drill I cannot even fathom that we are halfway into 2024 already like how are we on month 6 every single reset video I know I say this but time is truly going by so so quick May was a really good month for me so grateful for everything that happened it was so eventful full of blessings and I'm ready to bring this energy into June so for today's video you guys are going to help me prepare glow up and get ready for June because there is a lot happening this month and by a lot I mean a lot beginning of June I will be finishing up my senior year finishing up high school I'll be graduating and officially on summer we also may or may not be going on a trip little family vacation for my graduation and just a ton of other activities and events happening so I'm so excited to bring you guys along but first that means we need to prepare so oh my gosh also there will be a special announcement at the end of this video so make sure you stick around keep on watching there may be a new series on my phone right now but it is hair time your girl's getting her hair done so I've decided to dye it bright red I'm just kidding I'm just getting a haircut this is my hair currently okay okay last time I don't even remember the last time I got it done I don't know I think the last I I think the last time I got my haircut I uh Nicole wordss please I think the last time I got my haircut I got curtain bangs but honestly I'm so over them so I'm having them grow out and I don't want to cut them again just cuz like when I dance or like when I try to put my hair up they always like fall out and the annoy me so we're not getting curtain bangs again but I am going to ask for face trimming layers cuz lately what I've been doing for my hair every single morning is just like blowing it out with a blow dryer I like my Dyson air wrap and I've been really liking the look with the layers so we're just going to do a little trim I'll probably ask for like one maybe 1 and 1/2 Ines off I just need to take care of these split ends these disgusting split ends but besides that it probably won't be that big of a change okay anyways I'm going to head into the Sal right now I'm so excited I've been looking at screens all day so I'm so excited to like get my hair washed you know when you like sit in the chair and they just like your scalp it's like the best feeling ever okay anyways enough rambling let's go get my haircut [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] okay here is my hair it probably looks the exact same but it feels different and that's all that matters definitely much needed my hair feels just so like Light and Healthy and the layers are touched up and I think it's really good but time to go home let's see if my family notices the difference I'm home hello pretty thank you so eat my soup now out the tea thank you Mommy I'm about to bour this [Music] all right next I have a dance team meeting for SSU and you might be like Nicole why are you adding this into your June reset obviously I graduate in June so that means I'll be preparing more for college this is so exciting because it's going to be a meeting with all the rookies so all the incoming freshman just about like Logistics of the team we're going to be starting to learn chance soon having summer practices so I thought I would just add this into this Vlog because it's like the start of everything I'm just so excited so I'm literally going on the meeting call in my mom's room hi I'm not going to show the meeting obviously cuz I'm still like meeting the team and everything but I wanted to let yall know so I'm going to join the zoom link I'm so excited this is all right guys this is me post meeting well I actually I just wrote an essay too I finished my AP Lit essay it's currently 11:00 p.m. the reason why the meeting was so late is just because since we're all incoming freshmen like everyone's senior schedule is still crazy so like the literally the only time that we all could meet was at night time at 9:00 p.m. but I wanted to update you guys and just tell you how excited I am just College in general but especially just to attend scso and be on the dance te I'm going just say it right here get ready for college content like I just it's about to go down but we talked about our summer camps uniforms team workouts so don't worry I'm going to keep you guys updated with all of this and preparing for college in general just get ready it's going to be so fun okay anyways it's way past my bedtime I'm so tired I'm going to go to bed now but I will see you guys the next time I see you bye now I'm getting my nails done what would be a glow up in monthly reset video without getting my nails done these are the nails that I had for May I really really love this set it's like this sparkly Barbie pink color I feel like I had a lot of events in like parties in May so this was like the perfect like party girl cute girl I don't even know what I'm saying but it was the vibe but for June this is the info pck that I found off of Pinterest of course I always find my nail and butex off of Pinterest it's like these french tips with bows and I think I might add some rhinestones like on the center of the bow well I just think it's so cute especially for like prom and graduation and the trip like where we're going I feel like it matches and then I think for my toes I might either get french tips or just like basic white again last month I tried a gel pedicure for the first time and I really really liked it it looks so much better and it lasts so much longer so I'm going to get another one for this month but we need these bad boys looking good cuz there is so much going on this month so my nail appointment is right now actually I just ordered a smoothie so I'm going to grab that first and then let's get our nails done [Music] so cute every time I leave the nail salon y'all I'm so happy here are my nails little bows little gemstones and then like a pink base under but I love them I'm obsessed I also got some french tips on my toes still drinking in my smoothie this is an aam Mata that's what it's called from Rock and joy rock rock joy and Juice I don't know it's so weird because like it looks like rock juice but then like there's joy in the middle I don't know this smoothie is so freaking good though look I also got one from my mom she saw that I got one so then she was like wait can you pick me up one it's like got you girl but I'm going to head home going to have another bowl of soup guys today at school it's always so cold in the in the morning and then it gets hot later so like um wait where was I going with this I totally forgot my point anyways nails are done super happy my girl slays every single time and we are back in the bathroom now I wanted to show you guys my current makeup routine and kind of do like a little tutorial I think I told you guys in one of my recent videos but I've been trying to find a makeup routine lately that's very dewy glowy good for summer trying to focus on using more like less product but still finding a look that I feel confident in so I've been doing this routine lately and I feel like I perfect did it I really like it so far so I wanted to share it with you guys because I always get questions about like the makeup products that I use and like to do a little tutorial so that's exactly what we're doing I'm currently barefaced right now and I'm literally just going to walk through every step first things first sunscreen I have been in the Sun a lot recently just like at school it gets hotter during the day been going to Disneyland it's been really nice on the weekends so it's very important to put on sunscreen and moisturize a lot this is the glossier Invisible Shield it has an SPF of 35 and I really like it because it doesn't have that like white residue it's a clear sunscreen so it doesn't leave any like weird textures on your face if you know what I'm talking about so I just spread this all over my face and I do it every time before I get started with makeup personally I burn and tan pretty easily so I've just been trying to really prioritize the step and then with that I'll also go in with the rare Beauty always an Optimus spray um oh I love that sound this just like feels really refreshing it's just a good vase so so I do a couple sprays and just like fan it out also like tap it in so it kind of like Blends in with the sunscreen and then already we're starting to look dewy so I'll kind of just like let that sit and let that dry now we will move on to products so this is the glossier boy brow I've been using this eyebrow gel for so long now I just I love it it's a clear eyebrow gel so easy to use and I'll just do like a few strokes and that's all you need guys I've been debating on getting my eyebrows threaded I feel like I would have to like grow out the hair a little more though because I pluck my eyebrows so I feel like if I got them threaded it would be better to have like more hair to work with if that makes sense but if there are any of you that get your eyebrow excited please comment down below how you like the experience like is it good should I try it cuz I've always just plucked my eyebrows on my own but I lucky I want to try it but anyways yeah this is just a clear eyebrow gel and just hold some in place now this is where the fun begins this is the glossier cloud paint and it's in sore this is a cream blush and I love this product it is so fun you only need like a little bit cuz it's very pigmented like that's it that's all that I put on my finger then I will just rub it in on my other finger and then literally like I'll make those two lines and then just work from there so I'll just like tap it into my skin and I know it low key looks like a lot um but I promise like once you blend it out it just like sinks in it's so cute if you know me you know I love blush and I usually always have like a good amount on but I just think it's so cute it's so fun it gives your face a pop of color so blush is definitely one of my favorite parts of my makeup routine after I blend that out I will let it sit cuz we're actually going to add more blush a little later but for now I'm just going to let it dry time to curl my lashes so next I will go on went with just this little spoolie brush I just get these off of Amazon I got a pack of like 100 and I just I just use oh my gosh it just fell out of my hand I use them all the time I give them like to friends to my mom they just come in handy like all the time I will just brush out my lashes oh actually I'll usually use this at the beginning of my makeup routine too to brush on my eyebrows I just forgot but I'll just go like this just to make sure they're all separated so that I can curl them this bad boy right here is the Sho eyelash curler if you've been watching me for a while you know this is my Holy Grail like if I could take one product to the Grave with me it'd be this she's just perfect like she is the eyelash color I've used it ever since I was younger W bam boom boom boom it just works so well and it like keeps my lashes curled for a really long time too like I don't have to worry about my eyelashes like sinking throughout the day and now my eyelashes are ready for mascara so now I'm going in with the glossier Lash lick some of my other favorite mascaras are also the Maybelline Sky High and then Maybelline Lash Sensational and I used to do that combo like those two all the time but now recently I've been loving this lash lick from glossier this mascara wand is very thin so I feel like it just coats my lashes and lengthens them and that's what I'm really looking for when it comes to mascara so I'll just do a couple coats of this and I just I think it works so well I try my very hardest to not get it on my eyelid I will always do that or I'll like swipe it accidentally swipe it against my nose it's so annoying cuz then I'll have to like wipe it off and do my blush again um sorry I was so focused but here's the mascara I feel like it's very subtle but it definitely add something so this has been my favorite lately oh my gosh I love this if you know you know when you get your nails done I just like do this with everything okay anyways now moving back to blush like I said I love blush so we're going to add even more this is rare Beauty's powder blush in the shade happy it is so so pretty and I also apply it with these rare Beauty brushes I don't know if they have names but they just look like that look how much product I use but I got this in a PR package and I've been using it ever since because I just love it so much so on top of the glossy Cream Blush I will take this brush first and just Pat it into my skin I'll usually start at like the apple of my cheek like this very center and then I'll just like swoop it out and up and as you can see it's like super pink also has some Shimmer behind it sometimes I'll like add some to my nose I just love it I love blush so much then I will go in with this brush and like gently swirl some the brush is like barely touching it but this will help like blend it more so then I'll just like take it and just like oop oop this brush is also so soft like I feel like I could just brush my face all day with this brush but I love this step because I feel like it just completes everything actually highlight will complete everything but this definitely ties like the very glowy and fun summery vibe and that's what I'm going for so that's that this is the rare Beauty highlighter in Enlighten and yes this is my broken one it's so sad but it still works like a freaking trun and I love it it's like it's so good the glow is so good so I will take it with this Fenty Beauty brush and I'll put some in my inner corner just like that alone like look at that obviously we're going to blend it out though so I just put some there got to do the other eye so glowy I also put some on my brow bones and then lastly my nose so like the bridge and then this tip like right here and then I just like make sure to blend it out cuz I know it looks a little aggressive if you don't but I usually try not to forget this step because I feel like it just adds like a pop it like wakes your eyes up if it is a little aggressive though sometimes I just go in like with my finger and like kind of just rub it in and I feel like that makes it a little more natural but we're almost done I know this is going to sound crazy but I curl my lashes again with mascara on it and I know that's not good and you're not supposed to do it but I promise I'm very careful and I do it all the time and so bear with me here guys because the curl is good before but the curl is even better after mascara cuz it's just like I don't know how to explain it I just do it because it just makes the lashes more full and like voluminous so that's that I'm sorry if you think that it's bad but I'm going to keep doing it and very last step lip gloss this is the SE lip gloss in bounc I recently just got this in a PR package and I love it so so much it is so freaking cute and I love this color like I feel like there are certain Shades that don't look good on my skin tone but this one in bounce I feel it's just like the perfect pinky nude and it just gives you a really good finish so that is the last step in my makeup routine as you can see still very natural but the goal is to just be like glowy and dewy and something that's quick to do I was kind of like taking my time obviously but I I can do this makeup routine in maybe like 2 minutes cuz I feel like what it's blush mascara brow gel lip gloss and highlighter it's five products it's very easy and my personally I really like the look so favorites okay and to end off this video I just wanted to have a little chat with you guys and then also a special announcement at the end but I always like to talk about goals and goal setting and how I think it's really important in these reset videos just because obviously life is going to keep on moving and that means we should too so every day we should always be trying to work on ourselves and better ourselves and I feel like monthly goal setting is a very great way to do that 2024 I've been trying to set one goal at least one goal for each month just to focus on and work towards two so in May my main goal was to remind myself to stay more in the present moment just like really cherish the time that I have with my family and friends just with like high school ending and experiencing all these last things that was my main goal was to stay in the present moment really be intentional of where I put my focus and my time towards and over I think I did a pretty good job I feel like obviously I've said it so many times in this video but a lot happened in May and I really tried to like keep in the back of my mind like yo stay in the present moment enjoy you're not going to get this time back ever in your life so just be here be present this is your now and I really really like this goal so I kind of just wanted to carry it over to June but with the addition of remembering to lead life with gratitude cuz not only is staying in the present moment and being intentional with your energy super super important but also at the same time not taking anything for granted and like just being grateful for everything that I have I always always remind myself and I always catch myself doing this it's like if I'm having like a bad day or if I'm in a bad mood most of the time I'm definitely not leading life with gratitude so when I'm in those moods or those moments I I'm trying to train myself to kind of just like step back and be like yo think of all the blessings in life think how much gratitude you should be having instead of negative emotion and I swear it always helps like even if it doesn't change like the circumstances or the situation that you're in changing your mindset to focus more on gratitude I swear it's just so helpful so with June I'm just going to keep reminding myself to be present be grateful cuz your girl your girl just wants be happy but this brings me into the special announcement I am coming out with a new series on my channel and it's called farewell senior season the series is going to start on June 1st and go all the way up to June 15th so there will be daily Vlogs and videos of my last moments of high school get ready for this content you guys I've been pre-filming some videos in May which probably answerers some of you guys' questions on like why I stopped posting twice a week is because I Was preparing myself for this series but I pre-filmed some videos I'm also going to be filming some in real time kind of like vlogmas where I film edit in one day and then post next but I am so excited to share with you guys so much fun content it's all of my senior days like decision day rejection day signing day you're going to get my last class comp Vlog my senior prom Vlog my last morning night routines of high school and then of course finally it's going to end with my graduation Vlog so I'm just beyond excited for this series to begin if you're watching this video on the day that it's being posted farewell senior season starts tomorrow cuz tomorrow is June 1st but I just really hope you guys enjoy it with senior
