed. Make making money is never about waiting but about learning and doing. If you want to earn more money, prepare yourself first. Only by truly understanding the operating logic of LSSE can you grow your income in the right direction and in the right way. Training is not a task. It is the key to open the door to wealth. Participate now and there will be more possibilities in the future. You find direction and and this increases your motivation. And trust me, there's a lot of people that keep coming back to this class because it's not because of what I say, it's how I say it. The curriculum changes slightly every week, but as my experience grows with this company, as I get involved with other uh projects with LSSC, I'm a business person first and foremost. If you have a business and you want to learn how to grow your business, I don't care if your business is producing a million dollars. I I I don't care. I can show you how to make your business better. My brain is just wired that way. Okay? But LSSC is now consuming me because I'm having so much fun and I can go in and help other people now. I have that freedom of working when I want to work. Have someone else run my computer store. I have a store, not a shop. Because I'm not stupid. I know if I give those people away and I help my teammates build in two, three months from now, that's going to help me build. What do I care about $150 now when I can make $150 for the uh every 10 days for the next three years? Bro, sometimes it's not that you can't do it. It's not. It's that no one can wake you up. You have to be willing to do it. So, consistency beats what what is it? How's how do I want to phrase this? Consistency beats quantity every time. You can go up there and just trying to get everybody to sign up under you, right? And you're just out there out there. But if you're consistent, if you constantly are working with someone, right? Consistency is the key, you know, and one of the things that I tell everyone, you want to make sure you can duplicate your process. Once you find your rhythm in LSSC, make sure you can teach someone else. Make sure you teach the people under you how to make money. I don't gatekeep. You know, if I find a way, a technique that works for me to help me and my team, my team and I to make money, I'm going to share that with my team and my team will hopefully share that with them. It's a formula, right? Everyone has a different formula for making money. But this is not like anything you've ever done before. This is not multi-level marketing. This is not a pyramid. This is not a Ponzi, right? Because a Ponzi doesn't have a physical product, right? A Ponzi requires more members to keep signing on and signing on to sustain the business. LSSC has four different tracks. They have the L uh the LSSC. They have now we have two rental devices, power banks and scooters. Um and we know what's coming next. They have the LTE. We're we're on the market right now learning how to buy up and buy down. Um then we have the um the what is it the LSSB how we invest money in other projects to help LSSC buy more products right so now they're like stamping their names on other products like oh my goodness there's another company that does that um something basics uh something essential Amazon Amazon doesn't make any products neither does Walmart neither does Costco member uh member was Is it member something? Member Members Mark I think it is. And then there's um there's uh Kirkland. They don't make TI they don't make Tide pods but Kirkland's name is on the Tide pods. They get another company in making it and stamp their name on it. So LSSC is doing the same thing. And these companies are profitable. LSSC is profitable. We're seeing we're we're at the ground floor of watching. You know what? I could talk about LSSC all day. This is not a business class. Let me move on. Maintaining bondshack communication is important uh guarantee for your stable income in order to ensure that every member receives company notifications and collaborates with the team in a timely manner. LSSC uses bond chat as the official communication tool. Pay attention to the following communication requirements. Check and reply to manager messages in a timely manner and participate in group discussion. Bonad is the way we communicate with our managers. They can't see what we're doing, right? They can't see what we're doing. So, they know what we're doing by us communicating, by us taking pictures, by us doing videos and showing them that we're active within LSSC. I talk a lot with my hands. So, make sure you stay on Bonhat. Make sure you stay active on Bonhat. Make sure you get counted on Bon Chat. Why do I have to log into Bonhat uh daily? I just said it. They don't know what we're doing. They have no idea what we're doing unless we are a part of it. So not replying to messages or participating in discussions for a long time, you will not only affect your account score but may also reduce device revenue and lead to uh to cancellation. If you want to make money, you can't lose connection. Being active is your most basic responsibility for your own income. Why is it forbidden to spread negative comments? That's self-explanatory. That brings down the company's morale, you know, and then you cause panic. Like every time you see one of these negative things on YouTube or on Reddit or on the internet, the first thing you guys want to do, you want to copy it and send it to someone else. Why would you do that? Why would you do that? That it it's like having the cure to cancer, right? You have this book and it says this is the cure to cancer, right? But then you pick up another page and from some random person on the internet and they're telling you something else, but you have the cure in your hand, but yet you want to read some of the propaganda. You're already in the book. You've read the book from cover to cover and you know, you've seen it work, but yet you want to pick up something over here and read it. You are in the company. You see it from the inside out. These people are seeing it from the outside in. And I tell every last one of these people who like to attack LSSC. And some of the stuff is just for people to gain um more likes um uh to to to gather more things on their channel to make more money. So they they attack LSSC and what do we do? We get upset because we're making money. So, we jump on there and we start communicating with them and it's going back and forth and now they're sending messages and you're sending messages and their likes and their and their subscribers go up enough because they like to people like drama. People like drama. So, look, you know, because from day one you started earning money with LSSC. Stop reading into everything. Rather some of this information is true or some of the information is false or all of it's true. It doesn't matter what other people say. It's your experience. That's why the channel is called, for me, Lightning Shared Scooter Company, my experience. This is the experience that I've had with LSSC. I can't speak for anyone else, but as of right now, LSSC has kept every commitment. They have um they have proved to me that they have paid out. I I have people on my team that have been on my team for eight to nine months, not 89 months, but eight to nine months. And they haven't recruited one person. They haven't recruited one person because LSSC says that you can make money solely from your static income. Now, whatever the reason is, they can't do they they haven't decided to share this with family or maybe they're an introvert and they don't know how to talk to someone. LSSC has never once threatened them to uh quit or we're going to take points away or close your account. Now, in the in the past when LSSC was new, I can't speak for that. Only thing I can speak for is the last eight and a half months to nine months that I've been with LSSC and I've seen what I've seen. So, what you see out there, just like you, are you the same person you were 10 years ago? Are you the same person you were 15 years ago? No. People grow and change every day just like businesses. Businesses make decisions that will change the the the the way they operate. Think about it. Amazon was a book company. And now look, they're not the same company they were 10, 15 years ago. No. So people change, companies change. Live in the now. Okay? Those people who are on the outside, let let them stay on the outside. If they want to come in and see how good this is, they'll they'll know. Every word can affect the team's atmosphere. Every forward can cause panic and misunderstanding. Negative emotions are like viruses spreading quickly and causing serious consequences. Guys, don't share the information, right? You're just going to bring down company morale, and this person is only doing it for views and likes. Um, and even if some of the stuff is actually true, don't buy into it. Go off of your experience. Yeah, people will I see some of you say, "Well, people don't want to invest because they're afraid of this and they're afraid of that." You weren't afraid of Teeu. You weren't afraid of Teeu or Wish.com. You guys see this? Oh, man. It's all these commercials and I can get this for $16. I can get this for free. But you guys invested in Teeu. You went out and gave some random company in China your money and you waited two weeks and panicked because you weren't getting your product, but in two to three weeks you got your product. You get paid the same day with LSSC. So, I don't want to hear it. People are afraid to invest. That's a bunch of junk. That's a bunch of malarkey. If you're willing to learn, the company's willing to train you. If you're willing to participate, the platform is willing to support you. If you're willing to grow, the team is willing to take you on a trip. I don't like that on a fly. But if you don't move, don't learn, don't cooperate, there's no place for you here. LSSC will directly refund the rent and terminate the cooperation. If a company was out to scam you, why would they refund your money, right? They're like, "Ah, you're not doing what you're doing. I'm gonna keep your money." Why would they take all of this time and effort and put it into like these offices and buying hundreds of thousands of scooters? Like, I don't understand that. Like, if they're trying to scam us, you know, why would they take money and spend it and put it someplace that doesn't benefit them? I don't get it. So, you know, the that doesn't add up to me. It doesn't add up to me. But people don't see the scooters, so they start to panic. Take them to the stores. Take them to the offices. Let them see the scooters. If your friends don't believe LSSC is real, they'll see it when you make that money. The money is real. So, maintain your company's reputation is the guarantee of continued e in income. So, if you're making money, share that with your friends and family um and let them come up with their own decision. If for any reason um that the company feels like you're maliciously damaging the reputation, long-term failure to log in, still not mastering the company's basics, illegal operations, like having two devices and it's all yours. You're not running it for your for your grandson. you're running it for yourself or you're not running it for your your wife, you're running it for yourself. So, all of those things add up to fraudulent activity. And so, LSSC is going to say, "Hit the road jack." Let make sure you guys can see this. Excuse me. All right. So, we're going to give you a quick rundown on digital currency. So, those of you who do not have Coinbase and you want to set up a Coinbase account, now listen, you should have some way of moving your money in and out of LSSC. Um, I like Coinbase because it's simple. I don't have to learn a lot. I don't have to store 12 words as my password. Coinbase is simple. If I forget my password, I click on forgot password and they reset my password. All these other wallets, they there's it's a not all these other wallets, but a lot of the other wallets make it really complicated. So, how to buy and transfer cryptocurrency? It's very simple, guys. First of all, let's understand what type of currency we use the most. We use USDC the most. It's a stable coin. It's backed up by the Federal Reserves, which means when I deposit USDC into my bank account in the States, it understands exactly what it is. I don't have to convert it. I don't lose any money, and it's widely accepted. Creating an account on Coinbase is real simple. I put the um directions in the chat. You'll see um I'll put the link in again. Now, cool cool thing about this, guys, if you do not have Coinbase, you will get $30 the first time you purchase cryptocurrency. and I will get $30. It's part of the sharing economy. Now, you'll go to coinbase.com or download the app. Click on get started or click on that link and you'll verify your email, your phone number, your name, some basic information. You'll upload your government ID and in about uh roughly two to three minutes, you'll have an account with LS uh with LSSC with Coinbase. And then it's going to ask you to add a payment. You can either add a bank account, a debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, whatever whatever payment you want to use, but they all have limitations. They all have um some good things and some bad things about it. On the bank account, you can do larger transactions. The debit card, you can uh the purchases will have fees. On PayPal, you'll have additional uh money that you can purchase. When when you do this, you'll actually see it. you'll actually see how much money you can purchase or how much uh currency you can purchase using that um information. Christina de la Rosa buying USDC on Coinbase. Buy sell of the Coinbase dashboard. You're going to click on buy and sell. You're going to click on USDC on the list. You'll enter the amount that you want to purchase. Choose your payment method. We did that on the previous screen. Once you choose your payment method, preview what you're going to what you're going to buy. Make sure everything is there and then click on buy now. Once you click on that, that money will be in your Coinbase account and then you can spend it. Transferring is just the same thing like any other bank account. You're going to click on send, send, receive. Once you click on send, you're going to choose USDC. You're going to get the address that you're going to send it to. Either your friend will provide it or you'll see it on LSSC. Make sure it is accurate. Check the first five characters and the last five characters. Enter the amount that you're going to send. Make sure you choose the right network. All networks are not created equal. So, we use the Polygon network. Make sure if you doing USDC, you're on the Polygon network. Once you do that, click continue. Review your transaction and click on confirm. Just the opposite when receiving. Make sure you are clicking on receive. USDC is the asset. know what your wallet address is. You'll see it when it pops up on the screen. Wait for the transaction to complete. The processing time depends on how busy the network is. And guys, don't panic. If you don't see your money right away, you can track it. I love it. You can trace where your money. I wish I can do that at my bank. Like I send money like wire transfer and I'm sitting there and waiting and waiting for days and days and I never see the money pop up. With LS with uh LSSC with Coinbase, you can trace it. You can see it jump from one server to the other and follow it along what they call the blockchain. If it's delayed, verify the correct network was used. If you use the wrong network, if you lose the wrong network, your money is gone. You sent it to the wrong account. It's in limbo somewhere. It's just like if you did this with a bank. There's no getting it back. So, in summary, always verify your wallet address before sending. Choose the right network, use Coinbase security features, um, like two-factor authentication, and be mindful of transaction fees before transferring large amounts. Now, I will say this in conclusion, guys, we're going to end the class, um, about uh, one minute early. Looks like that. We got 30 seconds left. I will say this. If you are new to LSSC, don't worry about taking money out. Don't worry. Take money out within your third week just so you can prove that you've taken money out because that's what your friends are going to ask. But can you take money out? Yeah, I took out money. That's going to take about six weeks about the time you get your money back. Right? So don't worry about it. If you want to take a little bit out, take a little bit out. Okay. You can always do side quests like sometimes your manager will ask you to do some things that are a little extra and it gets you extra credit, extra money. It'll help you get to that point where you want to be. But building a team is where you want really want to focus. Whether it's in the LTE or the LSSB, that's what you want to do. What happens if someone's bond chat is blocked? Um, there is something that you can use that LSSC said we couldn't use, but will allow you to use to get past those blockages. So, get with your captain or inviter and maybe they can help you circumvent that. Is there a risk? Yes, there's a risk in everything, but what are some examples of the risk in LSSC? What are some of the risk in LSSC? Um, that's a very good question and I'm transparent. I'm completely honest with you, right? Um, based on the company's track record, I don't see how they would run out of money because their foundation is um financing and asset management. So, they know how to manage money. Um, I think the risk in my opinion would be um if the application like just jammed up and and you couldn't run your scooters for the day. But I see those as being temporary things. You know, with them hitting the almost 5 million mark right now in members and not one person has missed a day of payment, it it's pretty hard to to see anything negative about the company, you know?
