the devil fought so hard to keep you from hearing this message but I'm glad it finally got to you so yesterday I was at the park and I heard a noise behind me it sounded like this almost sound like somebody singing and I'm like man where's that coming from so I was like you know what I'm saying I kind of brushed it off and I kept walking a few about 10 seconds later it got louder so I'm like man somebody coming up behind me somebody singing so I turned around right and just as I was turning around they were passing me up right if I had to guess the the the lady's age I would say maybe anywhere from like 65 to 70 right and she was moving kind of fast she was doing what's called Power walking like she was kind of like helping like you letting her hands use as momentum or however you would describe it you know what I'm talking about like walking fast so soon as she got on side of me she started singing again like she you could tell she was singing like a melody in her soul and then I heard her listen to I'm being I'm being real I'm being one th I'm keeping it a bean with you I'm keeping it 100 like a open book test remember in school your teacher tell you open book test you going to get a 100 so I'm keeping it 100 with you like your grade so look so she was m and then soon as she got a little bit past me she said I sought the Lord and he heard heard me I saw the Lord like she start oh like she start seeing that oh you know me when I when I get to talk about the lord I can't I can't help myself man I'm live going to kick a ant bed over or something man I just get too excited right so she seeing that oh I had got encouraged you know what I'm saying I'm encouraged and see see me I would have joined in but she was moving a little too fast you got I got to I got to get my stamina up out there man this lady she was 60 you know 65 to 70 but she was moving like she was about 22 about lady was gone man and she had ankle weights on so I I this a side note I had asked myself I said hold on hold on Demarcus she she's 65 to 70 she got ankle weights on all right you ain't got ankle weights on how is this lady about to lap you on the track you know what I'm saying about 20 minutes past the lady was lady was back there by I said oh it ain't going down like that no I took off running I say I got to make up a little distance all feeling bad I'm like come on man I got I got to get my get my stamina up you know that's just a side though but anyway but but after I heard this lady singing I understood something listen to me please that lady's heart is fixed her heart is trained to praise the Lord regardless of what she's going through anytime listen to me anytime you see somebody humming or singing a melody or or or they just automatically just praising the Lord I'm telling you they have found out how to train their heart you got me their heart is on autopilot to flow out and sing Melodies you you ever been in a situation you ain't know what to say you ain't know what to do you you just lift your hands and say lord it's yours Lord I need your help Lord I don't know what to do you just start singing a song you start speaking in tongues you start speaking the word you just tears dropping and you don't know what the boy listen to me there may come a time in your life you have to lay hands on yourself sometimes you got to lay hands on yourself and speak the word of God over yourself sometimes you find yourself in situations and boom it's autopilot it just flows out that lady's heart was fixed your heart was fixed we have to condition ourself listen to me I'm trying to tell you that has to be your autopilot and see God wants you to take a break from the world in terms of the stress struggle and strain and fix your heart to where it's on autopilot so that you don't give room to fear doubt unbelief anxiety worry depression you you don't give you don't give attention to that because your heart is fixed you got me we have to be able to train our hearts with the word of God but how can we train our heart if we don't know what the word of God says you got me I'm about to tell you what the word of God says about your heart I'm in uh Psalms with this is chapter 57: 7 I believe let me find it it says right here it says my heart is fixed God my like my heart is fixed in you God I will sing You Praises that's what it say the New Living Translation says my heart is confident in you oh God my heart is confident no wonder I can send you praises the King James version says my heart is fixed I can I'll praise you Lord what does that mean when your heart is fixed it's autopilot that you praise him because of who he is many people they get it twisted they only want to praise God when a blessing come through no do don't don't don't rely on God's hand to praise him you praise him for his heart praise him for what he's already did even if God don't do another thing boy he's already done enough He sent Jesus to die on the cross for all our sins he already did enough he saved me I'm redeemed he gave me his spirit and what the scripture says in me you will do greater things so God is saying Dem Marcus I have given you my my my my my spirit and I can flow through you and you can do greater things meaning I'm going to use you for a purpose oh he talking to you too he going to use you for a purpose if you got a pulse you got a purpose take two fingers check your pulse right here see that vein jumping out that's that's a perfect vein I use to check hold on I feel something jumping that mean I'm alive that mean I got a purpose see you had a purpose before anyone had an opinion stop worrying about what the word the world try to tell you oh you're supposed to be doing that I what about this or what are you hey you're doing the oh come on man hold on hold on hold on easy now with your opinions God gonna show you what his purpose is for you and you got to step out on that thing even if 20 different people criticize you or they talk bad about you or this or that stop worrying about them because you're not here for the hand claps of the world you're only here to please God cuz at the end of the day CU at the end of the day that's who you got to answer to him you got to stand face to face with the Lord that's what it all boils down to when all the Smoke Clears when all the parties in when when all when when everything over you got to stand face to face with the Lord and give an account and what you want to hear is well done my good and faith servant I want to hear Demarcus I knew you well done my good and faithful servant I love you that's what I want to hear you got me and that's what I want you to hear too so we have to get fixed our heart on him take a break from what the world outside 100 degrees and sometime you set that thing on 75 76 so you know can keep it cool how is that right and see when you get home it may be in the 80s because it's been so hot outside that it take time for that thing to fix eventually as it get toward night time boy you notice that you notice the temperature get right back down where you set it you got me see you fix that thermostat you fix that that that that thermostat you got you got to fix your heart on the word of God regardless of what's going through I'm I'm calm it's bring it's getting brought back down it is well in my soul because of what God says about me and it don't matter what's going on around me our heart is fixed I'm going to sing to the Lord I'm going to rejoice in him this is my automatic so take a break from all the silly stuff in the world get in God's word and know that at all heart should be fixed and planted on him because it is only him that can keep you sustained in the midst of this crazy world I
