What is up YouTube? So today we have questions on HGH and IGF1. This is Derek Simmons, IFB Pro. Welcome to Ruinous Attitude. We in the house. Bam. Bam. She want to flick for the ground baby who I am. So she want to do it all like pull up. Soon as we roll [Applause] [Music] up the questions I got is can I use HGH with IGF? Could you dose this with ceramin and what would be the proper dosage for IGF-1 LR3? I don't do dosage advice on mainstream social media because I can't because I'm not a medical professional and this is not medical advice. Uh, this is all based off of my own personal experience with these compounds, but I do talk more about my experiences on Patreon. That would be patreon.com/ritless_attitude. You get your first 7 days free and then it's just $9.99 per month after that. But let's go into the function of HGH and IGF-1 and how they could potentially work together. So, I got it down on my notes right here. So growth hormone is secreted by the pituitary gland which stimulates IGF-1 production in the liver. Okay, this is where IGF-1 is made. IGF-1 is responsible for the growth promoting effects from HGH stimulating cell proliferation and growth. IGF-1 is more performance driven. So IGF-1 is the direct effect of the muscle growth and the muscle maintenance. Okay, so it's going to promote muscle growth, muscle maintenance if you are in a caloric deficit. IGF-1 produces reduced insulin levels compared to HGH which can increase insulin which that is very important right there. Now HGH itself has extra advantages that IGF-1 alone doesn't. HGH can help with overall rejuvenation of the body. Uh, this can help with your skin becoming more smoother and it's going to promote hair growth faster than ever. It's going to promote hair growth faster, faster than ever. All right, that's my attempt on um Arnold Schwarzenegger. I probably did a terrible job on that. A little tired. IGF-1 has immediate effects whereas AGH has a longer loading period. Okay, this is why IGF-1 cycles are typically four weeks and then HGH cycles can be anywhere between 20 weeks all the way up to 30 weeks. I know some people who take it year round and you need to take HGH for a long time in order to get the effects especially when it comes to the muscle growth. Okay. So, yes, you can get plenty of IGF-1 production getting it from HGH, but it's just going to take a while versus IGF-1. That's going to be the direct thing that you want if you're a bodybuilder looking to grow maximum muscle. Ceremon, that is a growth hormone releasing peptide. So, it's going to help with your natural production of growth hormone, helping to balance out all levels, all hormone levels in the body. synthetic growth hormone when what the other guy was talking about. You could take that to a dosage to where it is considered like a natural production even though you're using the synthetic version. But you can also take that to super physiological levels to become extra superhuman to grow extra muscle, extra recovery, extra everything. It can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. Absolutely. you should get be under doctor's supervision when you are doing such experimentation. When you think about the two combined, it is the IGF-1 is going to help with the insulin resistance that you could get from HGH. So, it's going to help mitigate this. But again, an IGF-1 cycle is usually only four weeks, whereas HGH, you're going to be taking that, you got to take that for way more than four weeks. So, if your goal is to just to build muscle, you don't care about the other benefits, right? You don't care about faster hair growth, you don't care about smoother skin, you should care about these things, though, especially as we age and get older. Uh, but you just want to grow muscle, there's no need for you to stack IGF-1 with synthetic HGH or serum rollin based off of just my opinion alone. Just based off of my opinion, I think that you will get plenty of what you're looking for from just IGF-1. If you do want all of the other benefits taking something like a serin synthetic HGH, you can get the IGF-1 effects. It's just going to take a lot longer. So, it all comes down to you and your own personal goals. But, I want to know your thoughts. Let me know down in the comments section below.
