have you ever heard Beware of the get-rich quick scheme I've heard it my whole life Beware of the get-rich quick scheme but you know what nobody ever warned us about nobody ever warned us about the stay broke for the rest of your life scheme nobody said warning Beware of the stay broke for the rest of your life scheme and since nobody ever warned us about that that's the one that most people opt for their whole life today I want to talk to you about this sub subject get rich fast build wealth slow now what does that mean and I know it's get rich quickly build wealth slow slowly I understand the grammar I'm just not using it right now okay so um why do why is it so important to get rich fast in fact people say my is this a getrich quick scheme my answer is always you better hope so because you're not going to be here long enough to get rich slow if you live to be a hundred in the scheme of things that's a very short period of time and so wealth denotes speed you've heard me talk about it before wealth denotes speed in fact wealth is measured more in time than money if make a million doll or you rich the answer is what it depends how long it take me to make it if you make a million dollars if if make $25,000 a year you work for 40 years you make $25,000 a year you never get a raise you made a million dollars in your lifetime are you rich talk to me my people no no you're not rich but you made a million dollars but what if you make that same million dollars in a year are you rich now you're rich now you're not Bill Gates rich but you're rich a million dollar in a year you're 40 times richer than the person who makes a million doll was over 40 years but you both made the same amount of money H you both made the same amount of money one's Rich one's poor why because one person made the money faster I submit to you that everybody watching me on YouTube right now everybody in this room right now you already make enough money to be rich you just don't make it fast enough what does that mean it means if you take the amount of money you make in a year let's call it 60 Grand and like overnight you're making $60,000 a month instead of $60,000 a year your lifestyle just got 12 times better or your ability to build wealth just got 12 times better why because you collapsed the time frame so you're thinking about making more money I recommend that instead of thinking about how to make more money think about how to make money faster how can you make money Faster by delivering fast value value faster or by delivering a higher level of value that same amount of money can come in faster you you've heard me talk about the four levels of value the lowest level of value is implementation right and if you're on the Implement in fact I'm going to draw it on the board I'm going to draw it on the board you then you'll see how it's all connected right so the lowest level of there are four levels of value that we find four levels of value that we find on the earth I didn't put them here they were here when I got here so don't hate me okay I'm just the messenger the lowest level of value is implementation in the implementation level you use your your muscles over time and because muscles are a physical resource and time is a limited resource the amount of money you're going to make is going to be limited and I'm going to do a new canvas because this one that's acting wonky the pen was not the right size okay I'm going to do it again there we go that's better four levels of value so implementation level muscles over time muscle are a physical resource time is a limited resource so I'm multiplying a limited resource times a physical resource guess what that result has to be limited this is why down here you're going to make somewhere between minimum wage and $80,000 a year on the lowend minimum wage you're flip and burgers and McDonald's on the highend maybe 80,000 a year you're working on highend luxury cars as a mechanic but still you're using your muscles over time how much money you're going to make is going to be limited and so so what if this person could figure out a way to make that 80 grand a month now your lifestyle your life just got better in so many different ways well the next level is the unification level unification is you use your management skills to make money managing people is a higher spiritual activity than doing the thing yourself and since it's higher spiritual activity and wealth is a spiritual outcome whether you know it or not wealth is spiritual it's really interesting what's the what's the physical substance that represents wealth around the world has since the beginning of time what is it gold okay have you ever asked yourself the question why is gold more valuable than copper and brass and they're all the same color and they're all metal have you ever asked that question or it was just me okay a couple of us asked that question well here's the answer to that question the answer to that question is because gold represents a spiritual attribute that's why God told the children of Israel to put overlay things in the Tabernacle with gold that's why the Ark of the Covenant was overlaid with gold that's why gold was such an an important substance even in the Garden of Eden why because gold is a picture of Eternity why because it doesn't cor it doesn't corrup corrupt and it doesn't rust and it doesn't corrode so it it it stays shiny forever like brass tarnishes so time has an effect on brass time has an effect on copper time has no effect on gold except it makes it more valuable over time okay so so unification on this level we can make somewhere between 880,000 a year and 250,000 a year 880,000 a year if we're managing I don't know a pizza restaurant or Taco Bell um $250,000 a year if we're man a mid-level manager at locked Martin but you're using our manager agement skills to create wealth now above this line is where wealth begins to be created this line This is where weth wealth begins to be created communication communication communication now on this level you use your mouth now here's the interesting thing about this level you have to have a mouth everybody qualifies everybody here yep you all have one okay um you have to learn how to use it you have to learn how to use it for something other than complaining you have to learn how to use it for something other than grumbling you have to learn how to use it for something other than negative words other something other than profanity something other than flying off the handle you have to learn how to use your words to communicate value to to paint pictures with your words that help other people perceive value in what you have to offer that's what you got to do with words words communication is so valuable that God used words to create everything out of nothing wow you're like I don't like to talk well you don't like being like God because God likes to talk in fact he likes to talk so much he gave us a whole book full of stuff he said right we have to learn how to communicate by the way no matter how good you think you are at communicating get better anyway so on this level this is where wealth like this is where you start making the real money like on the low end you're make selling cars selling Insurance you might make a 100 Grand a year on the high end you might make a hundred million a year just because you're good at communicating maybe you maybe you're an actor maybe you're a singer maybe you're a songwriter maybe you're a playright maybe you're in sales but you make somewhere between a 100,000 and a like hundred million a year I like that level what's the highest level the highest level of value that exists is imagination and on that level you use your mind and your money to create wealth what are you making on that level well somewhere between a million and billions I'm going to name a company I want everybody to shout the name that comes to your mind when I name this company just whatever name comes to your mind ready Apple Corporation everybody says Steve Jobs Steve Jobs has been dead for 14 years and people still say Steve Jobs why because he's the guy who imagined Apple we remember the imagineer nobody says Steve wnac he's still alive he invented the Apple computer but nobody says Steve wnc why because he was he was the implementor who attached himself to the imagineer and they both got wealthy together how many youall tracking what I'm saying and so because this is how it works this is why this is we have to create wealth Faster by operating we we get rich fast we get rich fast by shifting most of our wealth generation to this level instead of this level down here if most of the stuff you're doing is with your mind is with your muscles over time or you're managing people that's why you're struggling financially because you've not stepped into the arena where words matter and you have to get to the place where you are good at communicating value and so clearly with words that people can see what you said did you hear what I just said so people can see what you said so because when people buy something from you you you do understand people are buying the perceived value of your offer they don't even get the experience of value until after they pay for it doesn't matter what it is yeah you can go into a store and try on a pair of shoes that's not the same thing right you get they're buying the perceived value they're buying your description of the value so the degree how much money you make is going to be in direct proportion to your ability to describe the value that you have to offer to the people that you have to offer it to and if you can describe the value and in their minds when you're done describing it the value is this big and then the price is this big they'll always pay and it doesn't matter what number you put in here this number in here could be $100,000 it could be a million dollar it could be $70 million it doesn't matter why because this is smaller than this so when you're if you're going to get rich you have to get rich fast one of the most important reason okay so so let's talk about why it's important to get rich fast number one life is short it's most important reason to get rich fast I said to my wife yesterday out loud I can't believe I'm 6 3 I and I said when my dad was 63 I thought 63 was older then my older than you feel or older than you act both yes both okay so life is short now why is why does life being short have something to do with how fast I should get rich because people ask me all the time mayam hey if you go back and you could talk to your 25-year-old self you give yourself one piece of advice what would that one piece of advice be you are going to get rich I always say the same thing you're going to get rich get it out of the way fast because the sooner you get there the longer you get to enjoy it with the people you love the most I don't have a lot of regrets in my life and I wouldn't even call this a regret but man if I had an opportunity to do it over I would have gotten rich in my 20s instead of waiting until I got in my 40s why because then I could have done stuff with and for my parents that I never had the opportunity to do because it took me too long how many youall checking we think we're going to have forever because we've had forever in our experience but we don't have forever get rich quick now here's the other thing about getting rich quick because life is short the sooner you get rich the sooner you can start Building Wealth okay so most people think I talk about getting rich quick so that you can go buy a Lamborghini or Ferrari or whatever your favorite car is cars are just cars all of them eventually are going to become worth less over time they are going to depreciate houses are going to depreciate you know what doesn't depreciate wealth generation does not depreciate so if you go use your money to buy wealth generators life is short compounding takes time and so we we have we have we have two machines that we're building at the same time we're building our get-rich machine and we're building our build wealth machine and when we start out we have to like put so much effort and energy and impetus into this getrich fast machine so that it frees up our mental bandwidth and physical energy so we can start building that long-term wealth it's like there's there's stuff I learned last year that if I had known when I was in my 20s last year I'm talking about last year I was 63 when I learned some of the most valuable lessons of my life I could have been applying these for decades but instead no I wasn't applying them so build well get rich fast because life is short get rich fast because limitations are stubborn you say what do you mean limitations are stubborn there's always going to be a opposing forces that's how life works and the greater the thing is that you desire to do the greater the opposing forces are going to be they're going to be stubborn they're not going to want to go away just because you desire to get wealthy poverty is not going to lay down and die for you you have to beat it away from the door with activity and attitude right so I get it's important to get rich fast because life is short limitations are stubborn like it took me a long time to realize here what I'm saying now it took me a long time to realize that I'm bigger than all the things opposing me so why do you make so much noise on the internet about getting rich because I'm tired of watching y'all struggle the same struggle I had and it wasn't real when I had it either the struggle is real yeah in your mind it only exists in your experience because it first exist in your expectation if you're an adult if you can get rid of the expectation of of lack and poverty I have tricked myself into making so much money by not allowing myself to be enamored with an amount what does that mean my son and I were just having this conversation this morning he's like he said and he said to me he said he said yeah I used to think you were just saying that like never never will you make more than S will s will you make as much as never will you make more than the amount you allow yourself to think of as a lot of money he said I youed still think you were just saying that but you said like I get it like I can't afford to think that $20,000 I'm I'm hearing my son say this to me you you can't imagine the level of joy that I have in my soul that my son is saying I can't afford to think that $20,000 is a lot of money and then he says like a 100,000 is not a lot of money a million is not a lot a billion it's none of it's a lot I can't afford to think of it as a lot CU as soon as it becomes a lot it's bigger than me if it's bigger than me then now I don't have a choice anymore it's it's like I'm under that circumstance life is short limitations are stubborn but guess what you can get so much positive forward upward momentum the gravity feels like something that affects other people wow I'm not it's not because you're better than them it's just your perspective is different like I know Gravity the gravity that I face is not bigger than me like I fully aware of that and there are going to be people who misunderstand me and some people are going to hate me cuz they think I'm flexing they think I'm bragging oh you're just a bloat I don't really I don't have the people that I came to serve and deliver from the limiting beliefs is more valuable to me than being misunderstood by people who will never go on this journey with me amen limitations are stubborn boy they will fight you tooth and nail they'll fight you so much like the limitations are so stubborn that even after you get wealthy the limitations of your poverty past are coming for you because they want to overtake you again and most rich people that I know had to get rich twice but I've met very few who had to do it three times why because limitations are stubborn like you want to you want to have enough money enough wealth enough wherewithal so you always have a choice why because I don't like the fact like like my my son and I were talking this morning again I said to him I said I hated poverty he's like I didn't really hate it yeah but I I hated it I hated I hated the fact that when my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first child our water and our electricity were both disconnected at the same time and there was nothing I could do about it and I didn't have anybody in my support system who had the ability to do anything about it I hated it it hated it I hated being poor now I was happy when I was poor I wasn't happy that I was poor I was happy when I was poor let's don't be confused about it okay and so and So eventually those stubborn limitations came back and chased me down and I went from being poor to being rich to being poor again tell you what poor the second time is way worse than poor the first time let me tell you poor the second time child I don't wish it on my worst enemy the second oh this is my second go round no that is not a ride you want to get on twice can I get a witness so limitations are stubborn but here's another reason you want to get rich fast you ready because Leverage is simple what do you mean when you say Leverage is simple this is what I mean it is easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money over a long period of time now our best year ever um was about $115 million which is decent it's better than a sharp stick and eye but this year there's no doubt in my mind that the wealth that we will both generate and accumulate is more than that by multiples and it will be almost effortless utilizing the same skills I had when I was only making $100,000 a month now I know when I said that that irritated some of y'all at least on YouTube when I said when I was making when I was only making 100,000 a month so you thought I was flexing again but see that's one of the ways I tricked myself into making more money that word only the word only can make you rich if you put it in the right place what does that mean from now on when you're working towards an objective a financial objective let's say you'd like to get to I don't know 50,000 a month in Revenue in your business you want to get the 50 how many you like to get the 50,000 a month in Revenue Okay cool so put only we're we're closer than we've ever been to only 50,000 a month in Revenue I'm telling you that word only has made me so much money like I remember when my I I shared this idea with my mentor seldom will you make as much as never will you make more than the amount you allow yourself to think of is a lot of money so I started using only in front of 100,000 a month and within months I was doing 100,000 a month now there was more to it than that but that was a big part of it I literally tricked my brain into thinking that $100,000 a month was an only now can I tell you something you've tricked your brain into thinking some amount isn't only maybe maybe a dollar is an only for you maybe $5 dollar maybe a $100 is an only maybe a thousand maybe 5,000 is an only right how many youall know everybody has an only okay right you have an only how mean I have an only yes okay um so why not just raise your only I mean you're the only one that controls your only there's no government mandates that says your only can only be so there's no there's no government mandate like there's no there's no religious mandate there's nobody like holding a gun to your head say don't you raise your only above this your only can be whatever you want like like I mean yeah if we only made $1 and5 million last month we only made one and a half million see some of you maybe not you in here but some of you on YouTube for sure maybe some of you in here when I say that that's a little you get a little check in your spirit why because you won't allow yourself to do that why like all the stories you believe do you understand most people think erroneously by the way that they believe things because they're true most people think they believe things because they're true but the reality is most people think things are true because they believe them and there's a difference now I wasn't born believing anything I don't know what you were born believing but when I was born I didn't believe anything you say you don't believe anything at all nothing I had zero beliefs which means every belief that I have I either adapted or adopted see you're so busy making up stories that don't serve you and then you want to judge me and people like me because we make up stories that serve us like yeah I get it I made that up I made up the fact that $100,000 a month is an only and by the way it is an only and and my prayer for all of you watching and those of you in here is that one day you'll get to the place where you realize $100,000 a month oh that's what Myra meant when he said 100,000 a month is only 100,000 month that's what I meant Leverage is simple do you understand it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than to make a long lot of money over a long period of time because there's a principle that exists and always has that we can always make up and Leverage What We lack in ability and too many people spend their whole life attempting to strengthen weaknesses or improve their limitations instead spend that same amount of time that same amount of effort that same amount of energy and money looking for better leverage I'm not I I don't make more money than you because I'm smarter than you I make more money than you because I I have more leverage than you and I'm better at using it ah say what do you mean leverage Leverage is something that you you have a small input that produces a magnified or multi multiplied output that's leverage like Leverage is an online website where people buy my book and I don't have to be there but I get the money the website like when my website collects money from people for a book the website don't get the money it did all the work now I did the work of building the website but I only did that work once I did the work of writing the book once but the money that comes in every day yeah that M why because that leverage belongs to me and see your problem is you think your problem is you're not smart enough you think your problem is you don't have enough time but the reality is you don't have enough leverage and maybe you don't have enough leverage so if you and I were going to get in a race and it was going to be a running race Dr Javon you can run I can tell because you got running shoes on that's how I could tell you can run um could you run a mile though yes Dr sioban you could run a mile so if you and I got in a race a mile race that wouldn't be fair cuz you can run and I can't run right so let's have two different distances you run a mile I'm going to go to miles oh did my dyslexia just kick in did I say that backwards I think I said it backwards did I say you're going to run a mile I'm going to go to me and my big mouth sometimes You' think before speaking myin but oh well I said it I have to be a person of my word so now I'm going to lose the race right everybody say unless unless unless Dr Siobhan's running and I'm on a bicycle because I said she's going to run a mile I'm going to go two miles and not only can I win the race but I can go farther faster and use less energy what wait there's more that's not fair I have a bike she didn't have a bike let's give Dr shoban bike Dr Javon has a bike get in a race she goes two miles I go four miles she wins again unless I'm in a car oh in a car yeah I can go farther faster and use less energy I'm not even tired when I go four miles in a car you go 2 miles on a bike you're especially you're racing right and you're racing a car right so but wait that's not fair I Got a Car you deserve a car Dr Javan has a car we get to race again she goes 50 miles I go 100 miles she wins again unless I'm on a plane and we can keep doing this all day and she can have a plane and we go have another race and she goes 100 miles I go 200 miles she wins again unless I'm on a jet you say my what's the point I can always make up and Leverage What I lack an ability but every time I level up in leverage I have to level up in how much it costs for that leverage and I have to level up in skills like it doesn't take a lot to learn how to use a pair of running shoes takes a little more to learn how to ride a bike and bikes cost more than running shoes and cars cost more than bikes and it takes more to learn how to drive a car than it does to learn how to ride a bike and guess what it takes even more to learn how to fly a plane than it does to learn how to ride a bike and it takes more to learn how to fly a jet than it does to learn how to fly a plane because as my flight instructor says everything happens faster in a jet and so you say my what are you saying I'm saying we can always always make up and Leverage What We lack an ability but every time we level up in leverage we have to level up in pay and we have to level up in skill and so many people are unwilling to level up in pay and unwilling to level up in scale so they say well I can't do that because well then level up okay you're tracking so um because that's why we need to get rich quick life is short limitations are stubborn and Leverage is simple now what's required to get rich quick fast what's required to get rich fast a speed wealth Vision what does that mean you have to have a vision of this is a way that I can get rich fast what does that mean that means want to get rich fast and I just want to make $10,000 a day all I need all I need is a $1,000 offer and make 10 sales a day if I need 10,000 a week I have a $1,000 offer I make two sales a day five days a week do you realize if you do a webinar by the way your webinar doesn't have to have slides you get yourself a flip chart and some markers from off Office Depot or Staples turn your camera on on Zoom draw pictures give people your venmo your PayPal account or your WhatsApp and let them send you the money for the thing you're going to get like you think you have to do all this technological stuff no you a lot of you are using technology as a means of procrastination from doing the work oh snap so you have to have a speed wealth Vision so I have a speed wealth Vision I know that I need that I know I don't need but I know that every month I'm going to sell about $3 to $70,000 worth of books every month I already know that it's like consistent I we do about a half between all of our books we do about a half a million dollars a year in Book Sales it's half a million dollars a year for work I did a long time ago I don't know sign me up for that program right why because I have this speed wealth Vision I know we're going to sell about $100,000 a month worth of challenge tickets sometimes it's a little more sometimes a little less but about 100,000 a month so okay now we're we're doing all right we're we're making some progress then so we're at about 140,000 a month okay well now we need some premium value offers and we need to have you know if we can have just 80 to 100 people a year who buy our $55,000 coaching program we're good okay now we got we got some Revenue coming in you know that's like 4.4 million okay plus another yeah we're doing all right we have we're 6 million that that'll work then we have another 150 to 200 people a year buy our $27,000 coaching program cool this is great right and then if we can just have you know 15 to 20 people buy our $375,000 coaching program voila now I got to do is take some of that money and put it somewhere where it's going to make me more money I I you see what I'm saying like I know exactly what my speed wealth vision is yours is BL you clear up that speed wealth Vision like so you can see clearly this's how many sales at this price point I need to make per month in order to reach my outcome my objective my monthly objective Okay cool so speed wealth Vision you need to have a speed wealth value system what does that mean that means you have to abandon what all the broke people in your life told you your whole life Beware of the get-rich quick scheme because if you don't value speed wealth you're not going to be able to create speed wealth if you don't value getting rich fast if you think there's something wrong with it it's not going to happen for you why because I will never work towards becoming something I despise how many youall tracking wave at me if you tracking okay so so that's not like the speed wealth Vision I have to have the speed wealth vision and I have to have the speed wealth value system so that I don't hate money and rich people and the idea of creating wealth and the idea of creating wealth fast I can't hate any of that my value system if my value system causes me to hate any of that I'm not going to create the wealth okay then we need a speed wealth vehicle you need something that's going to get you there now what is that thing for you I don't know I don't know what your skill set is I know what my skill sets are but I don't know what your skill sets are so I'm good at sales so I can teach people who have businesses how to sell better you know why because most people in business are terrible at sales I can teach people who are in business how to generate more leads why because most people in business are terrible generating leads so I have some skill sets that I can offer to people who when they make a sale they make a lot of money so if I go help a cosmetic surgeon who every time they make a sale their average sale is $112,000 and I charge them $25,000 they only have to make a little over two sales and everything they make after I teach them is profit okay you get it so you need a speed wealth vehicle which means you need a skill that CH adds value to somebody else's life to the degree that they're willing to pay you a lot of money for okay so so that those are the three things that are required for to get rich fast now let's talk about Building Wealth slow why is it important to build wealth slowly because you are a Godlike person God is a god of abundance he's not a god of lack why is it important for you to build wealth slowly Now by wealth like when I think of rich I think of a lot of money High income maybe a high net worth but when I think of wealth I think of inexhaustible resources so much money you can't spend at all even if you had help that's what I think of when I think of wealth so rich is nice wealth is more nicer now when I think of wealth I think of your ability to live forward without working I heard Robert kosaki that it's one of the best definitions I've ever heard your you you are wealthy to the degree that you can live forward without working having to work wealth you can live forward forward you can live forward without having to go to work like like I could for me personally what like my lifestyle that I have now I could literally live forward for the rest of my life and not have to work anymore so like but I'm not I I'm not wealthy enough that my granddaughter can live for without having to work now I want my granddaughter to work but I don't want her to work because she needs the money there are better ways to make money than working hard for it and there are better reasons to work hard than for money so I believe in working hard I work hard but I don't work hard for money it's another conversation for a different day we'll have that conversation on another day because you're a Godlike person and since you're a Godlike person that means you are a person who has created for abundance in an abundant World in an never expanding universe so because you're a god-like person um it's important for you to build wealth because you're a good person why should all the evil people have most of the money so they can do more evil with it we have plenty of evil people in the world who have plenty PL of money to do more evil stuff why not let's help create some more wealthy good people so some good people have some money so they can go and do good things with it if you're a good person you should have a desire to have more wealth because then you can do more good in the world and then because you're a giving person if you're a giving person like at least somebody who has money you'll be somebody who can help people not just somebody who'd like to I'd like to help you but I can't you will be able to be willing and able in the same person Okay now what's required to build wealth slowly a wealth building perspective what does that mean that means I have you can copy me if you'd like I would I would recommend it um I have a perspective that the primary purpose of money is to turn it into more money before I spend any of the money I just made so how can I take some of this money I made and put it in something that's going to make me some more money it's going to perpetuate wealth and I'm not going to touch it like this is in my trash man to cash man book this is my I can finish free can I'm not touching this money I'm it's it's almost like it's not there it only exists for the purpose of making more money so my objective in my life I'm I'm playing two games I'm playing the get-rich game and I'm playing the build withth game so the get rich quck the getrich game is make as much money as you can as fast as you can for as long as long as you can as often as you can that leaving anything out everybody with me okay the build wealth game that I play is invest the money that you're making in your from your earned income as much of that as possible so that eventually the amount of wealth that you've amassed is so big that it makes you more money than your business makes you that's the game I play to invest in my investment so that the investment Revenue that my money makes eventually will outpace the amount of money my business makes that's the game I'm playing so my two systems are in a race with each other right now the active business revenue is winning but as it's winning I'm forcing it to contribute to the other machine So eventually the other machine do you understand the concept of compounding the bigger your wealth gets the faster it gets bigger if you're making 10% on your money let's say you can make 10% per year on your money if you have a million dollars that money can make you a 100,000 a year but if you have a 100 million it can make you 10 million a year if you have a billion it can make you a 100 million a year if you're getting 10% per year so the bigger it gets the faster it gets bigger that's the point the point is I want to play the game in such a way that the wealth machine the wealth system that I build for my family becomes inexhaustible so none of my descendants ever again as long as they shall exist on Planet Earth will have to start from scratch ever everybody gets to start out with a house and some money wow why because the scripture says a good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children yeah but my that's not talking about money that's talking about a Godly in Heritage well I'm going to let the Bible interpret itself here's what it says house and riches are the inheritance of fathers how many of you would have liked it if your father would have given you a house and some riches I would have loved that I wouldn't have said nah Dad I'm good I'm I'm going to do this myself right no to give me a head start with a house and some riches that's biblical I'm not I read a book recently I won't tell you the name of the book read a book recently this guy talked about amassing all the wealth and now he spent the first half of his life making all this money he's going to spend the second half of his life giving it all away I'm not doing that do I look confused oh I'm not doing that now I give money away along the way but I'm not creating wealth to give it away I'm creating wealth so that my children don't and my grandchildren the grandchildren that great great great great grandchildren who I will never meet will not have to start from ground zero to me that's a much better objective and but how do how do you know they won't waste it I don't know they won't waste it but I believe they won't waste it because we've already started teaching our children how to perpetuate the wealth instead of how to decimate the wealth my son and my daughter both work harder than me and they're both smarter than me and they know stuff I don't know I didn't I didn't know when I was their age and there stuff they know that I don't know now that I'm my age and that's how it's supposed to be now there are ways I'm smarter than them obviously I mean I mean come on on me no I'm just kidding um but there are ways I'm smarter than them but there are ways a lot of ways they're way smarter than me and I love the question my daughter asked and I think it'll help you she said so dad like you talk about generational wealth what's that number I said it's not a number it's a system there's no number it's a system where every generation perpetuates the family's wealth and then they become more and more and more and more wealthy anyway so um because you're a giving person what's required a wealth building perspective a wealth building priority you have to make investing a priority you have to make turning money turning money into money a priority in your life it has to become a thing for you and your whole family and then wealth building practices so one of the most important wealth building practices that I really became hyper aware of I mean I own some real estate but I not nearly as much as I could have owned it by this point in my life one of the most valuable things you will ever do with a dollar at least in the United States of America is invested in real estate in some way shape or form why because investing in real estate is the best way I thought of so many funny things just now um is the best way to protect your Revenue that your business generates and your income that your business pays you from taxes real estate is the best vehicle not by a little bit by a long shot so every year for the rest of my natural life as long as I both shall live I fully intend to invest hundreds of millions of dollars into real estate and you say I don't have hundreds of millions of dollars okay invest hundreds of dollars into real estate thousands tens of thousands invest what you can into real estate start with a duplex like my mentor says you want to do something really good buy a duplex rent out half of it and live in the other half and have your tenant pay off your mortgage and then accumulate the money that you would have been spending on a mortgage and save that up and buy another duplex start there anyway I hope this blesses you get rich fast build
