Document Easy Between Multiple Users When I have a lot of users to work together who are working on the same file, okay for example I created a file, now I gave that file to multiple users that brother what you did If you have to make changes, do it, if they all make the changes in the same thing, it is typing, then I will not even know who changed what, right, then what will I do, I would like to track those changes or record who made what changes. What will happen till now, suppose you created this document, I opened this lib office writer here, wrote some random text like this, okay and then told you that you Review it and make whatever changes you feel. What if you didn't do it, the original document was also lost, in a way, the original file was written, if any, now I had made modifications in it, then the original document which was yours was lost, the entire instance was gone. What will we do? Will we use the track change feature? It offers an alternative method to keep a record of all the changes made in the original document. Whatever your original document, what I will do with mine is I will record all the changes made so that I can review it later. Later, the original author will either accept or reject it. Okay, for example, I created a file saying I will be the original author of that document and I gave that file to all the different users to make changes. Do it, everyone has made changes according to them. Now as an original author of the document, it is up to me whether I accept or reject the changes made by all those users. Now look at the track change message that I am saying . Use track change, record the sequence, for that we have to record the sequence, for that I need my own track change tool bar, so here you see all the tool bars of yours, children and all of yours, I have repeated it here again. If you type the correct text then you will go to the view, you will go to the tool bars and all the tool bars will come from here. Look, go to the track change view, go to the tool bars.
