okay God bless this is Pastor Bev Tucker and um just getting ready to do um some stuff on familiar spirits tonight okay so you might want to put that in familiar spirits so um didn't get a chance to announce it today on Facebook because it's been a day that's been full but let me just quickly give you my books the rejection Identity Thief exposed you can get these at bevtuckerministries.com or you can get them on Amazon children's Deliverance manual and then the big one setting the captives free manual which this is the one that I don't know I think they're all good though so I was gonna say that's my favorite one but that's the one that really helps people to get free so tonight we're going to talk about familiar spirits I may it's been another week on binding and loosing I don't know I I didn't get a time to just finish that up and I'm still working on more prayers for the brain so today I'm going to just jump to what I've been teaching at church and that's familiar spirits and these are things that we deal with way more than what we think we do okay so I think it's a thing an area in our lives that number one we need to pray and ask Holy Spirit to reveal areas that we are operating under the influence of a familiar Spirit okay so let me just pray father I ask God that you'd open up the eyes open up our understanding father um open up our ears to hear God give up Discerning father that we might know areas that God we have submitted to these familiar spirits unaware father that we can become free and walk free of them in Jesus name so I'm going to go into a little bit to explain what familiar uh Spirits are and um and kind of like um you know there's different types of ones there's some that come in from our family then there's some that are in areas that we become familiar with there's things that we tolerate and then we become familiar with them it's kind of like I always say this if you go into a place or even a church where you get or you hang around certain people and you get a check in your spirit when you first meet that person but you just kind of keep hanging out with them after a while because you've not allowed a holy spirit to really show you because some things we need to pull back from there's some things he might say okay stay there to bring truth and and light into that and then there's other things that we want to be careful that we don't become desensitized in our spirit man according to those things okay so uh we'll go ahead and get started let me just kind of check my time because I'm trying to keep this within 30 minutes and you might hear a whole lot of thundering we have a storm going on Outdoors but not in here okay so father uh right now I just did pray it's okay familiar spirits and basically that is the subtle hidden familiar influence of the enemy and it can be very very damaging because it goes basically undetected in our lives and basically it goes undetected for years and therefore we knew do nothing to remove it and I kind of find this to happen a lot in the body of Christ especially when I first start addressing Deliverance issues there's a whole lot of people who think don't think they need Deliverance because it's these things have become literally a part like of your personality okay so we don't detect those things so we don't remove them and I guess one that I could tell you about was basically and I've told you this before but rejection was such a big uh part of my life prior to getting delivered of it that I really just kind of thought it was my personality I just I accepted rejection as this is just the way I am I don't fit in I I always felt self self-conscious insecure um you know all of those things but I just figured that was my personality until I began to get into deliverance and actually begin to experience Deliverance so sometimes when you're experiencing deliverance and I'm gonna I think I told you this last week but I'm gonna have one of my team people come and we're going to actually do some corporate Deliverance online uh maybe I can get her connected with me next week so we can do this but when sometimes these things are you know if you're not even familiar to them if you will just uh engage when we're doing like whenever we do this corporate Deliverance you'll get free of them if you're willing to shake them off and willing to come into agreement and and come out of agreement with them okay so I will lead you through prayers to do that but you can disconnect come out of agreement and and you'll be amazed at how easy really it is to get free if if you'll just be open to it okay but anyway some people have extreme amounts of demonic activity in their lives and some only have subliminal demonic activity which basically many times they're not even aware of it often people with extreme demonic activity are better off because in only in one aspect they're not really better off but they uh have a sensing that man I need deliverance and then they are more willing to get it because they realize because of the the extreme activity of demons in their life okay Jude 4 talks about things that creep into our lives unnoticed so if we allow them they will settle into our environment unnoticed and can eventually deter us from becoming all God wants us to be and also they will begin to affect your children okay your family those you are around you know even if you don't have children but uh say you know wherever you go to church what we bring into a church what we bring in on us will begin to affect the church you know to think that you can never go into a church and and look around and think well your leaders are this way or some of the people are this way well what about what way you are you know have you cleansed yourself too so this is another reason we influence all Air all of our contacts by things and especially like familiar spirits and stuff that we operate in okay so in judges four when caesarea tried to hide in Jail's house she didn't hide him but rather she took him out and that's a good example of rather than letting these things hide in our lives we start becoming knowledgeable of how the Demonic works so that we can take them out okay because actually there we know they're already defeated but again the Bible says my people perish for lack of knowledge so therefore we need to become knowledgeable of how Spirits operate and especially familiar spirits so rather than hide them we want to be where we take them out so we need to come against mind-binding and mind-blinding spirits and cast them out so right now even I take authority just come in agreement with me over every mind-binding spirit and mind blinding Spirit mind blocking Spirits I come against them and I command them to release you right now I command them to go from you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ I command even a veil like a fog a cloud that has tried to block you from seeing truth from Spirits that especially been in your family familiar spirits we break them tonight and we command them to leave take a deep breath release those those are things that you can even uh Echo right after me I commend you mind-binding Spirits mind blocking Spirits mind blinding Spirits I command you to go from me now in the name of Jesus Amen so a familiar spirit is a specific type of evil spirit identified by its primary characteristics of familiarity so there's two kinds of familiar spirits if a family demon or a blood-blind curse also a spirit that has become common to a person place or thing so one of the examples of that that I have have seen a lot of is that we when we listen to the news when we uh go to certain places where certain behaviors that are actually contrary to the book okay to What God Says and yet we um we listen to like news or other people talking about it and we think it's and and they become familiar to us and and these things are being con we're being conditioned to those things like we've become very conditioned to homosexuality um in in in in and around our society in in especially this country but also now they're they're pushing the transgenderism and and all of this and why part of the reason before behind that is um people become familiar with it when they keep hearing it keeps seeing it after a while we become so conditioned to it that even though the word of God has told us it's wrong we begin to tolerate it and then we use the thing oh but I gotta love them you love them but you don't love the sin you don't love the garbage that goes with it but I I A Familiar Spirit can be like a family demon or bloodline curse that has become common to us because we we see it in operation and again I say this all the time but the biggest threat is to your children and to our children's children because our when they're conditioned at a young age to these things then uh those they're gonna those are familiar spirits that will operate with them and it makes them vulnerable to access by the enemy the other form type of familiar Spirit would be witchcraft that works through divination and it works through mediums and it operates as a counterfeit Holy Spirit I see this a lot in the church where you can see people get like super weird and they say that uh holy okay ADHD yeah I you know what ADHD is that a familiar spirit I would say yes but I would also say so like when you go to a doctor and they say okay so your child has or a school teacher has ADHD and we accept it we don't say excuse me but no my kid does not have ADHD he's not attention deficit both my um because that's become a big thing that's familiar in our society today we we have dysfunctions in our families dysfunction with young people uh we they are hyper maybe because of things that are going on and so we uh diagnose them as ADHD and teachers do that they do it in Christian Schools okay my grandchildren were in Christian schools and I can remember uh both my grandsons the same teacher said oh they have ADHD they're they're attention deficits and it's like excuse me but no they are not they and it actually made me very upset that they were trying to speak words and an identity over my grandchildren that was not true they were typical little boys okay but the thing of it is is that the uh one graduated with um two degrees from college the other one I recently graduated and he was at a 3.9 average so no but that had we accepted that we could have allowed them they wanted to you know eventually what they want to do is put you on drugs okay so yeah it's ADHD a familiar spirit I think it can be but I think it's something that we can also um take like I said here it becomes common because it's in our society and so we're really willing to accept it and there might be some other areas in our life that maybe uh dysfunction in the home that we could remedy to help the child come down come against some of those Spirits you know when you see them on your child again that's why it's good to get this book on children's deliverance and also setting the captives free there's some stuff on learning disorders in there so come you as a mom or a dad have the authority over over any demonic Spirit that's trying to access your child and you can command them to go and I guarantee you you'll see a difference in in their behavior okay but simply put so hopefully that answered your question do Deliverance on your child simply put up in fact I just had a lady I was in Houston and we prayed for her uh son I guess I have it on the the uh phone and I don't want to get off this but anyway we did Deliverance with him and she said Bev the next day his comprehension for reading just went uh you know it just come it completely got way way way better okay so it was just this Deliverance issue and so rather than letting anybody Define your child or put an identity on them that's not of God you know do some deliverance and start declaring who they are in Christ Jesus so simply put a familiar spirit is any demonic assignment that surveys studies it studies territories it studies people studies Bloodlines and it even studies churches and the reason for that is it watches to see where it can access or where our vulnerabilities are and where it can enter in and subtly and they do that they're very subtle where they can come in and operate um again and we and because when we sense these things and you should be sensing these if you're not praying the Holy Spirit a whole lot more than you're doing and and you'll sharpen your spirit man it's like a cutting Cutting Edge okay but they come into survey and study people territories Bloodlines families and even churches so they can begin to control us and desensitize us really basically to the spirit realm and I'll tell you what we live in an hour today that we better be very sensitive to the spirit rubber number one we need to hear what God is saying okay but familiar spirits work to get you to open up doors for them to bring about death and destruction in your life they disguise themselves as something familiar to us in our lives and then we can be very unaware of their activity especially in like I said families our churches or even local territories now I've said this before now and and I would say this pretty predominant throughout this country but in probably the Earth religious spirits and religious Spirits people think it's Christianity uh it's not Christianity religious Spirits are not Christian spirits and they begin to get us to operate in legalism they begin us to operate in Traditions and and rituals that really are not of God and and actually that would bring that into like almost a counterfeit Holy Spirit where we Define uh where we're at or what we're at we become where we'll accept any old kind of a message or any kind of a behavior in church as God and it's not okay so um but they come in unaware so if we accept them as the norm when we know that the behaviors are actually even the belief systems that they are instigating into our lives are incorrect it's easier than to uh to not realize it even where uh and I would say this is part of a religious spirit where we have removed healing from the churches we've removed speaking in tongues from the churches we've removed Miracles and deliverance from our churches well who do you think did that a religious traditional spirit and after a while the people just said this is okay it's not okay Jesus said these signs will follow them that believe in my name they'll cast out demons they'll lay hands on the sick they'll recover they'll speak in new tongues you know they'll signs and wonders will follow the word preach so that is where what we should be more familiar with than than some of this other stuff that we've settled okay so familiar spirits can attach themselves to you through something or someone that you are extremely familiar with are comfortable with but all the while their agenda are the agenda of the Demonic behind it is unknown to you a person can willfully form a relationship with a familiar Spirit oftentimes simply just through ignorance or not being aware you know sometimes for me I I really like to be careful where I go especially uh and even certain friendships because if if I'm not careful and I meet people and I've watched this in my own life through years past so I'm very careful with it now but say uh you you come up someone comes up to me and and I I in my spirit kind of get a check about that person but I brush it off and think oh well I'm just judging that person you know I'm just tip making a judgment I shouldn't be doing it you know we we have to be careful that we don't write it off as judgment but that we literally know it's something in our spirit but what I've seen happen when I've done that is that after a while I quit Discerning what's going on with that person and I start letting them get up close to me then I pay the price for it okay what God showed me back here and I just said oh no I'm just judging them God forgive me that I judge and actually it was the Discerning on the inside of me so I let them come up close and then when I did that rather than keeping a boundary up I paid for it so that's kind of what that can be talking about here too is we become familiar with people and there's a you know a lot of people in churches today that need to be delivered and they don't get delivered so those Spirits within them especially if you're doing anything for the kingdom of God will work to work against you okay so learn to discern learn to not Define everything you're Discerning as it's just you being a being judgmental okay so anyway um so when someone with a familiar Spirit doesn't realize he's formed a relationship with a spiritual entity he might assume his experiences are coming from his own imagination a Christian with a familiar Spirit might think that he has connected with God in this Spirit realm but he's deceived not because he's pursuing something demonic but because he's seeking something Godly in the wrong way through his mind our soul instead of his Spirit um when you see Christians that operate no okay no I have a person who's come to me and said well you know God showed me who my my wife is and so he's telling me all about this who God showed him and and the reason I'm telling you this is that you know when we oper when we can be listening to a strange spirit are we can be listening to a weird Spirit which is the word if you look up the word it says to do with witchcraft but something not in alignment with the word of God okay so this person comes and tells me oh he threw out a fleece and God showed him who his wife was but she's not a Christian but God showed him it was her and he's going to change her but his family her family don't like him and blah blah blah and it's like let's back up the train okay the Bible tells us to not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever you see what I'm saying so when we take what we just what we think is the holy spirit telling us something but it's contrary to this book you didn't hear from the Holy Ghost you did not hear from them and so you better learn to discern what happens when you do that if you never walk through Deliverance also you end up operating under a especially if you think you're a prophet and prophetic you should get delivered because otherwise you can have mixing of what you're hearing okay so I hope that helps you that you just get delivered and you be careful what you listen to Because if there's anything that these Spirits want to counterfeit it's the Holy Spirit okay so it's why we why it's critical to know what we're inviting into our homes in our hearts Leviticus 10 10-11 instructs the Levites to teach the people between the difference of what is Holy and what is common so in simple terms Holiness is that which has been consecrated or set apart unto God and in society today we believe Holiness is basically unusual and it see it sticks out as a different and it's rare but the New Testament puts it this way he says enter through the narrow gate for white is the gate and Broad and easy to travel is a path that leads to destruction and eternal loss and there are many who enter through it but small is the gate and narrows the way are difficult to travel so in your Christian walk it doesn't mean that it's always going to be easy but this is what you line your life up with any other type of stuff that you're lining your life up if the book is telling you no you're opening yourself up to a familiar Spirit you know rather and then the definition of common Holiness versus making things common is something that everyone does with regular occurrence to the point that it's socially acceptable now we've done that and all we're hearing and and this is an agenda and you better listen to this when we're hearing social media we're hearing the news we're seeing these things that are saying transgenderism is okay that's trying to make this common it's a familiar Spirit uh same thing with the homosexual Spirits where you know in some countries if you're copying homosexual you're dead Okay and I'm not saying kill homosexual please and don't walk away and say that I said that uh but you know what um people should know that there is a hell to miss and I haven't again okay so in some of these things what do we do we love them I pray with people who come out of homosexuality all the time okay all the time and I deeply love them with my heart okay so can a familiar Spirit be transferred can they be transferred they can transfer from person to person and that would be misaligned alignment with relationships again if you know somebody you know the Bible talks about a not to make friends with an angry man because so that you don't become angry well why is it that spirit will transfer okay so when you hang around people who you know are listening do a wrong Spirit you want to be very careful with that because that spirit will transfer on you because again you're listening to them you're you're agreeing with them and what can end up happening is that that thing can transfer over to you okay and then uh from objects to people how does that happen by you bringing certain objects into your home that are that are Idols or ungodly or full of Witchcraft so familiar experience can transfer from objects to people and what where would that uh be How Could You movies your computer some of these things that we participate with that we know are ungodly that has you've given it a legal right by your participation to transfer and then the other one place to place people can go into places that again and this can be all sorts of different places it could be like a Buddhist temple uh Islamic Temple a church uh Jehovah Witness Mormons and by going to that place these things can a lot of times jump on people and I've heard many stories of that but again in the same aspect we want to make sure we keep religion out of our churches the real true church of the Lord Jesus Christ we better keep religion because what I just said to you even Catholicism is a religion okay you don't pray to Mary it's not acceptable you don't pray to the Saints that's necromancy not acceptable there is one no man cometh unto the father but by Jesus amen Okay so in that rebellion and Disobedience are two of the most common ways people open doors for spirits to be transferred to them if you are obedient to the Lord if you are uh when you get a check in your spirit or maybe even if you get corrected by someone and you should be corrected in love but doesn't always happen but just because it don't happen maybe the way we like we still need to stop an examine that you should be in the word of God every day you should be praying in the spirit because in that it's going to sharpen your ability to hear the voice of God but it's also going to deal with rebellion and Disobedience so let's just pray concerning that but father in the name of Jesus and this is if you will honestly take a look at yourself and say God I want to be free I don't want any familiar spirits so we bind familiar spirits right now and I ask holy spirit of God that you would expose any working of a familiar spirit in their life and we break the authority right now of generational familiar spirits I break them in the name of Jesus and we command them to leave you right now in the name of Jesus even familiar spirits of sickness familiar your spirits of disease diabetes Strokes we call them out right now in the name of Jesus I command them to come out arthritic Spirits father rebellion and Disobedience and spirits of stubbornness that have come up even out of the bloodline we break them off and command them to go take a deep breath release it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ in the name of Jesus even a spirit of depression and the familiarity of that that this is the way I am no it's not the way it actually those things have expired and you can shake them off you do not I'm gonna I'll do something with you later probably we have to do it next week now because I don't have my teaching in here but when things become expired like maybe different things that you have in your cupboard you get rid of them you throw them out okay well according to the cross the depression expired lust expired uh anger expired witchcraft expired so throw them out command them to get out attention deficit expired every one of these things Jesus took them on the cross and we don't have to submit to these familiar spirits think about behaviors in your family line in your bloodline that you have the authority number one you repent for those things you renounce them and then you start commanding some of those stubborn spirits to get out spirits of addiction you have expired and we cast you out in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we command them to go in the name of Jesus we Command right now every familiar Spirit every ungodly Behavior Disobedience that have come up through our bloodline we tell you get out you are expired you will no longer be in my house God I pen I renounce them and I command them to go in the name of Jesus do you know it is so important that you began to start taking authority over some of these things in your life I told my class last night you know I am not a magic wand I am not an Abracadabra because I can tell you these things and I can teach you these things but this is your life and when when especially if we do some corporate deliverance and stuff like this but get this manual this will tell you all the various things that can families of spirits that can connect to you when we first got into Deliverance man we just went through a lot of things whether we knew they were we had them or not we cast them out because it's like if they're there they're going to go in the authority of Jesus or if not then it's not a big deal okay but you are responsible before God to get rid of these things in your life so you begin to pray and ask the Lord and again like I said get this read through that find out there's prayers to renounce sexual things you've done in your life unforgiveness and bitterness any occult activities soul ties all of those and we're gonna be talking about how to break soul ties with this but begin to start breaking them begin to command them out of your life if you need help get a good friend to you that you can confide in ask them to help you pray through some of these things okay so father right now we cover every person with the blood of Jesus and father I just pray holy spirit of God that not one person will be satisfied staying in the place that they are spiritually father but that they will begin to press in Lord you said in your word draw an eye to me and I'll draw an eye to you so father we're going to make that effort with everything on the inside of us to begin to draw closer to you father Lord I ask God that you would visit us your people like never before Lord help us to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and to obey him obey the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit as as you speak to us we make a commitment to you Lord that we will obey and everybody say amen and amen in the name of Jesus you know one thing he tells me some things like like don't even throw a little piece of paper out you know so I will usually well my water bottles empty and I'll stick it in there you know and that might seem mundane but it's obedience practice obedience so when you get to some of these bigger things you're going to know and you're going to be sharper to hear him amen well God bless you and I'll see you next week
