is it possible to have the most damaging hard to remove items like chargebacks foreclosures bankruptcies even repossessions permanently removed off your credit within the next say 7 to 10 days well the answer is yes and I think the secret is going to surprise you so we have a lot to cover in a very short period of time so let's get started [Music] all right so I covered this once before and I just want to be clear about this because this really does truly work this is something that nobody else is going to share with you and it's a little unorthodox and so I want to share it with you and let's get into it so most of you have heard my secret it's called the empty envelope secret and so just to be clear this envelope is sent directly to your creditors not the credit bureaus not Experian Equifax and TransUnion you don't send it to them you send it to your creditors your collection agencies people like that now just to back up just very very briefly never have a conversation with your creditors never talk to these people on the phone because what ends up happening is if you pick up the phone and you talk to your creditors or collection agencies then sometimes that can actually reset your debt to zero so for example if you are say five six years into the debt and it's about to fall off your credit at the seventh year and all of a sudden you pick up the phone and you have a slip up and you admit to the fact that you owe the debt well guess what they're going to start it at zero as if it's day one of the debt and you don't want that so never ever ever ever ever communicate with your creditors or collection agencies over the phone if they call hang up don't say anything if they're asking if this is oh is this so and so say you know click you know you don't you don't answer the phone okay you don't talk to them at all and if you make a mistake where just is like well this is ABC Collection Company click you immediately hang up you do not talk to any of these people otherwise you have the risk of running the risk of resetting your debt from day one and then you got to wait another seven years so why do that that's just a waste right so this is the only time this is the only instance in which you are allowed to communicate with your creditors and you're not going to be doing it over the phone you're going to be doing it with my famous empty envelope technique okay so this is kind of what it looks like you can also use a number 10 business size envelope and which is significantly smaller but basically this is how it works so technically what you're supposed to be doing to be able to ask for verification or proof of a debt is to be sending them a letter saying "Hey I don't believe I owe this debt can you please send me proof or verification that this is in fact my debt?" That includes some kind of signed contract or some kind of agreement that we have and nine times out of 10 they're not going to be able to send you the agreement because they don't have it especially if it's a collection agency they simply don't have it now instead of doing it that way instead of waving around the big red flags hey I'm about to dispute this with the credit bureaus Experian Equifax and TransUnion so please drum up my proof and my invoices and my contracts so then that way you're prepared when I dispute it with the bureaus it's like no you're not doing it that way i don't recommend that these people are sneaky bastards okay I'm just going to come out and say it they are sneaky and so they're going to use everything including illegal ways to be able to collect debt from you and it's time to turn the tables if you ask me okay so a lot of these people do the sleaziest of sleasball things some of them are just outright illegal and they do it anyway so it's your turn to do something that's a little turning the tables on your creditors and collection agencies and I call it the empty envelope so instead of actually sending them a letter that says "Hey I don't believe I owe this debt furnish proof to me that I owe this debt." Instead you'll be sending them this envelope but you won't be sending anything inside the envelope like literally nothing not a shred of paper nothing that's why I like these big 9 by12 envelopes because you know it could be something of substance and there's nothing in there so why are we sending these people NB envelopes Monica this makes zero sense to me well it's because your creditors they're going to sign this so basically this is a little card i didn't fill it out this is going to be pasted on the back so make sure on this side so this is basically what we call a certified letter and it needs two components you're going to need this part and you're also going to need this and by the way when you fill this out just leave it connected because what's going to end up happening is the person behind the United States Postal Service desk once you do the transaction with them and mail this off they're going to they're going to cut this off for you and give this to you as a receipt so don't cut it off i see people making mistakes all the time in the post office they try to they have like 10 of these different letters and then they pull all these off and then the US Postal Service person makes them match up this number with this number on the 10 different envelopes that they have and then they're holding up the line and everybody's getting pissed off so just leave it all connected let the post office person give you this receipt when the transaction is over and this is your receipt showing proof that they received this so it's basically trackable but the most important part is that they're going to receive this so make sure on this side you put your address whether it's a PO box or your home address does not matter and on this side you put all of the creditor's information you know whatever the name of the creditor is the collection agency whatever it is and then you basically fill all of this out that's what's going to end up happening is this is going to be stuck you're going to stick this on the back make again make sure I mean you could even put like some cheapy return addresses there that that you get i don't recommend it because they're too small but you know the freebie ones that you get that you use in the upper leftand corner of your mailers that you send out or your bills or whatever you could put something like that there again it's going to be too small or just write really really clearly and this is going to go to you don't make the mistake of leaving this blank okay because unfortunately then you're not going to this is not going to work so put your address there your your current address and then that way what ends up happening so you're going to you're going to stick this on the back of your envelope there's like little peel and stick things here so what ends up happening is that they're going to receive this empty envelope somebody's going to sign it and date it and then the US Postal Service is going to just pull this off the back of your envelope and put pop this in the mailbox and this is going to come right to you you need this this is the magic okay this is the magic bullet to get this crap off your credit you absolutely must have this so you get this you have a date say it's June 1st for example then you wait 30 days so to July 1st then you can send a copy of this to Experian Equifax and TransUnion along with your letter asking for proof of the debt of course the letter was never in there because this is an empty envelope remember now here's the trick okay the US Postal Service is going to make you put some kind of return address up in the upper leftand corner do not put your address do not put your name just scribble some random PO box okay because you need to be able to get this out you want to be able to put the creditor's information as it appears on your personal credit reports so it's going to say the name of the creditor the name of the collection agency and their address on your credit reports all the things that you want removed so if there's 10 of those guess what you're mailing 10 of these right each with its corresponding thingy bopper on the ver on the back that again must have your this address needs to be correct this address is not correct okay so what what is the whole point of this Monica well what ends up happening is that you basically send this letter to the bureau saying "Hey check this out i sent this letter to these collection agencies and these creditors." And guess what they signed for it on this date here's the proof that they signed for this letter and as per federal law they're supposed to get back with me on some kind of proof some kind of statement some kind of signed contract some kind of something that proves that I did business with them and they didn't send me anything okay so you need to take this off my credit as per federal law now remember you have to wait 30 days from the date that they sign this not 30 days from the date that you receive it but 30 days from the date that it's there's going to be a date on here that they sign for it that's what you that's what you have to do is you need to keep these cards and so again you're playing dirty just like they are i I hate to admit to it i hate to tell you that that's what's happening but if you're sick and tired of things that are on your credit maybe it's a judgment maybe it's a charge off maybe it's some ridiculous sum of money that you know you're never going to pay that's been sitting on your credit for say 3 four five years no matter how many disputes you do it's just not coming off then you need to start playing dirty just like they do hate to say it hate to break it to you but playing fair is just not the way they do it and playing fair isn't the way you should be doing it now anymore either so if you want to get this crap off your credit and have your FICO score increase then this is the way you do it now people inevitably always ask me "Well Monica does this mean that they can sue me?" Well yeah anybody can sue you for anything hello welcome to the United States of America where anybody can sue you for anything your creditors believe it or not can sue you right now regardless of whether it's on your credit report or not so you having this removed off of your credit does not bar them from suing you but leaving it on your credit doesn't bar them from suing you either so it's just like people ask me the most ridiculous questions in the comments like "Well doesn't it mean that they could sue me?" Well yeah but they could sue you now anyway so you know you you could choose do you want it eaten your credit FICO score alive or do you not i mean that's completely up to you now this strategy does work yes it's a little underhanded it's a little sleazy but considering the fact that they do so many sleas ball tactics in the bureaus also do some sleasball tactics like how many times have you disputed something some of the stuff is probably outright not yours maybe it's your ex's account or somebody else's account they just don't investigate they don't take it off they don't play by the rules so it's time for you to basically take the bull by the horns and not play by the rules either you know and get this stuff off your credit because it's really negatively affecting you and that means you're paying higher interest rates you're not able to get the credit and not able to lease cars because you're not able to rent an apartment or buy a house you're not able to do anything without decent credit so this is why I strongly urge you to do it this way so again you take every single credit that has a negative on your personal credit report it could literally be an open revolving account you want to get off this is the way to do it it could also be a closed account charge off bankruptcy repossession foreclosure anything you basically take the address that's located on the credit report put it right here and you get you have one per citor one per citor and again scribble some random address that's not yours do not put your name up here and then you have to put your address here your real address here because again they're never going to see the back of this card it's just going to be pulled off put in the mailbox by the US Postal Service delivery person and you're going to be able to get the benefit of them signing and dating this which again you wait 30 days after you you you have the date so again if the date's on June 1st you wait till July 1st you send a copy not the actual physical document but a copy to Experian Equifax TransUnion along with your letter you know the letter that you never mailed and uh cuz remember this was an empty envelope there is no letter in here and you basically say "This is the letter I sent to these people i asked them for proof of this account i asked them for some kind of verification or signature or contract or something they sent me nothing and this is a violation of federal law in which case this needs to be removed from my personal credit effective immediately again as per federal law this works okay now if you're like "Oh Monica you know I don't know i then don't do it." You know don't do it suffer the consequences of having all this negative crap on your credit report and then hopefully one day it'll fall off and in the meantime be happy with paying higher interest and getting screwed on everything else because that's what they do they screw everybody that's just what they're about that's how they operate and then just just play the game I guess because let me tell you they're not playing fair it's time for you to turn the tables and you don't play fair either so if you want my free dispute letters please go down below and I have the free dispute letters for you um and then you know like I said you don't send them the the the people that your your creditors or collection agencies you don't send them anything in this envelope nothing is in this envelope but when it comes to the bureaus you do have to send them a dispute letter along with a copy of this and the letter and you do have to send that to the bureaus Experian Equifax and TransUnion so I do have a copy of a free download for the the dispute letters it's getdisputers.com which is down below in the description box and then you just basically again you have to wait 30 days after they sign this after they date this that's 30 days that's when the clock starts to tick this stuff works okay so you know you want to use it great if you don't want to use it that's completely up to you and then you suffer the consequences of having bad credit so I have a lot of good stuff coming up as far as fixing your credit as well as building wealth through some side hustle businesses so make sure that you give me a nice like as well as subscribe to my channel because I have a lot of stuff very special stuff that nobody else is going to teach you on YouTube coming up this is Monica man signing off and I will see you in the next
