55 Striders over this incredibly daunting sludgy muddy mulch here we are at the start line of today's challenge First Impressions Callum oh there's a few daunting one isn't it fourth one in is super we' got 55 strides here and now our challeng is to test everyone and see if they're safe some of them are like this and you can guarantee that's safe but then some of them are like you see over here Toby's one that one there is a bit dodgy but still dealable the last endurance stride challenge we did was in Madrid that was like copy and paste for 155 come on once you got in the rhythm of it you couldn't really go wrong the difference about this one is they kind of vary in size and it's not deadline straight as you can see here here's our PA kind of Curves off at the end big big news you may water challenge like we're close to some water but this is a an extremely unpleasant muddy Marsh challenge look how hollowed out that is not good it's not a standard ending here you've maybe got the Crux of the challenge right at the end finish the strides and then you've got got an actually quite big running pre diagonal and then bounce off obviously you got the the sludgy mud look at that oh God you complete the challenge if you get to here but if you want to add like a CH on top something yeah if you go left it gets smaller if you accidentally open up right it it's terrible if you open up right left taking off there then at least it's a somewhat straightish PR it's not that nice I don't really like it physical judgment after doing all those yeah eyes clatter into the rail that's the issue being tired effect power output as well as judgment something like this at the end of this is uh a concern here how are you feeling about the jump I just don't like stoppy jumps like that it's just a little bit crap on your body but yeah like you said it's going to be at the end of this big thing but I don't think I'll be too gassed it's just judging it with that underdo it's naughty underdo is almost not an option at this point like with the mud and the horrible stuff sticking out the mud that's why I think I might put extra beans in and car crash it a little bit you have to kind of calculate which foot you want to take off at the end at the start really prep time we've checked it all out now it's time to hit a few strides in a row maybe hit that end jump see what they're saying done the safety test there's 55 wooden strides here and only one of them or two of them are a little bit dodgy so that's honestly so good we came here initially some guy shouted us out it's like you guys got to come to Hole to do the water challenges you saw this on maps and you wouldn't expect every one of those to be safe but they bomber I'm warmed up I just need to get my footsteps right coming in woo as you can see Star Army the landing's a different shade now thanks to the brush we just need to work out our footsteps right left right I really like this being at the end it's cool enough to end here but just to add that extra element of like tough at the end is really cool The Landing surface kind of angles out it's not like flat to flat so you kind of got to bend it in to try and get a flat approach oh go on Cal okay it's like that nice nice so yeah that's the other thing the way that it feels on the body like abruptness I'll give one of those a go yeah nice that's reverse the steps so we get the first one correct from the beginning yep uh I'm breaking the ice on this challenge the 55 whole Strider challenge we've had good confidence I've done the seaside Striders in Brighton come on I've done the Madrid Striders can I complete the whole mission he's coming in 10 seconds right Max is about to give the very first attempt to go Max is off good start looking comfortable cruising through the easy section here comes the dodgy he's made it through the dodgy it's great great performance so far looking good this is where it starts getting a little bit tough come [Music] on oh that's a nice job the end is you know the end's coming up up and you're like have I got my footsteps right and when you come towards the end you're trying to calculate if you have or you haven't you just got to carry on the pace and trust it that was really fun it seems like the sizes are definitely different but they're still kind of small enough that you can adjust and probably not but when I was in it I kind of like this is kind of chill like the strides are so small for me that it's like you look so chill on the strides would be able to do that at the end of the one in Spain no no no no the 155 there 100 more before yeah jump I would Trump if I even made it it was easy in terms of leg power it wasn't that much I was scared of doing what you were doing anking it's more like the am I going to be able to put the right amount of power and judge it with the speed that you're coming out of a little bit I was like five strides out I was like oh [ __ ] the three prematurely you're taking away the attention that should be on the strides I mean maybe I'll get to the end and just feel a bit of Psych from having gotone to the end anyway just maybe it literally how it felt for me yeah so you start right to take off right here yeah okay don't force nothing until you're there and it won't be the end of the world just be the end of your knees right oh God quite floor and sort of deciding around this part if I was going to commit it would be horrible and that does not look fun I would have probably just clattered my horribly bad ankle into that or overcooked it majorly and just body slammed into the rail which I want that Keen on to be totally honest sash up next the strides a't too bad that's the first set of strides out any of these videos I've actually got to the end of apart from this little Scuttle here obviously but give me a break I didn't want to do yeah oh God that's awful I really was not feeling that today but I'm happy with myself I take that all day long she come back from uh climbing trip very little footwork very little jumps actually a lot of footwork but no jumps which has been good rest for the bad ankle but if I kick the concrete too much it flares up again I got surgery at the end of the month though just a little clear out can pretty much walk out the same day they just like go in and tied it up hopefully actually old tricks for now just trying my best to keep up this lot see what Master Sasha pow has to say about the challenge oh I've ref flared up my coxics as well I'll stop my about my injuries but pop a clipping of an absolute back slap in front my coxic is really bruised you get why yeah I balanced along the beam at the end does that mean I completed it I do some preps but I am feeling a bit scared yeah don't pause it I'm scared of you know I know what to do but I'm scared of the glitches where just happens to my body out like threes or something yeah I just wanted to one plow that's scary enough yeah I mean go to the side or like go far along enough so you don't have to worry about this wire if that's annoying as well that wasn't actually oh well here's something else to be scared like fair enough these are way scarier than the ones in Spain and you ped them right yeah I prefer blows at the moment just cuz I prefer two leg things rather than one leg but yeah that makes bad fo I know why even though it's sludge you know it's going to be kind of soft like still fooling that distance shut the [ __ ] up yeah strides are Grim yeah they are Grim yeah true play you're doing plos it's so much harder you got I think on the Madrid run you got 23 yeah yeah autic and these are way scarier than the Madrid on sludge is sorry as soon as it gets to that bigger one it's so weird like when they change sizes yeah you're worrying about like the Buckle a little bit it's multiple things isn't it it's like not doing strides in a while it's not having confidence in your legs and ankles not to buckle they both don't help your confidence and that underneath you that little shockingly bad consequence oh my god oh oh my God you are lucky that flew off in the wrong direction I've got white
