At the start of the transaction you will receive both an email and a text from Checkboard inviting you to download their app in order to complete the government's ID and source of funds regulations. Please do check through your emails and text messages to see if you've received this invitation. If you have not, please do not worry as when our chaser comes out to you the links will be resent. Please complete the ID and source of funds if needed on the app as soon as possible when received. as our regulators requirements are such that your AML checks should be passed within seven days of file opening.
And where this is not the case, our regulators say we should not carry out any further legal work on your transaction. Therefore, your case should be temporarily closed until AML checks have been passed.
