Accessing Previous Courses

• For courses from 2023/2024, use: https://moodle-legacy.uog.edu.gy/2023/login

Student Access

• Ensure registration for 2024/2025 is submitted to access the site.
• For login issues, contact Helpdesk: [email protected] with USI/Employee ID and screenshots.

Password Setup

Students

• Access through SRMS: Manage Account => Change Password => Change Moodle Password
• Use 'Set up your Password' button with USI or email.

Staff

• Use 'Set up your Password' button with Email address to receive setup link.
• If UOG Email is in HRMIS, you'll receive it there; otherwise to personal email.
• Alternatively, change password in HRMIS: Manage Account => Change Password => Change Moodle Password.
• Must be assigned a course by HOD/Coordinator in HRMIS to access Moodle.

Human Relations Course Access

• Navigate to: https://moodle-courses.uog.edu.gy/ugcourses/login

Password Handling

• Passwords now managed separately in Moodle from SRMS/HRMIS.
• Reset using 'Set up your Password' button.

Guest Access

• Some courses may allow guest access.
