One Dollar Around The World

today I'm living on one dollar around the world from the world's cheapest country to most expensive country discovering the best worst and most unique things that somehow you can buy for just one dollar starting with the most expensive country of Switzerland and here I mean not much can buy you something for just one dollar for the Starbucks Coffee costing up to 11 and a Subway sandwich coming at twenty dollars but definitely the best hack of finding cheaper products in more expensive countries is knowing what the country is known for and in Switzerland that's of course the chocolate that for the quality is actually much cheaper than any other country this is literally one of the best chocolate bars I've ever had and it's only 50 cents but you see with each country we go to price of living of that country will be cheaper and the things you can buy for one dollar are more and more mind-blowing all the way to the world's cheapest country so for example next Paris France which France is the 15th most expensive country in the world and you can see that in some normal ways with things being super pricey and then in some ways I never knew it could cost money like for example going to the bathroom anyway one dollar here can get you a significant amount at one place and that's the bakeries where everything literally comes at just one dollars like we went with the most beautiful croissant I've ever seen that's ridiculously flaky and perfectly cooked and truly on another level of deliciousness so homemade delicious and cheap which is crazy but here in the 19th most expensive country of South Korea seems like every place you go there's one dollar food with this being one dollar or this coming at a dollar but what's probably the most incredible thing that we found was a full-on noodle Feast of a bowl this is massive so what exactly is in front of us so this is like marriage and on the side here we also have kimchi and it's 100 free so freaking delicious oh my gosh this is insane how does this cost only one dollar next here we're in Beirut Lebanon where recently the currency lost 95 of its value yet the official exchange rate has stayed the same making everything crazy expensive for example a Starbucks coffee costs you 90 however if you exchange dollars on the black market which is an illegal exchange the rate is one dollar to fifty thousand pounds making everything super cheap if you have dollars to exchange the pounds for example right now we're headed to a four-star hotel costing just 89 cents okay I'm a little bit freaking out right now because I didn't think it was going to be this big but let me show you guys around so first welcome to the entrance slash kitchen area where we of course have normal things like a refrigerator a microwave but we also have like a freaking stove so ladies and gentlemen this is just the start like for example over here Welcome to our beautiful living room with having a super comfy couch and also this beautiful like 180 style View and when you go over here you enter the bedroom where the bed is not only comfy but also is absolutely massive and of course in this room there's also a beautiful bathroom and I mean just walking through this massive hotel room slash apartment I guess you would say my mind is just being blown that this can come at one dollar but here's the thing we have seven more to go with things that literally are mind-blowing that they come at just one dollar like for example here in the 29th most expensive country of Japan we don't just have a one dollar item but a literal mega store with Tokyo being home to the world's largest dollar store that has over seven floors with a floor dedicated to food Home Goods gardening Home Improvement and so much more I was really impressive is each one of these products in here seem like they're super high quality Innovative and of course super cheap so anyway with that tour over with let's get to business as obviously we're here to find the coolest one dollar food and I found something that even locals seem super surprised of oh I I filmed a food video haha yeah have a good day with the food being a burger would this one being absolutely smothered in Japanese mayo and almost a ketchup that tastes like chili paste seen super unique and delicious and next you know being able to find one dollar street food is incredible but here in Thailand there's something I never thought was possible of a one dollar all-you-can-eat Street Buffet where there's over 20 different types of dishes to fill up your plate with delicious Thai Specialties from chicken to beef to vegetable dishes to Noodles to Rice to delicious goes on and on and honestly just looking at this Buffet it's something I've never seen before like honestly when you think of an affordable Buffet I think of those back Maul type of phase where it looks like they haven't changed the food in a few days but here everything is homemade right in front of you and the food is replenished throughout the entire day using the best and freshest ingredients they can find and honestly just looking at my place this is one of the most insane and beautiful looking place I've ever made at a buffet like every single dish of the buffet is just all Blended together like just in each bite we have meat we have vegetables we have rice we even sometimes have noodles all providing all these different range of flavors so you have sweet you have salty you have sour you literally have every flavor you can have in one bite which we're all super delicious but as we're in Thailand we're really freaking spicy now next in country number five we're truly going to see the craziness of what one color can get like all throughout this journey I've noticed that I've needed a haircut and here in the Philippines we can do just that okay this is definitely the small was Alleyway I've ever been through I have a picture you have to show him the picture okay okay this is what I got last time all right does he speak English at all or no no we are not in English and what's his name he knows the best barber in uh Manila here so we don't just say no in here you have to say like who is like uh disrespect oh okay so I was just disrespectful yeah oh that's a bad thing though uh when I'm getting a haircut you know I'm sorry he's gonna kill me now oh no I am liking the way this is turning off the detail that kuya is operating here is incredible too wow he's also cleaning the hair off wonderful okay thank you so much kuya WoW that is wonderful look at this absolutely amazing thank you but next things are truly going to another level here in India at one of the largest markets in the country where you can find literally anything from sunglasses to t-shirts to shoes all come in at just one dollar and here's the thing about these products that come at one dollar these are brand competitive products which if you find a good vendor have literally been made at the same Factory that the quote-unquote real ones are made at so I'm with my friend my niece right now and we're gonna go around and find some incredible products do you think we're gonna find a lot of cool stuff I just look at this weave a puma shoe knockoff here found in this massive pile of shoes priced at a dollar fifty then right next to it there's this guy with all these branded wallets coming at just 75 cents each and then there's this guy with apple watches smart watches that cost about eight dollars it looks like a full-on handbag seller where each one costs just two dollars and even this guy that has this box of what looks like perfect airpod Pros look-alike that cost eight dollars but ladies and gentlemen these aren't even the final prices you see vendors expect you to also negotiate here how much is this one can can you do better than a thousand rupees no no I am I am in the negotiating so what should I do okay minimum 50 take foreign for this one no okay thank you no I can't do 130 yeah wow then you are the master negotiator bro now before we get to the world's cheapest country we first have to go back up to the 35th most expensive country of Italy as it is definitely the most unbelievable one dollar item of a house where in over 20 cities across Italy you can buy a house for just one dollar and I was lucky enough to get the approval from one of the newest dollar home owners to tour their house with their head Architects Giuseppe so we have arrived to the one euro home entering in this one dollar home I felt like I was transported to a different time with every room seeming to have a special story from hundreds of years ago this is style maybe but yeah 19 20 25. sure is important how old is the toilet oh yeah will she keep the toilet for 200 will she keep the toilet now although having a store in each room is pretty cool obviously when you buy such a historic house it means some parts are not exactly in living conditions oh my gosh we are hanging above a lot oh my gosh this is so beautiful never would I think one dollar home would have a freaking Terrace now during this journey we've seen some incredible things that cost just one dollar but in the world's cheapest country of Pakistan when I tried to find what you could buy for one dollar I found that it was literally impossible it's giving you a try thank you taking one because you are a guest for it you see in Pakistan the hospitality from friends and complete strangers to Taurus and guests is so amazing that they will typically not let you pay and
