  • Pattern Cutting: Consider extending material to ensure fit.
  • Material Selection: Use a crayon for markings, avoid Sharpie.

Cutting and Heating Process

  • Material Heating: Use a frying pan with water; add dish detergent to prevent sticking.
  • Test Flexibility: Ensure material becomes transparent and flexible when heated.
  • Cut When Soft: Cut the material when it's partially soft.

Applying and Molding the Splint
