Borderline Personality Disorder is by far the most stigmatized disorder I tell my patients When you; if you end up in an emergency room for a medical disorder for God sakes do not tell them you meet criteria for Borderline Personality Disorder. Do not tell anybody because there's such a stigma. and you'll be treated differently; most of the time; and many many many mental health practitioners will not see a person who meets criteria for Borderline Personality Disorder watch TV sometime; they have a mass murder; Borderline Personality Disorder Drives me nuts
