morning Traders good afternoon good evening happy Monday happy Monday to all of you welcome to another week of trading it's good to see your lovely faces once again yeah well you know what I mean guys we have to be we've got to be one of the only groups in the entire world that actually gets excited about Monday mornings or or Mondays in general how many of you love Monday it's my favorite day of the week actually I love Mondays Traders love Mondays all right we love Mondays we can't wait to get back to markets I'm not quite sure if a lot of you realize but uh there there are some serious talks going on about actually having the US Equity markets open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and yes Bitcoin is bumping all right listen also today guys um we do have an open house so we do have um guests in the house I'd like to say welcome to all of those who are um looking from the outside in this is what we do on a day-to-day basis um and uh I'm very glad that you're here I'm also uh I'd like to I'd like to to to give a thank you to all of you who attended my master class this weekend um it was a great master class and I hope some of my Traders actually attended that Master Class as well none of none of what I covered with covered in that Master Class is beneath you that revisiting the basics is a very very important at times awesome I'm glad you guys liked it well listen um you know what to do we're I I want you I'm always reminding you of this before we start a week every single week right every single week needs a theme Traders every single week you should be working on a specific thing that you should never let a week go by where you're not either trying to improve a specific thing correct a specific thing or eliminate a specific thing every week you should inch forward in your trading Journey that that that that Focus might just be something like I am going going to make sure that my average loss per trade is 20% smaller this week than it was last week it can be something like that it could be something like this week I'm going to predominantly focus on Elephant Bar plays it could be something like that um but every single week you need to make sure that you give the week its own specific theme don't just trade for the sake of trading every trade should should should be done with your week's purpose in mind now the other thing I also like to remind you of on Monday mornings is that how you start your week is often how you end your week so we want to make sure we don't start the week off with something very damaging doesn't mean that you can't have a losing trade as you start the week off with some sometimes that's the way it happens but you don't want a damaging losing trade you want a control losing trade it's great if we can start off with a winning trade that's not always possible but you just don't want to start off on the wrong foot make sure every single week you are consciously working on on never starting the week off with a devastating loss a loss outside of your maximum loss per trade what are we looking for Traders off the open here we're looking predominantly for state and position okay State position well in fact there's three things all right so we want to be able to really identify the purest of events at the open but we also want that state we want that narrow State preferably and we want that nice position all right now remember if this is my state the best position for buying is there and the best position for shorting is here if this is my state okay of course we can go higher that's fine too we can go to zone two as far as position is concerned but we want to make sure that the the further away from the state that we go all right the purer your event really needs to be don't slack up on the event we want pure elephant bars we want pure tail bars we want pure pure 180 plays we want clean color changes all right so State narrow if preferable and position and quality of event in that position all right if you lose on a play where you've got the perfect event you got a perfect event let's say an l bar right there boom protect yourself nicely stop right there and you take that play Beautiful elephant Play Beautiful position nice State and you lose that's not what I consider a loss that's actually still a winning trade you can lose the right way when you lose the right way in my book that's not a loss all right a loss is a true mistake losing the wrong way is really losing all right so let's try to keep those the state and the positions clear what have you got for me guys so that that that 200 actually is sloping more like it's the 20 period moving average and I tend to try to stay away from them there are times I miss opportunities by doing that but I don't like those really sharp rising or falling 20000s I like that 200 to be relatively flat you can't always get that but I like it to be relatively flat all right almost got a little tail happening here let's see we'll see am you Uber short oh beautiful be full who else has the Uber short I love this I love this power surge off the 200 look at how flat that 200 is that's what we're talking about flat 200 win and that's okay but they're trying to win without taking care of the losses you win at this game by becoming a master Loser by losing properly because winners take care of themselves losers cannot take care of themselves losing losses don't take care of themselves winning trades take care of themselves winning trades don't need you winning trades don't need help you understand losing trades need help in order to keep your losses consistently small they need your help so we win by losing properly at this game we don't win by focusing entirely on The Winning Side all right so if you got a position two remember there's your state right here's position one and this is position two and two runs to position three right this this whole positioning right this the concept of your your state and the position of the State the numbers of people in the world that understand this is very small guys so you really should consider yourselves rather Elite by even knowing this concept here and as I was explaining on Saturday to you guys in the master class that it helps with your um expectation as well I've seen faulty expectations over my trading career undo a great many very talented Traders so they were talented in terms of finding opportunity in the markets even finding money in the markets but because they were bad at ex expectations they expected too much from the stock or sometimes expected too little when they should expect more it it it ruined their their careers or curtail their careers so for instance them not knowing that if you start a play from position two you basically only have one leg in it if you start your if you start to play from leg from position one you have greater odds of having two legs in it do you guys follow what I'm saying leg one leg two all the way to three does that make sense yeah so here now if a Trader doesn't understand this concept that this is a on leg play like coin is a oneel leg play it's not a two-leg play one leg out right you're out of the play um the trader who doesn't understand understand this might go for two legs here and stay too long in the play failing to understand that because you started at position two you've only got one leg statistically right and you know sometimes these Traders would have a POS a play in position one and think it's a oneel leg play when it has now better op of being a two-leg play so expectations are very very very important they can ruin your talent if you don't if you have the wrong expectation you can ruin your very trading talent and make your talent for not as it were so yeah so anyway the numbers of people who understand this concept guys in in the markets they're very very very small very small so consider yourselves Elite in that regard XOM let's see right yes if you were if you're going to play this short this topping tailbar short you're playing a short from position two right now that means you're fighting position but you're fighting it from position two you only have one leg back to position one right boom you're out of that to look for more downside is to really not understand position and to be they very very beautiful it it you know this this makes you a more enlightened Traer you know and it increases your odds of being able to assess what is more likely than not it's it's a very very powerful skill all right all right guys anything else into my program they start off at the training level and their goal is to earn a $3,000 or more Target that that's their goal not just to hit 3,000 3,000 or more all right so 3,000 is the minimum but they're going to work toward that $3,000 goal making sure they lose no more than $200 on any given day so this $3,000 goal that's not really difficult you saw Traders here do 3,000 6,000 4,000 in 20 minutes all right so 3,000 is not particularly difficult what is more challenging is getting to a net 3,000 over a 90day or more period right so um you can't give me $3,000 in one day because that doesn't give me enough time to see your talent right so I need to see you over at least a 90day period perod so can you keep the $3,000 over that period and can you keep it without losing $200 on any given day this combination of this combination of not losing more than $200 on any given day making sure that you keep the account above $3,000 while you continue to trade is that combination builds trading character that combination builds trading talent and trading skill anyone can go out there and make 3,000 they can get lucky and make $3,000 but it takes skill to keep the $3,000 to achieve it to keep it maybe even to continue to grow it without ever letting the bottom fall out without ever letting anything serious serious go wrong with a negative more than a negative $200 on any given day protecting that downside while you're also nurturing that green that upside as you as you go into the markets every single day or on the days that you can that requires a growing level of skill Talent Poise discipline and by going through this Matrix you are automatically becoming a more enlightened more talented Trader because you can't achieve these levels unless you're becoming better as a Trader and so our Traders start off at train training once they achieve that first goal they've graduated and then they begin their live trading journey and their live trading Journey starts off with the same goal $3,000 they get paid out 40% um um some of them get paid out 40% The Firm gets 60% and what they're really looking to do is try try to get to these last two levels this is where some serious trading profits some serious money can be made once you're really past the 250,000 half a million doll trading buying power account Mark you can really put some serious points on the board you're going to win it's not going to happen most traders who even become talented fail because they are playing with inappropriate inadequate amounts of money when your money is too small it forces you to trade wrong it forces you to trade from a a base of fear it forces your stops to be tighter than they should be it forces you to exit plays when you shouldn't exit plays it's just bad all the
