[Music] [Applause] [Music] there's [Music] okay then i asked the lord [Music] is [Music] [Music] [Music] is [Music] yes what's up wow this [Music] what name [Applause] they are misplaced in the spirit [Music] mysteries [Music] [Applause] then i asked the lord [Music] [Music] [Music] what's hello mr car shalom so we go go ahead and get started that was a a beautiful song that may be my favorite that was my first time actually hearing that so we go get started um before we do um just wanted to give a little backdrop um yeah i had put in my my ruach to do a teaching on holiness or kodesh i know that it's a word that we frequently hear um but again i just think that this is this is definitely the time that that his chosen ones or the kodeshwans need to stand up and so tonight's teaching is it's called what does it mean to be kodesh because a lot of people can say we need to be holy or we need to be set apart but they just kind of leave it at that and so hopefully someone can learn something tonight not here to reinvent the will or anything but definitely my prayer is that someone will watch it and and learn and then it can be thought provoking hopefully to provoke not just thought but to provoke action hallelujah so before we get started um can i just ask if any anyone want to answer this what what is your definition of being holy or kodesh i'll try um it is obeying um the law statutes and commandments of yah um and praying for others um and doing what we are supposed to do um and being brothers and sisters okay can you expound a little bit on what we supposed to do um we're supposed to follow his commandments and obey his commandments we're supposed to have integrity in our walk um and in in having integrity in our walk if we should offend someone in some type of way or do something that is wrong we should rectify it according to torah um there are ways and tours that you can rectify certain things um um and to do as in the uh the besora the new besora um to love them as we would love ourselves couple things been on my uh my mind uh one of them was when it comes to uh you know how people always say that life is short like we hear that phrase a whole lot and and it is true um but eternity is way longer so i i don't see why people don't look at if life is so short um why not why not try to be holy you know why why not try to be holy and even those who think that the law's done away with um it's not like it's something bad that can happen from you following the law it only adds two it only adds to you so just something to ponder on so i'm gonna go ahead and get started just let me know um when you all can see my screen i can see it okay yes we can see it all right so the reason i i i pick this again is because i want someone hopefully someone um that that is living a lifestyle that is contrary to the lifestyle that y'all wants us to live hopefully uh they'll run across this and again i want it to be thought-provoking or hopefully provoke some action um to actually do what it is um so a lot of these scriptures i'm sure that you all probably already know but again what does it mean to be kodesh so the first thing i we wanted to figure out is um what is this word kodesh so strong's uh h6918 is kadosh and actually what that says is to be sacred holy um the holy one a saint or set apart notice if you look to the right of your screen that it says you have been set apart and chosen for his purpose so just noted um that we are we were very small in number uh we're very small in stature we're just small period but to catch ya's attention and for him to choose you uh we know that many are called a few are chosen so whenever he hand picks or he chooses um there's just a reminder of how special that we are but being said that um he set us apart not only chose us but set us apart so if we ever go back to anything other than being set apart it's because of our own doing and not his so that word uh kadosh is actually a root word of kardash so kadash for the most part means to consecrate and when i looked up the word um consecrate it says to dedicate formally to a divine purpose or to dedicate to yah so if we are totally dedicated to yah um that means we should be devoted to him that means we should be faithful to him that mean regardless of the circumstance uh regardless of um what people think about us regardless if people think that we're weird or whatever the case uh when we are set apart it is for him and not for for us to consecrate to sanctify to prepare keep eye on that word prepare to dedicate to be hallowed to be holy to be sanctified and to be separate to be separate so we see in deuteronomy 6 and and 4 he says for you are a set apart people to yahuwah your elohim yahuwah your elohim has chosen you to be a people for himself it says a peculiar people or a treasured possession which means that he sees something in us even when we can't see it in ourselves above all the people on the face of the earth and notice it says why work so hard to fit in when you were uh called apart my sister joanna used to always um so sometimes she would give me a call and she would say james why uh why do i feel different why do i feel different or why do um why do i feel like i don't know i feel strange that i don't fit in and i always told her i said you don't fit in because you we set apart plain and simple plain and simple so hopefully um someone knows that um and and not just a cliche that we live by not just something that we you know we kind of hang on to and we throw out every now and again but to really embody that to really take that in to really mean that because a lot of times we get wrapped up and trying to uh wear what everyone else wear trying to look how everyone else look trying to fix our hair the way everyone else's looks and when he called us to be set apart is not that we're trying to be different is that he set us apart so once he sets us apart you all we automatically are different but again we are set apart for his purpose for his purpose so i want to give a quick breakdown uh of this if you see and this is going from right to left right to left there's three letters uh in the alphabet or the out of tive that spells kadash and so we have the koof and cool notice notice the koof actually it represents it looks like a sun that's barely coming up over the horizon so it represents like um time it represents behind that there's a day behind us but whenever something is behind us notice that something else is in front of us it also means last final or least when you think of least think about few we think about judah or yehuda that we were least and we were few we were few in number keep an eye on that the next one is dalit dalit represents a door uh whenever we see the dalet we always want to think about there's a decision to be made because the door can stay open or the door can close we can go through the door or we can choose to stay on another side of the door but this represents door a gate it also represents move or movement it represents a pathway or an entrance okay and then the next and last one is shin shin is right before tive it means typically means to destroy or to devour but also look at the word sharp that it means sharp as in a point as in a point as being um particular and also press and last but not least we have forefront forefront so if you look at this the the shin it looks like literally two front teeth whenever you see uh the word forefront that represents uh the most important either the most important place or the most important position all right we do know that uh i remember a song saying all i want uh is my two front teeth uh because that was the most important uh so you notice forefront forefront so when we put all this together to be kodesh the meaning is the lease will move sharply and notice the least being the few will move sharply or they will move narrow but take that word sharply as in precise so the lease will move with precision so that's what yah is calling us to do to move with precision not to be um you know kind of one foot in one foot out um you know i'm i i want to be part of the in-crowd we have to be precise with our movement uh bible says that a man that is double-minded is unstable in all of his ways so we can't be double-minded we have to be sharp we have to move in one one position one path also sharp pathway of the lease the sharp or narrow pathway of the lease this pathway is so narrow or sharp that if we were to slightly veer off course we may just get lost we may just get lost we may we may end up um like everyone else you can imagine yourself as a cliff or or this peak if we are walking if we veer a little bit to the left or a little bit to the right we may we may lose our life we may lose our life so it's important for us to be kodesh especially um this time of uh in this season uh that we know that we see prophecy literally unfolding before our eyes uh when we we read it uh we read it in the bible or we read it in scripture and then we can literally look around and we can see it right before us so if there was ever a time um i would say now is definitely that time that we need to follow that that narrow so it says this in matthew 7 and 14 because narrow is the gate and troublesome is the way which leads to life and few there be they find it be that find it so this just goes to say and it's talking about the kodeshwans that narrow is the gate nero is the way and few the question for tonight is are you part of the few because in our head of course we're part of the few but at the end of the day it doesn't matter what we think it matters what y'all thinks and so when yah um i wanted just like he chose us to be kodesh and set apart when it's all said and done i pray that i'm chosen as well i pray that i'm one of the chosen few i pray that whoever's watching is part of the chosen few but in order to do that we must walk down this narrow uh gate we must continue to move sharply so this is the very first time that kardash was mentioned and this is uh embarrassing or genesis 2 chapter 2 verse 3 it says an elohim blessed the seventh day and he sanctified it that word sanctified dastak kodesh because that it is he that in it he had rested from all his work which elohim created and made so notice that it says that he blessed it that he it is a benefit when he uh the seventh day is a benefit for us and if we look ahead we know that when y'all rested he just didn't rest because he needed the rest he's almighty he doesn't need rest at all but what he did was he was setting us up for his chosen people so that we may have the rest that he know that we we were going to need so we look at the top notice it says two rests and from the rest because when he sanctified us he set us apart from the rest and noticed his sabbath was for us to rest so we are to and from when it comes to the rest we are separated from the rest and he called us to rest so in ezekiel 20 and 12 it says moreover also i gave them my shabbath to be a sign between me and them that they may know that i am yahuwah that sanctified them so notice that when he when he blessed the sabbath he did it as a sign that he already had us in mind when he blessed the sabbath he had it in mind for it to be a sign and a covenant in between both us and him and it says that they might know that i am yahuwah that sanctified them so just as he sanctified or set apart the sabbath or the seventh day so did he do us and we know whatever he sanctifies he blesses so off rip we are not only chosen we're not only a peculiar a treasure but we are set apart for his purpose and we are blessed that's before we do anything but he does call us to do something so this is the promise that we have of a lively hope and salvation because again if he sanctified us we we we have something that we look forward to so this is in first peter chapter one two through five it says elect according to the four knowledge of yahuwah the father through sanctification of the ruach so notice that everything that he touches is sanctified everything that he touches is set apart first it was the sabbath then it was us it's also we know that it was the sun the mashiach and then we know that it was the ruach hakodesh or what some people call the holy spirit so he's given us blessings on blessings on blessings and gifts on type of gifts uh it's just a matter if we want to do it if we want to choose these gifts or these benefits these blessings that he has set aside for us and it says onto obedience of the sprinkling of the blood of yahusha hamashiach which some call jesus the christ grace be unto you in peace be multiplied blessed be yahuwah and the father of our adonai yahusha hamashiach which according to his abundant mercy so notice all these blessings that we have he says abundant mercy has begotten us anew unto a lively hope by the resurrection of yahushua hamashiach from the dead so again we look at this this thing that takes place that seemingly it doesn't have anything to do with us but at the same time it has everything to do with us so his abundant mercy he has abundant mercy for us and we have a lively hope we have a living hope because of the resurrection of our mashiach does anyone else uh anyone have any questions or we can just continue all right we'll continue and this is the continuation of it it says to an inheritance incorruptible to an inherent an inheritance that is incorruptible so we know that things that we can we can get on in this uh in this earth in this life uh we can get the best cars we can get the best house we can continue to be on this uh rat race for um things that literally are gonna rust are gonna corrupt they're gonna um they're gonna fade away um they're they're gonna lose its value but he says for those that are kodesh those that are holy that there's an inheritance that is incorruptible and it's undefiled and it does not fade away it is reserved in heaven for you for us in particular for you whoever is watching this that he has an inheritance that's incorruptible specifically specifically for you who are kept by the power of yahuwah through belief i didn't i did not um highlight that were kept by the power but at the same time that's another gift that he gave us they are kept by the power of yahuwah through belief unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time so it's only if we continue on we continue on this sharp narrow path that in the at the last time or the end times that it will be revealed that's why that it says that um although we are delivered uh we're told we're not totally saved it says those that will that endure to the end it's the same thing for those that continue in his word are they uh fit to be called his disciple but we can't say that we are his disciple if we don't have discipline enough to hold back our our our urges our lusts our our physical fleshly wants for uh something that is much much greater which is this um the spirit the ruach so this this is how we be kodesh this is in first peter 1 13 through 16. it says wherefore gird up your loins of your mind be sober and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of yahuwah yeshua hamashiach so that's when he comes as obedient children not fashioning yourselves according to the former lust of your ignorance so when we didn't know when we weren't set apart when we were just doing what we wanted to do there was this ignorance about us ignorant being uh just not knowing not knowing any better but as he which has called you is qudesh or holy so be you holy in all the manner of your conversation because it is written be ye holy or qudesh for i am holy or kardesh and we know that this is referencing leviticus chapter 11 44 through 45 pertaining to the dietary laws so we know in every aspect um when yah has set up his laws he did it with the intention of of not to benefit him but to benefit us because part of his love for us um love is this this proven thing love is an action word so when he set up these laws for us he literally intended for us it's just like we set up rules regulations and laws for our children if we really love our children when we say don't run in that street don't don't play with the plug don't uh don't jump off the table we're not saying it for our benefit we're saying it for their benefit and it's only out of our love so all these law statutes and commandments that he has set up he set it up out of his love for us so whether we choose them or not if we choose not to do it then we got to pay the the consequences but notice it says to gird up we gotta gird up and gird up back in the day um would mean they would literally strap up really tight so that things wouldn't be just kind of loosey-goosey or all over the place and girdup means to prepare for some action prepare for some type of action is gonna happen and it says also to be sober and then we gotta hope to the end so not just to have a little bit of hope not just to say well i hope for a period of time and now it's it's past me but it says to hope to the end so to be kodesh means we have to hope to the end it also says that we have we must be obedient because that's the only way that we can show our love for the father is if we are obedient to those rules or those laws that he has set in place for us anyone have any comments or anything or we'll just continue on right so that's what it is this is talking about being girded or staying girded to stay girded means to literally stay ready to stay ready to be prepared so isaiah 11 and 5 says this and righteousness shall be the belt of his loins in faithfulness the belt of his reigns so notice in order for us to be kodesh that we must be righteous that we must be righteous and the bible always talks about doing righteousness so in order to do righteousness uh it's literally just pertaining to following those instructions that he set for us but not only that it says to be faithful while we're doing it we know that word for faithful is a muna and the root word of ramuna is amman which means to be to support or confirm what you say and so um i did not i did not go into those first john 3 and 7 first john 2 and 29 and psalm 106 and 3 but i did put it on there if anyone is taking notes you may want to look at that as a reference as to being girded as to being girded would you also um use um ephesians where it says gird up your loins when you're putting on the whole armor or salva of the whole armor of god yeah so notice that the the one we just left off of it says to gird up the loins of your mind because remember so the mind and the heart is interchangeable remember he said that the heart is desperately wicked so when we look at mind or heart we look at the word laive which is uh lamit and bait which is the authority within so for those that are not kodesh they don't submit their authority over to the father remember the father gave all of us a choice you know he said hey i'm putting before you life and death choose life so it's this open book um um test that he gives us and he's given us the answers and just telling us hey just follow along there's a plan all i need you to do is help walk out this plan you literally just got to be the uh the the spokesperson you got to walk it out and that's even even with us being set apart we got to be set apart in how we deal with things because we may we may deal with things if we if we look if we begin to deal with things the same way that um people that are not kodesh deal with it then we're not set apart in every way so when he set us apart um again just like he did the dietary laws and he set up all these things that he's very um precise in everything that he does in every aspect of our life he know we got different aspects of our life and he set up laws for every aspect of our life really so that we can live long and so when you do it it's almost a double benefit you got the benefit of knowing that you're making your father proud and you're doing exactly what he told us to do but at the same time you're benefiting off of it you're living longer you're healthier you're stronger you are you're backed by him he he he literally has your back so when it comes to being sober notice it said to be girded up but also to be sober so listen what it says in romans 13 12-14 the night is far spent the day is at hand let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light notice the verbiage that they're saying notice what's happening here we've taken over one thing to put on another thing so if people notice the same james as they did 10 years ago then maybe i still have on the works of darkness maybe i don't i haven't put on that armor of light yet because it's up to us to be the light um there's a saying that say you should be the change that you want to see you should be you should be the change that you want to see let us walk honestly as in the day not in rioting and drunkenness and not in chambering and wanting this not in strife and envying so not just doing what we want to do um you know kind of doing our own thing notice when it talks about drunkenness and wanting this and in being which is all of your emotions that's kind of all over the place that that literally that we are it's just uh leisure that we want to we we want to do what we want to do how we want to do it when we want to do it but it says this but put ye on the adonai how can we put him on what does it mean by that and make not provision for the flesh remember the mashiach was divinity he was humanity plus divinity but it says to put him on and make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lust thereof so we may have a urge to do it but the thing that separates us is when we take off this works of darkness and we put on this new blight it's not just trying to um look the part we have to beat a part and part of that part of being that part is going to take discipline again it's impossible to be a disciple without having discipline disciple was someone who followed and back then a tomodeem or tomude is is literally they didn't just follow and listen to the words in which uh the rabbi or the teacher was saying what they did is they literally wanted to embody who that person was so when he slept they slept when he ate they ate how he ate that's how they ate how he walked that's how they walked when he walked that's when they walked remember that the mashiach told uh when he was gathering his disciples he said drop what you're doing and follow me and that's what we got to do we got to drop what we're doing and literally follow him and so what if it caught if it costs us relationship it does but what's more important your walk or that relationship your soul or that relationship better yet your life or your soul so we have we must be sober we must be sober also first thessalonians 5 and 6 through 8 says this ye are all the children of the light and the children of the day we are not of the night nor of the darkness therefore let us not sleep as do others but let us watch and be sober i think now is the time that we really must watch and be sober that we can't do what we we normally been doing even for those of us that called ourselves dakota sheen or the saints that that we think that we are set apart again if we're not living up to yah's standards then it's it's it's literally just one of the other it's no it's no in between he said but let us watch and be sober for they that sleep they sleep in the night and they that be drunk are drunken in the night but let us who are of the day be sober notice whenever it says to be sober it's talking about putting on something when you're putting on something you just don't put it on just to put it on if you if you can think about um if you're in the comfort of your own home you may have on your pajamas or whatever the case but the minute you're about to go somewhere you're putting on something for the occasion you're putting on for a particular reason so notice it says to be sober putting on the breastplate of belief in love and for a helmet the hope of yeshua for the hope of salvation and again i i just want i'm not trying to reinvent the will but i do want to to to bring this up because sometimes we need uh like a little refresher if you will when it comes to being kodesh or set apart because we we throw it around so much that we almost forget what it is we think that we're just programmed and that we're just like on autopilot that um things are just going to happen we have to be intentional about being kodesh or being set apart because again it's not just to be set apart just to be set apart is to be set apart for purpose for being prepared to be used for a particular purpose and not for our own gain strictly for for ya's purpose so this right here remember that it said prepare to consecrate sanctify prepare dedicate it i want to stick with prepare though notice that over to your right prepare means to make something ready for use or consider so i don't know about anyone else but i think yeah that he has considered me to do anything for him because i know how how imperfect i am i know how filthy things were with me and how i was so i think yeah that he considered me and again i want to be prepared so notice that he has a plan it's not our plan but it's his plan but the next two is up for us to do and actually i would say that he had a plan for us or he has a plan the second one is for us to prepare to execute that plan and then the third one is a combination of both of us us and yeah because we have to perform we have to do what it is that he have us to do if we if we're not what's the sense of preparing and then what we can't do that's when he's going to show up and he's going to perform where we can does that make sense to everybody yes the next thing is hope remember that it said we got to hope to the end that even when things look bad when things look like all right this is the end no hope no hope at all he says to hope to the end this is what first peter 3 and 15 says but sanctify yahuwah the mashiach in your hearts not our wife not our husband not our um but it says sanctify him in our hearts set him apart in our hearts and be ready always be ready always whether we are good and apologetics or we ain't whether we don't have the all the answers we don't think we have it together it says to be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and with fear so when when other people look like things are hopeless but somehow why are you still smiling we should be ready to give them a reason on why we're smiling why we still have hope that we should be able to share the bassoor with them and tell them why even in the midst of uh economic collapse and and why in the midst of things happening you can still smile because when y'all give us this peace um the hope the hope lingers with peace it's there because we know that he got all under control so again hope is essential we see this in first john 3 and 3 beloved now are we the sons of yahuwah it does not appear what we shall be but we know that when he shall appear we should be just like him for we shall see him as he is and every man that has this hope in him purifies himself even as he is pure so we notice that when we have this hope to the end that it does something for us it purifies us it it literally casts that doubt away it casts that that nail-biting uh situation away it casts that anxiety away when we continue to hope but notice that it said we have to sanctify him in our heart that we have to put him there and and save this spot in our heart form that says no matter what just like the mashiach when he had his nevertheless moment so it says yahuwah alone yahuwah alone in leviticus 19 2-4 he says this speak unto all the assembly of the children of israel and say unto them you shall be kodesh or sanctify for i am yahuwah your elohim and i am qudesh you shall fear every man his mother and his father and guard my sabbath i am yahuwah your elohim turn ye not onto idols nor make yourself molten elohim i am yahuwah your elohim notice that he said even in this one little passage that he said it three times that i yahuwah your elohim that he wanted to continue making this connection to us that he didn't just put that i am yahuwah that each time he said your elohim i am yahuwah your god i am yahuwah your strong one i am yahuwah your mighty one that he consistently did it and he put us think about what's in the middle us that he there's this possession that says that guess what not only that you are mine but i am yours that there's this intimate seed is going on remember you said that i will never leave nor forsake you that that i'm i'm right here when you finish trying to do your plan and trying to work things out and trying to work in your own strength guess what i'm here let me know when you need my help just let me know and that word for uh idols is elio elio which literally means it's good for nothing that it's empty that it literally has no value so when we turn to anybody other than yahuwah who's our elohim and we look at other things and it may not be it may be these um asherath or any of these old pagan gods when we do things such as easter and we do things as far as christmas uh we don't know what we're serving but again it says that those things are good for nothing they're empty they have no value they are vain and even things that we did even other things i would say even if they are not just gods for those certain things um we still other some of us still do have idols and it may be how much television we watch the tv may be our idol social media may be our idol wanting everybody to notice us may be our idol popularity may be our idol think about it we got to know who's our strength who we belong to again yahuwah alone second chronicles 24 and 19 says this and they left the house of yahuwah that was the first mistake to leave the house of yahuwah notice when he said that i would never leave nor forsake you so if there was any a parting of ways then it had to be on our part and it says they left the house of yahuwah my elohim of their fathers and they serve asherath and idols so they left what was full what was complete what was whole to for something that was empty and it says in the wrath came upon yehudah in jerusalem for that for this they trespass yet he sent prophets to them to bring them again unto el yahuwah and they testified against him but they would not give an ear so again think about the times and this may not be for you per se but maybe someone is listening that they said that someone maybe gave them a word but they want to hear it directly from yah i just talked to someone yesterday that i told her if you if you think that you go hear from uh yah or god directly it's probably not gonna happen because he he uses the same framework so he uses people he made people and so he uses people to reach people so i said if you think that you may hear him chances are you're not and if you stand it you not go believe until he actually come down and he talked to you himself he probably already um gave you a word to talk to you through someone you just didn't listen because you're looking at that person because you know who that person is but y'all can use people but it says that he sent he sent prophets and they won't even listen to him sometimes that's what it feels like for us that we we just um you know just just talking just to be talking and no one's really listening um but this is it you know how that it says to plan to prepare and then perform so if i believe that y'all gave me a word guess what it's not up to me if you if you take it in or not it's simply up to me to simply say what i think he told me to say and and my part is actually done again yahuwah alone if we are not serving him we are serving something else no matter how we slice it psalm 106 35-37 says but they were mingled among the heathen again that's a mistake that if we we can't just mingle if we go on remember there's a purpose that we have to uh not be this um uh thermometer we got to be a thermostat that we actually got to change the climate we can't just gauge and mingle just to mingle and and think about this if we are busy and i this is not to call out anyone uh in particular but if we're doing the same thing that the people we're trying to reach are doing how are we really reaching them what are we what are we showing them if i'm drinking just i'm drinking just as much as you drink i'm smoking just as much as you smoking uh why should you listen to me because i'm not even i'm not set apart at all i'm doing what you're doing how can i reach someone that they they look at me as who are you to talk to me about that you're doing the same exact thing i i'm doing you living just like i'm living and it says and they learn their works and they serve their idols where which which were a snare to them so they got caught up that it it ain't just something to tiptoe in and then tiptoe back out no it's a snare it's to trap them is to get them caught up you know um the yah um or hasitan is like this skill markman that he sends you exactly where your weak where your weak points are as a trap to keep you there so yay they sacrificed their sons and daughters onto devils now again what they talking about here is when people literally um sacrifice their children like lit their bodies and i i wanted to put that in there knowing that we're not doing it in that particular fashion but what about when we throw our kids in front of the tv and we really don't know what they watch them what if we we we have them we're not telling them um you know when scripture tells us to teach them when they raise up teach them when they go to sleep teach them when they walk around the house you know when we're not doing that are we really sacrificing our sons and our daughters to these devils because technically we don't teach them somebody go teach them and they may not teach it they're not going to teach it from a yahoo perspective and go say look this is how i learn this is what i learned and so are we really sacrificing our sons and our daughters so mingling leads to serving no matter how you slice it because we get trapped so it says this give me a reason so what is the reason why we we really want to be set apart these two scriptures tell us exactly jeremiah 1 5 says this before i was formed in the belly i knew you before i formed you in the belly i knew you and become before you came forth out of the womb i sanctified you and i ordain you a prophet unto the nations so i set you apart so that other nations can see so that you can be a voice to these other nations ezekiel 38-23 thus will i magnify myself and sanctify myself and i will be known in the eyes of many nations and they shall know that i am yahuwah again says many nations so it's we know who yah is we know that he's our mighty one but yah says look these are the reasons that i want you to be set apart because i want you to show the other nations but if you're too busy trying to be like the other nations and you're doing what they doing you're trying to have the same hairstyle they have you're trying to eat what they're eating you're trying to do what they're doing listening to the same music or whatever how are you how are you even set apart you blending in with them just tell me to slow down if i'm going too fast or if anyone want any comments we can definitely stop and uh if anyone has any comments or any any questions oh this is this is really good and this is it seems like it's right on time like due to the time that we're in right now yep and how important it is to be set apart because when that when that day comes and and he comes for the unrighteous you know we don't want to be in with the unrighteous so yep yeah so yeah this is a real good lesson i'm really enjoying it and it's really easy to follow it's like you're breaking it down to like real making it easy to to take in so yes it's really good i had someone talk to me i actually i talked to two people yesterday uh one person i was talking to um they weren't so receptive they said uh don't tell me that you want people to believe it's about to be the end of the world type of people that type of thing and and i just i i didn't even go no further with it and i had another one on the other hand that um i spent about 45 minutes uh talking to her um and she literally started asking more and more questions and so i think most of us have to be like that to where uh we gotta discern who we're talking to and who's gonna you know if stuff is going in one ear and out the other or they're just looking just to debate um because again yeah yeah has called us out of darkness in order for us to be a light to other people because many people again they're not going to hear from yah himself and so they're going to look for something the closest thing to him which can be us and think about it we we're not only can be that light but they're looking at us like they're a person just like i'm a person you know they they don't have the best house the best living conditions they don't have the best clothes the best car and yet they but it's something about them it's like they have this undying hope that's in them i want that hope i want to and so we we should be prepared each and every one of us whether we call ourself a more moire or just plain jane each and every one of us we are called we were set apart so that we can be a light to whoever we may um that yah sends us to and each and every one of us are so unique and so different that each one of us have our own story our own personality that we may not reach somebody but guess what you know somebody that i can't reach out daniel you you they probably go mess with you a little bit better than me so we just got to understand that you you're right these are definitely the times that um if if you don't know now you know i i actually went through talking about the noah situation that noah um you know when everybody was partying drinking doing anything and having a ball and here he is over here doing the work of yah and they looking at him like he was crazy and yet he still did it he persevered he did what he know that y'all call him to do and then when you know when it was that time you know a lot of them had egg on their face because they kind of looking like wow and so for for many of us we think that you know i say don't be weary and well doing we just continue on again those that endure to the end to know that it's a work that needs to happen if there's one person that we can talk to and that person go change their mind change their life change their attitude change their thought get yourself to yah then all glory to him and we can't perform because of um what audience we think we may have he just called us to perform he'll give us the audience whether it's one or a million you know it's not for us to worry about that our job is just simply to reach who he told us to reach and even you know it's it's more more it's caught than taught so um even if we don't say anything our life goes speak volumes to be set apart and then when they ask that question why why don't you eat pork then we can tell them why so deuteronomy 32 and 51 i put this i titled that that portion says almost doesn't count because it doesn't i can't be almost holy i can't be almost kadesh i can't be almost obedient it's just not possible and so this is um the backdrop of this is it's actually referring to numbers 27 and 14. um when y'all was telling moshe you're not going to see the promised land after all that mo shayden did everything that he didn't did because remember y'all told him to speak to the rock but but he he hid it and so this is what he's talking about because you transgress against me among the children of yasharel at the waters of mirrath miriya kodesh so that actually means mirava means strife or fight or quarrel and then kodesh in this sense means a sanctuary so it's like the fight at the sanctuary that was in the wilderness of zen because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children so notice that yah sanctified us but now he's telling moshe you didn't sanctify me in the middle of the children you didn't let them know who i was and it's because of that one little thing so think about it almost doesn't count we can do stuff 99 yeah isn't concerned with percentages it's either we did it exactly how he told us to do it or we didn't almost just doesn't count so when we when we are intentional about our walk about being kodesh we can't be almost kodesh did um people say this um and i'm probably getting ahead of myself but people always say i'm a work in progress i just don't like hearing that that's that seemed like an excuse in progress so this one it says almost doesn't count hosea 8-1 set the shofar to your mouth he shall come as an eagle against the house of yahuwah because they have transgressed my covenant and they trespass against my torah so listen he's saying set the shofar to your mouth in other words sound the alarm sound the alarm he shall come as an eagle against the house of yahuwah so they talking about the enemy right now so why should he a ego an eagle is someone that is fierce that it comes swift that it it's on you like that but why is all this happening again because they have transgressed my covenant and transgress means to literally cross over so we can almost look at as if we double-crossed this covenant that we made with them and trespassed against my torah that word for trespass i put it down there is um strong's h6586 pasha pasha it means to literally break away so you have broken away from my torah and more importantly it says expansion so that word uh pasha in the strong's 6586 actually comes from 6585 which is passa which literally means to stride as in you running so not only did you not you didn't you know follow my laws my instructions my torah but you literally turn the other way and you are running away from it that's that's what happens when we transgress we uh transgress against his covenant and trespass against uh his torah we leave our we leave the the enemy room to come in and that that peace that you had when you was kodesh you can you can cancel that so again no more excuses no more excuses we we just can't have any excuses and i i hope someone is is looking at this because this this may not be for no wonders none of y'all that's on here it may be for one person that may be watching on youtube or whatever but it's no more excuses so people often use the excuse well i'm a work in progress i got two questions for people that say that do you want to still be in the process or still in progress when he returns because remember almost doesn't count we either out or we in and then the second question is when will you be ready or done so that the work can be done well i'm still a work in progress can you imagine this remember kodesh is to be prepared or to prepare so we are prepared but we're constantly preparing because there's always something else there's always something else that we have to do so can you imagine i'm putting on my shoes i'm putting on my shoes i'm putting on my shoes i'm finna go i'm finna go i'm finna go well i don't got my shoes all the way off my shoes halfway on i'm finna go at what point are we gonna be doing the work it could be a stop at the grocery store it can be um uh teaching on the sabbath it can be a conversation but think about this i know time is important you know people say time is money and things of that nature i know time is important but what's more important than the soul so we looked at the word kodesh which means to be holy to be set apart to be consecrated to be sacred to be chosen by yah but now let's look at this other word it's cold and what this means is to be common so again there's there's there's not no in between we're either kordesh or we're cold we are common and notice that it's the the letter hit or checked and lamid so notice what i highlighted is to cut off authority so when you are common when you are not kodesh you are literally cut off from authority you're cut off from hearing the authority to for he and his voice we're cut off now the origin of that word is actually kalel kalel so this is kalel so notice common or cold or common is associated with calal and this definition is to bore or to pierce or to womb so when we look at the het lamit lamit we got to cut off from going toward the authority because we are wounded we are profane we are defiled so we are cut off from going towards the authority we are cut off from learning what he's trying to teach us we are cut off from going forward so i'm gonna go to the next so this is isaiah 53 and 5. it says but he was wounded that's that word kalau for our transgressions he was bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed notice that that word wound is connected to being common so they're talking about our mashiach our mashiach was without sin he was kodesh but he was made common for our healing he was wounded so that we can be healed so we don't have to walk being wounded any longer that we don't have to walk in this communist we don't have to walk in being defiled that he he took it up for us that when he was wounded he was literally made common so that we can be healed so notice these these i just put a comparison aside from kodesh or kalel we can't be both you cannot be both and there is no middle section so notice we either have it his way and do it his way or we do it our way if we're doing it our way then we are collate we are common we are defiled we either set apart or we're common we're either healed or we're wounded we're either consecrated or desecrated we're either righteous or we are wicked and we can't pick them all right we can't pick from both sides i can't do things my way but yet be set apart but then i'm kind of wounded but i'm i'm consecrated but yet i'm kind of wicked no you're either on one one side or the other that's good that's good and and i i guess just to put it a little bit more plain think about it if we if you won't if you even one of these over here um then you're not kodesh i know it sounds weird to say it like that or try to be um harsh but but that's right i mean we we we should be healed we we are we are connected to the ultimate healer like literally he made he made this body he made this ruach so there there's no reason regardless of what i've been through whatever if i'm connected to him i should be i'm connected to healing i'm connected to deliverance that's good and these last two righteous and wicked those are our deeds that's the things that we do scripture talks about do righteous do righteousness this is what it said in proverbs 15 8 the sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to yahuwah but the prayer of the yasharim or the upright ones is his delight so when we pray to him he delight when we pray to him but then proverbs 28 and 9 says this he that turns away his ears from hearing the torah or those law and instructions even his prayer should be an abomination so if we again but there are not different categories there's only two categories kalel and pradesh so if we are part of the kodesh then guess what he delights in our prayers yes but if we are considered wicked or kale or common then guess what it says that and when we turn our ear from here in his torah that even our prayer is an abomination unto him get it out of here not my words that's scripture i'm about to get out of here i got a like three or four more slides but i wanted to uh there's another breakdown of that kodesh or kadesh kuf dalit shin koof represents time when you see the circle um it it means always it's like forever it means time dalit means to move and then shin is forefront again forefront is the this most important place so it is time to move to the forefront if we are going to be kodesh it is time to move to the forefront remember it talked about put off this and put on that and put on that what we putting on we're getting ready it's to be prepared for this war that we up against and guess what our family's souls are at stake it is time to move to the forefront that's what it means to be kodesh that now is the time to move that we cannot be still we can't um and that's not to say that we can't you know watch a television show here there or do whatever but think about this every minute that we waste is a minute that we could have been doing something or talking to someone about something and who knows you can be one conversation away from somebody giving a life really quick so so yeah um i'll i'll i'll go over it after here so i was i was studying a little bit last night and i'm not the one to have dreams i wish i was but then again i that ain't that ain't what he called me to do but yeah literally gave me a scripture in my sleep and that never happens like i may have dreams here and there but i never dream of a specific scripture ever and so he gave me um this this next one here uh deuteronomy he actually gave me just um verse 20. so chapter 30 verse 20 but i added the 19 to it just to give a little context just to give a little bit more to it but keep our eye on number 20 because again i think that was ja speaking directly to me when it comes to to this it says i called the heavens and earth to the wreck to record this day against you that i have set before you life and death blessings and curses or cursing therefore choose life that both you and your seed may live this is number 20. this is the one i had a dream about that you may love yahuwah your elohim and that you may obey his voice and that you may cleave unto him for he is your life in the length of your days that you may dwell in the land which yahuwah swore unto your fathers to abraham to isaac and to jacob to give them it was when i tell you when i first woke up i had to look it up because i never i never read that one before so i'm like what is this if he got me dreaming about a specific scripture but the two words that stuck out to me so much was to love him and to cleave onto him to love him and to cleave onto him when we love someone when we love something then i'll give the the meaning in a little bit but it said that word is a habba it's strong's 157 but notice when it says to cleave onto him in other words when we halaka when we walk the way he's walking with us my mom used to have this this thing called footprints footprints in the sand or something of that nature where it goes on to say the hardest times when they was having a hard time they only saw one they had two sets of uh footprints in the sand and then the hardest times of the person life they could only see one footprint in the sand and they said was it that time that you left me he said no it was that time that i i carried you so when i look at the word cleave i look at when stuff get rough that i'm holding so tight to him that he's doing all the work that i don't know how i got the strength to keep continue i don't know how i i said what i said because i didn't plan to say it but i got to cleave on to him and literally when we cleave on to him and we are following him think about this if if we are in the there's a wind coming our way but when we cleave on to him all the wind is hitting him and and he's shielding us from that wind he's shielding us from that destruction he's shielding us from stuff that should have hit us stuff that should have knocked us off course but we have to love him and cleave onto him to cleave onto him i can't i can't say that word enough to cleave onto yah so this is the definition of ahaba to provide and to protect that which was given as a privilege an intimacy of action and emotion it is our responsibility to provide and protect that privilege gift again privileged gift when he set us aside when he called us when he chose us when he chose us to be his gift again he said a peculiar people a treasure a treasure unto him that is a gift when he choose us directly in our modern western culture love is an abstract thought of emotion how one feels toward another but the hebrew meaning goes much deeper as a verb this means to provide and protect what is given as a privilege to provide and protect what is given as a privilege remember he his his laws his statutes and commandments literally is a privilege that is our blueprint to life remember he said that he we need to shamar it we need to guard it now all that putting on those guards put on because we have to literally guard to protect what what he has given us as a privilege to shamari to have an intimate intimacy of action and emotion we are told to love elohim and our neighbors it's not just an emotional sense but it is the sense of our actions it is the sense of our actions it's not what we think is what we do i thought about calling you i thought about texting you i thought about doing this i thought about it nope it's it's action based not thought based not emotion based i i urge someone that if yah gives you uh um in your spirit that he put somebody on some someone on your heart or he puts um someone in your head i urge you to either pray for that person or call that person or contact that person because nine times out of ten at least with and with me i know i can be driving and literally a specific person can come to mind and when that person do either i'll try to call him or or pray for him if i can't call him at that moment because what yah have showed me that there's been plenty of times that that that someone said you know i said man i was just thinking about you on wednesday i started to call you and they say wow wednesday i was going through it i wish you had a call and we just blow by like it ain't nothing oh they probably you know maybe they ran across my head because i passed wendy's and and and we we we last time i saw them we went to wendy's and we we may overthink something when it's really yah placing them in our heart for us to to literally we can't say that we love someone and we're not we don't have actions behind that so again to love something means we have to provide and protect this is my last my last one this is part of the promise that yah has given us this is uh in jeremiah 30 and 17 this is literally referring to the the end times this prophecy of the end times it says for i will restore health unto you and i will heal you of your wounds says yahuwah because they have called you an outcast right i am outcast i don't belong i'm set apart saying that this is zion whom no man seeks after so this is what they said they said that this is zion who no man seeks after so when i look up that word seek after in strong's 1875 dirash you know what that it means it means to follow or to pursue to study or learn from so the same ones that say that we weren't worth nothing or did that we don't we we just don't have it guess what it's going to be the same ones that are looking to study to study us to know where where did they get that hope from to learn from us to learn learn our ways that yah has given us so that's why it all comes together that's why it's such a privilege that he chosen us and he has given us that responsibility i don't even look at it as a responsibility i look at it as a blessing that he has given us he has given me a he literally gave us the blueprints who else can say that right right right right that's good but it says direct is to the the definition is to look or to search for something for the answers so when the world is looking for the answers to this unsolved mystery they're looking to us but guess what they won't find it if we're not kodesh if we're not set apart because they can look all over there within their selves within who they hanging around and they won't find it it's going to be when they look across the room when they look over and say wow and people used to tease tease me all the time all the time and those the same ones that literally they'll call me up and ask me for prayer and i and i obliged to because it's not about it's not about me it's all about it's about souls at the end of the day and and if one of us believe that yah has given us something to say or to speak something to someone even if it's just the words of incumbent or whatever it may be and we don't do it that's shame on us because if we made how we more worried about how we go look or how we go sound or oh they go ask why i called him at midnight no if he again we are chosen we are chosen to do these things it's a reason why he chose us so that that'll pretty much conclude it um if anyone wants to um wants to add to that anyone wants to make a comment or yeah james if i if i could i mean powerful powerful teaching on um kodesh uh g word speaking there was tremendous uh this revelatory nuggets uh tonight uh when you look at the you know textual criticism and you uh are able to integrate the text uh this term kodesh have deep deep implications i think we um we throw the term holy or kodesh around in ways that the scriptures don't even use it uh it has deep deep implications and you're right um holy is is more than just a notion uh the term holy itself has a deep deep implications of how you act how you walk it out i believe first peter says be holy as is written going back to leviticus be ye holy for i am holy um i wanted to go back to something you said earlier uh that really struck a chord that really kind of developed some synergy within my ruach you mentioned uh how mashiach became common man it's powerful that's a powerful concept how mashiach became common and for any of us who understand uh the have a deep understanding of the term common common history is from the greek term koine or coinos and coinos is whenever something is clean come in contact with something that is unclean you remember in acts chapter 10 you remember when peter had the vision and mos and the most high said don't you dare ever call common what i have called clean he never addressed a carthagos which is uncleanness but he always addressed he only addressed coinos are common so common is whatever something is holy or something that is clean come in contact with something that is unclean this is the nature of the mashiach the mashiach have taken something which is he he who was clean and he came in contact with us who is unclean with the filth of sin he who was without sin came in contact with those who were sin and he took sin upon himself that's why he can be uh he took upon our infirmities why because you cannot mediate for someone whom you cannot associate with you cannot redeem someone whom you cannot touch that's why he was touched with the feelings of our affirmatives that's whenever rabbi shall talk about the law of christ and there is again between romans chapters 2 and romans chapter 8 there are seven laws or seven instructions he mentioned one of them he mentioned is the law of christ he mentioned it is some some other or additional what we call is pistol aids or epistles uh we also see what in galatians what is it six and one uh if any brother's overtaking any fault you which are spiritual restore such a one so maybe someone may need to fact check me on that but i believe it's galatians chapter six um to fulfill the law of christ is that he the word law here is that he was our instructions or he walked out how to fully walk out the torah he was our example as to how to walk out torah this is why uh people think the law is is difficult to follow but when we go to 1st john what is it 5 chapter 3 or chapter 5 verse 3 it says of course that the law or the commandments are not grievous unto us you go back to deuteronomy chapter 10 verse 13 it says that the law is for the commandments are for our benefit they are not grievous they are for our benefit so the law of christ is that he which is which clean came in contact with those of us who are unclean and he made himself comment that's what the comment so whenever you had um for instance you had a something you could eat sheep um that comes in contact with with a with swine and if it touch each other all of a sudden that which is clean now become common this is the whole notion of what mashiach did this is the mystery of mashiach moshiach became common for our sake he without sin became sin and so he fulfilled the law of christ the law of the matriarch of the law of christ is example he was able to walk out an exemplary lifestyle as to how the walk out the law statues and commandments he is our example we point to him we look to him this is what hebrew said look unto him who's the author and the finisher of our faith the word faith is a muna which means to walk it out it means to demonstrate it it means to actively live it out and so that thought that was a powerful powerful moment uh in a teaching tonight and i just wanted to highlight that i wanted to underscore uh that powerful moment appreciate hallelujah anyone else wanted to add anything or uh all right well uh can i can i get someone to maybe pray us out you may want to take some questions maybe from uh from youtube from social media those individuals who might have questions that excellent teaching all right i'll give it a minute for uh anyone that may have any questions on uh on on youtube by the way everyone that's watching on youtube thank you for uh for watching alright so i got one question that says this if i wake up my people one so if i eat something that touches pork will that unclean thing become unclean good question um i think it depends on your your diet i think rabbi shaol mentioned that in romans chapter 14 you mentioned it in second corinthians it's also hinted to in first timothy chapter four uh that we look at that and so i would say absolutely not again um it goes back to what montiac i'm sorry the most high mentioned in acts chapter 10. although the uh the context there is not talking about food itself it was really talking about uh gentiles or other individuals coming into the pole uh the commonwealth of israel that is the context of that um however um xiaohu rabbi shaol said that whatever they put before you now it's not talking about unclean foods because we know the term food in romans chapter 14 when people say you can eat whatever you want well the term food in romans chapter 14 that is that is a term which means food that is sanctioned cleaned by the law so whenever you see the term food in the brit harder shop or new testament it is talking about food that falls within the category of leviticus chapter uh leviticus chapter 11 and deuteronomy chapter 14. um so it falls within that category so um that's why textual criticism is very important uh to be able to criticize the text i'll do some more studies and you will find the word food there is food that is sanctioned by the law of moshe and the law of moshe of course is leviticus chapter 11 deuteronomy chapter 14. um so um if something come in contact well here's what xiaohu said acts no questions because there's a lot of meat particularly in the first century was sacrificed to idol so he said just sit there and he said acts no questions whatsoever and this is why um food certain foods that we eat um you'll be amazing of what it come in contact with it unless you are raising your own food unless you are doing your own agriculture unless you're doing your own harvesting uh you'll be amazed what foods uh to come in contact with so um what shaol said he said for conscious sake right for conscious sake if we read in the brit heart of shah he said don't ask some questions don't be bothered with that because there are some things as outside of your control you only can control the controllables and so now but if you see food personally if you see it come in contact with something i wouldn't touch it i won't touch it now i do want to understand that this is not something that comes from torah it's not so the word common um this is what when you read mark chapter seven i believe when mashiach has the uh conversation with those individuals who talked about um particularly the pharisees who said wait a minute we gotta wash our hands before we eat they don't wash our hands before he that was to that was particularly in a category of common right because you have to have clean hands in order to eat that's not in torah and that's why mashiach said your traditions have trump the word of yahuwah or torah you have you have now you have built man-made traditions and you have placed those traditions over the word this is where matthew said you have made the word of non-effect because of your traditions and so you will not find this practice that if something comes in contact with a clean article of food comes in contact with something unclean you will not find that in torah as a violation check it once check it twice check it thrice check it over and over and over you will not find that so it's not something that is in torah this was something that many of the sex particularly there was about five or six different sects of the pharisees you had the e-scenes uh you have those individuals who were um part of the maccabean and and their individuals were converted who converted to um to torah the way of torah uh you had the scribes you had the sadducees you had the e-scenes and they all had different practices but particularly this practice come from pharisaical sex that believed that uh if some a food that is clean come in contact with something that's unclean then it was considered common but that is not in torah it is not so if something come in contact with it um you can still eat it it's justifiable it's justifiable and warranted based off of the context of torah itself um but when you look at it scientifically that's ceremonial ceremony is okay because there's no law against it but scientifically i wouldn't um hog swine lobster these scavengers they are nasty and if something come in contact with it i would not eat it i know it's not torah but that's me personally but if you were to eat it there's no violation of torah that's howard hi how are you can you hear me hello yes we can hear you okay um i have been wrestling with some information that i learned about a year ago and i've been looking into it and it's on aborted fetuses and they're using avoided fetuses uh in foods as a flavor enhancer so it will say um something like a flavored it'll come back to me i gotta get uh my coffee creamer for one but anyway i found a list i saw this and it had all these foods that had these enhanced flavors in them and this was approved in like 2010 by president obama who said that um it was not considered to be um wrong it was just business and the amount that they used would not be a problem so all of these foods like quaker uh oats so many nestle products uh sulfurs they all have these enhanced flavors in them which are aborted fetuses and i mentioned it because of what you said if i know scientifically it's in there that i should not touch it and i know it oh god i need help because um all the favorite things that i liked were enhanced even oscar meyer i was eating a hot dog and i'm like oh this is one of the best hot dogs and i i just said let me look on the package and there was the enhanced flavor and so i just need prayer for that because i know it took me a while to stop eating catfish which i love and off you know all of the seafood and stuff i finally let it go the fork and all of that but oh my god my coffee creamer and my coffee doesn't taste amazing to have coffee anyway but i just need prayer um i i've let it go but i talked to someone that said well there's so much stuff in our food you just have to pray over your food before you eat it but i know that these things are in there and so i need help i've been pushing away and i've been trying to be kadesh about it be holy about it to be righteous about it and to know that this is wrong but there's so many people and i have all this stuff in my house that and when i look at it it has these flavors in it and i'm like well maybe i'll just take it downstairs and people that have it but if i know what's in there and i'm giving it away to people i know that i just need to throw it away i just think about the money i'm sorry but anyway but i need to pray about it i really do hey uh and my denise i i would say this much and i know it sounds kind of cliche to say this but i i try to put everything up against um a life or a soul okay uh when it comes to to money when it comes to anything at what price is is somebody's soul that will price in somebody's life right and that that'll help to bring things more into perspective to say on the grand scheme of things it's nothing not that now that we can throw money away but at the same time we know better than uh then we have to do better yeah uh we had another question that says this um where does the ruach play in all of this um this is from timothy of yah keeping the temple clean for the ruach uh absolutely scripture tells us that uh the ruach to help bring things to our remembrance but i believe that we have to um set up our temple in order for the ruach to actually dwell in it and even with so you look at the fruits of the of the spirit that helps to um not only to show us that that we have it uh but also it helps to edify others so the ruach plays a huge role we can practice the law statutes and commandments all we want but if we don't have uh that set apart spirit the ruach hakodesh then how can we truly be set apart so that set apart spirit helps us to to walk it out helps us to stay set apart uh also we got another one we have lion pride uh on youtube it says shalom family what is the more's name his teaching is on point especially the lesson did christ give a new commandment i'm not for sure um who he's talking about did christ give a new commandment he's talking about dr howard oh okay okay yeah yeah so lion pride um is dr howard and this uh great awakening assembly detroit east and uh last uh moray rodney um said is a common thing technically unclean and it's just generally across the board um not according to torah isn't you won't find a law in torah that says but however it is a dogma and so there's a difference between nomos and dogma nomos means the law right it's the mosaic law but the other term is dogma dogma is man-made tradition this is what the pharisees added to torah which really is a violation of deuteronomy chapter 4 verse 2 uh that obviously says do not add and do not take away from torah and so it's really a violation of torah to do that this is why moshiach said in matthew what is it five and twenty except your righteousness exceed that of the pharisees it says of course um you will not uh in no wise enter into the kingdom uh because what pharisees they were notorious for adding and taken away from torah so technically um common would technically not be um transgression against the law not according to torah however um we have along the way uh built our own superstitions concerning that and we have been very fastidious and very strict about um that something that is kodesh something that is clean it should never ever even come in contact so you'll find scriptures like touch not taste not handle not the untheme clean things of the world and so we have taken that scripture and added additional context to it and we have said nope even if it comes in contact with it we can't eat it but it's not torah it's not a violation of torah however some of us are just um a stickler and fastidious about clean food coming in contact with unclean food thus we get to turn comment great question all right we we got two more and that's i think that'll that'll probably be it uh we got wake up my people won he says moray do i need to be baptized again i was baptized once in christianity and if so uh are we able to baptize them yeah um great question and so um uh we do not do baptism baptism is uh catholicity or it comes from catholicism um and so we do immersion so the ancient israelite way is immersions and we know your king james version and most germanic bibles say baptism but the original term would be that's closer to our english vernacular would not be baptizo which is a great term it would be immersion uh in fact uh there's a big difference between the two uh it would emergent with baptism you are assisted they take you down and in their strength and you come up in your own strip but in emergence um what we call the mikvah the mikbah so with the mikvah you receive in the moshiach when he was immersed by yokonan the immerser the scripture says straightway he came up out of the water so he come up out of the water and in the strength of the ruach not by somebody assisting you that's baptism um we assist you when you go down with immersion but you come up through the strength of the ruach um this is why the rubak is always associated with water that out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water that which you speak of was of the ruach hakkadesh and so um yes to answer your question most people feel that conviction most people want to be immersed not only in the true name but they want to be immersed based on culture um and so yes i would always recommend people if you come out of christianity if you've been baptized once twice three times four times in christianity when you come into the truth you should be immersed not baptized but immersed in the name of yahusha you should be immersed and so um we mo have most of our emergence during our moya dean's or our feast days our feast days and so the next feast day is coming up is pesach so if your local assembly does not do it um when we have our corporate gathering uh the great awakening and all of our 16 assemblies across the united states and the bahamas we always make room um during that particular uh moyadine or feast day to immerse those individuals who have a desire to be immersed okay and then uh for timothy of yah he said so we shouldn't eat pork since he says he will destroy those who did i'm sorry if this was answered but i got on late um i'll i'll just answer it really quickly and maybe you can add to it pk um so we know that that scripture tells us that um that sin is any is transgression against the law and so when we look at transgression against any law even his dietary laws we know that that is sin but we fast forward to the brit had a shot it says shall we continue in sin that grace may abound yeah forbid so for us to know better and continue to do something um just let's just say because it tastes good um i guess number one is showing a lack of obedience and discipline and so he said that if you love me then keep my commandments then obey me so part of us showing our love is by saying you know what this urge for me to the one the one you know still taste these chitlins or hog mugs or whatever the case bacon and you have to have discipline um again one of my favorite saying is it's impossible to be a disciple without discipline and he said that if you continue in my word so that that word is to continue means we have to constantly do something even with saying uh those that endure to the end those are the ones that's going to be saved so we look at this continued motion of doing something and so when it comes to the dietary laws or any other law it's more so for our benefit and it benefits us twice it benefits us in this natural life but it also benefits us for the eternal life so hopefully that answers your question uh timothy of yah and i think that will do it for uh the questions again thank uh thank everyone to tune in on youtube um hopefully this blessing this teaching was a blessing to someone um hopefully someone um learns something but more importantly that they it provoked them to change something uh in our life hopefully for those that uh call ourselves kodesh or the kodashim hopefully we look to critique something and to uh to literally be prepared that we're not just set apart for our own purpose but hopefully we are doing what it is that yah has called us to do i'll go ahead and pray us out father yahweh thank you for this opportunity we thank you father uh i pray father that our minds are conditioned to receive the word that you have given i pray father yah that we will continue to do what it is that you have called us to do father i thank you father that you have chosen us father we know that it is a privilege that you have chosen us we know that it is a privilege and a blessing father to be called your upright ones father i pray father for those that are still straddling the fence i pray for those father that still don't know which way to go those that still have addictions father father i pray father that the addictions be broken father did the taste of alcohol the taste of cigarettes things uh that are not pertaining to to them sexual impervers uh pervertedness father uh i pray right now father did you bring total and complete healing and deliverance father i pray father for those of us that call ourselves to be set apart father i pray that we are humble with doing so that father that we will be ready to give an answer to those that ask what is our hope that father did we will do it in meekness father we would do it in love father that we won't do it with this this mentality of thinking that we are better father i pray father that as you shine your light on us the father that we stay polished that we may reflect that light father we glorify you and we thank you i pray father that you continue father to heal those that are sick feed those that are hungry father i pray that you bless those that need a word from you father that they may hear your voice even if you are speaking through someone else father we give you glory honor and praise and until we meet again we thank you in the name of yahusha hamashiach hallelujah [Music] you
