Like, look. look at the body the body is bodying y'all in today's video i'll be sharing with you ladies what i did to keep the weight off okay and i don't deprive myself i still drink from time to time i still will eat mcdonald's when i want i'm gonna crack i'm gonna in today's video i'm i'm i'm so excited i'm tongue twisted i cracked the code you guys i finally cracked the code you because i used to gain weight lose weight gain weight and now your girl is able to stay snatched all because i i just do these four things that i'm gonna tell you ladies in this video if you're new to my channel and you don't know my story hi my name is love your natural three years ago i was at a whopping 190 pounds i lost you know i kept my weight off okay i lost over 60 pounds i was looking snatched and then i gained it back I gained 30 to 40 pounds back and now your girl is back snatch okay back and better I almost lost myself and I thought I could not get back to where I was but your girl is here okay and I'm still not where I want to be now I'm focused on toning and getting abs that's the next thing but this video is all about weight loss if you're the type of person that it seems like every time you eat okay you can literally not even eat that much and you gain weight this is the video for you Okay, this is as someone who struggled with my weight my whole 20s, take my advice. I'm not a nutritionist.
I'm not a dietician. I'm just telling you guys what works for me and that worked for thousands of other women. I read my weight loss comments. I see what you guys say.
A lot of you guys say, oh my gosh, you changed my life completely with your tips. That's what I want to do. Can I change your life?
Can I make you feel better? Can I make you feel like the baddie that you are? Instead of wishing for a nice body. Can you just watch this and just apply these tips so you can actually live and have your dream body without going under the knife? Okay, no BBL.

So coming in at number one, I started eating like this and it completely changed the game for me. When I say the weight was dripping off, I'm talking about after the first week, I was like, yeah, I'm gonna eat like this forever. And that is, write this down, write this in your notes, pause this video, get a paper, a pen, you're going to need this. It's going to change your life.
Like I said, I'm not a dietician. I don't know the science behind this, but it helped me to keep my weight off, okay, and not deprive myself. So, number one is, if you're going to eat a carb, have only veggies. And if you're going to eat protein, have only veggies.
You can have the carb, the protein, and the veggies. I mean, you can, some people can, but like I said, I have the body type where I got to pick or choose. Because if I eat all of that, I'm going to get bloated and I'm not going to, I'm going to, the weight is not going to go nowhere. So let me give you an example, right?
So Monday through Thursday, I would do. I would do broccoli, corn, green beans, brussels sprouts with the baked potato on the side. Or I would do three types of veggies and rice. Or I would go to Chipotle.
I don't get any meat. I'll get rice, beans, guac, the tomatoes and corn. No cheese either. Oh, that's another thing.
I stay completely away from dairy. But, I mean... You can if you want to, but for me, I stay away from dairy because I notice my face break out and I get bloated.
And I don't know, I might be lactose intolerant because I just be wanting to fart and stuff. Like what? No. Like, but seriously.
And now when I eat meat, right? When I eat meat, I would have fish, steamed fish with vegetables on the side. Or if I'm craving Jamaican food, instead of jerk chicken and rice on peas. And everything else, I get rice and peas.
I get jerk chicken sauce, the jerk chicken gravy on the rice with cabbage and sweet plantains. Or if I'm feeling for curry chicken, right? And I know if I eat the curry chicken, the rice, and the plantains that come with it and the cabbage, I'm going to be bloated.
So what I do is I have the white rice. I get curry chicken gravy. um with vegetables and sweet plantains okay so like i said it's very easy you don't even have to deprive yourself also let's say you're having a burger you go to the restaurant you have your nice juicy burger you can have your burger but don't have the burger the fries and extra rant sauce on the side what is you doing okay this is how you eat a burger right go to a restaurant you have a burger and you have broccoli on the side or if you don't want broccoli you want your french fries cool you can have the french fries but instead of the the burger bun just ask them for lettuce instead of the bun so now you have a lettuce wrap burger and fries and guess what after you finish your meal you won't have the itis you won't be looking four months pregnant you're gonna be you're still gonna be um you're gonna still be on track with your fitness goals your weight loss goals and you eat like that for a month oh my gosh amazing You guys, once I started eating like this, I felt good because it's the first time in my life I felt like, wow, I don't feel like I'm dieting.
I'm still eating what I want to eat. I just, you know, I just pick my poison. Some days I'll have protein. I mean, there's people that can have a protein and a burger and fries and broccoli on the side and be good. Not me.
And if you serious about your weight loss, y'all, you serious about not going on, you know, you don't got no money to go under the table. Eat like that and it will change your life forever. Okay, so I'm going to say that one more time. Carb, if you're going to have a carb, have it with only veggies. And if you're going to have a protein, have it with only veggies.
If you're going to have a burger, don't have a burger and fries. Either a burger and vegetables or you can have a burger and fries, but substitute the burger bun for lettuce. And it's going to change the game. Just think, every time you have a meal, just think, okay, I can't have all three. Which one do I want?
Okay? I know it's tempting when you go out to eat, you want to get, because you have the option of getting two sides. Like if you order fish, the server usually asks, oh, you want baked potato, mashed potato?
What you want? Usually, I used to order, like I'll have a salmon with mashed potatoes and vegetables, but I'm bloated. I'm looking pregnant after I eat.
So now I'll just do the salmon and the vegetables. now once in a blue you can have all three but 90 of your diet you need to eat like that and i promise you the weight is gonna slide off let's move on to number two okay this is how to lose weight and keep it off whoo um i know i opened up to you guys about this before on my channel several times right i'm an emotional eater if my man get me tight i'm gonna order me something to eat to feel better okay all right if whatever whatever whatever minor inconvenience i have i'm like you know what i don't want no damn salad i'm gonna eat what i want to eat but i noticed that that i feel like 90 of the time i was emotionally eating and wonder why the weight wasn't going nowhere what i do right to help me with my cravings because i crave oh my gosh every day i'm just i want crab legs i want this that and dirt to help me with my cravings and on top of that Not have the appetite to eat that much when I do eat.
