Understanding Vernier Calipers and Measurements

Bonaire caliper is an instrument device for taking accurate and precise measurement it consists of two sets of thoughts and to scale division main skill division and pernari scale division main scale is measured in millimeter as well as centimeter whereas coronal scale is measured in divisions the main scale is fixed whereas foreign scale is movable as we know vernier caliper can take accurate and precise measurements of various objects like tubes Spears and so on to take the measurement of any object we have to first replace it between those of the vernier caliper in various ways and positions like vertically horizontally and so on and before we take any sort of measurement we have to firstly find the bar near constant or the least count it is symbolized as VC the least count is simply the least value of a vernier caliper that we can measure and before doing that firstly we have to see if there is any sort of zero error zero error is a simple error that occurs when the starting points that is zeros of both scales don't coincide perfectly with each other but when we concise the starting points of both the main scale and the vernier scale it seems we do not have any sort of zero error hence the zero error is absent and if we look closely at the vernier caliper we see that ten vernier scale divisions are equal to nine main scale divisions likewise it is known that the value of one main scale division is equal to one millimeter and when we find the vernier scale in terms of main scale divisions we get one warrior scale Division equal to nine by ten main scale division and when we convert this into mm we get one vernier scale division equals to 0.9 mm finally we are able to calculate the value of vernier constant we see is essentially the difference between unit main scale division and unit vernier scale divisions so we see equals to one MSD minus one VSD therefore the value of BC is 0.1 mm to measure the length of the tube we have to fast place it between the jaws of the caliper in a horizontal way like this then we tighten the saw such that the scale point to our value to find the main scale we observe which point in main scale aligns best with zero in vernier scale that point is the main scale Division and here is the value of the main scale division it is six point six centimeters likewise we need to find the value of vernier Division for that we check which division of the vernier scale coincides best with any division of the main scale here we can see that the value of the vernier scale is two then to find the precise length we firstly multiply the velocity by VC to change it into millimeter form let's call this new value X lastly we add the value of x with the main scale division so the final length of the result is six point six two centimeter for the first measurement but to find nearer to accurate value of the length we have to find the mean length firstly to find out the external diameter of the tube we have to put the tube horizontally in between these doors and tighten it the main scale and moral skills are absorbed from the close observation of these scales we have extracted these values like in the same way we calculate the internal diameter of the tube by keeping the tube in the next set of doors and finally the main scale and coronary skills are calculated after carrying some measurements by visionary calipers we can do it mean internal diameters external diameters and the length and the volume of the tube is calculated by using this formula hence the volume of the tube is 35.94 cm cubed now mass of the tube is measured and its mass is 10.1 and gram finally for calculating the density of the tube we use this formula hence the density of the tube is zero point two nine gram per cm cubed
