Before we begin learning these first 25 words you need to know that there are five important things when learning signs you need to make sure that you need to know. The hand shape, palm orientation, movement, location and none-manual signals of each sign. So for instance we have the sign ME. It's an index finger, which is its hand shape, in the location on your chest pointing towards yourself and your palm is facing down and there's no facial expression with it. Now if you'd sign it like this with your thumb that would be incorrect and it wouldn't be a sign at all. So make sure that you're following each and every sign knowing exactly what each hand shape, location, movement, palm orientation and non-manual signal is doing in each sign.
