Setting Up Amazon MCF for Shopify

Hey everybody, Justin Siener here. In this video, I'm going to teach you how to set up Amazon multi-channel fulfillment for Shopify. And this is going to show you how to get more customers with easier fulfillment.

And I'll show you exactly how to do it the right way. There's no doubt about it. Logistics and fulfillment are a challenge for every single Shopify entrepreneur.

It doesn't matter what you're selling. You always need to deal with logistics. You always need to deal with fulfillment, right? Getting the product to your customer in a short period of time, that's the name of the game.

That's how you make happy customers. That's how you make long-term customers and build a really big brand. And if you're not familiar with multi-channel fulfillment, it's basically where Amazon handles your order fulfillments regardless of where you sell your product. And obviously, if we're a Shopify entrepreneur, we might be selling on multiple channels like Amazon.

Shopify, maybe other marketplaces, right? We'll have Amazon fulfill our products. We'll be able to get things like prime shipping, fast shipping, very efficient shipping and processing and fulfillment by leveraging the power of Amazon's fulfillment, the best in the world.

There's no doubt about that. And a really popular strategy right now is to use the Amazon MCF app by WebB. It's a Shopify app that's going to automatically automate your order fulfillment with Amazon.

It's going to allow you to do a lot of cool things. inside of Amazon MCF all automatically. It's very powerful. It integrates directly with Shopify. And if you want to implement Amazon MCF in Shopify, you might run into some pain points.

First of all, there's no built-in way to do this with Shopify. You're going to need to use an app. That's why I'm going to show you that Amazon MCF app.

It must be super easy to use. This is really important. We don't want to have an app that's going to require us to get a PhD in computer science, right? We want a very easy to use app.

We want something that requires no... prior technological skill allow you to just jump right into it. And really, most importantly, we want an app that's going to accurately track and sync inventory between Amazon and Shopify. That's why we want this. We want it to be all automatic.

We want inventory levels to be synced. We want order information to be synced. We want fulfillment to happen automatically. That is why we use the Amazon MCF app by WebB. This is what I use.

This is what I highly recommend. It's by far the best option. when it comes to implementing Amazon MCF in your Shopify store. There's no doubt about that. And you see the link directly below this video.

We're going to go over the shoulder. I'm going to show you Amazon MCF by WebB in action. You'll see me actually using the app. And in fact, I'll bring over the app store page over here. You see they have a massive 4.9 out of 5 star review on over 300 reviews right now.

Because Amazon MCF by WebB, by far the number one app when it comes to automating order fulfillment globally. And you'll be able to use Amazon MCF. You get 3PL support. You get multi-geolocation integration.

The bottom line is this app is going to allow Amazon to handle your order fulfillment process. They're going to pick your orders. They're going to pack your orders.

They're going to ship your orders, obviously, US, Canada, UK, but also India, Italy, Spain, Germany, and more. You get access to so many more marketplaces with this built-in fulfillment here. You don't have to worry about figuring out how to do logistics in a new country or how to do fulfillment in a new country.

You get to literally use Amazon's, right? Incredibly powerful. You can even enable non-Amazon order routing. Let's say you have ShipStation or something like that.

You really get the cool thing of Amazon's buy with Prime feature. And of course, that's something massive that tons of customers are looking for because they want that fast shipping. They want that very fast processing.

They even have bundle mapping, which is cool. If you focus on bundles, you'll still be able to create and fulfill those the same way you would inside of Shopify. But again, with Amazon MCF, you also get automatic shipping notifications, tracking notifications, all sent to customers on your behalf via Shopify or via Amazon, depending on where it gets sent out. Order management, you see it all in the back end. And a big thing here, inventory management.

So it's going to automatically export orders from Shopify to Amazon. It's going to automatically import. all of the inventory information as well. So of course we have tracking, but we also have on our end, the inventory, making sure that we have the right amount of products to sell, regardless of if we're selling on multiple marketplaces.

And you get all this real-time data visibility with analytics and kind of showing you exactly what's working inside of the app. Really, really easy to use, right? Really easy to use, works great on mobile as well.

And again, I'm gonna go over the shoulder and show you more about Amazon MCF. But again, you see the link directly below this video. All you need to do. press the install button. This is going to get this app installed on your store.

Super easy to do. No experience needed. Again, link directly below this video. You click the install button, get this in your store, and then you'll be able to follow along as we go over the shoulder.

Once you install the app, you'll be brought into the dashboard over here, and you're going to see a step-by-step checklist in terms of what you need to do to get started on the right-hand side. On the dashboard, you'll see things like your quick analytics, how many orders you have for today, and your order sync status, your inventory sync status, your tracking sync status, just making sure that everything is working as needed. And this is kind of your quick glance that you'll be able to take a look at whenever you first load into the app. And again, what you really want to be able to do here is set up things. And once you have things set up, it's pretty seamless in terms of that.

back-and-forth automation between Shopify and Amazon. Under configuration, this is going to be where you set up your app settings, like email alerts for order errors. You can put in your admin email there.

There's basically just a couple of different configuration options here in terms of how you want to set up some things, like auto-exporting high-risk orders, holding orders for a specific amount of time for edits. You have full control over all of this when you use the app, and that's one of the cool features here. You can get down to literally individual specific options here to really control... how this configuration is going to set up so depending on how long you could actually have things like holding orders for let's say 70 minutes in this case we have other options in terms of importing order status adding tags order shipping email notification right could be from shopify could be from amazon you could set up where it's going to come from so then you can control exactly what type of notifications they're going to receive again you have full control over everything over here you can even mark up amazon shipping rates which i really love there you know you could add more profit there automatically just by setting up those rules. So full configuration over here to kind of set up the nuts and bolts of how things are going to work in the automation.

In the Amazon MCF marketplaces settings section, this is basically going to be where you turn on the automatic export of orders and automatic import of tracking. This is basically the automation here. And there are some other settings that we could set up here for marketplace additional settings. You see over here we're on or enabled for the US marketplace and you see the toggle, we could turn that off.

There's some other features as well like the out-of-stock quantity buffer. You can configure these as needed, but the bottom line about this section is you want to be enabled just in terms of having the automations on for both export and import to ensure that this works seamlessly without you needing to do anything. You can also configure your non-Amazon channels here, eBay, ShipStation, and if you have any custom channels, this can be done under configuration as well.

Next, moving on to product linking. This is going to be where we have our individual products. from Shopify linking them over into Amazon and literally you'll see each one and these are going to get auto detected by the app.

It's going to bring over all of your products and you'll literally be able to see them connected and you'll be able to make updates as needed. This is also where you'll be able to sync items manually. In the order log you'll be able to of course see all of your orders and then order status. You see this one rejected by Amazon, closed, closed and you could view the order on Shopify or in this case of a rejection you could resubmit.

If there was something wrong with the order, you'll see all of your status codes right through here to make sure that you're able to keep track and see that everything's working. And that was Amazon MCF by Webby. You see just how powerful the app is, but also how easy it is to use.

Again, highly recommended. You see the link directly below this video. Go ahead and get Amazon MCF in your store. Let Amazon handle your order fulfillment. You're going to love the way that they do it, and you're going to love the confidence that you have.

When you have Amazon MCF in your store, again, highly recommended. Get this in your store today. I hope this helps you make some money, and I'll talk to you real soon.

Thanks.
