Standard Onboarding Process
RCM to Onboarding:
Process starts when the candidate accepts the offer and is marked ready to hire.
Onboarding Period:
Time between offer acceptance and joining date (e.g., September 1 to December 1).
Role Allocation:
Tasks assigned to recruiters, HR admin, onboarding admin, etc.
Review New Hire Step:
Validate data from recruitment to onboarding.
Parallel Tasks:
Notifications and tasks for both the candidate and hiring manager.
Data Collection Steps:
Personal data and additional onboarding data.
Form Generation and E-Signature:
Standard and custom forms, e-signature requirements, and compliance.

Candidate Experience
