Setting Up WhatsApp Business API with Vabium

Step-by-Step Guide

Initial Setup

  1. Open Browser: Begin by opening your web browser.
  2. Search for Vabium: Type "Vabium" into the search engine.
  3. Visit Vabium's Website: Locate and click on Vabium's website link (wabm.in).
  4. Start Free Trial: Click on the "Start Free Trial" button.

Registration Process

  1. Sign Up Registration Form:
    • Fill in details:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Business Type
      • Business Name
      • Phone Number
      • Email ID
    • Click on "Sign Up".
  2. Confirmation Email:
    • You will receive a confirmation email.
    • The onboarding team will review your information within a few hours.
  3. Receive Webium Credentials: After information is reviewed, credentials will be sent to your email.

Accessing Webium Account

  1. Login:
    • Click the access link in the email.
    • Use the corporate ID, agent name, and password provided.
    • Option to change password later.
  2. Get Started: Click on "Let's get started".

Setting Up WhatsApp Business

  1. Setup Button: Click on "Setup WhatsApp Business".
  2. Facebook Account Login:
    • Log into the Facebook account for managing WhatsApp business.
    • Choose or create a WhatsApp business portfolio.
  3. Business Information:
    • Enter business name as per government documents.
    • Provide additional required information.
  4. WhatsApp Business Account:
    • Enter the business name (as per documents).
    • Enter the display name (shown to customers).
    • Select the business category or "Other" if not listed.

Phone Number Verification

  1. Register Phone Number:
    • Select the country code.
    • Enter the phone number to register.
    • If the number is active on regular WhatsApp, delete that account first.
  2. Verification Code: Enter the received verification code.
  3. Process Information: Wait for WhatsApp to process the information.

Completion

  1. Finish Setup:
    • Click "Finish" once processing is complete.
    • Redirect to login page with "Go to Dashboard" button.
    • Click "Go to Dashboard" to complete.
