Effective 20-Day NEET PG Study Plan

So INIC is done and needed PG is now just 20 days away. So in this video let me tell you what should be your 20 days strategy. What should be the next 20 days look like till your needp exam which is on 15th June. Now in this video I'll talk to you about the whole planner starting from 26th May till 14th June. That is 20 days in total. We'll also cover how many incorrect questions how many correct questions you need to do to get a good rank in this NEPG. And finally what should be your daily schedule that should look like. So watch this video till the end. It will be a little lengthier video but it will be a very very beneficial video for all of you. Now first of all let me put out some statements that what will be the level of toughness of this year's needp. So according to me needp will be tougher than I int. Now this is something that we saw last year also. Last year NEPG was tougher than IICT and I expect the same since this year's NICT was very PQ pit heavy. I'm hoping or not hoping I am assuming that NE needp will be tougher than that. Now will it be tougher than the last year NETPG that is needed PG 2024 I don't know but what I feel that it might be tougher than NEPG 2024 why because this year's NE need UG was very tough right and so the whole sentiment of the exam uh the government might be thinking that let's make exam a little tougher because this cut offs are skyrocketing you know last year's rank one needp had 183 correct out of 200 right So I feel that exam will be a little tougher but a tough exam always helps you. So don't worry at all that it is going to be a tough exam. It will only help you. Now as we all know unlike in need PG is sort of a balanced paper first and second profage is equal to third and fourth prof and hence hence revision is the key since you will not be able to solve all the questions you need to solve the questions which majority of people are solving and hence you cannot get your pits wrong. Revision, revision, revision is the key. Now I've made this schedule starting from 26th May. So depending on when you watch this video, uh you can fit the schedule according to you. So starting from 26th May till 1 15th June, we have around 20 days. And in these 20 days, I want you first to analyze your INIC. How did your NICT go? What were your weak subjects? Right? This is the first thing that you have to analyze. I'll come about what are weak subjects? How do we determine weak subjects? just in a bit. And from 26th May onwards, you start with your last 20 days revision. Now, this last 20 days revision is going to be very very beneficial for you because this will boost your rank by at least 5 to 10,000. Believe me, it will boost your rank. Right? So, in these last 20 days, you have to first read all 19 subjects and do a rapid passive reading of all 19 subjects. active recall passive reading so that everything remains fresh in our memory that's the whole aim now till 25th May that is 2 to 3 days depending on when you watch this video analyze your GT analyze your GT this is the most important thing now now which subjects were weaker now what is a weak subject for a major subject if you are getting more or equal to four questions wrong that is more than three questions wrong in a major subject and more than two questions wrong in a minor subject that is a weak subject now what are major and minor subjects. So major subjects are these eight path pharma microbi medicine surgery obsini PSM and minor subjects are 10 dermas psyche osa ortho entes the radio fmt peds and at physio now peds are kept as a minor subject because around nine questions come in needp anatomy again I have kept as a minor subject why you you'll say anatomy is not a minor subject but you know in need the weightage of anatomy is less as compared to ICT asks around 15 to 16 questions 8 kg usually 8 to 9 to 10 questions push the anatomy state okay so not very very important as compared to these eight right now what is the how did I come to this number four on three so if you look at this table if you look at first this table so last year's rank 12k at rank 12k you had a correct of 145 and at around 155 correct you had a rank of 6500 165 five correct had a rank of top 1,000. So if you get more than 150 questions correct, I'm sure you'll get a top one a top 10,000 rank, right? So you we need to reach that 150 correct target. This is our aim. 150 correct is the golden number. Now if you see these nine subjects, I have uh given approximate number of questions that come in these 19 subjects according to neat PG. So 20 questions in obscin medicine surgery each 15 questions in path pharma micro each PSM again 15 questions bioam again 50 question 15 questions FMT8 questions so these total up to around 143 questions right and if you get three three each incorrect in obscin medicine surgery two each incorrect in path pharma micro path pharma micro and three each incorrect in biochem PSM and two each in FMT you'll have around 23 incorrect So you will have around 120 questions correct. So around 140 questions this is very very important stat around 140 questions will come from these nine subjects. Okay. And if you make these nine subjects very very strong that is two to three questions in 140 questions in in nine subjects miss right. So you will reach 120 correct and for the remaining 57 question that is remaining 10 questions 10 subjects remaining 10 subjects which constitute 57 questions out of 57 if you're even able to get half correct 30 correct you will reach this 150 correct golden number. So this is a very very important analysis that all of you should take note of that these nine subjects are very very important. Right now let's see what should be your study schedule. So first when you have analyzed your GT analyze your weak subjects and for these weak subjects in the next 3 to 4 days make them strong. Do daily 100 questions, morning 50 questions, night 50 questions and plus read RR notes of these subjects thoroughly right main for example breast cancer very very important surgery these three days now from 26th May onwards from 26th May onwards let's follow what what is our schedule so I have given two days for medicine now I have clubed dharma along with medicine so starting from 26th May 27th we'll study medicine and derma we'll do a quick revision of derma through images we'll only read images of nina kana nina kana book or you can read your rapid revision notes of derma btr of derma it's fine derma very quick p then I've given one day for pediatrics one day for physiology then 2 days for surgery 2 days surgery is a big subject around 25 questions will come from surgery So I've given two days club it with a minor subject like psychiatry which will have around five questions only five to six questions. Now then from June you start with ortho and radio. So you've done with three two to three majors you start with minors ortho radio one day. Oftent unfortunately you have to complete it in one day. I know is a little bigger subject but try to finish it in one day. I've also given a buffer day you know in case you're not able to complete some subjects you can use this buffer day also but try to complete offnty in one day. Now third and fourth two days I've given for obs. So you club it with a minor like anesthesia. So the idea is 1.5 days for obsen and half day for anesthesia around 6 hours for anesthesia. Now fifth you read bath, sixth and seventh you read PSM. I've given two whole days for PSM you know. So you can use this as a buffer also plus buffer subjects. Then 1 day 7th June I have given you as a buffer day. Then 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 1 day each for biochem, micro, pharma and anatomy. Now 2 days before that is on 13th June what should you read? You should read the most volatile most volatile subject. What is the most volatile subject? Depends on you. So Aditya come most volatile subject was anatomy. So he read anatomy 2 days before his exam. It depends. My weakest subject my my most volatile subject was forensic. So I read forensic two days before the exam. So it is up to you. I've kept forensic provisionally plus simultaneously revise important formulas of biostats, pharma, physios and physio and important graph of physiology. Now 14th uh June you read your 20th notebook. So whatever volatile stuff you have written in your 20th notebook revise it completely on 14th. Keep 14th as the only day for uh 20th notebook 14th and 14th 20th notebook. We only read 20th notebook on 14th from morning till evening plus simultaneously you do some bookmarked PYQs which you have bookmarked okay 15th is our Dday that is our exam day now I've kept another scenario because you know I've gotten a lot of messages from students saying that sir this is our third attempt uh second attempt we don't feel like reading our notes so for them I have given a strategy that if you don't want to read your read your notes again and your GT scores are stuck between 110 to 120. What should you do? So you use GT as a learning tool and as a tool to see what are the important topics. So you give two to three GTs per week and write down all the important topics which were asked in GTS. Now good GTs make their test based on previous year topics. So by giving GTS you will know what are the previous year topics and read each GT topic from your main notes right you will see your GT scores improving because you are strengthening again your PIT so this is another strategy that I have given you if you don't feel like reading your notes now if you are following this schedule for 20 days what should you read the next question is what should you read in these 20 days so I would say just read your annotated RR notes Right? And if you have annotated your PTR, well, you can read your annotated BTR. But then you need to solve a lot of questions along with that. So this is something this is what you read in these 20 days. Now whether you should do questions or not, I'll just come in a bit. So what should your daily schedule looks like? You'll say sir, you haven't talked about solving questions. Questions are very important. Yes, questions are very very important. So you need to solve. So I've given you a 12-hour study schedule. 12 hour study schedule for the next 20 days and in the next 20 days and this is the only time that you study okay after needp just switch off for the next 1 month enjoy relax go on a trip but the next 20 days you study 12 hours per day okay promise me you'll study 12 hours per day so how should your day look like in the morning whenever you wake up start your day by solving MCQs so we'll solve 50 questions daily 50 questions daily and how will we solve all subjects all tags and moderate difficulty right and we are solving this why to build a MCQ solving skills because I told you many questions you'll have to do intelligent guessing so you need to build a practice of MCQ solving and second thing it will do is help you with a rolling revision it will automatically revise everything for you now in the next 30 minutes you you review these wrong questions and then you start with your theory study according to the schedule that I have just given you here. Okay, this screenshot if you want to take a screenshot but this is the whole schedule. So we start with a theory reading for the next 9 hours and divide them in three blocks each 3 hours study session because our exam is also for 3 hours little more than 3 hours 3 hours. Now at night before sleeping we'll revise her chy copy. We'll revise a 20th notebook chy copy whatever you want to call it for 1.5 hours. This is a daily daily task daily 20th notebook and daily morning 50 question solve that's it I'm not asking you to solve 100 questions 200 questions daily I'm just asking you to solve 50 questions in the next 20 days 15 to 20 is 1,000 questions right if you solve 1,000 questions in the next 20 days there they are more than enough so this is the whole schedule that I have given you this is the next 20 days how they should look If you have any queries, please mention them in the uh comment section. And if you want to make more content like this, please subscribe to my channel. Thank you and have a nice day.
