okay we're going to go over some male reproductive structures here on our male Cav so this is the penis we have the shaft and then the glands this is an uncircum sorry a circumcised male and so he has no forkin and so again the glands is fully exposed opening up up the actual penis here we can see both types of erectile tissue we've got the Corpus cavernosa or Corpus cavernosum by the way is fine and then we have this layer of erectile tissue here that is the Corpus spongiosum or Corpus spongiosa and we can see here the urethra we have a better view on this half of the urethra here and again the urethra is fully enclosed within the Corpus spongiosum and that over here we've got the scrotum we've got the testicle or test or testy and the epidemis okay we're going to go over the digestive well some of the digestive reproductive and well sorry Digestive and urinary structures here on this ma could ever we don't go over any internal reproductive structures so moving this out of the way here we have the liver this is the entirety of the organ the liver has it appears that this patient has no gallbladder that it's been removed right but we have the liver here we have the left lobe here and the larger right L here this structure here is the fform ligament we have the greater momentum in here and again you can see this is a large flap of fat we have the stomach I pull the greater momentum back you can see if very good view of the large intestine as well as lots of views of the small intestine so we see lots of small intestine all around here between the folds of the small intestine we see the mesentary proper and again it's anywhere where there are folds of the small intestine so here's another set of folds of the small intestine here and again more mesentary or mesentary proper here or here is seeum is visible right here and if we pull this back a little bit here we can see a portion of his spleen here
