What do you do? Go shift I'm just kidding, you can wait until I finish talking , hello, welcome back. Today I'm back with my third transformation video. I think it's a series now? Honestly, I wasn't going to make another video because I think it's unethical to take on a subject for views and you know, I don't want to be someone who does that. But, as I was scrolling through the comments and many of you replied assuring me that you would be totally fine with me doing part 3 sO I was like "Say less" Today's changing video is all about methods! Just knocking. I'd do more than 7 because I'm too lazy to do 10 but I feel bad that I'm less than 5 so... 7. Is. the. Middle East Something I want you to remember is that you don't need methods to transform. Not necessary. They are just there to help you through the process if you feel you need a little helping hand. The methods I'm going to talk about are ones I haven't delved into. I already talked about the pillow and crow method so I'll skip that. The techniques in this video will vary from requiring a lot of visualization to little or no visualization. I didn't forget you, Tweet with Aphantasia. You get ways too! Before we begin, I have two things to say 1) I want to thank Hunter Esthetic for sending me this awesome art (I'll put it here) I was running around my house when I received this. I'm so honored that someone took the time to draw for me, so yeah , I just want to say thank you! This means a lot and 2) this seems so random but can I refer to you guys as my fellow villagers? Calling you "subscribers" sounds a little too weak as if you were my friends, so I wanted to call you something nicer you know? Cristo's villagers! Either that or I call you Ma Peeps like a marshmallow duck? Yes you can choose. Okay, let's get started! So the first method is called the hug method. I already mentioned it in my last video under like, lists of other ways you can do it. Credits for this method go to Julie working on Amino. The first step is to close your eyes and imagine that you have just woken up in Dr. Work's bed. Look at the ceiling, the sheets, any kind of things that might be around you when you wake up. If you have trouble visualizing or imagining these things, imagine the smells or sounds you might hear when you wake up! After you have analyzed your surroundings, get out of bed and try to imagine how you would feel when you put your feet on the floor. Do you feel like wood? Is it a rug? grass? etc. Focus on this feeling. The third step is: Look around you. Imagine there is someone else in the room beside you. It could be a friend of the doctor, or anyone you feel you would be happier to see. Whether it's Deku, Prince Zuko... hell Cat Noir from Miraculous Ladybug, whatever you want. Imagine them somewhere in the room with you, whether they're relaxing on the couch or something, or staring at you with sad, teary eyes that are like, a whole bag of sadness right now, run towards that person and hug them tight, while thinking about how much you miss them, and how much you care about them. At this point, you should feel warm and fuzzy around the center of your body! Around the middle, so this is like this area, focus on how comfortable you finally feel with this person, and don't lose that feeling! Step 4: Next, spend some time with them. Make some memories. You can imagine dancing with them, playing cards, anything you want. Spend as much time as you need with them, until you feel ready and the ball of energy is still inside your chest and you can feel it radiating. When you are ready, hug them goodbye and return to your office. Bed, without losing focus of your energy ball! Get into bed and close your eyes. Now go to sleep repeating the affirmations. You'll be fine! The second method is the Lucid Dream method. To start this method, the first step is simply a lucid dream. It doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you do it. If you're not sure how to do this, just practice what are called reality checks throughout the day. At random intervals, stop and think, "Am I dreaming?" Then look at your hands and count the number of fingers you have. When you're dreaming you'll instinctively do the same, it will become lucid because you'll look at your hands and you'll realize "Huh, my eyes are off" Because your hands usually look shaky in your dreams, you'll immediately snap out of it and realize that you're dreaming. The second step of this method is to make sure you're in control. Sometimes you can be lucid but not in control of the dream. To check, just call for a fruit cake or whatever you can think of. Make sure when you call her, she is as detailed as possible. Focusing on the things within the dream anchors it, and reduces the likelihood of you suddenly waking up. Step 3 is to create a door to your bedroom or wherever you want to end up. Make sure the place you end up at has a place to sleep. So it either has a bed or a sofa, whatever. Somewhere you can sleep. Examples of this include the Hufflepuff common room at Hogwarts or the UA dorms. The door can appear suddenly or you can say, "When I turn around, the door will be there." It is entirely up to you how the door looks. Step four is to make sure it's the right door! Make sure the door will lead you to DR and not to a WACKO place like Sangwoo's basement. kILLinG mE sOfTLy doo doo ~ If not, literally say "This door will lead to my DR bedroom." Step 5 is to walk through the door. It should lead to your DR bedroom or wherever you want to end up! Finally, when you walk through the door to the DR, you should be the DR yourself. Get into bed or on the couch and try to fall asleep. If you think you've done that, you can wake up. Writing the text "My eyes will open automatically once I transform" is also very helpful. And that's the end of this method. If you're just visualizing and not lucid dreaming, you can still use this method, but you have to follow the end parts a little differently . So I'm going to talk about it now. You should imagine that you're in a tunnel of light or a place with no color: either black or white. And at the end, there's the DR door. As you walk towards it, say affirmations and/or count 100 steps. As you do, let all doubts go. Just focus on the moment. Recall the memories, good and bad, from your CR and feel them slipping away, And they leave you behind in the tunnel of light/darkness behind you. From there, follow the rest of the steps and then you can move on to the third method, the Kiyoko Method, named after its creator, Kiyoko, who is on the amino! For this one, background noise or the position you are sitting or planting in doesn’t matter at all. First, physically write down or compile a list of your doubts, fears, and negative thoughts. Whatever you feel is preventing you from shifting, write it all down. Once you have done this, physically or mentally, scratch it all out 3 times. Take 6 deep breaths and then affirm 9 times that you are shifting right. Now. This is optional, but you can now choose to play your DR playlist subconsciously if you have one. If not, you can just play theta waves. Set your intention to shift right now. Next, close your eyes and feel or imagine yourself and your surroundings. If you can’t make pictures in your mind, think of smells and think of sounds that might be associated with DR. Take as much time as you need on this step. When you are done, ask yourself: What is the first thing I will do once I Transform? Be specific. It could be something like holding your phone, looking in the mirror, running to find your favorite character— just thinking about it doesn't matter. Now imagine doing that for 17 seconds. You can count to 17 while visualizing it or while trying to feel the sensation of what that experience would be like. Focus on it and repeat the same action 3 times. At this point, you should see the light. Affirm that you are in your office now, and affirm your identity by saying affirmations like "I am __," "I am __ person," "I am __ years old," etc. When you are ready, open your eyes or go to sleep saying those same affirmations and you should wake up right there. The fourth is Julia's method which I understand the creator of this method is not really fond of reposting. But there's literally no other way for anyone else to access it, other than people already on Amino, since it's now closed and literally won't accept anyone else into the community let alone the admins in the same community kicking hundreds of users (I've spoken to many) without giving a proper explanation, so I'm just trying to scrape together the bits of what I remember and what I've been able to gather to give you. Step 1: Put in some theta waves. 6 Hz is best, meditate for 10 minutes (about 10 minutes) or until you feel comfortable and relaxed. Once you feel comfortable, repeat in your head "I am" so like: "I am", "I am", "I am", until you receive some signs of transformation. It could be tingling, floating sensations, racing heartbeat, white light, etc. These aren't all, I just named the ones off the top of my head Step 3: Count slowly from 0 to 100 This is not a race. Go slowly. It's also optional to say some affirmations while you count. You may feel twitches, vibrations, or itching, but it's perfectly fine if you don't, as it means you're less likely to be distracted... and itching drives me crazy , so if you don't get any of those... good for you (at least in my opinion). Step 4 is: After you've counted to 100, start using identity affirmations like "I am ____", "I like (DR hobby)", "I live in (DR city/country)", "I love __", etc. Keep saying them until you feel detached from your body. Step 5 is: Once you feel detached, start visualizing your DR if you're not good at visualizing, and try to feel like you are the DR. Convince your mind that there has been a sudden drop or rise in temperature, that the room smells... whatever! For example, suddenly it's warm and you can feel the heat coming from a stove in your concierge room and the whole room smells like cinnamon ... something like that. If done correctly, you should feel your surroundings shift. When that happens, open your eyes and you should be there! 5. It's called the Cin Method. This was created by Amino user CinnamonTea (does cinnamon tea taste good?? I hope it does). First, lie on your back, side, or front. You don't need to be in a starfish position, just make sure your arms aren't touching your torso, then listen to your subconscious. Headphones aren't necessary; you can just have them play outside. Start relaxing your whole body, focusing on specific limbs. Let the tension go little by little. Next, focus on the darkness behind your eyelids and clear your mind. If you mind wandering, that's okay. Acknowledge the thoughts, but then refocus and try not to let your mind wander again. Step 3: Start counting to 100 slowly. Remember, this isn't a race. Do it at your own pace. Hour 10: Try to imagine what your voice sounds like, and say in your head, "My name is __," "I'm __I'm old," & "I live in __" At 20: Describe what the DR character is like. You can be as detailed as you want. At 30: Give a brief summary of the people you know in the DR At 40: Repeat affirmations like: "I am transforming," "I have transformed," along with previous affirmations like your name, where you live, and what you did. You can repeat them as long as you like At 50: Imagine the layout of the DR's house. Imagine your DR is giving a tour of the house. Start where they wake up. Is it a dorm or an actual house? How big is the room? Where did they (your self) wake up in the house? Create a place for furniture, expenses of the place as you go , then count from 50 to 100. Either you have transformed, or keep saying affirmations until you fall asleep. You should wake up there. Number 6 is the eye method. You don't really need a lot of visualization skills for these. Step 1 is to rub your eyes until you start to see shapes and such, those little lines. Don't rub your eyes too hard. Because that could be dangerous. The author literally said ~ "No sick position" ~ No. Lightly. Step 2 is: Once you start seeing those shapes and lines, stop rubbing your eyes but keep your eyes closed. Next, try to visualize your desired reality using those lines and shapes. Start affirming from there, making sure you have truly created a scene or place of your desired reality behind your eyelids using those shapes. Once you really feel like you are there, and have tricked your conscious mind into believing it, you can open your eyes and voila ~ you will be there in the DR center (if you are not sure, fall asleep while saying the affirmations). The Eye Method is short and sweet, I love it! Finally, #7: The Goddess Method. Step 1 is: Guided Meditation. It is optional (as with any step), but I recommend it because meditation allows you to be in a calm state of mind. It also allows you to enter a state called the "emptiness state." When you are in this emptiness state, it gives you opportunities to explore yourself, your psyche, and your mind further. Step 2 is: Thank the Universe. You are more likely to get what you want when you are grateful. For what you already have. So, following the guided meditation (optional), put on a sound clip or voice that reminds you of your DR. Take this time to thank the Universe for what you have. “Thank you for allowing me to have amazing friends” (DR friends), “ Thank you for allowing me to discover transformation,” etc. Let the Universe know you are grateful for what you have before you ask for more. Then, once you have thanked the Universe for what you have (which includes the ability to transform), start thanking the Universe for what your desired self has. For example, in my WR, I have a butler, Sebastian, as you said. I also have a really beautiful room. It is peaceful. If I were doing this, I would say “Thank you for the amazing butler.” I also wrote that I have naturally white hair, (as you can see, I do not have naturally white hair). There (WR & DR) I do. So, I could also say “Thank you for giving me straight, white, platinum silver/white hair.” By thanking the universe for what you want, you are reprogramming your mind to believe you already have it. Why would you thank someone or something (the universe) for something you don't even have? Got it? Thus, you are reprogramming your mind to believe you have these things while also telling the universe that you are grateful for the ability to have these things. The universe knows what you want, so don't feel pressured to go into detail when you thank it. It knows :D Finally, step three. At this point, you should have reached The Void State, so you are calm and collected. There aren't many thoughts running through your head. It's quite obvious in your noggin here XD From here, turn on subliminal waves, theta waves, binaural beats, (any soothing sound you want to play) you can play. Now, start counting. There is no set number for how much you can count. It's completely up to you. Whenever you feel like you have to stop counting, stop counting. There are no limits, you can literally count until your last dying breath . Not. Nothing. Now, as you do this, you will visualize (or try to the best of your ability) to visualize Your DR Now, take the time to visualize each person you find important, and that you will interact with in the DR. For me, it would be like the entire first chapter. This is the person I will actually interact with, so I will visualize each one individually. Besides that, try to visualize any specific scenes from the DR and the like, where you will be. What do they look like? What do they feel like? What do they smell like? What does the food taste like? Who are you sitting with at lunch? Visualize and feel. Like I said, if you have trouble visualizing (I do), that's okay! The struggle is real. Instead of forcing feelings or forcing yourself to visualize, talk to yourself about your DR. Tell yourself the answers to all those questions (that were asked earlier) as if you're pulling them straight out of a storybook. Once you're comfortable with your visualizations and feel like they've gone on long enough, just take some time to listen to whatever is playing in the background. Take it in, refocus yourself. If your thoughts are intruding? Acknowledge them, but then let them go :) Breathe in, exhale. And now, once you're ready again, start counting. This time, affirm yourself! Affirm that you have Your desires, that you are living where you want, with whom you want, and who you want to be. Some examples of affirmations are: “I am (DR’s name),” “My friends are (DR’s friends),” “My love interest is __” (doesn’t matter). These are just a few. When you feel ready, stop counting, but only when you feel ready. While counting, at some point, you will begin to feel symptoms of the shift. You can acknowledge them, but don’t let them distract you. Push them aside and keep doing what you want to do, to maintain your focus and stay focused on your goals and desires. Step 4: You’re almost there! Start by saying shifting affirmations. Affirm to yourself that you have shifted and are in the center of the DR. Examples: “I have shifted,” “I am in the DR,” “I am in pure consciousness and not attached to any one reality,” “I am more than just a physical body because I am more than just physical matter,” “I am living in my DR.” After this, you can either fall asleep (without losing focus… drifting off to sleep) or, if you feel that your surroundings have shifted, you can open your eyes. ~And there you have it ;) And that's that! All 7, I hope you enjoyed it. I have a few other methods, I didn't have time (to mention them) because my camera is dying. I was going to give you some bonuses :( So I'll leave them (like links) to some other ones in the description box, as well as the Heartbeat method (I think it was it?) The Heartbeat method, I'll leave it in the description too, so if you want to check that out, go ahead. Yeah I think that's it! I'll see you next week, thanks for tuning in- oh!
