this class um my name is Dan Henry if you're new to me I'm the founder of getclients.com and I'm an eight figure copywriter now let me Define what that means so what that means is I have written copy that that has produced eight figures in sales if I'm going to be more specific 32 million is for my own company my own offers not my clients my own offers now if we get into client Revenue then we're over 100 million so that would make me a nine figureure copywriter but I don't like to do that I'm just going to talk about like what I've made you know so the things I'm going to share with you today are based on really stuff I've learned stuff I've experimented with with uh you know if we total it up we have $32 million in sales $7 million in paid traffic we calculated over a 100 million marketing emails we've sent and we have data so it's not just what I've learned it's not just what I've seen in books this is actual data this is actual marketing experiments and all that so Anthony says your trading helped me make my first million in 24 months congratulation Anthony everybody uh give him a round of applause somehow with your hands or in the chat okay so what I'm going to do is let me share my screen we're just going to get right into it all right let me just make sure that you can see my screen okay uh this is the eight figure cop class so we're going to keep this real simple most of this is going to be either a Google doc that I'm going to show you a whiteboard that I'll use my iPad and I have a little bit of slides okay so that said um the first thing we're going to this is everything we're going to cover today we're going to cover some eight figure copywriting fundamentals and just ignore this board and slides and Doc that's just for my reference um eight figure copywriting fundamentals and these are are some fundamentals that I want to teach you before we get into the fancy stuff because you know if you don't know the fundamentals and you don't really know them it's really hard to do the other stuff uh next I'm going to go over my instant pitch script now this is a a script that I've use I don't know if you guys have seen my YouTube channels where I like randomly come up with pitches this is my process for that and what I what I like about this is is when you come up with this instant pitch based on these elements if the offer is good it should convert to some degree if the offer is not good it's not going to convert at all you can always improve the conversion by more elaborate copy and vsls and webinars but if it doesn't convert with the instant pitch it probably won't convert at all and uh I use this all the time I mean little five minute vsls you can make with it it's it's great uh it's converted for 26 offers I've tried it on personally probably a lot more for my clients uh next is uh two Facebook ad scripts that pretty much beat everything else um 10 proven uh Instagram hook Frameworks and you can use this for other platforms or YouTube videos or ads or vsls um these are still great hooks or hooks or hooks okay but these are 10 of my favorite that I've used and I've seen um as well uh why boring email actually converts better than like hyped up copy uh in the email and I'm going to share with you my money tales framework and I'm going to go deep into that and you can actually not just use this for emails you can use this for stage presentations you can put it in webinars you can put it in a lot of stuff what you're going to notice about this stuff is it's very Universal almost everything you learn here today will be very Universal and interchangeable then you're going to learn the single most important piece of copy every business owner should write now I say business owner because if you're a copywriter or marketer well then this is something you should write for your client if you're the business owner yourself this is something you should write for your business and I you know if you're a copywriter you can write it for your own business as well and you know you only need one of these um then I'm going to share this one's painful I spent 250 Grand on YouTube uh and like literally I've I've had I mean I'm not like a big YouTuber but I have 65,000 subscribers I just released a video like less than a month ago it's got 116 110,000 views I got another one with a couple hundred thousand views and like we're doing really well with that and basically I'm just going to share with you a formula that I learned after spending a quarter million dollars on YouTube coaches and on YouTubers who weren't coaches just YouTubers I'm like hey here's 50 Grand spend a lot of time with me teach me everything you know uh and then finally the number one reason why most people fail to write good copy um I'm also going to be showing you a tool that we use to make this a lot easier and and yeah that's pretty much it so are you guys ready all right all right excited all right okay so we got to start with eight figure copyrighting fundamentals so what I'm going to do right now is I'm going to share my screen and just tell me if you can see the um the board here can you see let's see you should be able to yes okay so there's four or there's a few fundamentals that I want to share with you okay and this is very very important um let me make sure there we go okay so in copywriting or just in offers in general um Agora I don't know if any of you know Agora Financial but I would venture to say that they are the best in the world at copyrighting and that is because they literally have hundreds and hundreds of offers and newsletters and they have this huge just amazingly extravagant staff of copywriters and they're always hiring and firing copy it's like a well-oiled machine and so these these this company is creating offers and the copy and the marketing to go with it all the time all the time okay and so a lot of this stuff is you'll see in Agora if you ever want to any study any of the Agora stuff David Olie I mean this is all like hardcore old school stuff but every offer every piece of copy everything starts it it has two main things that you have to figure out before you even get started okay the first one is the big idea okay and the next one is the unique mechanism now most people completely misunderstand these okay now the big idea is just sort of like the overall concept of what the heck you're doing and the unique mechanism is the actual tangible thing that allows you to take advantage of that overall concept that overall idea okay so to give you an example um there was a very famous offer that did millions and millions of dollars it was it was a pill for a shark cartilage okay I don't have you any of you ever heard of this it's like it's literally called CH cartilage now they shut it down because it was like BS but the marketing and the copy for it was fantastic and it's because the big idea was simply this the big idea was sh sharks don't get cancer okay sharks don't get cancer that was the big idea sharks don't get cancer so the unique mechanism for them was shark cartilage pills I'm a ter you can tell how much I type sharp cartilage pills okay so basically this right here is the overall idea like oh sharks don't get get cancer so if I take shark cartilage in my put it in my body I won't get cancer now you might say well Dan that's stupid that's incredibly stupid and I agree with you it is kind of stupid however what it is is it is very simple to understand and that's why it worked so whether your idea is stupid or not this that or the other thing it has to be very simple and very easy to understand okay and I don't know who came up with this originally but I heard it from Jason capital and it's called Cub basically both of these things or at least the big idea cannot be confusing can't be confusing right it's got to be really really really really really simple really simple to wrap your brain around it has to be uh it cannot be um cannot be confusing and it cannot be unbelievable okay so you might like like it can't be like how to lose 100 pounds in five days like it can't be like how to make a million dollars in one day like it can't be something just dumb and crazy now you might say well Dan it's kind of unbelievable that shark cartilage um would prevent you from getting cancer but when you actually watch that vssl they actually made a very fair good point it still was BS but they really sold it well and so it was believable in the actual copy okay uh but to be quite honest with you if any of you have ever lived on this planet you'll know that if I say if I say to most people hey did you know if you take shark cartilage you won't get can cuz sharks don't get cancer a fair amount of people would be like huh but if you say hey I'll show you how to make a million bucks in 5 minutes they're going to be like BS okay and the next thing is it can't be boring cannot be boring all right these are the things that this whole kind of concept cannot be all right so I'll give you an example I'm developing an offer right now it's a three-day event that I'm selling tickets to and the big idea is that if you have a good enough sales presentation you don't need sales calls that's like the big idea and then of course the unique mechanism is the Epic pitch uh the Epic pitch model right it's like a certain type of presentation you do that would prevent that would uh prevent the need for sales calls it's like so good that you don't need sales calls and it's multiple it's long right so the offer then and this is where it comes the offer that you have if it's a physical product pills it's generally the unique mechanism but for info for Consulting for services the offer simply allows you to take advantage of the unique mechanism and do it easier faster or with them or for them most a lot of great copy webinars video sales letters they simply do this and this was actually said there's I think it's ever webinar um the CMO or Co or somebody he was in an interview a podcast and somebody asked him you know you you have thousands of webinars that happen on your platform what do you see as the the key the one thing that you see across all of them that makes them the SE successful the most successful webinars like oh that's easy the the most successful webinars show the audience a path to success and then offer to do it for them with them make it easier or faster and that's true for most sales copy most sales copy okay so uh anyway this is just some very basic basic basic fundamentals and so let me go back here and let me just quickly what I've done is I always like to make sure that I spend the most time on the big idea and then on the unique mechanism because all the copy for anything you do anything for any sort of sales presentation sales letter anything like that it revolves it revolves around having a good big idea and having a good unique mechanism for instance another great one think about this big idea if you if your dollar is worth 10 times more you can live like a king on the same salary right or if you move out of the United States you can live like a king on a normal salary and the unique mechanism would be foreign real estate and the offer would be hey call us to see a list of properties download our property guide etc etc etc so you see how that if you were doing an ad for an international real estate agent like let's say you were a real estate agent and you were based in Costa Rica and you wanted to Market to Americans and you wanted to get them to consider moving down think about it at the time of me recording this it's election time that means that in two weeks half the country is going to be super pissed off and and that that's what how many people are in the United States that's um 300 million or something like that so think about that if let's just say there's 300 million people in the United States if you cut that in half that means there's 150 million pissed off people you don't think that out of 150 million pissed off people a percentage of them is going to want to say oh I'm moving out of the United States and actually do it you don't think it'll happen almost every four years the co the the real estate in Costa Rica and countries like that blow up they blow up CoStar is beautiful okay the che the real estate is way cheaper and it's very close to the United States along with many other countries B and all this stuff and so think about that think about an ad it's like Did your guy lose you know you know the country is about to go you know down the drain you know did you know that you could live like a king in another country on your same salary and not have to deal with any of this stuff right now you can buy a mansion in Costa Rica for the price of a one-bedroom apartment in a New York suburb or something like that right or not even that just Florida suburb download our guide to 100 properties all under 200 Grand that'll make you go wow or something I don't know something like that right you run that ad and it's like whoa It's like you see what I'm saying but where did that come from where did that copy where did the copy come from where did it come from it had to come from somewhere you don't just sit down and go oh here's the copy it has to have a source there has to be like a source code and that is the big idea the unique mechanism in the offer okay the big idea is the overall concept the unique mechanism is the actual vehicle that allows you to to uh act on or take advantage of the big idea and then the offer is simply to help use the vehicle easier faster for them like real estate I'm going to do it for you I'll find the property for you I get my real estate commission boom okay let's pause does everybody understand what I just shared with you or are there any burning questions before I move on to the next section okay this was this was good yes understood understood okay um does anybody have very very quickly a big idea um for an offer a sales letter Etc okay let me know okay because what I what I'd like to do is maybe give you some critique real quick okay s says books make you famous okay books make you famous I like that all right so here's what I'm going to do real quick I told you that I have a tool that helps me with this so let me just quickly share it okay so I'm going to type I'm going to put in here books make you famous okay uh I need to know your offer what is your offer what is your offer okay make books for realtors so are you writing books for realtors yes okay so I write done for you books for realtors and um let's do this in English Okay so I like that big idea and I like the offer okay all right so here's the evaluation books make you famous the phrase is very simple and easy to understand it suggests uh uh it suggests writing books lead to fame yeah unexpectedness by the way these are the actual elements of a big idea if you if you really like narrow it down to the grain by grain unexpected in this this idea isn't particularly surprising or counterintuitive the connection between authorship and fame is well known so in order to increase the strength of this big idea it has to be a bit unexpected you've you've nailed the Simplicity but it has to be a bit more unexpected uh concreteness the phrase lacks details or examples that make it concrete it's a general statement without specific so what this means is I get it that books make you famous but why does a realtor need to be famous right like does a realtor need because if I'm a realtor and you tell me books make me famous the first thing I think is do I need to be famous to sell real estate will that actually get me deals um credibility the concept might not feel credible to everyone many authors aren't famous so the statement could be seen as misleading so there there is that objection of like or that thought of like well there's a lot of people that are authors but they're not famous right so why would a book make you know what so there's a bit of an issue there emotions it doesn't strongly evoke emotions not everyone desires Fame and the idea doesn't connect with deeper feelings or desires Fame is kind of a almost like a negative thing like impact is a much better way to say it Stories the phrase doesn't tell a story or invite action there's no narrative to draw the reader in or explain how writing books could lead to fame now it doesn't have to be an actual story it could just be sort of something that could lead to a story so here's some more options right your story can expire Millions write a book so this one I like this one better because it's like everybody has a story right and imagine if I said to you like hey everyone has a story what's yours but think about this what if yours could make you famous okay or what if yours could Inspire Millions what if your story that you think is just completely normal is actually the thing that could Inspire millions and then I could tell a story about someone who you know thought their life was ordinary and then they got interviewed or they made a speech or they wrote a book and boom they inspired millions and they never intended to right I there's so much I could do with that share your words shape the world become an author uh from uh from blank pages to Global influence uh this one's I don't like this one much I like this one though okay but again if we go back here and we whoops we go back here and we give it a little bit more right like what you're saying is books make you famous and that needs to be selling real estate so how how how does that help you sell real estate right like how does that help you sell real estate so what I would do is I would sit here normally what I would do is I would sit here and I'd write all this down and I'd come up with big idea after big idea after big idea and then I go and I'd basically grade myself on all those points until I got to a strong big idea that hit all those points okay um okay so so what you're saying is okay s what you're saying is um Let me let me help you Realtors can sell um more homes if they be become a uh whoops if they become a neighborhood celebrity the way to do that is writing a book okay what's the offer uh a done for you book for realators which I can't type or write and English Okay so or lead Magnet or whatever okay so I so so I'm just what I'll probably do if I was if I was coming up with this I'd probably sit here for an hour and I would just do this over and over again until I'm like Ah that's it okay um all right look at this simple and straightforward the concept of write of writing a book to become a a neighborhood celebrity is somewhat unexpected Realtors typically typically focus on networking and marketing knowledge not publishing so you see there's that opportunity switch there which is important in copyrighting um this one's a little weak um again we're we're improving right so want this so here's some options that it'll give and then you can build on this want this neighborhood to know your name sell more houses by sharing uh local stories and tips in your very own book turning you into the community's favorite realtor um your your unique insights could be your ticket to Fame by authoring a book about local real estate Trends you can become the expert everyone trusts and turns listings into sales okay um imagine a for sale sign with your name written all over town WR a oo imagine a for sale sign with your name written recognized all over town write a book that showcases your real estate wisdom and watch as your reputation and sales sore I like this imagine a for sale sign with your name recognized all over town so like from this I could be like from this right here I could be like you know you know how when you sell a home you put that little sign in the yard and has your face on it and people drive by they see it and they go oh there's there's Mary the realtor there's John the realtor and if you think about it only a very small amount of people see that sign let's be real but let me ask you a question what if you had a what if you what was it again what if you basically had that for sale sign and it was recognized all over town in fact what if it was on the coffee table of hundreds maybe thousands of homes in your neighborhood Believe It or Not There is a way to do this there's a way to become a local celebrity and literally be inside of hundreds of homes with everyone knowing who you are what you do and how you can help them get a home and that is become by becoming a real estate author you see homeowners who want to buy or sell homes they're all they always have questions they always always want to know how to good get a good deal they always want to know how to increase the value of their home before they sell they always have questions imagine you wrote a book using your unique story as a real or your unique knowledge and you package that into a book and you gave that away or you sold that or whatever your method is to the people in your local community and now think about it that book is sitting on their coffee table it's there every day it's like you take the sign out of the yard and you put it right on their kitchen table right on their bookshelf right on their coffee table and now not only that but when they pick the book up they connect with you they get value from you it's like you're having a call you know that call that you have where you share some tips with your uh potential client and if the tips are good and they feel you and you guys are feeling each other you become their realtor well imagine you could do that to hundreds of people simultaneously okay you see you see what I'm doing there okay now where first of all okay where did that come from I didn't just make that up it came from somewhere it came from the big idea and that is big big idea was that the book is your billboard right so in my mind I was like okay take the billboard take the sign you put in the home put it on the coffee table put it inside the home imagine if they stared at your billboard for two hours people read books for you get what I'm saying Okay so let's move on so that's that's just some um fundamentals now I want to go back um first of all you guys digging this so far okay so let's go back to this now I want to show you a trick it really is a trick that could make you Millions and millions of dollars in a normal most Mo most sales letters webinars video sales letters sales videos they follow a very similar structure and basically it's this if I were to draw it out basically it's this it's the [Music] lead the story the content which this is actually optional uh and then the transition which is very short and then the pitch okay now the story let me actually start with uh the lead obviously so the lead is basically the intro it's the thing that happens in the first few minutes or couple seconds or 2 minutes or whatever depending on the total length that gets people interested and hooked the lead hooks them it leads the sales video it leads the sales letter it gets them interested it gets them to stick around if the lead is good they will hear the story they will watch the content they will hear the pitch okay now sometimes you don't actually have content you just have lead story transition pitch that's all you have okay but in more longer stuff like webinars you have actual content so the lead gets them interested the story is generally some sort of backstory or origin story that introduces the big idea and the unique mechanism okay the lead alludes to the big idea the story fleshes out the big idea and the unique mechanism and then the content generally will overcome objections around the unique mechanism the transition is simply how you go from providing value to selling it's very short it can be something as simple as um okay at this point uh you've learned all of this now you have two options you can take all this and you can do it yourself or you can have someone do it for you which would you choose oh you would choose number two great let me tell you about our done for you services or or it could be as simple as now at this point you could take this diet that I gave you and you could do it and this could get you into a state of ketosis and you could work really hard and you could only eat meat and blah blah blah or you could just take our or you could or you could use uh a supplement that would actually do it for you which would you choose oh you choose the supplement great then I want to tell you about our supplement blah blah blah blah blah right so it's a very short transition and then of course the pitch is well the pitch it's you explaining what they get the offer here's what's in the pills here's what you get with the boot camp um here's what you get when we ship this refrigerator out to you that'll keep your beer cold for 10 million years whatever okay whatever the pitch is it doesn't matter physical products it coaching Consulting subscriptions software it doesn't matter okay now there is a I'll give you two examples of this does anybody know the company U Mine Valley does anybody know the company mind Valley okay if you have ever seen that guy I can't pronounce his name Vish and he's like Helen Hansel uh won every competition she ever entered she was a genius and no matter what she did you know like it's like whoa what you know and that was that's a lead okay you're like wait what what is going on here right and what he did was he introduced you know the uh what is it um the the Jose Silva method and all this that's like an hourlong vssl that sells a uh $200 product and that company's done like $300 million with paid traffic now think about that think about running ads to a $200 product and scaling to $300 million profitably your vssl would have to be incredibly good another company vshred okay vshred you guys have heard of vshred It's that kind of jacked guy with the jawline you know and he's like um uh uh what does he what does he say calories don't make or carbohydrates don't make you fat calories make you fat or something like that whatever well one of the uh Big Ideas he had in one of those vsls was incredibly good it was basically uh how did the Gladiators in Rome get so jacked in a time before there were steroids like that's so good it's because they knew something right like like like like think about that just that one concept Okay so here's how they and same thing hundreds of millions of dollars with that company now how do they do it it's very simple they came up with a good story good content good trans uh transition and a great pitch but then what they did was they came up with like 15 to 20 leads and they made like 15 to 20 vsls and and each one had a different lead a different intro if you will and they tested them and tested them and tested them now one of my friends he lived in downtown St Pete name is Mike and we were really good friends we used to go out all the time he actually ran the copyrighting team uh years ago at vred or one of the copyrighting teams he had like 10 copywriters under him and you know what they would do they would literally spend all day coming up with leads so this actually ended up being not 15 to 20 more like 150 to 200 they would just come up with leads leads leads leads leads and they test test test test test they they'd write a vssl and they'd come up with like dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of leads they'd run paid traffic to them and some of them would lose money some of them would break even and some of them would make crazy money that's how they scaled to hundreds of millions of dollars both of those companies many companies companies that you don't even know are making the money that they make because of this of this and so that is a hack you can do is whatever if if you have it and this concept Works in ads it works in sales copy it works in I mean think about it on a sales page this is basically the headline you know how when you you split test a headline and people come to the page they read the headline and they're like oh that's essentially the okay is this making sense it's it's the hook but this is old school this is like old school copyrighting so the the headline is and the what comes after it is the lead the headline is the headline but the headline is part of the lead if that makes sense okay I'm just giving you an analogy like why people split test headlines so much because it's the first part okay so basically what I'm saying is split test and make multiple versions of the first part of whatever copy you're doing and just that alone just that alone will help now would you guys like to see an example of a lead okay so this web this is for and here's what's funny I company and the big idea is simply this I even put it in the slides if you know what's already working you can just do that and save yourself a ton of time now and then I go okay so that's like the lead right and then I go into my story um which I don't know if I want to go through this with you right now yeah I don't need to go through that you guys get it but did you guys get it okay um that was the lead so what I'm basically saying is that if you already know what's working based on real split test real data you you can just do that now if I had to do this lead over again I might change the big idea and do a second lead to um marketing has changed if you learn from books you're going to be left behind learn from data so I might try that right um does this make sense guys does this make sense okay yes yeah I I can I can um I can provide you a link to the webinar when you get the recording I'm G to have an examp I'll have example webinars example copy all that don't worry about that okay all right so let's look at what we got next all right so I covered that so next thing I'm going to cover is the instant pitch script which I love and that's this okay so this is very very very simple simple all right if you pitch just on a short V I mean I've seen some of the best marketers in the world and I myself have had offers convert like crazy with a twom minute video two minutes because the offer was just so clear and the offer was good it was just clear and honestly I have you if you guys have followed me for some time you'll notice most of my vsls for stuff they aren't long like my books that I sell they're like two minutes maybe five minutes okay that's because I generally we'll use the instant pitch so very simple it is four sections call out the audience are you audience that has problem and it's frustrated that you may experience the consequences of not solving that problem if you don't fix it how would it feel to solve problem okay challenge their thinking now you may think you need old path old way thing you're doing now but the real root of your issue root of the problem which is why New Path is better and here's why number three filter your customer and explain how you can help if you have the now what this is is to attract the right clients if you have these three characteristics we can help you by doing these three things for a quick win something I learned from Frank Kar is most people when they buy especially in info they don't go through the whole course they just go through the beginning so put your quick win in the beginning and you'll have a gazillion testimonials because most people aren't going to they're only going to use a little bit it's crazy um so always your program finally tell them what to do next if you want to chat further or buy whatever do this thing that's basically a call to action all right so let me dive a little bit deep into first of all do you guys understand how simple this is so are you a real estate agent that is struggling to sell more homes and you're frustrated that if you don't then you might have to go back to a normal 9 to-5 job instead of the thing you love real estate which allows you to set your own hours now how would it feel if you could sell more homes than any of the real estate agents that you know and if you could do it without being on the phone all the time without all of the gunk that goes with being a real estate agent that you don't like now look you may think you need to be on the phone you may need you may think that you need to spend money on expensive Trulia or Zillow leads but the real root of your problem is you're simply not a celebrity now think about that who who who makes the most money have you ever watched those celebrity shows those celebrity realtor shows those realtors make ton millions of dollars in commissions why because everybody knows them now you might say well Dan I I'm not going to be on a show you don't have to be you can be the celebrity of your own neighborhood and the way you do that is through is by becoming a real estate offer and here is why that works because and then I just I I I'm not going to go through it all again and because it's as long as you can be very simple and very clear and hit the right points why do you need like you don't need to learn this crazy copy stuff you just need to I believe if you master the fundamentals that's much better than learning advanced stuff I mean that's true in life it's true in Jiu-Jitsu it's true in football it's true in everything okay so that's it all right let me see okay so here's what it is people make purch there's two types of buyers there's logical buyers and there's emotional buyers people make purchasing decisions based on logic focusing on price features functionality or emotion driven by feelings and brand connections some people are both but there's a very large amount of people who are primarily logical buyers and primarily emotional buyers now what happens when you Market an offer and you write copy and ads is that most people only target one and I've taken a dual approach and this is what has worked very well for us so in you can read this later but uh in influence by Robert cini he talks about this right logical buyers and emotional buyers logical buyers details comparisons logic logic logic emotional buyers storytelling impactful visuals relatable narratives why would you Market to both well you get broader reach because you're targeting both and a a lot of times people make it based on both decisions so when they see two different ads one might catch them one might not okay so if you're only like like you know how they say make your copy emotional make it so emotional that's true but what about the log The Logical guys how many of you say me in the chat if you if you hear that emotional stuff you see emotional ad copy and all that and you go yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah just tell me how it works okay I get it I get it I get it right say me if you're one of those people okay see me me okay yep it's annoying okay now it let let me ask you this how many of you say me okay so okay okay now stop now say me if you're one of those people who you actually love a good story and you you connect with a brand you sometimes when you hear somebody's Story You're just you just really relate to them and you just get into that and and you actually get moved sometimes by stories and in ads right and sales letters okay so see see see there's two there's that you have two you have people who are primarily logic primarily emotion and then the mix back okay most copywriters will tell you that it's just the mixed bag it's not I am not an emotional buyer at all I am 100% logic okay probably because of my storytelling awareness I hear the stuff and I'm just like yeah yeah yeah I get it okay my mother on the other hand is very emotional okay my my wife on the other hand she sees ads she comes to me she's like Dan should I buy this and I look at it I go is a funnel like you know that's like let me see that you know like like you know what I mean like I'm just like don't buy that but it's such a great story I'm like yeah copywriter it's a great copywriter you know I'm that guy she's she's emotional right so the point here is yeah see look at this Marty's oh I love Marty Marty's a longtime client of mine um been in my house I don't care about your pizza story or knife story knife story what knife story uh but I listen anyway because I know eventually you'll give me the logic there see there you go okay so here is the point right there are two so one of these ad ad uh format you probably already know and it's called hook story offer is everybody's familiar Russell Brunson talks about this a lot is everybody familiar with hook story offer okay yeah everybody's familiar with that right so believe it or not and I'll I'll write this down hook story and offer is one of the best one of the best ad Frameworks it really is okay now I'll I I'll give you a pro tip you can either do the hook which captures the attention the story behind it and the offer in the ad copy or you can just do the hook and take it to a page where it has the the story in the offer or you can do the hook only in the ad copy but then the story and the the hook story and offer are in the video in the ad but all of this regardless of how you do it it's still hook story offer period so you hook their attention you tell a story and then you make the offer okay for instance let me you want me to make one up real quick just so you you you can understand it'll be quick does anybody want me to okay so um actually I was sometimes I write random copy for no reason okay yeah all right so here you go did you so imagine there was a picture of a big donut huge donut right did you know this dut is only 100 calories and it's like a huge doughnut right and it's like you know hey my name is Mary and um if you're anything like me you're addicted to sweets I used to be a beauty queen and my husband's personal trainer and one day this I'm just going to go quick this horrible thing happened to me and I became depressed and that got me addicted to sweets and I don't know know if you can relate but I was once very beautiful and now I was 75 pounds overweight because my addiction to sweets because they made me feel better they made me feel better about my depression and I became addicted to feeling better and so I became 75 lbs overweight my husband a personal trainer was very supportive I thought he was going to think I was ugly I thought he was going to think I was you know uh unattractive but he's been very supportive and I really want wanted to lose weight for him but more importantly I wanted to lose weight for myself and so one day I went to him and I asked him for help and he said well you know I have this friend he's a chef but he's also like a a bodybuilder and he's got these like little 100 calorie Donuts that he makes because he's addicted to sweets too so the guy comes over he shows me how to use how to make the the donuts um and at first I thought oh oh uh uh it can't you know it's going to be small but then I saw that it was big oh uh it's probably going to taste bad but then it was great and I thought wow I need to learn how to make these Donuts so um I asked him and what he showed me was that you can actually make a ton of different tweets as long as you follow this basic thing blah blah blah blah blah okay so that was the story right and that's why I like you and that's why if you want to learn how to make these 100 calorie Donuts as well as all these other sweets so that you can literally have your cake and eat it too download My 100 calorie recipe book whatever right okay you see what I'm saying hook story offer now that is hook story offer what I found and May and I wonder if any of you here remember this ad do you guys remember the ad that I did way back in the day from my program that I sold this did 10 million it's for my um how to start a uh Facebook agency um and I was standing on a whiteboard and I said here's how oh God what was the hook it was um oh here's how to get better results for your Facebook ad clients okay does you guys remember that does anybody oh Amos bought that program okay so this I I this is my framework this is Dan Henry Original so if guys if any of you say this repeat this like when you think a hook story offer who do you think of like who do you think of when you hook a what name comes to your mind when you think a hook Russell okay listen when you hear this one you keep Russell's name out of your effing mouth and you put my name in it instead because I came up with this okay all right this is Dan Henry I don't want to hear this crap where you putting somebody else's name in your mouth it's my name it's m it's mine all right came up with this it's mine give me credit damn it freaking marketers okay it's it's very similar though it's hook value offer now why because it appeals to The Logical guys Russ the hook story offer appears to the emo people hook value offer appears to the logical people okay simple it's simple okay because the emo the hook story guys I don't know if I I bought Russell stuff I bought stuff I'm always like yeah yeah yeah yeah I get it you're you're going to you're going to get on stage and you're going to start crying and you know you had this horrible thing that happened to you I don't care okay I just I get it there's seven billion people on the planet bad stuff happens I get it I get it I get it okay just let me buy it all right that's how I am sue me okay I love Russell by the way he a good good friend of mine but that's just how I am and I know that there's a lot of people like that like Marty okay and Marty's uh invested a lot of money with my company okay and he's made a lot of money he doesn't give a crap about my story and Marty I love you okay so so um the point here is that when you use these in tandem bam these are our two top converting Frameworks okay so he I love you Marty you can share if you want your success because what I find amazing about Marty is that he's like me he's just like I don't bro I don't care you're a pizza boy so what like come on you know like I just I love it okay so hook value offer okay here's how you do this and I'll I'll take you through it now I'm going to teach you a hack to this now this is this is if you if you keep if you don't say Dan Henry when you say this one we're gonna have problems okay cuz this one this one's definitely mine they're both mine okay but hook it's where you make a hook value is where you just straight teach something you just straight teach something and then you make the offer but here's the key to hook value offer okay I call it teach step two now you don't have to do teach step two you can just straight give value but this makes it very very effective okay so here's what I do so I knew who's my market my market was people who were wanting to start a Facebook Ad Agency and make money or grow their Facebook Ad Agency at that time so I said I had a whiteboard and I said let me show you my system for getting better results for your Facebook ad clients that's the hook or it was something like that then I just taught them how like one thing that would get better results I just straight up taught it right on the Whiteboard and then I said in the offer I said hey if that was helpful but you need you still need more Facebook ad clients go here now see what I did was I taught step two because what's step one get clients what's step two get clients results well it it does you no good to get clients results if you don't have any clients or you don't have enough clients I mean it does you maybe a little good but like you want like the real thing that you want is more clients step one so if I show you how to do something and I do a good job and you're like wow I learned something from this guy this is great but it's step two who you going to go to for step one the guy you already like and Trust because he just taught you something great so go here offer step one okay simple I made 8K in one week with Dan's teach step two sell step one boom Marty see there you go there you go I'm reading the comment Marty I made 8K in one week with Dan's teach step two sell step one keep my name in your mouth if you talk about this all right so of course you're told the opposite because unfortunately I have this disease where I have to actually teach the real stuff I've never been able to do that thing where I I sell you something so I can sell you something else so I can sell you something else I can't do it I got I got to teach you the the real way I just I don't know I probably make that 32 million would probably be 75 million if I was full of [ __ ] but I'm not so this is how you do it okay um so hook value offer best way to do that is teach step two so this is step two this is step one all right just and then look I did another ad I was like here's how to manage multiple Facebook ad clients at once say oh you need more clients go here okay simple all right I mean is there a step three yeah make money win achieve greatness it's as simple it's just step one step two um okay so that's that's the three now of course because I'm a maniac uh I've developed or I've put this as well in our tool let me find it so in our Tool uh this okay so imagine you were a um Fitness coach and you sold a offer that was like like the big idea was like hey you only have to diet one week out of the month to lose weight right like this is what what gave me this idea was I'm on an all fish diet this week um where I only eat white fish the whole week that's it no vegetables like well and egg whites no vegetables nothing like literally every meal is fish or egg whites that's it all week and I've lost like seven pounds and then I go and then so so like think about it like you go you one week you do this diet until it becomes unsustainable then you go back to a reasonable diet and then on the fourth week okay I don't know if that works or not um but it was just an idea for the copy right so this would be I believe this is the hook story offer um here are three versions of the hooks hook no this is a hook value offer where's hook story offer yeah okay so ever feel like diets drag on with no end in sight what if I told you it doesn't have to be that way science now shows that short bursts of dieting can be more effective than months of restriction it's called the mini cut strategy okay you finally decided to try yet another I would just start right here you finally decided to uh try yet another diet all those salad days and Miss brownies don't seem to make a dent on the scale frustrating right years ago I was in the same boat managing long diets uh just wasn't working for me between a busy schedule and a love for pizza it felt like I was fighting a losing battle but then a light bulb moment happened it wasn't me it was the diet determined to find in a smarter way I created the one week one we diet bits it's all about blah blah blah so you see you go into um a story all right and then there's a long form version which is longer that flushes the story out more and then we actually give you a um we actually give you a image that you can use in your ad I wouldn't use this image I would just make an image that is this so I would sit down with your shirt off with all this stuff here and then I would have a camera to the right like this and then I would take an IM a picture of it so the images that are created are based off psychology that makes uh converting ads and so I don't necessarily think you should use this image you can we've had people do that and and have really good ads convert I think you should simply replicate the idea of this image okay um and then hook value offer yeah do you ever feel like d are just out to get you it's like as soon as you commit to changing your habits life throws you a curveball birthday parties with pizza office Donuts or just those crazy busy days where eating salad is the last thing on your mind you don't have to be all in all the time to see the scale drop what if I told you that doing a focused one week effort each month could give you States okay you don't think uh out of all of them that there are tens maybe even hundreds maybe even over a 100 million people who simply make a decision logically they don't want to hear the story they don't want to hear about the the dog or the fact that you broke your arm when were 16 nobody cares right they just want to know hey what is what's the deal these are logical buyers and so if you prompt hey Dan uh uh how do you create sales presentation so quickly you know what this hack will actually save you hours on creating a sales presentation okay like okay finally why 99% of audience everything don't worry I literally just put it in a Google doc so that's that um now of course of course because I like to to do things make life easier on me I created a tool for this as well only is where they hear the hook they get an objection in their head and they're about to swipe but then you rehook them by overcoming the objection with another hook that's called a rehook okay so f it I ate fish I only I ate only fish for a week and guess what it wasn't as hard as you you think here's three underestimated benefits of eating only fish it's easier and tastier than you imagine imagine say money Tails this is mine some somebody's used one of my Frameworks one time they said some other mark who I like didn't even know I'm like I will go Will Smith on your ass okay um so this is money Tails I've come up with this so basically each money tail and we usually use money tales in emails I'll use them in stage presentations sometimes I'll use them you can use them on podcast um but they're based on instead of teaching something they're based on perspective shift Ing and principal shifting okay of course they did and I guarantee you somebody says somebody took your money tailes and rebranded at his own I guarantee that person doesn't make as much money because the Pioneers do anyway um I don't care it's fine I I I do just fine just don't say money tail in my name freaking marketers ruin everything okay thank you Scott thank you can't steal genius all right so each money tale needs to have a purpose now this is actually I I give credit where credits due this right here comes from Dan kenned I learned this from Dan Kennedy and if you haven't studied Dan Kennedy well I I don't know what to tell you um to explain who what and why you are to gain um uh credibility to establish a backstory to empathize to create bond to appear human and thus believable to present An Inconvenient Truth uh to present a philosophy to teach or glorify a value we need them to believe in or to build up courage okay principle gives them A New Perspective or way to think about things um way more valuable than how to according to schema Theory uh where's my schema Theory here um yeah so let me read this so this is science people are more likely to remember you and become fans faster if you focus on teaching principles instead of just tactics and specific how to guides and schema Theory helps explain why this is the case imagine your brain is like a huge file cabinet and inside this cabinet you have all sorts of folders filled with information on every topic you've learned about these folders are what psychologists call schemas each schema is a collection um of all the ideas Concepts and experiences you have about one subject when you learn something new you either add it to an existing folder or create a new one now when you learn a simple tactic or a step-by-step guide it's like adding a single Paper to one of these folders it's specific and might not connect to much el else it's just there when you need it and only for that particular situation on the other hand when you learn a principle it's like getting a master key that can unlock and make sense of lots of different papers in folders principles are the big ideas that help you understand how and why things work so basically what I'm saying is if you teach someone something one thing they forget it but if you teach them a principle that changes the way they look at life they remember it if they remember you they buy from you more they pay attention to you more they have bond with you more okay um okay so the idea here is quite simple um we start with a hook we talk about what happened it can be boring or it can be something from history or whatever we teach a principal we transition to an offer we make a call to action so hul how Justin Bieber convince me to go to the gym huh what when did you meet Justin Bieber what happened I was watching beibs attend a red carpet ceremony wearing a ridiculous outfit and half of everyone was making fun of him half was praising him see the principle here is you aren't that important to worry about what people think of you if you are ready to get over your fears you need an action plan join hustle muscle and makeup hustle muscles and makeup so it's sort of like let's say you had a fitness program right um and you needed to encourage people to go to the gym to use to do your fitness program or or let's say you were a personal trainer or I don't know whatever right so you know how Justin Bieber convinced me to go to the gym you know one day uh I was sitting on the couch and I was supposed to go to the gym I was supposed to do that routine that I learned I was supposed to do this and that but I didn't I didn't want to go because I just was completely terrified of what people thought about me and that's when I saw Justin Bieber on the red carpet and he was wearing this ridiculous outfit like really weird outfit and what's crazy is the people there the people in the media the people on social media half of them were criticizing him and like telling saying he was just this lunatic and they were just really making fun of him and the other half thought he was brilliant they thought he was Brave and they were supporting him and I was really thinking about it and you know no matter what you do somebody everybody is going to think something of you right but the thing is is that in a week nobody's going to remember that outfit that Justin Bieber was wearing and Justin Bieber is one of the most famous people on the planet and then I thought to myself God nobody knows who I am I really don't think that I'm that important to worry about um what people think of be I don't think that when walk into isn't it kind of weird that I would think when I walk into a gym I'm that important that everyone in the gym is going to look at me and then spend the rest of the day thinking about me like that's crazy right and so that's that's when I got up and I went to the gym whatever right and look if you're ready to get over your fears and you're ready to start learning how to change your life get in shape build confidence en you run out so anyway so that's money tales okay you're just telling a story teaching a principle making an offer you can do daily emails with this um we have a lot of people who actually they either write their own money tales and they write they send a daily email they just Crush sales for them um or they use Ardo to do it now what's crazy is uh you you might think that sending a daily email is no bueno but I sat down one time with Anthony Morrison and he told me this funny story about how he used to only send like a certain amount of emails a week and then something broke in his software and he ended up sending like an email every day or multiple emails every day and they didn't even realize it they only realized it when uh they saw their sales Skyrocket and they're like what the heck is happening and they tried to figure it out and they found out that their email system broke and was sending more emails than it was supposed to and that's where he discovered that no matter what you think about email the more emails you send the more money you make by the way that was a money tail okay um say my name oh man that's got to be my thing all right uh all right single most important piece of copy every business owner should write and you need one of these so this this is dude this is so simple right we've tested everything when it comes to this um and it's simple right if I have a funnel any funnel I don't care what it is all right if I have a funnel let's call it a a webinar okay or maybe it's a vssl or maybe it's a sales letter or maybe it's a I don't know frakin whatever okay doesn't matter okay we tested this and we found that let's let's just say for a moment that this one was converting at 5% this one was converting at 9% this one was converting at uh uh 8% this one was converting at 5% whatever whatever it was right if we took whatever we were talking about in the content and we simply made a short book and we put it in front of all of these the conversion rate 2 to 3x 2 to 3x and the conversion rate on sales calls like tripled okay tripled now why did this work why did this work okay it worked for a few reasons number one can we all agree that the you all want good customers you want quality customers right you want quality people who are quality clients can we all agree on that yes okay all right but how do you know how to attract quality customers like most of you struggle to crack Quality quality customers right so think about an actor if I say if I want to hire a really good actor to play in my movie would I have them send me a resume I look at the resume and I go oh he's probably a pretty good actor and then I hire him for the movie role would I do that is that how I would do it no I would have them do an audition why would I have them do an audition because when the actor gets off the couch drives to the audition performs in front of a group of people does a good job B I'm attracting like no nobody who's not a like if if you're an actor right like imagine you're filming on set and the actor gets there and he's got stage fright that would be terrible right but what kind of actor has stage fright that already went through an audition like you're literally going to an audition where you have to perform in front of people and you have to compete so by the very nature how you would get the actor you're attracting the people you want you're attracting people that are that are likely to not have stage fright um they're confident enough to actually come there and audition uh they're actors because that's why who you know most people that go to an audition for movie or freaking actors okay and so for the most part you're getting your your who you're looking for and then you pick your actor right so you pick your actor by the process you create a process that attracts actors and the process then get allows you to pick a good actor so if you want good clients you have to attract them in a way that the process filters them out I call this the great filter okay so your entire marketing has to filter them now I can say and tell me if you guys agree with this or not would you agree that probably one of the top qualities of a good client or a good customer is patience would you agree with that who here wants patient clients okay who here wants patient clients right most people would you agree that most people in this world are impatient I'm sure you would right now do you think there are more lowquality clients or high quality clients are you do you think there are more good clients or bad clients in the world good or bad what are there more of good clients or bad clients bad bad no no no not what you attract just in in existence are there more good good or bad clients bad exactly now in life are most people patient or impatient most people suck okay most people are impatient so if you design a process that filters people and only attracts patient people would you agree that you're way more likely to attract good clients yes would you agree to that now think about this what does it take to read a book what is a quality you must possess to read a book what do you need patience patience exactly fingers okay that's appendages not qualities right you need patience so if you create an ad that sells a book the people that buy the book are naturally patient people because people who have no patience don't read freaking books if I and there's there's another filter and that is this the workshop if I say come join me for three days where you're going to learn XYZ guess who else has patience people who sit and listen for hours you all are very patient people you're sitting and listening for hours you see so only market and only sell things that require patience and you will get better clients so you might say well does my ad or does my my book need to be long so I'll I'll I'll tell you I wrote this book right here digital millionaire Secrets this book made me 15 million bucks it's long okay now I did AE a sales presentation after to the people that bought this book I made a million bucks in a day I also have this book which is very short I did a presentation to people that read this book and I did a million dollars in a day now here's the funny thing is the reason I know this to be true is because I've experienced it but also um I got invited to Grant cardone's Office he did a mastermind it was completely free uh he invited 30 of the top internet marketers in the world and I was on that list we get there he does a yacht day for us he does fireworks he I mean I've literally got a picture in his in his helicopter he took took us on a ride in his helicopter and I was talking to him and he's written a lot of books right I said hey Grant those books get you a lot of clients and you know Grant if if anybody you know Grant he's like he yeah yeah yeah the books give me a lot of clients yeah yeah yeah money money money you know and I said um so you're going to keep writing him right and he's like well no I don't think I'm going to write full full length books anymore nope never going to write them again and I was like what do you mean you're not going to write them again you just said they make you a ton of money he's like yeah yeah they get really high quality clients but I'm never going to write them again and I'm like well why and he's like well he's like and he shows me a book of his that was very thick and he said and he's like this book took me like three months to make it took forever you know and then he picks up another book that was like more of a booklet and goes you see this little one I wrote this in the afternoon it's just a little booklet and I said uh okay and he said here's the funny thing we make just as much money when we sell this one as when we sell this one so why am I going to ride this one I can ride this one in a day I only ride booket from now on money money money money money get your money right okay that's that's and I was like oh that makes sense okay so most of my books now that I write not all but most of them are very short okay it's basically a lead magnet in a book all right and so Cardone impression on point thank you all right okay so uh and and and here's how you write the book okay I'll just show you here's how you write the book it's real real real simple all right it's real simple all right it's almost like a webinar right so you have your story which is going to be threea play okay that's your story okay and then you have your uh uh content okay and then you have um a uh transition and then you have a logical close and then you have an emotional close see how these things are all related okay so come up with a good concept for the book you tell your story this is act one this is this is what my life was like before and it's very similar to how your life is like this is the backstory act two oops act two this is when I invested a lot of time energy and money to figure out how to fix this problem act three is now that I fix this problem this is what my life is like which is very similar to how you the reader would like your life to be let me give you some tips and then the content is tips or money tales or whatever transition Hey listen this could be something as simple as join my Facebook group or buy a ticket to this or buy this or book a call or whatever transition just like I taught you before logical close here's the reasons why you should do this emotional clothes right so for instance um would you like me to give you an example of an emotional close yes okay um okay I use this this is a money tail that I use quite frequently and I can use it for almost anything um and it's just it's about a glass of almond milk right so let's say you bought let's say I wrote a book called epic pitch and it's like um uh I don't know I don't epic pitch um 51 persuasion tactics to create sales presentations that make millions I don't know um and then during the uh or three tactics whatever during the transition I say I hope you've enjoyed this book if you liked it and you'd like to learn more about how to create amazing sales presentations online sales presentations that make tons of money without a sales team I actually have a three-day Workshop that I do where I really dive into it and you'll leave with an epic pitch um so so that's make a lot of protein shakes and I always have it in my coffee I knew it was Al mil but why was there this big craff so I say to my wife hey what what's the deal with this big caraffe of almond milk and she gets really mean look on her face and I was like okay and she runs over to the fridge swings the door open grabs a carton of store-bought almond milk she says do you know what this is almond milk she says yes it's going to give you cancer and it has all these gums in it and it's $6 for a for I don't know why I'm making my wife sound like Batman but it's got $6 it's $6 for this carton right and so then she walks over to the craff of almond milk she's like do you know what this is I said almond milk she says yes but this ISS just almonds and water it's not GNA give you cancer it only costs 25 cents For What in the fridge cost $6 because it only takes a little handful of almonds and this machine that I bought on Amazon for 50 bucks and I can make you all the Almond mil you want and at that moment I knew my wife was yet again right because she had taught me something see I was in justest really horrible things drinking almond milk every day and I was spending like 200 bucks a month on almond milk that I didn't need to spend but it all came down to one simple reason I didn't know you could make homemade almond milk and isn't it the things in life that we don't know book writer bam boom shaka laka laka okay um all right viral YouTube formula all right artmo is my new girlfriend for 2025 I'll get to that for those of you who are interested in artmo and don't already have it I give me let me finish your training that you paid for and then I'm happy to tell you about it um okay where's it at here we go all right the viral YouTube formula oh sorry for those of you who don't like that sound um okay thank you Benjamin amazing software five stars and we're making it better every day we really really truly are I I I sit here and I nerd out over this stuff making copy Frameworks and stuff and making tools for art anyway okay here's what makes a great video you guys ready for this oh took me this cost me quar million dollar to learn a great video really is all about the title and thumbnail that's it right like literally I didn't just pay YouTube coaches I found YouTubers who weren't coaches who had hundreds of thousands or millions of subscribers and I literally contacted them and I said here's 20 grand here's 50 Grand just spend some time with me literally and I bought all the programs I bought the the guy that um was uh Mr Beast YouTube manager whatever I bought all the stuff right and here is what happened right basically what I learned is what these guys do is they create packaging packaging means title and thumbnail and the packaging they'll create like 10 15 20 videos that haven't actually been made they're just the packaging and they'll basically look at all these things and they'll cut it down to one that's just amazing and then they'll make that video so they actually spend most of the time on the packaging on the video idea and here's why because once you have that it's very easy to create the video because all you do and let me explain the title and the thumbnail spark what what they do is when you see a title and a thumbnail in your mind in a split second every title and thumbnail that you see it just happens instantaneously there are questions that rather consciously or subcon iously appear in your mind and if the title and thumbnail is good enough you will click to answer or at least see if the video will answer those questions okay so for instance a a sword an image of a sword isn't that special but if it was like a thumbnail with a sword and it was all like weird and Rusty or maybe it was small because you would expect it to be big or what whatever and the title was this was the sword that killed Jesus peace be upon him um then it's like that was the sword right it's now you're thinking like wait that was the sword they found the sword how did they find the sword right like you start asking these questions and then you click on it to see if the video will satisfy your curiosity okay so once the once you have that really killer idea all the video has to do is answer the questions it gives you the whole road map for the video so what questions arise when they see the title and thumbnail what do viewers expect to see what are the stakes what keeps viewers watching what are those burning questions every point in your video is simply hook to answer those questions so for example for health coach concept Fitness coach doing a video about only eating fish for seven days I'm using this example title I only ate fish for seven days here's what happened to my body okay um thumbnail this is a thumbnail description the thumbnail shows a large plate overflowing with grilled fish along with a stopwatch or calendar icon to indicate the 7-Day challenge the text reads seven days just fish in bold wide font with slight blue tint to match the theme your facial expression uh is a mix of surprise and exhaustion and as if it suggests that you're Midway through through uh the challenge the background shows ocean waves or fish market hinting at the theme of the seafood overload a small text bugle bubble on the side says worth it now I know what you're thinking where did I get this title and thumbnail description artmo made it for me there's a YouTube ideation tool of course there is because I'm a nerd and I had to add it but uh what you do is is you come up with an idea like that so when when you see that video you're like you're like whoa like like all these questions about like you did you really lose weight did it work you know blah blah blah blah blah um what does it do to your body okay so here's the video structure hook points CTA so the hook captures attention so you're going to use one of Five Hooks and I learned this from oh God I forget his name he's been big on YouTube uh he's one of the guys I paid I paid so many YouTube guys anyway um hook intro captures attention use one of the five hook types to engage the viewers rehook this is where you use a don't worry statement again this is very similar to the other hooks for the Instagram stuff is now you may be thinking this won't work for you here's why I will now you may be thinking this but don't worry this is why that's not a problem okay so you retain them this is a rehook now optional because sometimes the Hook's so good you can just get right into the points but you do what we will cover list of key questions raised right so every point in the video is simply answering the question that was raised in the viewer's mind from the title and thumbnail so you don't even have to dude when you come up with a great title and thumbnail you don't even have to script out the video because all you you already have the at least the bullet point for it because the top three or four or five questions raised in the viewers mind are what your points are in the video that's it you're just answering the freaking questions okay and I'll show you an example here in a second so in the point what you do is you do a hook you do a story or analogy you do the lesson you learn from the story you see the okay and you do a transition you pose a question or statement or another hook to take them to the next one you just do this as many times as you want if you look at my uh YouTube okay if you look at my YouTube you will see I'm gonna tell you how I went from delivery because I've tested so many different things if I go to videos and I go to popular okay so um I did it in this one even though this one was only one point I did it in this one uh this this one is a great example 70,000 views uh if like watch this one this is a great example of it 000 on gurus and coaches in the Last 5 Years I'll share with you some of the biggest lessons I learned so you don't have to spend that much because there's some things I think you should know I'll start with the smallest one and work my way up to the biggest investment I ever made and I'll share what I learned from them so you can save yourself some money and lastly I will summarize everything into one big lesson so that you don't have to I probably should have dropped that so the first investment was only seven bucks and it was one of the best so now I now I I I I I talk about the uh you know the the first investment was only seven bucks right that's the hook like wa that's only seven bucks and then I tell the story behind it I tell the lessons I learned BL and I go all the way down and this this video did 70,000 views okay so that's the point um the point is you you hook you share a story the lessons you learn from the story um and it doesn't even have to be your story it could be a story from history whatever right um and then you do the call to action this can be subscribe watch another video create a link in the description here's a a a hack I learned so video retention can we all agree and I'm sure you guys have watched tutorials on YouTube videos that video retention is key to making a video go popular Okay so do you see what I'm saying okay so if they watch most of the video the video in theory goes more popular so here's how would you like to learn how to increase retention here's a crazy hack that I learned okay crazy hack end the video abruptly end the video abruptly don't say all right guys I hope you enjoyed this video I hope this I hope that thanks don't forget to subscribe blah blah blah cuz now people click off cuz oh it's the end and there's like another 30 seconds or or even 10 seconds so you so you say um you finish your point and then you just say something like all right that's it don't forget to subscribe done or you say like let's say you want to take him the book A call um hey if you'd like to know how to do this I actually can help you I'll leave the link in the description where you can book a call and get help from my team see you in the next one done the reason you do this is because they're like wait what video's over so they watch it to the end more often so you get higher attention it's not really about keeping it short well yes keep that part short um but it's like end it abruptly don't yes keep it short but just don't give them the indication that the video is done and then keep the video going right like it they should barely have time to click off before they realize the video is done that that's what you need to do okay um yeah all right so to give you an example of course I have a YouTube writer uh where's it at here okay so all right so point one what happens to your body hook I knew eating only fish for a week might change my life but I didn't expect this and in the story uh and again artmo will ask you the questions but it'll it'll prompt you for the story so you don't read this word for word you tell this story I started a 7-day fish day day diet and by day three I noticed to boost in energy and less bloating but that's not all that happened our bodies react in surprising ways when eating just one type of food okay what's the lesson the omega-3 fatty acids in fish can improve heart health and brain function but it's crucial to balance it with other nutrients to avoid possible deficiency so in and I'll I'll hit back in a second but in in my answers that I gave it I was saying I was telling it you know here's what happened right and so artmo will be like hey here are the questions that the viewer has answer these questions and then it'll create you a script from it we're also going to make like a long form version of this I just didn't make a long form version because I don't like reading from a script on YouTube so I make it more like here's your bullet points to prompt you but point two is it safe or dangerous hook you might think a fish only diet is healthy but there's a risky catch during my my fish Focus week I constantly researched I found that while Fish can be a super frood there's a risk of mercury posing if not careful lesson choose fish low in mer mer Mercury like salmon and avoid High Mercury fish as a sword fish to minimize risks um transition so what about the benefits like weight loss or more energy let me tell you what if I told you that this diet might make you feel more Alive by midweek I noticed that my clothes fit better and my energy levels increase but why does this happen fish is low in calories but high in protein which can increase metabolism and Boost energy this can lead to feeling lighter and more alert now you might think how did this fishy diet affect my daily workouts well let me talk about that can eating fish actually amp up your gym game see I would just I would just go right into the hook I would probably prune that I was skeptical but surprised when I power through my regular workouts with more stamina the fish protein apparently played a big role and you can just expand on that um see the high quality proteins from fish help in Muscle Recovery and energy fuel so if you include a variety in fish include a variety of fish to enhance your workout results so I might expand on that because you know salmon gives you this this gives you that that gives you this so you can actually get all your nutrients if you just vary the fish right transition um now was it tough sticking to Just Fish or did I create variety well look hook eating only one thing isn't easy it's a real mental test Story Midway uh the lack and variety hit hard I crave different textures and flavors but finding creative recipes kept me going um so this might be the moment where you share one of the recipes to keep uh diet boredom at Bay experiment with different cooking methods me and seasonings for fish they can help your meals make more exciting and nutritious so like right here let's say I tried a recipe I would just share that in the video like here's the recipe right transition so thinking of trying this here's what you should remember um before you leave so this doesn't make sense because I just quickly put um I quickly put uh hit the Subscribe button I would do like download a thing or whatever as the CTA um and then the addition hooks are things you can use for the very beginning of the video so like's say the video starts right eating only fish for a week might sound risky but it turned into an unexpected Health boost which is the statement hook oh shoot I forgot to show you guys that um yeah these are the these are the okay so here's the hooks that you can use at the beginning of the video and at the beginning of each point so there's the statement hook so you you it's just a bold surprising statement that grabs attention running ads is the fastest way to lose Mark uh money if you do it wrong skipping bre breakfast doesn't just affect your weight it ruins your mood all day this tiny habit will outwork 10 hours of prod productivity has it's just a declarative statement it's like what then you have the question hook it asks a question to spark curiosity why are only 1% of entrepreneurs making real money online what's the secret behind pro athletes insane recovery speeds that's a good one uh why does every luur band brand want you to feel left out see like there's these very like what questions then you have the fact hook which this is just a plain fact studies show that 80% of businesses fail within the first 18 months here's why right um setup statement um frame your video to address so this is simply more of like a what you will learn in this video I'll reveal the single strategy that separates entrepreneurs from the rest and how you can app today and proof that it works okay so boom all right so uh that is that okay so these these are just the the four hooks you can use and the statement hook you would use at the beginning only these other three you can use in the different points so money get rich um take care of my family all that and I never knew that it really just came down to fraking good copy literally good copy okay and so you know what I mean um it it just it blows my mind uh because everything that I've shown you all the trial and error the millions spent and the dedication mastering the craft of copy has given me this lifestyle um now I don't know if you guys you basically get unlimited usage however we have had some issues CU this is my third software where people will create what's called macros okay or Bots and they will try to like use the software at an incredible rate of speed where it's just like they'll write hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pieces of copy per hour right now what happens is if they do that that taxes our money back big TVs and all this type of stuff rich people they spend money on things that make them money back and that's why when they do that it's actually not called spending it's investing spending is when you buy something that does not return the money to you investing is when you buy something that returns more than you invested back to you so what I'm asking you to do today is not buy is not uh spend any money at all I'm asking you to invest money so that you can get a lot more back and here's how you make this decision very very simply because I don't want you to I don't want you to invest in this if it's not for you okay um and so here is what I can offer to help make this decision I want you to think about the next 12 months in your business and and I want you to think about all the copy you didn't write and all the copy that wasn't up to par and ask yourself how much money that cost you right the fact that you didn't send an email every day the fact that you're pitch your vssl your ads your emails weren't as good as they could be how much money do you think that has cost you in 12 months put the number in the chat like like how much if you had amazing ads of you are very good at what you do you have good products you simply don't know how to make them sound good and unfortunately people don't buy good products they buy good sounding products that is how it works and I remember when Russell Brunson asked me well actually I asked him I said hey he had this book and I said this is a great book this is a great book he he had purchased uh Dan Kennedy's company and he' taken transcriptions of workshops that Dan did and he transcribed them all and he put them in this real thick book and the book was so good he gave me a copy of it but he wasn't selling it and he's like yeah I don't really know how I'm going to sell it yet I I'm kind of put it on the back burner I said brother you can sell this book for $2,000 he's like no I can't no I can't no I can't I'm like no you can I can he's like no you can't I'm like yes I I can sell this book for $2,000 and he's like how would you do it when I explained him how I would do it he gave me a shot and so I held the right like Dan challenge it was three days one hour a day and at the end of that I sold 123 or 128 I don't remember copies of a $2,000 book imagine paying two grand for a book it was a free 3-day webinar three-day three-day challenge three-day event and literally I sold aund I believe it was 128 copies of a book for two grand and I used many of the things I showed you here today and almost all of the things that are in Ardo so I'm not just asking asking you to invest in this because I want to make a buck I have guys whether you invest a th000 bucks today or not I'm
