Managing Columns in a Kanban Board

Accessing the Kanban Board

  • Open the Kanban board you are working on.

Configuring the Board

  1. Open Configuration:
    • Click the three dots in the top right corner.
    • Select "Configure board" from the options.

Column Management

  • Viewing Columns:

    • In the configuration panel on the left, you'll see a list of columns.
  • Reordering Columns:

    • Click and hold a column to drag and move it to the desired position.
  • Renaming Columns:

    • Click on the column name to edit and rename it.
  • Deleting Columns:

    • Click the delete button next to a column to remove it.
  • Adding New Columns:

    • Scroll to the end of the column list.
    • Click the "+" icon to create a new column.
