what a good day what a good day the weather is beautiful out here in Vegas I hope you guys are enjoying your weekend and ready for the Christmas holidays got a question right here so let's get to it hey Derek been watching a couple of your videos I appreciate you for watching because I'm interested in s specifically RAB 140 mk677 and Carter ring that is a great pairing for muscle building and fat loss all at Tim mix a day for 8 weeks for my lab rat how should I use enlin for my lab rat with this cycle so for those of you that don't know that may be watching this video rad 140 is a sarm it's a selective Androgen receptor modulator this works similar to anabolic steroids but it only attaches to the Androgen receptor not affecting other organs in the body like steroids do mk677 is a human growth hormone secreta God meaning that it's going to help up your natural uction of human growth hormone and then carterine is a kind of like exercise in the pill it's going to up your stamina it's going to help with glucose disposal and it is going to help with overall fat loss and it's a great pairing with r 140 because it helps with your cholesterol levels now in Chopin this is something that is used primarily for PCT to get your hormones regular ated again because R 140 does U or can cause testosterone suppression it's not guarantee that this is going to be the case especially if you are doing moderate to low dosages but this can be a possibility and so en Chopin is just that added insurance that you would do for two to four weeks after uh your cycle is over with now some users do enlin during their cycle and then they will do a clomin two weeks after their cycle is over with and that right there in my opinion is not that bad of a strategy that's fine if that if you want to do it that way I don't believe that is optimal myself so if you want to use a testosterone base in the cycle I believe in just taking a trt dose of testosterone you don't need to take a lot of testosterone especially when you are mixing rap 140 into this mix because the androgen receptor can only take so much so if you are wanting to do high levels of testosterone I believe that will be an allout waste for the rad 140 and then the argument is well rad 140 or testosterone rad 140 has an anabolic to enogen ratio of 90 to1 all right so this makes it typically better in terms of all overall anabolic activity than testosterone of course you can increase your test testosterone doses to make it more powerful than R 140 but when you do that you want to get added side effects also you got to watch out for your prostate because testosterone can also enlarge the prostate it can um if you have let's say prostate cancer or you're in the early stages of developing prostate cancer because testosterone can do that as well so high levels of testosterone is not necessarily bad for you but if you're trying to avoid testosterone suppression or if you are in a depleted state of testosterone supplementing with testosterone can actually be healthy for you and can counteract a lot of bad side effects especially when you are dealing with your heart uh low testosterone can put you at risk for cardiovascular diseases all right so what are my goto for the testosterone base it will be testosterone in itself exogenous testosterone or you would do gear cream which is a blend of DHEA pro hormones now uh there's been arguments that the DHEA po hormon really doesn't equivalate to a trt dose and the reason for that being is because there have been [ __ ] companies before in the past that severely underdose these DHEA por hormones and so you wouldn't get the result of that but iron Labs really did a great formula within their gear cream to the point to where you get an equal amount of a trt dose uh from exogenous testosterone my good friend Brian over there from dadb 2.0 did a great video recently discussing gear cream and how he compared it to his blood panel so he actually got the blood work done while he was on trt and he used the gear cream and I'm just going to cut to that video and let him explain it for you guys all right so here is the famous gear cream this stuff absolutely is amazing in my opinion I'm not trying to sell it to you in this video I'm is telling you what I took and how it worked I'll let you guys read these ingredients here but basically it comes out to one serving is two pumps per day okay and it's got a pretty good amount of these products in there 75 milligrams each of all of these individual Andros 30 milligrams of the androa in there and the price is 159 okay so I'm being honest about the price you can see it right here on the website I'm being honest about the dosage is right there okay so being honest just so you guys can see it I don't want to be dishonest okay so there you go you see the screen there you see the price you see the amounts in there so what happened on my labs I don't have the labs there's very somewhere in my filing cabin I'm not going to pull them out for this video but you guys can go back in my old videos and see it where I actually here you go here's the labs before and after I'm not making this up what happened to my testosterone level well if you watch the old videos you know that my testosterone gets me to around 1100 NRS per lead L of testosterone in my blood right on 200 milligrams a week of testosterone what happened when I did three pumps of this well my testosterone was over 3,000 nanograms per deciliter so three pumps of this gave me more than double the testosterone I got out of 200 milligrams a week of injectable testosterone and enate so theoretically one and a half pumps of this per day would have gotten me to the same level is 200 milligrams a week of testosterone in injectable from a prescription from a doctor from a pharmacy medical grade testosterone Nate 200 milligrams a week is not as powerful as a pump and a half of this per day that's according to my gear cream guys is typically what my clients use for their lab rat while they are on a sorum cycle of course gear cream is um at a pretty decent cost so if you can't afford it the next best option in my opinion will be the for Andro uh it's not as uh it's not going to be as good as geine because you getting all of the dhaa pro hormones but it still has good usage in the terms of combining it with a cycle just like this um and of course this is not medical advice this is just all opinionated and off of my own experience and uh you guys can take that information and do what you would like with
