There's this lucid dreaming technique that isn't talked about much, I guess, because it's kind of hard to get across as like some instant lucid dreaming hack or some [ __ ] and make clickbait YouTube videos about it. So, like, no one talks about it. But, it's called Vile, which is visually incubated lucid dreaming or visually induced lucid dreaming depending on who you ask cuz all the definitions on different websites are [ __ ] different or some [ __ ] But, I was reading lots of different versions of the technique and found the best ones. It was first made in 2003 and kind of refined and then there was a better version that came out in 2007. Now although at first it does seem kind of more complex than traditional or like the simpler lucid dreaming techniques you hear about. If you are able to master vile, you will basically be like a lucid dreaming [ __ ] god. Bro, I literally saw some guy who mastered this. He was able to lucid dream now in the day without sleeping beforehand anytime he wanted. So he could just lay down in the day anytime he wanted and just enter straight into a lucid dream which makes total sense once you like learn about the technique and understand how it works. I will say the better your visualization bro the more effective this technique will be and it'll be easier to pull off. However, if your visualization is [ __ ] firstly, I wouldn't worry about that too much because your visualization, and what I mean by that is just so I'm clear, your ability to like imagine and visualize things in your head. I don't mean like [ __ ] hallucinating. This is another hallucination tutorial. But I will say if your visualization um skills aren't good, don't worry because doing this technique will not only help your lucid dreaming, but it should also help your visualization. Also, when we're doing where we're doing the technique or at what time we're doing it will be like really a really good time for like your visualization to be better than it normally is. Because when you do this technique vile, you do not have to wake up in the middle of the night. The best time to do it actually is when you wake up in the morning or if you just happen to wake up in the night, you don't have to, then that's a good time to do it because your brain is kind of in this half asleep, half awake state and it's perfect for the technique. So this is the one this is like one technique that you do not have to do awake back to bed for. You can also do it during the day. I have seen some people do it right when they go to bed, like the first time they go to bed initially, which you don't normally do lucid dreaming techniques at, but I've seen people say it works. I don't [ __ ] know. But all the technique is is this. You want to lay down and you want to start visualizing a scene in your head. It can be any scene you want. Of course, like I said, since you're in going to be in this half asleep state, it'll be much easier to visualize and get into like a vivid visualization. So, you won't have to put as much effort into it. And don't rush this either. Go slow. Take your time. Start visualizing a scene. It can be anything. Think about standing next to a lake or some [ __ ] Think about your sight first and then go through your other senses. For example, touch. So maybe you can feel things in your visualization. But what I mean by touch as well is feel how your legs feel. Feel how your feet feel on the ground. Feel how your arms feel and the gravity or some [ __ ] Once again, if this isn't like perfect and you're you're like, "Oh my god, I can't feel the [ __ ] ground in my head." Like, don't worry about that [ __ ] It doesn't You don't have to be like autistic visualization skills to be able to do this. Okay. Then next, go to your hearing. Think about things you would hear in this scene. Do you hear birds? The wind, [ __ ] any animals? Then think about smell as well, which of course is maybe like the hardest sense to get down. And it's not as important, but still it's good to go through all five senses. And then you'll kind of notice when you're focusing on your hearing or your smell, the kind of sight or the touch visualization will kind of lose some of its vividness. Because of course it's better to just focus on one sense at once, but we want to go through all five senses. But do not worry about that [ __ ] okay bro? Don't worry about that. If that happens, just go back to your site, try and visualize the dream scene again and kind of try and meld it all together to make one big visualization dream scene. Now, if you were successful at doing this, which as I keep saying, you're in a perfect state to do this when you first wake up because you're like still in a halfdreaming state. As you're doing this, the visualization should become more vivid and more vivid until eventually hopefully like the end goal of course is that you end up in a dream and you'll know it's a dream where when it feels really stable still it could be a bit blurry and not really vivid but it's like you actually feel like you're there in another body walking around or kind of maybe random [ __ ] random shit's happening. So I think it's kind of like taking hypnogogic imagery or hypnopic imagery. You know those weird kind of dream images you have when you're waking up. You I know you have this I know you've had this in the past at least, bro. When you wake up from a dream and you're kind of still having these weird visualizations in your head that you're not controlling. You're just taking advantage of this state, but consciously controlling those visualizations and falling back into a dream. That's all the technique is. I probably made it much more convoluted and complex than it actually is. It's simple. You can go now. Goodbye. Farewell. I love you. Like, that's the technique. Stop [ __ ] listening to me out. But that's that's basically it. Of course, it will take some time to really get this down and master it. But it seems people who master this have such an easy [ __ ] time at entering into a lucid dream. I also remember reading something as well. Once again, you can leave now. But I remember reading something on a more kind of esoteric occultish kind of spiritual website about a technique this guy was trying which was meant to give you like omni lucidity. So being lucid in every dream and what helped him visualize, which I've seen a lot of people say as well, someone told me about this like a day or two ago, is when you're visualizing a scene, don't imagine that you're in your head visualizing it. Imagine that you have another body like a mind body or an ethereal body or some [ __ ] and imagine you're going into that body and that's like the visualization. So, for example, look in your hallway or look in your room or some [ __ ] and then close your eyes and then imagine walking around in your room with another body if that makes sense. And doing this should over time improve your visualization. And the good thing about this tech that's kind of so like off topic, but that's just like a little tip to help improve visualization. But the good thing about this is is that I'm really [ __ ] at visualization. Ironically, I don't know if you know that, but I've kind of talked about before my visual my visualization is straight ass, bro. Like, that shit's straight ass, which is a shame. But even so, I've been able to do this vile when I've woken up from a lucer dream. I guess it's kind of a version of de i l, which is kind of a version of wild. Holy [ __ ] Like, they just made wild, then they made de i l, which is a version of wild. Then vile is like a version of de e i l d and it's like it just stacks on top of each other. I'm just realizing like really in essence all the lucid dreaming techniques are just the same or some [ __ ] that all the [ __ ] same but I'm just yapping at this point. This is just the short like lucid dreaming technique. Um I wanted to tell you cuz I don't think I've ever talked about vile before. Like I don't even know if I put that on the lucid dreaming technique tier list. I can't remember. But definitely something to try. I saw in the 2007 thread a lot of people that hadn't lucid dreamt before were getting success with it. So maybe something to try. I don't know. Dislike the video. Leave me a mean comment.
