so this is a live smma sales meeting I had just last week it was actually with a 5 million dollar a year roofing company and we did end up striking a deal I just want to preference really quickly this is only the third ever Zoom meeting I've ever done so usually I do all of my sales over the phone so I haven't had too much experience I definitely see a lot of improvements I can make anyway without further further Ado here is the call okay awesome awesome um okay well uh yeah how's your day been going man yeah not too bad buddy awesome awesome it's getting a bit cold now right how's how's the weather in Perth is it cold or is it yeah it is getting cooler but obviously um yeah the weather's always pretty good here I think that does help us in a way because whenever we do have a rain everyone freaks out instead of running all the time oh okay okay yeah man so um I just want to recap the uh the discovery call we had a little bit um just go over that a little bit and then I actually have a little presentation I would like to walk you through um it pretty much just goes over you know exactly how the uh how the program works and then our offer for you no worries awesome so just to recap the uh the the discovery call we had yesterday um so you're you're currently looking for how many jobs exactly were you looking for a month at 10 were you looking for 10 a day was it oh your team would be Max but I you know if we're getting eight leads a day would be stoked without anything above that then we'll look to employ someone else and help out yep yep awesome awesome and uh would you be when would you be looking to kind of take action is that something you were wanting to do is that something you were wanting to get started straight away with or something in the future yeah we do we do the only problem with that is we go on holidays um the end of this week but we want to start it pretty much from the Facebook ads you know people calling us from the fourth or 5th of June yeah okay awesome yeah okay so this is the uh the little presentation I'm just going to start off here's what we're going to cover I just want a preference really quickly if you have any questions at all don't don't be afraid to interrupt me um it's perfectly fine so here's what we're going to cover uh results the problem our solution to that problem and then our actual offer for you all right so here's just a little bit about us we're a small team of four located in Queensland Australia we only work with trade businesses who are in Australia we specialize in Facebook ads for trade businesses since 2022. and then we're relentlessly focused on one service so Facebook ads and then for one market uh trade businesses yeah okay so we we do have a uh a total business cap so we can only service 10 customers total uh period so we only work with 10 trade businesses that can and want to grow yep okay so you may be wondering why do we service only 10 clients well quality over quantity so we'd rather work with fewer and bigger clients which allows us to produce better results and scale a better service so since we service fewer bigger clients we can give more time focus and resources into each client Eternal business operations so the right people at the right place can handle growth and are ready to scale um scalability so willing to invest more money into what works we want to fund businesses that can and want to scale do you have any questions about that no all good awesome so here's our goal so our goal is to help trade businesses generate more high quality exclusive leads and Deals under their own brand so without wasting their time and money on duplicate and expensive leads that are impossible to get a hold get a hold of sorry um any questions on that was awesome so the proof is in the pudding right so here's just some of the results oh here's one of the the ad campaigns that we've ran for a client this was a carpet cleaning company we ended up generating 39 qualified leads in just the first two weeks for yep uh the average cost per lead was 7.94 cents and then the average order value of a lead was 3.95. and then here's another one it's a Concrete Company in Melbourne we help generate over 44 qualified leads for in three weeks yep the uh the cost per lead was eight dollars and fifteen cents and the average order value was 1945. and then here's here's another one it was a pressure washing business we helped generate uh 35 qualified leads in the first four weeks for the average cost per lead being ten dollars and nine cents and the average order value being 550. yep yeah so any questions on that all good awesome awesome so we kind of hover around the uh the tender ten dollar a lead um on the good side and then you kind of go from 10 to 15 dollars but uh it can range from anywhere from six to Fifteen a lead yeah probably was hitting at about 36. well well okay um so here's here's the problem so the problem is most trade businesses throw money at the wall uh trying to see what sticks so they just want to proven oh they just want to find a proven Marketing System that works and brings in high quality leads uh deals and appointments on demand and with predictability so obviously the predictability thing is a a very big factor um you know for example if you're if you have Elite if you have a campaign and you're getting you know one one lead a day and you're spending 15 a day on ad ad spend uh if you spend 10 times more than that on ad spend you could be predictably getting 10 leads a day so yeah sales and marketing so most trade businesses are great at production so they're great at actually providing the service and doing the job but they tend to lack in the marketing and sales skills so they have no proven systems so on your side correct me if I'm wrong you're you're very good at sales correct so you help us out with marketing yep or this side will kill the sales bit and we'll bring the average right up awesome awesome so yeah um offline marketing door knocking TV and radio print yard signs referrals Billboards uh they're not trackable or scalable uh lead generation websites so this is also a big problem Traders usually face they tend to deal with uh lead generation websites like high Pages Home Advisor Thumbtack Etc and they provide you know duplicate and expensive leads which are no good Google ads pay-per-click so they're very popular and therefore there's extreme competition which creates uh higher prices that kill margins yeah SEO uh there's High competition takes a long time to get results it's expensive and there's no guaranteed results and then marketing agencies so the generic agency helping everybody with everything they are they don't know the trade industry any questions on that not all all very good awesome awesome okay well here's our solution so this is actually one of the ads we've used for the concrete company that I showed you earlier um as you can see unique condition specific ads that are written for your business following proven Frameworks and then we use real images so no more stock photos and that builds your brand trust and Authority in your Luke in your local community so that's just an example of the ad and then after they click on the add we send them to a funnel so this is this is the funnel that I was talking to you about yesterday um Yep this is an example of what a funnel looks like it's pretty much just a you know a custom uh funnel basically I saw a website which we created uh personally for you and then it just gets the person to enter their contact information and then after they enter their contact information they get sent over to our website and then uh the AI bot kind of automatically uh messages with them instantly so you know you're not going to have to be glued on your phone replying to messages every time they come in you know five minutes after they come in the the bot does that instantly for you and then you can schedule a time for uh you guys to do the quote or the job yeah and then the sale so you you pretty much just sell the uh sell the job basically yeah yep yeah just on the scheduling's obviously really really good on the AI stuff so obviously bot does that how does that get through to us does that communicate with our service Mate system at all or is it their manually inserted by us yeah so that's a great question here this is the uh the next bit actually um it actually goes straight to a software so we we kind of have a uh a custom software so a white labeled software and then you actually have access to everything in that software so you can see all the back-end stuff and then in this software you can see all of the conversations is this example something like podium um I'm not I'm not familiar with Podium sorry I'm not sure yeah that's right yep yep so um we we also do uh retargeting ads so what that means are you familiar with retargeting ads no okay so pretty much if someone clicks on the funnel but they don't actually fill out their contact information we can yes we can pretty much use that data to uh run retargeting ads to pretty much Target those people and uh Those ads always have super high uh you know cost per leads because uh because someone or because the people who are seeing the ad are already interested in that service they just didn't feel through the first time yeah beautiful catcher again I like it yep yep and then um yeah so the the software so this is the uh the real way closing software that's what we call it yeah you can uh you can track all new leads from every Source in this one easy to use platform yep um take advantage of our automated text and email follow-up campaigns to convert the leads for you so that's the AI converting the leads for you scheduling the uh the appointments for you uh manage and truly understand your new lead pipeline value and close five times as many leads and then I Android and iPhone app for easy then all the four and five started rated reviews we instantly post them on your Facebook and Google page so you'll Google my business page so what what that actually means is you're gonna start coming up on the first page of Google with all of the uh with all the all of the reviews and then um smart web chat so that's that's like a little uh widget that you can add into your website I'll go over that a little bit more in detail in a couple slides later and then Google my business messaging so Google my business messaging so ninety percent of customers uh read reviews and look at pictures of jobs uh but only less than five percent of people who view Google my business listing Google my business listings actually convert yep um do you do you have a uh Google my business setup I have met a business suite and it adds manager that's it oh okay yeah so I mean you're probably familiar a lot of people you know go to Google if they're wanting a service right so yeah true um you're gonna start coming up on the uh the first page with all of these things and then more than ever customers want to be able to text with someone um and then how many homeowners are you missing every month by not having an optimized listing or chat installed so what what the GMB messaging actually is it's pretty much when someone searches you know roof restoration in Perth your your little business um you know widget comes up here with all of the fire style reviews on your website website and then they can actually click message to to pretty much message you instantly yep any questions on that yeah obviously this goes through Straight to um Ai and then goes on to the other app exactly exactly so this leads straight to the software yeah beautiful yeah awesome okay and then here's the uh the website chat how many leads opportunities are you losing every month uh the average Trader gains three to five New Deals a month simply by having this tool installed so that's just some of the data is uh 39.97 a month yep and then obviously maternal investment guaranteed uh we do ask for a four-month agreement so yeah just to kind of hold the longevity of our relationship yeah and then um that doesn't include ad spend and then obviously the cap of our 10 clients yeah yep so how does that spinning yeah what do you what do you think ad spending would be currently with what we've discussed getting a client today kind of thing eight clients a day um well if it's about if it's about 15 if it's about 10 to 20 dollars a lead it would be to 200 a day 150 a day 150 to 200 today yep yep and that's kind of what we're looking at doubling what we're doing at the moment so we're fully on Facebook and we want to drop High Pages exactly um which is a currently you know to be honest when you drop High Pages fully it says it's a thousand a month but we're burning through it we've only been active for a week so realistically we're doing 2 000 a month with high Pages at the moment okay um so we would be looking at 150 a day are we when you do Facebook ads we're running seven days a week uh yes yep yep so we're a thousand basically two two grand a week or when uh yes yep yep I think ad spend should be about um here let me just we got only one quota that we only won quota at the moment and we can which is myself and uh we can produce quite a bit of work and if they're really genuine leads um a day would be Max for me like we will be busy to be honest yep yep yeah we can create you know most my my average is going to be four to five thousand a lead okay okay awesome so you you're charging about four to five thousand per per lead that's average yep awesome so yeah that's that's kind of the uh the way we we structure our price obviously a single a single job is going to pay off you know our our fee and then that doesn't even take into account the fact that we're guaranteeing you 30 booked appointments in your calendar every month do you do are you willing to do a three-month contract uh what what was that sorry a three month yeah um yeah yeah I would be willing to yeah test it out for you for three months just because it's new I see one of your other clients did it three months yep um and that kind of stuff do you this um this run through that you have today how do you work regarding sales do you need an answer today can you send me some of these information via email can I get back to you this afternoon kind of thing um yeah well what what would your what what were you wanting to think about what were you wanting in the email uh or just basically um a couple of the screenshots we can show what we're doing in that I've got a BDM that we're bringing on board like in the first of June I'd like to quickly run this through here and see his thoughts and then go from there okay okay um yeah okay I can um I can probably get an email over with some information yeah yeah just a tiny bit of info of how it runs yep we know our kids our weaknesses and and my life great on sales but this function of taking out all the itty bitty that I don't want to be doing and doing it all in one for me and basically dropping me on the house is exactly what we need and then all we have to do from here is basically organize boys to do the job which is easy exactly exactly so you're pretty much exactly what we need awesome let's go to here so you're you're wanting to kind of automate this entire business is that right 100 let's make it easier because I've worked in business before that I have three females in an office answering calls and you know what I mean it's complete waste of money I believe exactly especially with AI this this should just be so automatic it's not funny exactly yeah look at other companies like um Telstra and all that and you can't talk to any stuff so why are we doing it it's completely automated it's not a chat bot you know that's where it's going to go and why we should be competing with them exactly exactly so you pretty much have a uh the best possible appointment setup ever in this software right so yeah man you're not going to have to be paying for three separate wages of you know appointment setting uh people this quickly this is this what we pay 3997 per month is this a standard rate it doesn't matter if a business turns over 500 000 or 10 million dollars um so I'm yeah I'm not sure if you saw my other you know I posted a tick tock With Me closing another client but um yeah our price is kind of um structured in the amount of value we're adding so for example the uh the the client on my Tick Tock we only guaranteed him five appointments every month so we're guaranteeing you six times that and uh you know the price is only you know we charge the other client 1500 a month and yeah correct so how much so how much were you guaranteeing uh five five appointments every month guaranteed and how much are you doing now you're doing me 30. exactly yeah correct yep so one so just basically when can I break that down were you just declaring that we'll get guaranteeing one new leader day minimum that's that's absolute minimum so obviously yeah the 10 a day is extremely achievable especially if you're spending two thousand dollars a month on ad spend um but that's the complete minimum cool does it affect us now I'm just thinking about it a bit more if we were to work for six or obviously it's all during ad spam so for example if we want to go to Six a day because obviously we've got to away in the weekend before you're not working Saturday Sunday we're going to be walking in potentially to 20 leads on a Monday yep it's not going to be able to happen at the start is that going to affect our overall price per month um if you're wanting to decrease the ad spend a little bit to six a day yeah just just again like I'll be totally honest with you it'll be me just cloudy at the start but yep you know as soon as I get a couple of things up and rolling within a month we we won the 8 10 leads we all went and 12 I won the 16. and if you want to redo the contract no problem um but just at the start I don't want to over capitalize as all businesses do and and have all these leads sitting there that we can't can't get to um which leaves a bad review and doesn't look good for us yeah yeah definitely that's that's a great point to bring up um we can definitely start off a little bit slower so we can definitely start bringing you you know five leads a day and then if at the end you're wanting to ramp it up to say 20 a day we we wouldn't charge you any extra in regards to ad spend yeah so yeah if you're wanting to do five leads a day or you know if you're wanting 20 leads a day uh we won't charge you extra no cool um does that does that get this write down of your services at all uh no no so for the exact same reason if we won't be charging extra if it's more yeah correct we wouldn't be charging extra if it or less if it's less beautiful yeah yeah so base down spending we're spending 233 bucks a day for an epic software and plus if we that's me doing my Google spend at say a hundred a hundred bucks just drop it down for 150. exactly so if we're spending 150 we're 280 a day mate if you told me if you told me to look at it at four thousand a month my jaw would go down you told me 280 a day I'd say sign it up okay get what what was that again so 280 a day if is that is 280 a day how much is that well for example your just your fees per month yep uh 133 a day yep so you know employing someone that sits there for two or eight hours or whatever it is it's in one hour you're helping us out design everything and putting it on Facebook for us saves me time and that's just our ad spent on top of that it's 133 for you if I'm spending 100 a days 133 um sorry 233 if I'm spending 150 is 280 a day which is very minimal for getting good leads yep yeah yeah exactly I'm already spending I'm already I'm nearly spending that on um High Pages mate and traveling at the ground well yeah although it's great to hear that you're it works well for you yeah something just happened for a reason now um payment regarding that regarding a 90-day contract Where Do We Go From Here Yeah so I can um I can send over the contract to your email you can uh you can read it over maybe today or when were you so you said the start of June were you wanting to yeah get everything with that from an international we're back from an international holiday on the 7th okay okay so it takes about it takes about a week on our end to kind of get everything set up so you know obviously we need to create the funnel create the Facebook ads we need to you know set up everything on the back end staff implement the AI I would be happy to start from the first to Journey if that would suit you yep yep okay so um here what what's the date so in about seven days okay um yeah not not far from here yeah okay so I can I can send over the contract were you wanting the contract today or yeah send it
