Is it possible to permanently remove and delete negative items that are currently on your personal credit reports within 48 hours or less? Well, I'm here to share with you that it absolutely is. In fact, I have a lot of stuff to cover and I'm going to do it in a very compact short period of time. So, let's get into [Music] it. Okay. So, you've heard of the main three credit reporting bureaus. That's Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Those are the ones that are famous that everybody knows about that. That's where you get your personal credit information. That's where you dispute all of your stuff that you're unhappy with or don't agree with. But a lot of people don't know that there are five main backoor. These are the secret phantom, if you will, credit bureaus. And this these are the credit bureaus that actually give information to the main credit bureaus that we all know and don't love, right? Experience, Equifax, and TransUnion. So these five phantom bureaus, they're the ones that house all of the data. And so unfortunately, most of us only know of Experian, Equifax, TransUnion. So when we do the dispute process with them by sending letters or doing the online dispute process, which I don't recommend, by the way, but when we do all the disputing and the communication with about our debts with the bureaus, it's always going to be with those top three. But what about those five phantom bureaus? Well, there is a secret method that I'm going to share with you that a lot of people don't know about as far as dealing with the five I like to call phantom bureaus. I think I'm the only one that actually calls it phantom. Nobody else calls it that. It's just that I want to distinguish between these five bureaus and the three main bureaus that everybody knows about. So, let's talk about the five phantom bureaus. We have Core Logic, Sagameream, Innovus, Nexus, and Microbuilt. Those are the five. And in fact, I'm going to in the description box below below this video, I'm going to share with you all the direct links to where you can go directly to their websites because I'm not going to list them in this video. And so, these five phantom bureaus are the bureaus you should be dealing with when it comes to getting to that core information that's being basically published on your credit profile. Many and much of which is probably not anything that's useful to you, especially if it's a negative. So, say for example, you have a charge off and you've done a dispute process and it's just not coming off and you're wondering, Monica, is there some other way that I can try to get this off? And the answer is yes. So, I'm going to share with you kind of a little bit of a secret, but it does take multiple steps. And if you take a pen and paper and write it all down, you can definitely do this with with your eyes closed. Like even a elementary school child can do this, okay? It's very, very simple. So step number one is that you want to freeze your credit reports with the five phantom bureaus which again core logic, sagestream, innovation in the description box below. So you'll find it in the description box below this video and you can go to each one of those. So you have to go to them five separate five separate bureaus not just one five of them and you go through the entire freeze process just as you would freeze your credit with Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. So make sure that you freeze your credit. Basically this means that nobody can you know report anything. Nobody can add any credit accounts there. It just basically puts it on hold. It freezes it. And by the way if you have not frozen your credit with Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, you need to do that as well. So you should do that, you know, as is the next step. So once you freeze your credit with the five phanto bureaus and of course the three main bureaus, then what you need to do is step number two, which is then dispute all the negative things on your personal credit reports. So if you've already been disputing it, don't worry about it. If you're brand new to disputing, then this is a really good place to start because once you freeze with basically eight bureaus, so the five phantom bureaus and the three main bureaus, now you can start the process, which again is number two, which is disputing the things that you don't agree with, don't want, which are charge off accounts, credit collection accounts, anything that's negatively holding your credit back. You want to dispute everything. Okay? Now, there's certain things you're probably not going to be able to dispute like bankruptcies and foreclosures and so forth. But some people ask me, it's like, Monica, when can I dispute that kind of stuff? Or what if you have late pays on a current open revolving account? Well, so I say dispute it all because you never know what's going to come off and what's not going to come off. So dispute dispute everything. You basically have free reign to dispute everything once you do this freeze process. So you can dispute it online, believe it or not, or you can actually dispute it by way of a physical letter going to the credit bureaus. Now, you're going to dispute it only with the main three that you know about. you're not going to bother with the five phantom bureaus. So, when you do the dispute process, it's going to be with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. And you're going to do the dispute directly with them. And again, you can do it online, which is not my favorite method, but you can do it online, and you can also do it by way of USPS mail. So, it's up to you on how you want to do it. And so, I have letter templates that are in the description box below. You can get them for free, and you could basically mail off those letters to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion. and you literally put everything in there that you want to dispute. Everybody always asks me, "Well, is it just one thing?" No, it's not one thing. If you have 10 things that you want to have removed off your credit, why would you send a letter one at a time? Send put all 10 things on the one letter, right? If you have three things, put three things on the one letter. Now, please be careful though because some of you aren't aware that certain accounts, especially smaller collection agencies, they're not going to report on all three credit reporting bureau reports. So, for example, you might notice that there's a collection account that's on Experian and Equifax, but it's not on TransUnion. Well, hello. Then don't put that credit account on the letter that goes to TransUnion because it doesn't exist on the TransUnion credit report. So, you do need to compare side by side all three of your credit reports to make sure that if you're disputing, you know, an account on all three, you want to make sure that it's there on all three. If it only exists on two of the three reports or one of the three reports, then you only dispute it in that letter to whatever that bureau is that has that negative information on that credit report with your credit profile information. Does that make sense? because you don't want to add extra accounts that are not there because then it just tells the credit bureau that you're not doing your homework or you know what is this. So you want to make sure that you only have the credit accounts that are listed on each appropriate credit bureau report. So you can again mail it in or you can go ahead and do it online. And when you do it online you could do it within the 48 hour time frame where you can actually have all the stuff removed. So, what's going to end up happening is that the credit bureaus are then going to go to the master mothership, which are the five phantom bureaus that have all of your information and go, "Hey, is this true? What's going on? Are all these accounts accurate?" And guess what's going to happen? Nothing. Because it's frozen. It's literally frozen in time. It's frozen in space. And they can't get any information. And nothing's going to happen at that point. So, you'll find that the vast majority of the negative items that are on your personal credit report will fall off or will update to your benefit. Okay? So, I like to start off with closed accounts. Credit collection agencies are the easiest to get off. Um, you know, anything that's a charge off is easy to get off. It's, you know, easier, I should say. Um, but, you know, you could just you could pretty much do everything. You have a late pay on say a Capital One card from like two or three years ago, then put that on there and it'll update and it'll just basically say that you've never been late. That's what you want, right? It's not going to remove the account because you don't want to remove the account because if you can get rid of the late pays, but you have otherwise good current credit history with say Capital One or any credit card or any other revolving account, you want to keep that good credit history. See, a lot of people make this mistake. People that have gotten into tremendous trouble with their credit where they're like, "Oh, I don't want any more credit. I I don't want anymore. Just going to pay off all my credit cards and pay cash for everything." Really? You you think that we do not live in a credit dependent society? Because it's not 100 years ago. Okay, if you want to buy a house one day, you need credit. If you want to buy a car one day, you need credit. You're not going to pay cash for everything, right? Which means that you're going to want those open revolving accounts to help you get a good credit score. So, don't be one of these people who thinks, "Oh, I'm just going to pay off all my credit cards and pay cash with everything because your your FICO score will start to fall if you do not have a revolving credit history going forward, right?" So, we don't want to do that. So, at the same time as getting all this negative off of your credit report, you also want to start building good credit for yourself with good new revolving accounts. So, if you have current credit card accounts, make your damn payments on time. Hello. You know, make your payments on time. Pay a couple times a month. Like what I like to do, for example, is the very second I get the statement, I'll pay the minimum payment, and then two weeks later, I'll pay another payment. So, I pay twice a month. That's a really good, you know, habit to get involved in. So make all of your payments on time, car payments, everything. And then that way when you get all these lates off of your current revolving accounts at the same time as getting rid of all the negative stuff that's closed, your charge off, your, you know, closed accounts, your collections, etc., then your credit is just going to raise up really, really quick within a couple days, maybe maximum a week or two, depending on if you do the online dispute process or you actually mail in physical letters. So you have to hit those five phantom those five phantom bureaus first. Do the freeze there first. Then freeze your three bureaus the main bureaus that we all know and don't love. Experian Equifax, TransUnion. And then we want to file the disputes after that. after everything is all frozen. And again, dispute everything that you that you know is negatively impacting your credit score, which again is going to be all charge offs, all lates, all closed accounts that are still owed money. You know, all of that stuff, bankruptcies, foreclosures, you know, repossessions, all that stuff is negatively impacting your credit. So, that's how you do it. That's the gist of it. Now, everybody, not everybody, but some people inevitably will ask me like,"Well, Monica, you know, it's like always the same thing over and over again in the comments section." Monica, are you sure that I can do more than one account at a time? Yeah. If you don't do more than one account, if you have, say, 10 or 15 accounts that need to be taken off or need to be, you know, positively improved on your personal credit, it's going to take you a lifetime to send one letter for one thing to every single bureau until you get through all 10 to 15 items. So, just do it all. throw it all in there in the kitchen sink. And by the way, if you have additional things that need to be up updated or credited uh corrected, such as maybe they have your name is spelled. Maybe they have different variations of your social security number that they claim you've used. Maybe they have different phone numbers. Always have your phone numbers updated. Always have old phone numbers removed because then that way if you ever need to communicate with the with the credit bureaus, if you need to call them on the phone, they will start to rever refer to uh different phone numbers. And if you don't have access to those phone numbers, then you're screwed. Okay? you're not going to be able to get very far with them. So, you want to make sure that all your phone numbers, your current address, everything is updated. If you're married and if you're a woman and if you've been married and had the same last name for the last 10 years and you have other last names that are still on there, get rid of all that stuff. Clean up your credit. Make it as clean and simple and, you know, streamlined as possible. And then once you actually get your credit back on track, then guess what? You can start applying for new credit, brand new credit, especially if you don't already have a car loan. Get yourself a cheap Ford, for example. Ford pretty much approves everybody. So, get yourself a cheap Ford at the local Yoko Ford down the road. And start to build some new credit. Get yourself at least one credit card. Uh, I hate Capital One, but it's usually a good starter credit card or a Credit One is also a good one or First Premiere or Applied Card Bank. Those are really good starter credit card companies to go with and and start to slowly but surely build up your credit as you're getting rid of all the negative stuff. This works, folks, but you have to do the steps. I'm a little bit sick of some of your comments. I mean, I think 95% of you are freaking awesome, by the way, but I always have that, you know, five or so percent that's just the bad apples of the group, and they're just like, "Well, if you don't have proof of this, then I'm not doing it." Well, I have an 850 FICO score. So, and I did all of these things to increase my credit score. I I didn't create a log or a video diary of all of this stuff. I just know it works. So, if you don't want to try it, then don't. And you could sit there with your 450 or 500 FICO score and then wonder why you're paying the most obscene percentages for interest rate because you don't have a lower FICO score. I mean, that it's not going to affect me at all. I'm just simply trying to help you. And by the way, if you have any other topics or subject matters that you'd like me to cover in thorough detail, then go ahead in the comments section. Just give me some suggestions on some things that you want me to hear that you want to hear about from me and I can go ahead and shoot videos about that for you. Listen here. you spent years screwing up your credit. You can't spend less than 15 minutes trying to trying to figure out how to fix it. Then then if that's the case, that's why you're in this financial situation that you're in is because you're not willing to take the time to do something about it. You just want to sit there and complain, in which case you're not going to get the result that you're looking for. So again, make sure you go through this video. Again, if you didn't get all of the components, I will have links in the description box below to make sure you can get directly to those five Phantom Credit Reporting Bureau websites directly to where you need to go to freeze them. And worst case scenario, if you're not figuring it out, guess what? Just simply go to google.com, just type freeze core logic, like how do I freeze Core Logic credit report? And then how do I freeze sagream credit report? How do I freeze inavvice credit report? How do I freeze Lexus Nexus credit report? How do I freeze microbuild built credit report? And then it'll give you the link directly through Google at the very top and you just click on it and you just follow the instructions. This will take you less than 20 minutes to do all five of the phantom bureaus and then you do the the three main bureaus, Experian, Equifax, TransUnion. Freeze them all, dispute it all and then you will be, you know, smooth sailing from this point forward. All right? So, just do the work. Don't complain. Don't be writing me a bunch of stuff about I don't know if this works and I need proof and I need this and that. Just do the damn stuff, man. Make the progress, you know, take the steps because you're never going to get anywhere if you're just just sitting there speculating and and wondering if this is going to really work.
