plan the unit's priorities while using effective time management skills take regular breaks and be mindful of maintaining a clean organized and efficient workspace finally I will focus on self-care keeping fit and healthy outside work exercising and practicing mindfulness to manage stress and pressure stress is a physical emotion that can be controlled and I and I have a plan for managing it as a band Six nurse to achieve the NHS trusts objectives that I would suggest is a very strong and confident answer that showed you have a plan in place for managing the inevitable stress and pressure
