Seven Steps to Rejuvenate Your Life

Hi and welcome to Khalifa's Theory Lab. Today we'll talk about seven steps to start again. This video will prepare you to start your life again in a new way. Whatever has happened to you in life, whatever has happened to you in the past, whatever has happened, whether it is right or wrong, leave it behind. Now it is the past. Now you can't change it. And now you don't have any control over it. Whatever happened happened. Leave it behind. Now just look ahead. What to do next? How can you do things further? How can you improve your life further? Look, you can't change anything that has happened to you in the past. You just have to look ahead. Failing, falling, falling, and getting up. All this is the part of success. This is the journey of success. This is the part of this journey. Achievements will come in this and failures will also come. But whatever you learn from your failures, always remember it and apply it in your life. That's it. Whatever has happened, leave it behind in the past and just look ahead. Step two, learn from your past mistakes. Look, you must have made a lot of mistakes in your past. Everyone makes mistakes. Even the failures in life make mistakes. And the successful people also make mistakes. But the difference is that the losers do not learn anything from their life. They start repeating the same old mistakes. And the successful people always remember the lessons they learned from their old mistakes. So this is the difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person. As we said in step one, whatever has happened, forget it. But whatever has happened, forget the situation. This does not mean that the lesson you have learned from that mistake, forget that lesson. If possible, write on a notepad or on a paper whatever lessons you have learned from your past mistakes and try not to repeat those mistakes in the future. If you keep repeating the same mistakes again and again, what will happen in the end? You will come back to where you started. So make mistakes and learn from mistakes and apply what you have learned so that you do not repeat the same mistakes in the future and do not waste your time because the one who makes a mistake once is considered stupid. The one who makes a mistake twice is considered bad luck but the one who makes a mistake again and again and repeats the same is called an idiot. So if possible learn from whatever mistakes you have made in the past and apply them in the future. Step three, don't wait for motivation. An unsuccessful person always looks for a motivation before doing any work. He thinks that if there is any motivation then only I will do this work. If there is no motivation from inside then how can I do this work? And those who are going to be successful in the future, who know that I want a good life, they always remain disciplined whether they get motivation or not. They know that working for their success is a duty. If they do not work, if they do not work on time, then they will get success very late. Or it is also possible that they will not get success. You tell yourself you must have been watching motivation videos on YouTube for a long time. But does it make any difference to you? Why? Because motivational codes or motivational videos just create a rush in your mind for a while. And you must have seen that after watching that video. Motivation goes away from you. Why does it happen? It happens because you wait for motivation. Whatever kind of motivation it is, it creates a kind of emotion. And you know that emotions are such things that keep coming and going. So motivation is also an emotion like we are sometimes happy and sometimes sad. But we are not always happy and we are not always sad. Similarly, motivation cannot always be there. So don't wait for motivation before working. Just increase your understanding and maturity about your work and your success so that you don't need motivation. You are just doing your work. Whether it is raining, whether it is storming, but you are still doing your work. Now, this does not mean that you stop following motivational speakers or you don't watch motivational videos on YouTube. We just want to tell you that all the motivational speakers you listen to say the same thing at the end of the day. You take actions. You focus on taking more actions. Motivation will come. Our motivation will not come so many times. You just have to keep doing your work. You have to put hard work every day. You have to work hard every day. And that will take you closer to your success. Not just 5 minutes of motivation. Step four, change your habits. See, whatever you do in your day-to-day life, those are your habits. And you are your habits in a way. Getting up late every day or procrastinating that I will do it tomorrow. These are all your habits. If you change these habits then there will be a real change in your life and you will be able to see results. So you change your habits. Bad habits is equal to bad life. Good habits is equal to good life. And the best thing about habits is that we can make habits and destroy habits and instead of that we can replace them with good habits. So we will suggest you two books here. The power of habits by Charles Twig and Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Steven Cvy. Step five, stay disciplined and don't procrastinate. See, if you want to achieve anything in life, then it is very important for you to be disciplined whether you get motivation or not or whatever the problem is. But if you are disciplined then your chances of getting success increase and procrastinating or procrastinating that I will do it today or tomorrow or tomorrow or day after tomorrow by doing like this you spoil your days weeks months and years. If you are disciplined then your life becomes easy and your life becomes simplified. You get to know what you want in life and what you don't want in life. and procrastinating has ruined so many people's lives. Let's take an example of discipline that there are some kids in school who study little by little but study every day and there are some kids who study only one day before the exam and think that they will complete all the syllabus in one night and you must be aware of the difference in their scores. So this is the example you can also apply for success. If you study little by little then your chances are that you will get success soon. When you get discipline then you understand that without discipline and dedication you cannot get success. And when you leave the habit of procrastination then you realize that you were becoming such a big loser in life and now what you are doing is the quality of winners that you are not procrastinating. So always be disciplined and don't procrastinate. Step six, learn to rest, not quit. Look, you will work so hard day in day out. You will get tired sometimes. You will sometimes think in your mind that what I am doing, will it really change anything or will it bring some changes in my life or am I just wasting my time? And these thoughts come when you are tired. When your mind is tired, then it means that you need rest. So do take rest, but it doesn't mean that you should quit. Take rest for one to two days and give some rest to your body and mind. Meditate and try to stay calm. There is a saying here that we would like to tell you. If you get tired, learn to rest, not quit. If you get tired, then take rest but don't quit. There should be no option of quit in your mind. You might have done this in the past that you worked hard for a few days and then you got tired and you you took rest for a few days. But when did that rest become so long and you again got stuck in the same situation and got stuck in the same situation that when you looked back then you felt that I am again in the same situation this rest became too long and everything got broken and I got stuck in the same old habits. It happens only because you remember to take rest but you don't remember to stand up again and work and after some time you quit thinking that I can't do this. I tried but I won't be able to do this. Step seven, avoid distractions. See when you are doing your work and following this process you will face a lot of distractions. Your friends will call you to meet you or a movie plan will be made or a wedding function will come suddenly. So we will suggest you if it is very important then only you should attend that and if it is not then don't get involved in that you just do your work. It is not necessary that other people will do distractions. Your own thoughts and emotions will do distractions where you may feel like going out or going on vacations. But you should ask yourself, is this the action which will take me to my success or which will give me a better life or this is just a distraction which is distracting me. There is no shortage of distractions. From your phone notifications to your doorbell, someone or the other keeps interfering in your life. Now you have to know how to keep it in silent mode. How to keep yourself focused. So avoiding distractions is also a habit which will come with time.
