so what we're looking at here is our sacrum our sacrum is still part of our actual skeleton and what it actually is is fused vertebraes together so we look at the sacrum we can see this line kind of down the middle here of it here and this is called medium sacral press turn to the side you can see that maybe a little better that is the median sapphill press right there the holes here are called the sacral foramina forming as plural foramen for foreign so just one of these is a sacral foramen so those and then lastly you see this structure right here kind of looks like an upside down b for u and that is called the sacral hiatus so that is the sacral heights now attached to our sacrum are a group of small bones and these are our tailbones right here and this is the coccyx these bones right here are the toxins
