Understanding Numbers in Hebrew Scripture

Shalom this is AVI been working with Torah on location on today's episode of Torah on location we'll continue our study into the language of numbers because in Hebrew it's sound that we're dealing with and sound has everything to do with frequency frequency has everything to do with numbers it's all in the numbers coming up next on Torah on location [Music] why you [Music] Oh [Music] Shalom once again from Eretz Israel this is avi Ben Mordechai and you are tuned into Torah on location coming up on our episode today we are going to continue our research into the Hebrew Scripture alludes of gematria that is Hebrew Scriptures language of numbers because as we are constantly reminded through all of Hebrew Scripture here everything in Hebrew is sound sound is language language has everything to do with numbers numbers or frequencies frequencies or sounds so it all makes sense that the numbers are have to line up and show us things in Hebrew because Hebrew is a language of numbers now we're going to take a look at some additional things here so continue to stay with us as we look deeper into this idea of the language of numbers now where I would like to go now is this concept of of taking the the names Adam and hava Adam and hava and what I would like to do with Adam and Hawwa is I would like to connect their their ideas in the in the values in the numbers of their names and show a connection between their names and that of the teaching in Exodus or shamoto chapter 3 verse 14 where Elohim said to Moshe a he a a share a he a is my name and this is what I want you to tell B'nai Israel the sons and daughters and the children of Israel tell them I am has sent me to you okay so let's look at this in light of the names Adam hava now as we have already spoken about a dom is spelled Olive Dalit mem this has a numeric value of 45 now what's interesting is when you take a Dom's name of 45 when you pull out of a Dom the woman where it says Ana Dom called his woman's name or his wife's name cava or translated into English as Eve but it's Carla because she was the mother of all the living hava a spell ket love hey Kaaba has a numeric value of 19 okay now when you take 19 out of 45 what is the sum what are you left with do the math yourself you're left with 45 minus 19 and it equals 26 now 26 is the numeric value the gamete Rhea for the four letters of the divine and holy name as it was revealed to all Israel through Moshe through Moses in Shamu tour Exodus chapter 3 verse 14 that is you'd hey Bob Hey okay you'd hey Bob hey so you'd have Ave yova the name that appears some 7,000 times in Hebrew Scripture has a numeric value of 26 again if you take a dumb and that has a numeric value of 45 and you pull out the woman out of him which has a numeric value of 19 because that's hava ket vom hey that leaves you with 26 meaning the divine and holy name was shown to Adam through his wife so what does that teach us what are we supposed to understand well I think it's very clear us men need to listen to the woman listen to our wife give her the benefit of the doubt because the raw cordesh which is a feminine characteristic of the divine and holy name you Dave Ave that ro ha kodesh is feminine and the raka kodesh will speak or presumably it is expected that we will hear the voice of the rock of Kodesh in marriage through our wife you see gentlemen this is why it is not good for a man to be levad Oh in Hebrew it's not good for a man to be alone or to himself he needs a wife and we can pray gentlemen we can pray oh ho ho bring me a wife now if you have a calling a very special calling to be single that's another matter but for most of us men we need a wife why because it helps us to develop to to to attune ourselves to hearing from the raka kodesh because she the raka kodesh will presumably speak through our wife and give us understanding and the concept of of helping us to to know how to deal with so many different things in life because our wife she has the intuitive side of life she's full of the intuition and sometimes when we trust our own intuitions gentlemen we go wrong not all the time but sometimes but having a wife it helps us to walk in that concept in that idea and developed our our sensitivity to hearing from yahuveh through the feminine side the Roja kodesh so Adamas 45 subtract 19 that is take the 19 out of him and it leaves you with an image a likeness of yova through the feminine through the woman therefore we need to trust yahuveh and thank him for our wife and if you have a white and you are mistreating her I like don't do it don't mistreat her because that's like mistreating the rough kodesh you don't want to be doing that okay not a good situation you respect that woman that he has given to you all of us men need to learn this valuable lesson but now this is not the end of the story let us continue now let's take this one step further okay with the woman being this reflective nature this reflective characteristic of Yehovah with her numeric value of 19 falling in line with hava pet valve Hey in Hebrew Scripture according to Genesis chapter 3 verse 20 when you take the two that is the nineteen plus the twenty-six Havas name + the divine value Judah bhave 19 + 26 you get a dumb but it gets even more interesting than this because we have in Hebrew gamma tria a concept called Malawi me Louie it's coming from this idea of fullness to make the Hebrew word or Hebrew letters full or complete thus what we want to do is we want to take you'd --have of hay and spell the term out spell the name out to actually spell it that is look on your screen here we spell out you'd we spell out hey we spell out Bob and we spell out hey so here we have you'd hey Bob hey fully spelled out what is the numeric value of you'd hey Bob a spelled out it is 45 now isn't that interesting so here we have in summary a Dom or Adam with his value of 45 and he has the woman inside of him that is pulled out she has a numeric value of 19 that leaves 26 which is you'd have of hey as the four letters so we have the woman being pulled out and put into the face opposite of the man so therefore we get yahuveh showing us the woman showing us his name showing us the raw ha'qodesh through the woman the wife however when you spell out you'd have ave you get 45 and the 45 is you homas name because it says a man shall leave his father and his mother and be joined or cleaving to its the word in hebrew debauch de Vaca is this idea of glue he shall glue himself to his woman or his wife and they shall become one flesh so these two become one and together the woman and the man reflect this idea of the divine and holy name you'd hey Val hey not just in 26 but also in 45 as the man this explains to me 2nd Corinthians 3:18 2nd Corinthians 3:18 where Schewel says the following let's read it together adonai or Yehovah is the Ruach and where the Ruach of jehovah is there is Liberty verse 18 but we all with an unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of Jehovah are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as in or by the Ruach of Jehovah so the Ruach of yahwah is reflecting the glory and the image of the Divine Name which is given to us and that raw ha'qodesh is transforming us into that same image going back to Genesis bleh sheet chapter 1 where it's talking about us being made in the image and the likeness of you'd hey Vevey this is so unbelievably beautiful and yet it is seems to be so misunderstood or skipped over people sometimes don't even see it and yet it's all there in the numbers let's continue on with our study of gamma tria and have a look at yet another aspect of gamma tria from genesis 49 verse 1 now in Genesis 49 verse 1 where Jacob gathers all of his sons together and then going through the rest of the verses ending at Genesis 49 verse 28 we learned this all these are the 12 tribes or the families of Messiah and this is what their father spoke to them and he blessed them he blessed each one according to his own blessing [Music] [Music] each of the twelve sons of Jacob or the twelve sons of Israel if you add up all of their names as they are referenced here in this prayer of Genesis 49 all their names add up to forty nine letters forty nine letters and that's an important principle in the biblical texts that we learn here in Scripture forty nine letters for all of the twelve names of Yaakov now this being said let's take a look at the Shema the Shema of deuteronomy owm chapter 6 verse 4 here we learn the following shema yisrael Jehovah Allah he knew Jehovah Akkad now there are six words as referenced in these in these in this declaration six words but there is another part to the Shema which is found in our everyday Hebrew prayers here in the daily prayers that we say is Jews we say baruch shem kavod mikoto leo Lamba ed so we'll oftentimes sing that in an undertone baruch hashem kavod Makoto Leo lamb Llyod blessed is the name of his glorious Kingdom forever and ever in that statement there are also six words so in other words the response of the Shema in Deuteronomy 6 verse 4 is coming from heaven to earth heaven to earth that's the Havas statement or declaration in Scripture our response comes from earth back to heaven so it's a reflection because the feminine reflects the masculine which is something you'll have to learn from previous programs if you don't understand what I'm saying here but we'll come back to these ideas again in future programs but the concept is we on earth are reflecting his kingdom in heaven thus Yeshua says thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven in the prayer that he taught us when he was teaching his disciples so Cara's talmud een thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven so here we have baruch shem kavod Mahalaya Lamba IDI this is our response to Yehovah from a physical material world reflected back to the spiritual world where the spiritual world then reflects or sends it back to us in the form of the Shama Shama is Al yahuwah elohim o Yehovah Akkad so between these two divine powerful holy statements we have six words coming from heaven to earth and we have six words coming from earth to heaven for a total of 12 words and these twelve words total have 49 letters okay they have 49 letters and so we have here this connection between heaven and earth in these forty-nine letters as referenced in both of these statements of the Shama and isn't it interesting that with six words in the Shema and six words with the declaration on on earth reflecting that which is in heaven the 49 words it equals the 49 letters in all of Jacob's Prayer concerning his twelve sons when you add up all their names it is a total of 49 letter now let's do the crescendo turn to Hosea the Prophet Hosea chapter one and let's learn one more final concept so now here in Hosea the Prophet Hosea chapter one and this is verse 11 in the English text which is also going to be corresponding to chapter two verse one in the Hebrew text and here it says the following then Bnei Yehuda and B'nai Israel shall be gathered together and appoint for themselves one head one rosh and they will come up out of the land for great will be the day of is Rael that is the sowing of seed by Elohim Elohim z' sown seed this is not the same word from Israel it's spelled with an EIN this is is Rael that is L will sow seed hosea chapter 1 verse 11 so here we add the rosh that is the head the one the chief the one who is the head or the leadership over all of B'nai Israel as it is referenced in shul or paul's writings in Colossians chapter 1 verse 18 Colossians 1:18 where shal says the following he is the head of the body the Kahala the congregation who was the beginning the firstborn from the dead that in all things he may have the preeminence he's the oneness he's the one ship he's the total chief the head of everything that is Messiah thus ad the oneness of mashiac to Hosea 1:11 to the road that is the oneness now add that to the 49 letters that is as it is found in Jacobs prayer of his twelve sons with the twelve names and you get fifty and fifty is the perfect number that complete and a whole number that shows up on the 50th day this is Shavuot this is the presence of Jehovah on the fiftieth day this is Pentecost so much going on in Hebrew Scripture so much so let's do a summary please in Genesis 49 we learned that Jacob or Yaakov has a prayer for his twelve sons if you take the twelve sons in Hebrew take their names and add up all of the sons names in Hebrew it equals forty nine letters with those forty nine letters there's going to be a hand or a Rosh over them these are all the twelve sons and that Rosh is going to be found in Hosea chapter one verse 11 in English where yahuveh is going to a point for B'nai Israel and Bnei Yehuda a rosh ahead a chief and he will be mashiac and that one is going to be added to the forty nine letters he will be the head of all the tribes but interestingly we also add that oneness of the Messiah to the Shema blessing of Deuteronomy 6 verse 4 where we learned Shema Israel Yahoo viola he knew Yehovah Akkad that is the prayer coming from heaven down to earth ok that has six words then you add that to the reflection of B'nai Israel as a unit reflecting that prayer of the Shema back into heaven from Earth and that is burro Shem kavod Maha Tulio Lanois IDI that goes upwards and meets the Shama coming down together those two statements have six words plus six words is twelve words for the twelve sons of jacob plus there's a total of forty nine letters tied in with those two blessings of the Shama they have their head there Rosh mashach thus 50 and 50 plus 50 from the two things from the Shema and from the 12 tribes 50 plus 50 is 100 100 is the coof the kufan hebrew is 100 which ties in nicely with yeshua statement that there was a man in the parable who had a hundred sheep and one went missing leaving ninety-nine and the one that went missing he has to restore the one back to the 99 to bring a total of 104 a 100 full blessing and there's a lot more going on we're just scratching the surface I hope you got something out of all of this that we've discussed here it's just more of the same to show the body building principles of Emunah and trusting faith in yova he's in total control I'm oddly been mortified and I want to thank you for joining us on our episode of Torah on location today may you be blessed may your Emunah grow your strength and your faith increase knowing that yahuveh you tebab he is sovereign he is in total control and everything that is happening around us on planet earth and the heavens and the earth is all being orchestrated and thus everything ladies and gentlemen everything that happens is for our good and for our best and he is not making mistakes he is allowing things to happen in our lives because it is his will that they happen and it is happening for our best and if we can accept these two principles we will go far in our emunah in our trusting faith thanks for joining us today be blessed be strong in Yehovah and rest in his sovereign control we'll come back on another program with yet more understanding of how these numbers are working in the Hebrew text to the robot thank you for being with us on today's program [Music] why you [Music] [Music]
